Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh “Current Ratio” (CR), dan “Debt to Equity Ratio” (DER) terhadap Laba Bersih pada PT. Darya-Varia Laboratoria, Tbk periode 2011-2020. Objek riset ini adalah PT. Darya-Varia Laboratoria, Tbk yang sudah terdaftar diBursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan pada PT. Darya-Varia Laboratoria, Tbk periode 2011-2020. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien determinasi, uji T, dan uji F. Hasil riset menunjukan bahwa uji parsial diperoleh “Current Ratio” (CR) dan “Debt to Equity Ratio” (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih. Secara simultan Variabel “Current Ratio” (CR) dan “Debt to Equity Ratio” (DER) berpengaruh terhadap Laba Bersih dengan hasil uji Fhitung 15,289 > Ftabel 4,74 dengan signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05. Dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 81,4% sedangkan 18,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
该研究旨在确定“当前Ratio”(CR)和“Debt for Equity Ratio”对PT. Darya-Varia实验室(Tbk) 2013 -2020年期间的净收益的影响。这个研究对象是印度尼西亚证券交易所(BEI)注册的PT. Pendidikan yang berkualitas menjadi tonggak awal dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang bermutu. Pengenalan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar oleh Kemdikbudristek merupakan salah satu langkah untuk menciptakan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, Strategi 5M hadir untuk mendukung proses belajar yang merdeka, khususnya pada pembelajaran dengan model Blended Learning. Bahan ajar memegang peranan penting dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan harus terus dikembangkan serta disesuaikan dengan kondisi pembelajaran saat ini. Oleh sebab itu peneliti melakukan penelitian pengembangan E-Modul dengan strategi 5M merdeka belajar penunjang Blended Learning. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan menggunakan model 4-D Thiagarajan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan pengembangan produk, mengetahui tingkat kelayakan pada E-Modul dan untuk mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap E-Modul. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 peserta didik dari kelas XI IPS MAN 2 Gresik. Instrumen pengambilan data terdiri dari lembar telaah dan lembar validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli bahasa, ahli grafis, serta lembar respon subjek uji coba yaitu peserta didik. Berdasarkan perolehan nilai valiadasi ahli dengan kategori sangat layak, atau masing-masing sebesar 94% untuk materi, 91% untuk grafik dan 74% untuk bahasa, menunjukkan produk E-Modul layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar serta untuk meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik secara aktif dan memudahkan proses belajar mandiri karena mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik dari peserta didik yaitu 96%.

This paper aims to examine the effect of performance allowance, capital expenditure, and use of information technology on quality of financial statements at ministry (public sector), as well as to identify which one variable that has dominant effect on quality of financial statements. To examine the effect, we used quantitative methods. We collected primary data through distribution of questioner to 137 work unit from 581 work unit at Kementerian Perhubungan. Data analysed used Multiple Linear Regression. We found that all variable have significant influence simultaneously on quality of financial statements. Performance allowance and use of information technology significantly influence, while capital expenditure does not have effect on quality of financial statements. We can conlude that performance allowance motivates the officer to improve quality of financial statements. The use of information technology also improves quality of financial statement, it means that investment in information technology is right decision.

This research was carried out because the learning at SMAN 1 Sidoarjo was carried out hybridly during the pandemic. So that is has a shorter allocation of learning time than offline learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of time management and self-efficacy on the learning outcomes of class X economics subjects in SMAN 1 Sidoarjo hybrid learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Using simple random sampling techniques with a population of 163 students. The study used primary data obtained from questionnaires. The analysis method uses multiple liner regression analysis with the help of the SPPS 24 program. The result of this study partially and simultaneously showed that each of them had a positive and significant influence on time management and self-efficacy on the learning outcomes of class subjects in SMAN 1 Sidoarjo hybrid learning.

