UT Satui merupakan perusahaan yang berbasis solution atau memberikan guaranteed product support kepada customer besar maupun kecil untuk memberikan solusi dan pelayanan terbaik. Guaranteed product support dikerjakan oleh mekanik, salah satunya yaitu program maintenance management. Program dari proses maintenance management tersebut yaitu Backlog (inspection program), dimana kegiatan backlog ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan performance of physical availability unit UT Satui. Mekanik tidak mengetahui cara penerapan maintenance management dan tidak memiliki sistem operasional untuk menjalankan prosesnya. Untuk mempermudah proses penggunaan Backlog, maka dibangun aplikasi yang dapat melakukan aktivitas Backlog, yaitu mengumpulkan formulir pemeriksaan Backlog kepada Supervisor langsung di lapangan. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa PHP dan MySQL sebagai database-nya. Hasil pengujian Black-box Testing menunjukan bahwa 94,74 % fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan baik.

Secara definisi rumah tangga miskin dan penduduk miskin memiliki sudut pandang yang berbeda, dimana definisi rumah tangga miskin akan lebih ditekankan kepada individu yang akan dijadikan survey dalam menentukan penduduk miskin sedangkan penduduk miskin lebih kepada kumpulan dari beberapa rumah tangga miskin. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan antara algoritma K-Means dan Fuzzy Substractive Clustering (SFCM) dalam mengelompokkan rumah tangga miskin. Kedua algoritma ini akan dibandingkan berdasarkan simpangan baku dan validitas hasil pengelompokkan yang dihasilkan. The growth of information technology (IT), resulting in the increasing need for IT resources. Cloud Computing is a mechanism that allows users to "rent" IT resources and utilize them as needed. This concept will benefit the organization, which does not need to pay operational costs, maintenance and large initial investment to buy infrastructure, so focus on its main business. To ensure IT services run well, there is a need for guarantees and agreements between providers and users in the form of agreements called Service Level Agreements (SLAs). SLAs are expectations and fairness agreed by service providers and consumers, from the determination to the termination of service. The study proposes a service process capability assessment model to determine the level of process capability that refers to ISO / IEC 15504 which has process and capability dimensions. Each process has a goal, activity (base practice) and output (work product) which is the result of standard analysis on Cloud Computing. From the results of the assessment at PT. Walden Global Services shows that the capability level of SLA service processes is at the level 0 position. It can be concluded that a small amount of base practice is carried out and a small portion of work product is generated from the activities and processes carried out. To increase the level of process capability, it is proposed steps to increase the capability level to level 3.

This research sought to establish why there is a low presence of women in ICT jobs; yet they con-stitute the larger percentage of the population. The researchers did a literature review, used a sur-vey questionnaire to collect statistical data, and carried out in-depth interviews with key inform-ants who were women in ICT-related jobs in the banking and telecommunications sector in Zim-babwe. According to the study, lack of digital exposure and career guidance posed the greatest challenge for women pursuing ICT-related careers, with 95.74% of the respondents citing this challenge. Interestingly, organizational constraints had the lowest response, possibly indicating that the organizational environment is no longer a discriminating factor towards the progression of women in their careers. The study recommended among others, proper career guidance of the opportunities that ICT has for women and this can be done by the parents, mentors, and institu-tions of higher learning. Career development programs and training can also go a long way in boosting the confidence of women and encouraging them to pursue ICT-related careers.

The implementation of the 2013 Curriculum is the continuity of the implementation of the Competency-Based Curriculum and School-Based Curriculum, which includes integrated competency of attitudes, knowledge, and skills. It is not as easy as imagined since, in reality, it has been found some obstacles in implementing it. Therefore, the primary purpose of this research is to find out and describe the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing it. Moreover, the researchers used descriptive research design to achieve its goal. The research samples were English teachers who were from several different juniors and senior high schools. Then the researchers used a questionnaire and interview to gather the corpus. After analyzing the data, it found that they do not get significant obstacles in preparing the Lesson Plans. However, some points as evaluation are obstacles in adjusting the character values based on the basic material competencies, and incompatibility between the materials in the syllabus and the 2013 Curriculum textbooks. Also, they find the difficulties in learning implementation such as how to bring applicative skills in the learning process, how to foster the students' creativity with the limited facilities, and how to apply the scientific approach stages especially for "Asking" and "Reasoning." Then they get quite tricky in implementing assessment of the 2013 curriculum, like many assessment instruments must be completed, and some teachers are proficient using the 2013 Curriculum assessment application.

Writing is one of the language skills, which is taught to secondary school students. In reality, it is still found that students have difficulties in writing. It is needed to investigate why it happened. Thus, the purpose of this research is to determine the students' factor difficulties in writing a narrative text. Moreover, it was designed as descriptive research which took sixty students of the eighth grade of MTs Sabilal Muhtadin Tembilahan as the samples. In collecting the data, the researchers used questionnaires and interviews. Then the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis and qualitative analysis. The research findings show that there are two main factors; students' factors and teachers' factors. After analyzing the data, the results revealed that the students' factor gained a percentage of 62.43% which was placed at a strong level. Also, the teachers' factor obtained a percentage of 72.95% which was classified as a strong level. The highest students’ factor indicator was the statement “English is very different from Bahasa Indonesia." It was proven by the score 75.3% which was categorized as a strong level. Then the teachers’ factor found that the highest indicator was the statement “Using up to date method and technique." It was classified as a strong level. In conclusion, the factors of students' difficulties in writing narrative text cause both students' and teachers' factors.

