STUDY OF TEACHERS' OPINION ON THE STATE OF THE SUBJECT PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS IN THE BULGARIAN SCHOOL 保加利亚学校教师对体育学科现状的看法研究

The purpose of Physical Education is to create conditions for continuous improvement, preservation, and control of the physical development and functional capabilities of students. The learning process in the subject „Physical Education and Sports” has the privilege and responsibility to play a decisive role in maintaining and strengthening the health of adolescents. The present study aims to examine the opinion of teachers in subjects other than the discipline „Physical Education and Sports” on its state and the ways to be improved in Bulgarian schools. The survey method was used for the research’s purposes. The specially closed questionnaire, consisting of 12 questions, was compiled under the nature of the study. The survey was conducted in September and October 2021. The subject of the survey was 30 teachers from several schools in Sofia. The obtained results were analyzed and presented based on the analysis of frequencies (f) and percentages (%).

ESTABLISHING OF THE EFFECT OF DIFFERENT LEVELS OF TRITICALE IN COMPOUND FEED FOR GROWING PIGS 不同水平小黑麦对生长猪配合饲料的影响

Two scientific experiments with growing pigs, starting immediately after weaning were conducted in the Agricultural Institute - Shumen. The first experiment was carried out with three groups of 16, or a total of 48 pigs from the cross ♀ Danube White x (English Landrace x Pietrain) x ♂ Danish Landrace. The second experiment was set up with three groups of 12 pigs or a total of 36 pigs from the cross ♀ Danube White x ♂ (Danube White x Duroc). The aim of the study was to determine the effect of different levels of triticale on productivity in formulas for growing pigs. Triticale has a better amino acid composition and a lower crude fiber content than wheat. The substitution of 50% and 100% of wheat in the compound feed in protein equivalent with triticale does not affect the daily feed consumption, growth intensity and feed conversion per kg of gain in growing pigs from crossbred ♀ Danube White x (English Landrace x Pietrain) x ♂ Danish Landrace. Triticale can successfully replace wheat in compound feed for growing pigs.

PLANNING THE JOINT TRAJECTORY OF REDUNDANT KINEMATICS CHAIN 规划冗余运动链的关节轨迹

In a number of technological operations, the end-effector of an open kinematic chain must follow a spatial trajectory, and a necessary condition for the realization of the movement is the smooth change of the generalized coordinates. An analogous problem exists in the development of drugs when a molecular configuration requiring minimal energy for its realization must be provided. A task of this nature must be solved in order to find the missing segments of a partially known protein structure. These problems lead to the more general task of ensuring a smooth change of the joint coordinates of the kinematic chain while performing a continuous spatial movement of the end-effector of the chain. An algorithm for planning a smooth reconfiguration of a redundant kinematics chain is proposed in the present work. The chain is decomposed into a countable number of substructures, each of which provides a unique solution of inverse kinematics for a target point. This makes it possible to select substructures during the spatial movement of the kinematic chain, ensuring a smooth change of the joint coordinates. The redundant generalized coordinates are force controlled, given the necessary values to ensure a smooth reconfiguration. The inverse kinematics problem is solved for the other joints.

DAILY ACTIVITY OF THE HORSE FLIES (DIPTERA: TABANIDAE) IN THE CENTRAL BALKAN MOUNTAINS, BULGARIA 保加利亚巴尔干中部山区马蝇(双翅目:虻科)的日常活动

A study was conducted on the dynamics of tabanids daily activity in the Central Balkan Mountains in the 2011-2013 period. Tabanids have been found to fly 11 hours a day, with a peak in activity around 11:00. Their mass activation is in the temperature range 18-23°С and at 26°С maximum activity has been reported. In the present study a new, minimum temperature threshold for activation of T. quatuornоtatus Mg. in Bulgaria was registered (13°С).

DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE FOR DETECTION OF HPAI H5N8-BULGARIAN EXPERIENCE DURING THE EPIZOOTIC WAVE IN 2016/2017 2016/2017年动物流行病期间保加利亚hpai h5n8检测诊断程序的经验

In the 4 months spanning the 2016/2017 winter (October – January), HPAI H5N8 was the predominant serotype throughout European countries. Bulgaria, an important geographical location for migratory birds crossing Europe through the two major migratory flyways for Africa, was heavily affected with HPAI H5N8 outbreaks. The first detection of HPAI virus serotype H5N8 in Bulgaria was on the 19th of December 2016 in the Vidin region. Subsequently many outbreaks in wild birds and domestic poultry were reported in 15 different administrative regions. By the end of January 2017, the HPAI H5N8 strain was detected in domestic poultry, game birds, wild waterfowl, and zoo birds. The observed and reported symptoms were discoordination, laboured breathing, ataxia, opisthotonos, watery diarrhoea, sudden death, high mortality, weakness, and recumbency. In wild birds data for high mortality was only available for some species, with well-defined hyperaemia of the meninges and brain congestion with a singular haemorrhage being mainly observed, particularly in Dalmatian pelicans. These observations showcase the importance of rapid and accurate detection and subtyping of these HPAI viruses by research laboratories. To tackle this issue, the National Reference laboratory for Influenza A and Newcastle disease in Sofia adapted a modified real-time RT-PCR assay for detection of the N8 subtype in domestic and wild birds. The aim of this study is to present a Bulgarian experience in diagnosis of HPAI H5N8 subtype during 2016/2017 epizootic wave.

