PENGARUH PELATIHAN, PENGEMBANGAN DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMPETENSI GURU 培训、发展和工作经验对教师能力的影响

This paper aims to examine the effect of performance allowance, capital expenditure, and use of information technology on quality of financial statements at ministry (public sector), as well as to identify which one variable that has dominant effect on quality of financial statements. To examine the effect, we used quantitative methods. We collected primary data through distribution of questioner to 137 work unit from 581 work unit at Kementerian Perhubungan. Data analysed used Multiple Linear Regression. We found that all variable have significant influence simultaneously on quality of financial statements. Performance allowance and use of information technology significantly influence, while capital expenditure does not have effect on quality of financial statements. We can conlude that performance allowance motivates the officer to improve quality of financial statements. The use of information technology also improves quality of financial statement, it means that investment in information technology is right decision.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and the role of teachers on online learning outcomes in odd semester economic subjects in class X BDP SMK Pasundan 4 Bandung. The method used in this research is a survey. The subjects in this study used a sample of 56 students. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression calculation and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows. From the results of research using descriptive analysis, it is obtained that the average score recapitulation of respondents regarding learning facilities is in the "undecided" category, indicated by an average weight of 3.11 with a percentage of 62.40%. This indicates that most of the students are hesitant about learning facilities according to the average respondent. Meanwhile, regarding online learning outcomes, students are in the "Strongly Agree" category, indicated by an average weight of 4.50 with a percentage of 89.20%. This indicates that most students strongly agree that students' online learning outcomes increase according to the average respondent. Based on the classical assumption test through the normality test that has been carried out, it is obtained a significant value of 0.200> 0.05, it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed. In the hypothesis test, multiple linear regression coefficients (Y= 1.638 – 0.513X1 + 0.577X2 + 0.347) which means that if learning facilities (variable X1) and the role of teachers (variable X2) increase, it will cause a tendency to increase student online learning outcomes (variable X2). Y) of 1.09. The contribution of the influence given by the learning facilities variable to students' online learning outcomes is 34.5% and the teacher's role variable to students' online learning outcomes is 35.8%, the percentage is calculated based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination is 70.3%, while the rest amounted to 29.7% influenced by external factors that were not examined by the researcher, and the conclusion was acceptable. As the end of the research, the author conveys suggestions for schools for learning facilities and teachers to use adequate learning facilities in the ongoing teaching and learning process, specifically on learning facilities and the role of teachers in general so as to improve student online learning outcomes.

The objectives of the final report of this research are (1) to determine the understanding of students and lecturers in the Merdeka Learning policy program at the Merdeka Campus at the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP, Pasundan University; (2) to find out the involvement of students and lecturers in the Independent Learning Policy Program at the Independent Campus at the Economics Education Study Program, FKIP, Pasundan University.The implementation method in the research program on the implementation of the Independent Learning Policy-Independent Campus (MBKM) is in the form of a population survey (total sampling) involving students, and lecturers at the Pasundan University economic education study program.The survey results show that in general students understand the independent campus learning policy program in the economic education study program FKIP Pasundan University, this is indicated by the average student answers about each question item in the survey showing a response according to the answer indicators provided.Some of the author's suggestions are input as a form of concern for the study program in implementing the MBKM program so that it can be even better, of course the consistency of all human resources involved is very necessary in optimizing the implementation of this MBKM activity.

ANALISIS STRATEGI PROMOSI E-COMMERCE SHOPEE YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN 影响消费者购买决策的E-COMMERCE SHOPEE策略分析

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui intensitas penggunaan e-commerce shopee, strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh e-commerce shopee dan strategi promosi e-commerce shopee yang paling signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Pasundan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan sampel berjumlah 202 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Pasundan. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intensitas penggunaan e-commerce shopee pada mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi dalam taraf yang tinggi ditunjukkan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 202 orang pengguna e-commerce shopee yang merasakan promo rutin dari shopee sehingga dapat menjawab setiap pernyataan-pernyataan setiap variabel strategi promosi yang dimiliki e-commerce shopee, strategi promosi yang dilakukan e-commerce shopee untuk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian terdiri dari lima yaitu, promo gratis ongkir, banjir promo, permainan berhadiah, beragam metode pembayaran, dan layanan shopee express dan secara parsial strategi promosi berupa banjir promo yang paling signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 49,7%.