Penulis mencoba untuk menguak Kepemimpinan Umar Bin Khattab t dan perkembangan pendidikan Islam Pada masa kepemimpinannya sebagai Khalifah kedua, seperti: 1)Umar Bin Khattab adalah orang yang adil, 2)Umar Bin Khattab memiliki sifat kasih sayang, 3)Umar Bin Khattab memiliki sifat bijaksana, 4)Umar Bin Khattab memiliki sifat yang Kuat, 5)Umar Bin Khattab memiliki kecerdasan, 6)Umar Bin Khattab Konsekwen. Metodologi Penelitian ini mengacu kepada pendekatan kepustakaan (library research yang bersifat deskriptif Kualitatif). Penelitian ini memfokuskan objek kajiannya berupa sumber-sumber teoritis yang bersifat tertulis. Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan merupakan penyebab utama kematian dan cedera dan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang meningkat secara global, mengakibatkan lebih dari 1,2 juta kematian setiap tahunnya. Lebih dari 62.000 orang tewas dalam kecelakaan lalu lintas yang melibatkan sepeda motor di 27 negara Uni Eropa antara tahun 2001 dan 2009. Kemajuan transportasi roda dua berbasis online merupakan jawaban kebutuhan transportasi masyarakat saat ini, transportasi ini memberi kemudahan berupa masayarakat dapat menggunakan transportasi dengan cepat, efisien, ekonomis dan biaya yang pasti. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan berkendara selamat dengan kecelakaan pengemudi transportasi roda dua berbasis online. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan korelasi Product Moment obsevasional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengemudi transportasi roda dua berbasis online sejumlah 100 orang. Pengetahuan berkendara selamat sebagai variable bebas dan kecelakaan pengemudi sebagai variable terikat. Dipenelitian terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan berkendara selamat dengan kecelakaan pengemudi transportasi roda dua berbasis online. Pengemudi disarankan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan berkendara selamat dengan membaca, mengikuti seminar dan pelatihan.

Penelitian ini mendiskusikan tentang proses harmoni internal diantara ‘dimensi sertaan jiwa’, yaitu Al-ruh dan Al-hawa. Jiwa (Al-nafs) adalah diri yang memiliki peran utama dalam proses harmoni tersebut. Dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library reseach), proses harmoni tersebut dijelaskan pada kerangka konsep Psikologi Islam. Untuk mendinamiskan jiwa, Allah SWT meyertakan hawa nafsu (al-hawa) pada diri manusia. Hawa nafsu pada awal dan dasarnya memilki kecenderungan negatif (al-nafs al-ammarah bi al-su), Energy hawa nafsu yang dapat dikendalikan akan bertransformasi menjadi dorongan positif (al-nafs al-muthmainah). Ketaatan jiwa terhadap anjuran kebaikan dari al-ruh adalah kunci utama pengendalian al-hawa. Al-ruh adalah diemensi sertaan pada jiwa yang memiliki peran startegis dalam membimbing jiwa supaya tetap dijalan kebaikan.

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang begitu pesat sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan pelayanan perbankan, dapat dilihat dari munculnya produk-produk perbankan yang menawarkan berbagai manfaat, kemudahan, kenyamanan dan keamanan dalam bertransaksi barang dan jasa. Syariah Card atau kartu kredit syariah merupakan salah satu produk yang muncul sebagi respon perbankan dalam memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi. Sebagi produk yang mucul dari perbankan yang membawa bendera Islam tentunya ini tidak bisa lepas dari sorotan normatif fiqih Islam. Penelitian ini mencoba mengungkap secara mendalam tentang akad-akad yang digunakan pada produk Syariah Card atau kartu kredit dan bagaimana system operasionalnya dijalankan. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah normatif legal studies dengan menggunakan pendekatan normatif dan fiqih keungan dan bentuk datanya berupa data kualitatif. Poin-poin penting dari hasil penelitian ini adalah Fee atau ujrah yang boleh diambil pada transaksi kertu kredit adalah ujrah atas peran bank sebagai samsarah. Late charge dibolehkan selama dana tersebut diakui sebagai dana ummat (sosial) dan bank tidak mengambil keuntungan atau manfaat dari dana late charge tersebut. Member fee dibolehkan secara syariat Islam dengan syarat pelayanan harus setara dengan biaya administrasi yang dibebankan. Pada dasarnya penggunaan Kartu Kredit syariah itu boleh, akan tetapi ada beberapa hal yang membuat akad-akad pada kartu kredit syariah atau syariah card ini membuatnya menjadi haram yang harus diantispasi sebagai akibat dari kesalahan operasionalnya tidak dilakukan seperti konsep akad yang telah diatur dalam Islam.