PREVALENCE AND CONTROL OF MYOPIA AMONG CHILDREN IN PLEVEN, BULGARIA 保加利亚普列文儿童近视的流行和控制

Purpose: To observe the factors affecting the prevalence and control of myopia among children in Pleven, Bulgaria. Methods: A retrospective study was done. From March 2019 to March 2021, 404 consecutive patients from 3 to 18 years old with the main diagnosis myopia after cycloplegia passed through the private ophthalmology practice. The following signs were analyzed: age, sex, location, type and degree of myopia, review result and accompanying diseases. Results: The demographic profile of the evaluated children was: 43.8% males and 56.2% females (р< 0.05); most of them are living in the city (89.2%). The most significant number of children with myopia were between 9 and 12 years old. Children with new onset myopia were 27.7% and 72.3% were with existing one. Patients between 8 and 18 years of age with existing myopia are more than those with new onset one (p <0.05). There were 76.7% children with a low degree of myopia, 17.6% with a medium degree and 2.0% with a high degree. Without accompanying diseases were 65.6% of our patients. Conclusion: The control and treatment of myopia seem promising. However, it is necessary to develop a state policy for the prevention of children's eye health in Bulgaria.

Methods: A retrospective study was done. From March 2019 to March 2021, 404 consecutive patients from 3 to 18 years old with the main diagnosis myopia after cycloplegia passed through the private ophthalmology practice. The following signs were analyzed: age, sex, location, type and degree of myopia, review result and accompanying diseases. Results: The demographic profile of the evaluated children was: 43.8% males and 56.2% females (р< 0.05); most of them are living in the city (89.2%). The most significant number of children with myopia were between 9 and 12 years old. Children with new onset myopia were 27.7% and 72.3% were with existing one. Patients between 8 and 18 years of age with existing myopia are more than those with new onset one (p <0.05). There were 76.7% children with a low degree of myopia, 17.6% with a medium degree and 2.0% with a high degree. Without accompanying diseases were 65.6% of our patients. Conclusion: The control and treatment of myopia seem promising. CORRELATION OF THE BALL SPEED AND RELATIVE STRENGTH POTENTIAL AND EXPLOSIVE POWER OF THE LOWER LIMBS OF IN-STEP KICK OF ELITE FOOTBALL PLAYERS 优秀足球运动员正步踢的速度与下肢相对力量潜力和爆发力的相关性研究

The purpose of this study was to reveal the significance of the strength component of major muscle groups and explosive power of lower limbs of elite football players in relation to ball speed upon execution of in-step kick. Methods The research was done among 42 football players aged between 18 and 19 years. The following methods were used: speed metric, tensometry, and dynamometry. The data were processed with math-statistical methods (descriptive statistics and correlation analyses). Results The structural interdependencies between different indicators influencing ball speed were revealed. The data analysis established a strong direct ratio correlation dependence between ball speed and the relative strength of hip muscles of left and right legs (r=0,703 and r=0,720 respectively). We found that the strength component affecting ball speed was more significantly influenced by the relative strength of the muscles of the hip flexors and less influenced by those of the hip extensors. There was a strong interdependence with speed-strength abilities which are related to the magnitude of the power. Conclusions All in all, we believe that the revealed specifics and guidelines for strength and explosive power influence in conditional training sessions will help increase ball speed upon execution of in-step kick.

PURPOSE: In the last 20 years, the demand for effective universal natural chemoprotectants and radiomodulators has increased. In this article, we provide evidence for the antioxidant and protective nature of herbs and their potential to be used as nutritional antioxidants, DNA modulating agents, metabolic radiation scavengers, immunomodulatory agents of SARS-COVID-19 infection, hepatoprotectors. The main action of natural antioxidants (Silybum marianum, Curcuma longa Linn, Haberlea rhodopensis Friv, Tinospora cordifolia (Willd.), Lemna minor Linn., Sambucus nigra Linn.) is carried out by capturing free radical structures, signaling redox modulation, compensating of oxidative disturbances, regulation of cell proliferation. Future development of effective herbal combinations with conventional chemotherapeutics, neutralizing systemic oxidative stress and predisposing to a reduced risk of developing cardiovascular, pulmonary and neurodegenerative diseases, cancer, etc., is necessary.

Introduction: In a SARS-CoV-2 / Covid-19 pandemic, it is important to know, assess and control the risk of transmitting this infection. The dental office is a risky place for the spread of this virus - conditions are created for multiple transmission of the virus. Objective: To monitor compliance with anti-epidemic measures among dental students during a pandemic of SARS-CoV-2 / Covid -19. Material and methods: Observation September 2020-May 2021. 50 fourth- and fifth-year FDM - Plovdiv were observed during their clinical exercises in prosthetic dentistry. Results: 100% disinfect your hands, but in 30 seconds, 48%. In just 2 minutes, only 36% decontaminate the workplace. 32% disinfect the correctly taken prints, and in the case of finished constructions -17%. Conclusion: The SARS-CoV-2 / Covid-19 pandemic has had a positive effect on anti-epidemic compliance. We recommend the preparation of an optimized work protocol.