PENGARUH TINGKAT LITERASI BACA SISWA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN 学生识字水平对学习有效性的影响

The title of this study is the Effect of Student Reading Literacy Level on Learning Effectiveness (Survey on Introduction of Accounting Class X Accounting at SMK Negeri 3 bandung academic year 2021-2022). This research aims to (i) find out the level of student read literacy in Introduction of Accounting of class X Accounting at SMK Negeri 3 bandung (ii) to know the level of learning effectiveness Introduction of Accounting of class X Accounting at SMK Negeri 3 bandung (iii) knowing the magnitude of the influence of students' reading literacy levels on the effectiveness of learning in Introduction of Accounting of class X Accounting at SMK Negeri 3 bandung. In this study the authors used quantitative approach methods using survey research methods, with a population of 30. To seek influence, The data analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24.0,descriptive analysis ofreading literacy level with a weight of 37.97 and an average value of 3.80, and theeffectiveness of learning with a sum weight of 40.03 and an average value of 4.00, on a simple linear regression test there is a regression coefficient value obtained is 0.580, and the determination coefficient valueis obtained the number R (correlation coefficient) or the relationship number between variable X to variable Y of 0.557 or 55.7%. The amount of contribution made by the variable level of reading literacy can be seen from the number in R Square which is 0.310 which means that the level of reading literacy affects the effectiveness of learning by 31.0%. While the other 69.0% was influenced by other factors outside of the research conducted.
本研究的题目是学生阅读素养水平对学习效果的影响(对SMK Negeri 3万隆学年2021-2022会计学X班课程介绍的调查)。本研究旨在(i)了解SMK Negeri万隆3班《X会计学导论》学生的阅读素养水平(ii)了解SMK Negeri万隆3班《X会计学导论》学生的学习有效性水平(iii)了解学生阅读素养水平对SMK Negeri万隆3班《X会计学导论》学习有效性的影响程度。在这项研究中,作者采用定量方法,采用调查研究方法,与人口30。为了寻求影响,采用的数据分析是采用IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24.0进行简单的线性回归分析,描述性分析的阅读素养水平权重为37.97,平均值为3.80,描述性分析的学习有效性权重总和为40.03,平均值为4.00,对简单线性回归检验得到的回归系数值为0.580。确定系数值为R(相关系数)或变量X与变量Y的关系数为0.557或55.7%。从R方中的数字可以看出,阅读素养水平对学习效果的影响程度为0.310,即阅读素养水平对学习效果的影响程度为31.0%。而另外69.0%则受到研究之外的其他因素的影响。