The purpose of this study is to provide information on the performance of equity mutual funds based on the Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen method. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The population of this research is equity mutual funds in 2018-2020. The sample of this research used purposive sampling method. The analytical tool in this study is a performance measurement method based on risk adjusted return which includes the Sharpe, Jensen and Treynor methods with Microsoft excel applications. During the observation period, there were Equity Mutual Funds that consistently performed positively and outperformed. These Mutual Funds are RHB OSK Alpha Sector Rotation and SAM Indonesian Equity Fund, therefore the two Mutual Funds are Mutual Funds that are worthy of investment choice.

This research aims to find out how students' perceptions and satisfaction with the application of Blended Learning in the Social Studies Department at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Pekanbaru model based on gender. This type of research is Quantitative Research. Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique was used to take samples in this study. The data used are 114 respondents from students of MAN 1 Pekanbaru and 50 respondents from students of MAN 2 Pekanbaru Model. This research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The data used are interviews and questionnaires. Validity Test and Reliability Test were used before the research instrument was distributed to the respondents. Data Analysis Techniques using t test. The results of the Perception and Satisfaction research of students are positively and significantly influenced by the application of Blended Learning to students of MAN 1 and MAN 2 Pekanbaru Model, and there is a significant difference between Perception and Satisfaction of Students and Students. Satisfaction with the implementation of BL in MAN 1 Pekanbaru and MAN 2 Pekanbaru model by utilizing the CSI calculation, it can be seen that satisfaction with the implementation of BL shows the category of being satisfied with the range of 66-80% and quite satisfied which is in the range of 51%-65%.

This study aims to analyse the effect of Wordwall learning media in increase economics learning outcomes for students in class XI IPS 1 MAN 1 Lamongan. The subjects of this study were 24 students of class XI IPS 1 MAN 1 Lamongan. This research was an experimental study with one-group pre-test post-test design.The analytical technique used reliability test, normality test, homogenity test, N-Gain test, and also Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test analysis on the pre-test and post-test data of the experimental group showed a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 < 0, 05, which means that there is a significant difference between before and after treatment. It can be concluded that Wordwall learning media (X) has a significant effect on student learning outcomes of XI IPS 1MAN 1 Lamongan (Y).

This quantitative research is based on the problem of high poverty in Jember Regency, which is inversely proportional to the relatively stable rate of economic growth and HDI value, which is constantly increase, indicating assuming that ideal conditions not actually happen. The goal of this research is to determine the effect of economic growth on poverty levels in Jember Regency by using HDI variable as a moderating variable. This research used secondary data obtained from the official website BPS of Indonesian, East Java Province and Jember Regency from 2010 to 2020. The data is analyzed using the path analysis method and followed by Sobel test, which is used to determine indirect effect of the intervening variable. This research found that economic growth has no significant effect on HDI and poverty rates, then HDI has a significant effect on poverty rates and can used as intervening variable.

The goal of this research is to determine the effect of economic growth on poverty levels in Jember Regency by using HDI variable as a moderating variable. This research used secondary data obtained from the official website BPS of Indonesian, East Java Province and Jember Regency from 2010 to 2020. The data is analyzed using the path analysis method and followed by Sobel test, which is used to determine indirect effect of the intervening variable. The rise of Online Stores, usually triggers people to be easily tempted to shop, because of conveniences such as saving time and energy, available many promos, and many payment options. This results in many students making planned and unplanned online purchases. This study was conducted to analyze Online Impulse Buying Behavior in terms of Flash Sale and Locus of Control on Shopee Consumer Unper Students. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data collected in the form of primary data. Data analysis in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that Simultaneous Flash Sale and Locus of Control have a significant effect on Online Impulse Buying at Shopee, Partial Flash Sale has a significant effect on Online Impulse Buying at Shopee, Partial Locus of Control has no significant effect on Online Impulse Buying at Shopee.

This research aims to test the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial orientation on green entrepreneurial intention. The research method used in this research is quantitative approach with explanatory survey type. This research was conducted on students of the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Bandung. The population in this study in number of 379 students with 195 samples of students.The results of data processing in this research shows that Economic Education students have entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial orientation, and green entrepreneurial intention in the high category. the results of this study also indicate that both entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial orientation have a significant effect on green entrepreneurial intention.
