Teknologi sebagai media yang dapat membantu untuk mempermudah pengguna mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Sebagai pemanfaatan digital informasi yang ada sekarang, khususnya pada dunia pendidikan dapat diterapkan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan informasi dosen. Informasi dosen yang didapat berupa informasi dan aktivitas yang dilakukan dosen tersebut di dalam kampus atau luar kampus tersebut, dikarenakan informasi sebelumnya hanya didapatkan secara lisan. Media informasi yang dinamis sangat dibutuhkan ketika mahasiswa mendapatkan informasi yang cepat, sehingga dapat mengingatkan intensitas kerja dosen. Metodologi pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD), metode relatif diterapkan dalam pengembangan sistem dengan batasan system yang tidak terlalu luas. Hasil dari penelitian menggunakan Raspberry Pi dan pada website pengguna admin dapat melakukan olah data dosen yang akan dicari. Raspberry pi tersebut akan di sambungkan pada LED monitor yang akan dilihat oleh mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan informasi dosen yang berkaitan dengan cara melihat informasi tersebut pada monitor LED yang sudah terpasang di depan ruangan dosen. Setiap dosen bisa melakukan pergantian status kehadirannya yang diakses pada database server melalui web yang menampilkan informasi tersebut, walaupun akan beraktivitas di luar.

Wawancara merupakan kegiatan komunikasi melalui proses pertukaran informasi antara reporter dan sumber berita. Banyak wartawan lebih sibuk mencatat pada saat wawancara sehingga hasil wawancara tidak efektif. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan alat perekam untuk merekam jawaban dari narasumber. Akan tetapi alat perekam dibutuhkan waktu untuk mendengarkan hasil rekaman, kemudian mencatatnya. Padahal dituntut untuk mengumpulkan 3 sampai 4 berita dalam sehari. Dalam ilmu komputer terdapat bidang ilmu yaitu Speech to Text, teori ini akan bermanfaat untuk kondisi tersebut. Speech to text merupakan fitur untuk mengubah suara menjadi teks. Keunggulannya adalah layanan pengenalan suara. Speech to Text berfungsi untuk memanajemen waktu agar lebih efektif. Umumnya kecepatan berbicara dengan kecepatan mencatat berbeda. Sehingga hal tersebut menyulitkan wartawan yang bertugas. Disisi lain, teori ini akan sangat berguna bagi kaum disabilitas. Karena user atau pengguna hanya perlu menggunakan suara untuk melakukan aktivitas mengetik selayaknya orang normal pada umumnya. Dari permasalahan tersebut, dibuatkan aplikasi yang bisa mengubah suara ke dalam suatu teks/tulisan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python. Untuk melakukan proses mengubah suara menjadi teks menggunakan modul speech recognition. Uji coba menggunakan 6 sample audio hasil rekaman, didapat bahwa dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python, mampu mengonversi suara ke tulisan dengan tingkat keberhasilan mencapai 94,75 %.

Model pembelajaran Blended Learning adalah sistem yang mengkolaborasikan pembelajaran tatap muka kelas dengan pembelajaran online memanfaatkan E-Learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan dan perilaku peserta didik terhadap teknologi dari model pembelajaran Blended Learning. Variabel yang dikembangkan merujuk pada Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), yaitu model penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi. Model TAM dikembangkan dari teori psikologis yang menjelaskan bahwa perilaku pengguna sistem berlandaskan pada kepercayaan, sikap, keinginan, dan hubungan perilaku pengguna. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis hubungan struktur variabel dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil Analisa PLS dan Boostraping diperoleh nilai Pengaruh Langsung, Pengaruh Tidak Langsung, dan Pengaruh tidak langsung sesuai jalur spesifikasi melalui variabel intervening (Spesific Indirect Efect).

This paper proposes the development and application of a genetic algorithm to improve the function of a fuzzy inference machine used in the shaft position control of a direct current motor. In this first stage, the study is executed on system leaving out the transfer function that defines the dynamic characteristics of the mentioned actuator, which leads to the subsequent physical verification of its behavior. The analysis of the calculated error is considered as the difference between the desired position and the current position reached by motor shaft, as well as the signal that the inference system will generate to correct the given magnitude of error. Likewise, the theoretical foundations that support this application and the methodology executed to obtain the results that confirm the effectiveness in the use of the genetic algorithm as a means of tuning the fuzzy inference system developed are described, when describing a global error lower than 20% in the control action deducted with respect to the one desired.