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat best-practices implementasi lesson study dalam memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta pada mata pelajaran IPS Ekonomi. Metode: Studi deskriptif kualitatif ini dilakukan di SMAN 10 Ternate selama bulan Agustus-November 2021 dengan melibatkan subyek sebanyak 36 siswa kelas X IPS1. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dengan menggunakan instrument berupa lembar observasi, rekaman proses pembelajaran, dan catatan harian peneliti yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Temuan: hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lesson study mampu memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik melalui setiap implementasi pada tahapan designing, action, and reflection. Kesimpulan: Lesson study sebagai model peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pengkajian praktik pembelajaran memberi kontribusi positif bagi guru dan peserta didik di kelas X IPS1 pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Lesson study memberi ruang kepada guru untuk mengembangkan kreatifitasnya dalam melakukan perubahan dan perbaikan. Sementara bagi peserta didik, lesson study memberi ruang hak belajar untuk difasilitasi mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi rekomendasi bagi perbaikan kualitas pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Ternate, khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPS.
目的:本研究旨在探讨学生实践的进展,以促进以参与者为中心的经济ip课程的学习。方法:在2017年8月10日至11月21日,SMAN 10个3月进行了一项定性描述性研究,涉及36名X级IPS1学生。通过工具的观察、学习过程的记录和后来定性分析的研究人员的每日记录来收集数据。发现:研究结果表明,莱斯森研究能够通过每一个阶段的设计、行动和反思,促进以学习者为中心的学习。结论:通过学习实践对X IPS1课堂上的教师和学习者做出积极贡献的莱斯森研究作为教师能力提升模型。莱斯森研究给老师空间,让他们在改变和改进方面发挥创意。而对学习者来说,莱斯森研究提供了一个促进其潜力的学习空间。这项研究的结果为特内特市一所中学的学习质量改进提供了建议,尤其是在IPS课程中。

This study aims to see the effect of Village Fund and Gross Domestic Regional Product on poverty in districts / cities in Aceh Province during the 2017-2019 period. To analyze the data, the method used is panel data regression analysis with the estimation of model parameters using a fixed effect model (FEM). The results showed that the village funds variable did not have a significant effect on poverty, this happened because most of the village funds were allocated more to the infrastructure development sector, causing village funds to still not have a direct effect on reducing poverty. The Gross Domestic Regional Product variable has a negative but significant effect on poverty in the District / City of Aceh Province, which means that with an increase in Gross Domestic Regional Product it will significantly affect the reduction of poverty levels in Aceh Province.

DAMPAK COVID-19 TERHADAP INDEK HARGA SAHAM IDX BUMN20 TAHUN 2020

This article analyzes the impact of stock price efficiency on the Covid-19 event in 2020. As a capital market tool, shares are interpreted as evidence that a person has equity participation in a company or limited liability company. The emergence of the impact of Covid-19 on the price index is detrimental to the country's economy. State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), which are the drivers of economic growth, has also been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This analysis needs to be carried out to find out the impact of Covid-19 on the stock price of IDX BUMN20 regarding the effects before and before the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia in 2020. The research method used is exploratory descriptive with a quantitative approach and the data collected is descriptive. Secondary data from the IDX and the Central Statistics Agency regarding the condition of economic growth and the SOE stock price index in 2020. Based on the results obtained, the first conclusion is that Indonesia's economic growth from 2019 was 5.02% and in 2020 was 2.07%, so that economic growth decreased from 2019 to 2020 by 2.95. Furthermore, the IDX BUMN20 stock index also fell to 18.39% throughout 2020.

EFEK MEDIASI SENSE OF CONTROL PADA PENGARUH SMARTPHONE ADDICTION TERHADAP ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION (Studi Pada Siswa SMK Jurusan Akuntansi Pasundan 1 Cianjur)

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the mediating effect of sense of control on the influence of smartphone addiction on academic procrastination in students of SMK Pasundan 1 Cianjur majoring in accounting. The theory that underlies this research is the theory of gestalk cognitive psychology. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and the instrument used is a questionnaire distributed to students of SMK Pasundan 1 Cianjur majoring in accounting with random sampling technique, and the sample collected is 123 respondents. The data analysis technique used an associative approach with a statistical measuring tool for path coefficients (parh analysis). Based on the results of research conducted on students of SMK Pasundan 1 Cianjur majoring in accounting, the results showed that smartphone addiction had no negative effect on sense of control, sense of control had a negative effect on academic procrastination, and smartphone addiction had a positive effect on academic procrastination. Smartphone addiction does not significantly affect academic procrastination through sense of control. The advice given in this study is on the smartphone addiction variable, students should reduce positive anticipation as the most dominating indicator. On the variable sense of control students must increase the ability to control attention as the lowest indicator, in addition to the academic variable procrastination students must reduce the level of personal initiative as the most dominating indicator
