IPA Science is an important student eye in improving the way constructive thinking students in responding to the development of the world and the universe. Research objectives to increase student learning activities as per expectations and target goals set by the school. Research methods using quasi experiments are descriptive survey, field study, Instrutemen, and literature study. The results showed significant differences in student creative thinking skills and class teachers after using the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) Cooperative learning model for SCIENCE subjects for elementary school grade IV students.

An organization for students is a control device in action. Organizations can also be the basis for learners as members in taking an action or decision. Foster a culture of self-organization of the learners is important, because the role of the learners can develop in the school organization. The findings of the study manifest that learning social studies can provide a significant role in fostering organizational culture learners, the materials provided to the students a lot to contribute in particular to build to learn, socialization, organization, leadership, attitude, responsibility and other social skills that it is needed when students are in an organization. Thus, learning social studies in school scan mentor students in developing organizational culture for learners through the strategy learning that associatesocial studies with the organization's goals in school. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Pembelajaran IPS dalam membina budaya organisasi peserta didik. Studi ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, serta tehnik penelitian berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan dalam pengkajian menunjukan pembelajaran IPS dapat memberikan peran yang cukup signifikan dalam membina budaya organisasi peserta didik, pembelajaran dikelas banyak memberikan kontribusi khususnya dalam membangun sikap toleransi, sosialisasi, keorganisasian, kepemimpinan, sikap tanggungjawab dan keterampilan-keterampilan sosial lainnya yang sangat dibutuhkan ketika peserta didik berada dalam suatu organisasi. Dengan demikian pembelajaran IPS di sekolah berperan dalam mengembangkan budaya organisasi peserta didik melalui strategi pembelajaran, mengaitkan materi pembelajaran IPS dengan tujuan organisasi di sekolah.

Absract - This article provides an overview of strategies for using technology to support student learning in integrated Social Science subjects. The learning environment for Social Science subjects can focus on integrating and learning simultaneously for various levels of students. Social Science is a multidisciplinary science in solving problems. This study illustrates four strategies for using technology to support student learning in integrated Social Science among them; a) providing authentic learning contexts, b) offering web-based inquiry environments, c) extending learning through immersive and interactive technology, and d) turning students from recipients into creators. This article also discusses the challenges that are manifested in learning integrated learning environments. This study provides practical implications and research directions for technology-supported learning in an integrated learning environment learning environment. The use of technology in the four strategies identified supports student learning and enhances student experience in ways that are meaningful and support the ideas of students knowing and doing. The study chosen also shows strategies for using technology used to support student learning in different ways. Abstract: In this paper can be interpreted and aims to (1) to know the process of implementing cooperative learning in PAUD SPS, (2) to know the improvement of interpersonal intelligence through cooperative learning. The method used in this activity is class action research. In this activity, namely early childhood, including data retrieval techniques are carried out through observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results in this paper it is concluded that cooperative learning can be applied to PAUD SPS. Abstrak : Dalam tulisan ini dapat diartikan dan bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mengetahui proses penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif pada PAUD SPS, (2) untuk mengetahui peningkatan kecerdasan interpersonal melalui pembelajaran kooperatif. Saat ini sistem infomasi memegang peranan penting dalam sebuah organisasi. PT. XYZ telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Service Desk TI yang digunakan untuk mencatat dan memonitor keluhan atau permasalahan user (pegawai) PT. XYZ. Namun layanan yang diberikan oleh sistem informasi ini belum berjalan dengan optimal karena masih sering terjadi keluhan atau permasalahan sehingga perlu pe nilaian kualitas layanan. Pada paper ini akan dibahas tentang p enilaian kualitas layanan pada PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan COBIT 5 PAM dan ITIL V3 2011. Penilaian kapabilitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat layanan agar layanan dari Sistem Informasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif agar dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Hasil dari pemetaan menggunakan COBIT 5 dan ITIL V3 2011 didapatkan empat proses yaitu DSS01 (mengelola operasi), DSS02, (mengelola permintaan layanan dan insiden), DSS03 (mengelola masalah) dan DSS06 (mengelola kontrol proses bisnis). Hasil penilaian kapabilitas dari keempat proses tersebut didapatkan rata-rata berada pada level 2 (managed process). Adapun r ekomendasi yang diberikan untuk keempat proses tersebut adalah naik ke level 3 (established process) yaitu tujuan bisnis yang telah dibangun harus diimplementasikan dengan terdefinisi agar tujuan proses tersebut mendapatkan hasil yang dituju.