This research paper presents a study methodology for the feasibility analysis of a proposal for agro-industrial application with Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAV) or Drones. For this purpose, a qualitative exploratory study is carried out to publicize the essential information collected in the field that allows to know in detail and with greater certainty the needs and main factors related to the crops of the current market, as well as identify the necessary tools to determine this purpose. Important for this study is the collection of reliable information through the application of interviews with specialists and staff with experience in this sector to define the points of interest and through this know the results of the study for formulating a hypothesis. From these indicators, the degree of acceptance will be determined in the most assertive and well-founded manner and the approach made the crop directed, with the aim of ensuring the efficiency and quality of the service in order to make the decisions achieve the expected technological impact.

Website saat ini telah digunakan diberbagai jenis instansi termasuk instansi pendidikan seperti Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah. Saat ini website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah menjadi tulang punggung dalam penyebaran informasi terkain pondok pesantren kepada wali santri, alumni, calon santri dan masyarakat luas. Mengingat pentingnya website bagi Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah maka perlu untuk dilakukan evaluasi apakah informasi yang diberikan dan website yang ada telah memiliki nilai kebergunaan bagi pengguna atau tidak. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi untuk melihat perspektif pengguna terhadap website. Prose evaluasi dilakukan dengan system usability scale dengan sepuluh instrumen sebagai pernyataan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan nilai akhir 88. Nilai 88 berarti website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan adjective rating yang excellence, grade scale tergolong kelompok B dan tingkat acceptability termasuk acceptable. The website is currently used in various types of institutions including educational institutions such as Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School. Currently the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website is the backbone in the dissemination of information about Islamic boarding schools to the guardians of students, alumni, prospective students and the wider community. Considering the importance of the website for the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School, it is necessary to evaluate whether the information provided, and the existing website have a useful value for the user or not. For this reason, in this study an evaluation was conducted to see the user's perspective on the website. The evaluation process is carried out with a system usability scale with ten instruments as evaluation statements. Evaluation results show that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets a final score of 88. A value of 88 means that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets an adjective rating that excellence, grade scale belongs to group B and the level of acceptability is acceptable

Saat ini website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah menjadi tulang punggung dalam penyebaran informasi terkain pondok pesantren kepada wali santri, alumni, calon santri dan masyarakat luas. Mengingat pentingnya website bagi Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah maka perlu untuk dilakukan evaluasi apakah informasi yang diberikan dan website yang ada telah memiliki nilai kebergunaan bagi pengguna atau tidak. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi untuk melihat perspektif pengguna terhadap website. Prose evaluasi dilakukan dengan system usability scale dengan sepuluh instrumen sebagai pernyataan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan nilai akhir 88. Nilai 88 berarti website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan adjective rating yang excellence, grade scale tergolong kelompok B dan tingkat acceptability termasuk acceptable. \u0000The website is currently used in various types of institutions including educational institutions such as Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School. Currently the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website is the backbone in the dissemination of information about Islamic boarding schools to the guardians of students, alumni, prospective students and the wider community. Considering the importance of the website for the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School, it is necessary to evaluate whether the information provided, and the existing website have a useful value for the user or not. For this reason, in this study an evaluation was conducted to see the user's perspective on the website. The evaluation process is carried out with a system usability scale with ten instruments as evaluation statements. Evaluation results show that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets a final score of 88. The State Polytechnic of Tanah Laut manages Bidikmisi scholarship program and PPA (Improved Academic Achievement) for prospective students and students. Determination of scholarship recipients still using Microsoft Excel by entering the scholarship applicant data and doing calculations based on assessment criteria on each scholarship. The selection process requires a relatively long time and accuracy because each file collected by students and prospective students will be compared with each scholarship criterion. These problems can be overcome by building a web-based decision support system to select prospective scholarship recipients. Decision making on the determination of prospective scholarship recipients using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is done by assigning a weight value to each attribute and proceed with the ranking process to select alternatives. System development is carried out using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with the CodeIgniter framework. This study aims to rank the weight value of each attribute that is a requirement in determining scholarships. The level of accuracy between the answers obtained from the system with the information requested by the user can be known by comparing the results of calculations on the system with the results of manual calculations.

The main need in formulating policies, programs, and social welfare development activities is the data of Persons with Social Welfare Problems, known as PMKS. Every person in a very poor household has more than one category of PMKS type. This will have an impact on the type of assistance that deserves, while each individual can only be categorized into one type of PMKS. Thus, each person will only receive one type of assistance. The type of PMKS with family approval is determined based on 12 criteria namely age, gender, marital status, employment, education, adequate breastfeeding, immunization, healthy food, medication, disability conditions, single parents, and attention from the family. In an effort to optimize variations in the types of PMKS, the Naïve Bayes method is used. Based on research conducted, the completion rate from the use of the naïve bayes method was 83.87%. Thus it can be announced that the Naïve Bayes classification method can be used for the classification of PMKS types.