Metagenome is a microorganism that is taken directly from nature. The sequencen process of metagenome results in the mixing of various organisms. The data collection method used was Observation, using a direct plunge technique to the Jayapura City Environmental Department. This study uses data from metagenome fragments of 300 microbes. The technique of collecting metagenome fragment data used is cluster sampling. The research location is at the Jayapura City Environmental Agency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the Growing Self Organizing Map method in large-scale microbial grouping with short fragment lengths based on oligonucleotide frequencies. For feature extraction, k-mer frequency and spaced are used. Short fragments are used because in previous studies, the length of the fragment used was a long fragment (≥ 8 kbp), so in this study we want to overcome the drawbacks of using short fragments in the grouping of metagenome fragments. The results of the grouping of metagenome fragments will be tested for effectiveness and efficiency.

The sequencen process of metagenome results in the mixing of various organisms. The data collection method used was Observation, using a direct plunge technique to the Jayapura City Environmental Department. This study uses data from metagenome fragments of 300 microbes. The technique of collecting metagenome fragment data used is cluster sampling. The research location is at the Jayapura City Environmental Agency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the Growing Self Organizing Map method in large-scale microbial grouping with short fragment lengths based on oligonucleotide frequencies. For feature extraction, k-mer frequency and spaced are used. Short fragments are used because in previous studies, the length of the fragment used was a long fragment (≥ 8 kbp), so in this study we want to overcome the drawbacks of using short fragments in the grouping of metagenome fragments. Scheduling courses is one of the important activities before conducting courses in each semester. In scheduling courses, there are several parameters that must be present in order to produce a complete course schedule, including lecturers, courses, days and hours to study (time), rooms, and teaching schedules for lecturers. From these parameters will be arranged and combined into a complete schedule for student courses in each semester. However, in the practice of scheduling, there are several obstacles that make the scheduling process less efficient, such as the scheduling process which is still done manually so that it is prone to schedule conflicts and can take two to three days. Determination of teaching schedules for lecturers who still use text messages by sending a schedule of teaching willingness to the program leader. This is what motivates the writer to design a courses scheduling system that is able to schedule automatically. This system is expected to facilitate the process of scheduling and distributing schedules to lecturers to make it more effective and efficient.

PT. ADMF adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pembiayaan untuk pembelian kendaraan bermotor, alat berat, rumah, perjalanan umroh, dan lain-lain secara kredit. PT. ADMF berkomitmen untuk memberikan layanan terbaik kepada para nasabahnya, di antaranya dengan menyediakan fasilitas online payment untuk kemudahan pembayaran angsuran. Keterlibatan tiga entitas (PT. ADMF, Switcher, Collectiong Agents) menimbulkan permasalahan, diantaranya adalah terkait dengan koordinasi waktu, biaya yang besar, lama pengembangan sistem dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan audit terhadap tata kelola teknologi informasi pada sistem online payment dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja (framework) COBIT 4.1 yang berfokus pada domain Deliver and Support (DS) dan Monitor and Evaluate (ME), sebagai masukan untuk memperbaiki pengelolaan sistem yang berjalan pada perusahaan tersebut. Temuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. ADMF harus menutupi kekurangan biaya admin kepada Swicther, padahal sebagaian penerimaan biaya admin seharusnya bisa diakui sebagai pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan tingkat maturity yang berada pada level 3, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan dalam tata kelola sistem online payment pada PT. ADMF

Kalimantan Institute of Technology (ITK) has been established since 2014 and has been running educational services, academic activities, and non-academic activities. To carry out these business process activities, the Kalimantan Institute of Technology is supported by information technology that is managed by the Information and Communication Technology Department. In carrying out its functions and jobs, a good governance system is needed so that existing achievements in the information technology sector are in accordance with the ITK strategy and business context. The information technology governance system must be managed and implemented to support business process activities at ITK. This study aims to find a good and appropriate information technology governance system using the COBIT 2019 framework. This study uses the COBIT 2019 Design Tool Kit to assist ITK in finding a governance system that adjusted to the design factors COBIT 2019. The results are the recommendations for core model or process along with priority levels and capability levels that must be implemented by ITK. This research will produce a conclusion in the form of 18 core models or processes that must be run and have a capability level of 1, 14 core models or processes that must be run and have a capability level of 2, 6 core models or processes that must be brokered and have a capability level of 3, and 2 core models or processes that must be carried out and have a capability level 4. This research is only to finding a governance system design and there is no evaluation for the core model or process.
