Information Tecnology (IT) developments is a paradigm shift in various domains, including supply chain management (SCM). This study examines internet of thing (IoT) and SCM; an empirical analysis of Nigeria perspective. The study examined IoT factors and its effect on SCM, with aspecific focus on Jumia Nigeria. The survey research design was used in this study. The study's sample size is comprised of 265 members of Jumia employees who were randomly selected with 253 valid responses retrieved. SmartPLS3 was used for the analysis, and hypotheses were tested using structural equation model at a significance threshold of 0.05 to see whether they were correct. Results demonstrated that IoT has a standardized beta value and P value of 0.948 and 0.000 on SCM which its r2 indicates 89.9% on SCM. In conclusion, IoT factors integration will lead to continuous improvement as it helps to enhanced its supply chain management.

The increasing number of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in Malaysia,as registered with the Department of Social Welfare until the end of 2020, estimated at 570,000, requires attention. PWDs are part of Malaysian society and should be granted equal rights and opportunities to live their lives easily. However, achieving this equality is not an easy task today. PWDs face various factors and challenges due to negative attitudes and discrimination deeply ingrained in society. Therefore, this study aims to explore the facilities and inclusivity in higher education for PWDs. It presents an exploratory study based on selected previous research regarding higher education for students with special needs in Malaysia. The research utilized a selection approach of 10 chosen articles to explore issues, management, and implementation efforts to create a PWD-friendly environment. The study found that educational facilities at the higher education level have been established, such as specially constructed parking spaces for PWDs. The study suggests the need for further improvements in other infrastructural aspects, such as wheelchair-friendly pathways, special routes for the visually impaired, and so on. The success of inclusive higher education for PWDs should involve a proactive environment in combating the neglect of PWDs in national development. Hopefully, these ideas can contribute to the construction of an inclusive environment within educational institutions. The study also suggests future research on the moral aspects of society towards PWDs.

This study investigated the perceptions of soft skills among employers and graduates in Sarawak, using descriptive quantitative research methodology to determine if there is a significant difference between the employers and graduates; to compare differences in ranking of soft skills, and thus the occurrence of a skills gap between both parties. The literature reviews in this study emphasized, firstly, the perceptionsof graduates and employers on soft skills about employability, a topic which had been studied over the decades across the world, since the skills gap or mismatch arose from the different perceptions is an ongoing phenomenon, that affected the curriculum of the highereducation institutions and the labour market in the industries. Second, soft skills development has evolved; it has been referred to as 21st-century skills; a critical component of today's graduates' employability. Then, this study examined the perception of stakeholders involved in graduate employability, in particular, employerandgraduate. The skills gap existed as a result of the disparities in perceptions between graduates and employers as the findings revealed there are differences in ranking orders, and frequency analysis confirmed the mean score comparisons of the ranking options between both parties. In terms of employers’ demographic characteristics, significant differences were spotted after analysing a one-way ANOVA. These findingsaimed to provide useful information to the stakeholders involved in assisting with the reduction of the skills gap and hence improve the graduate employability in Sarawak.

Aconventional interpretation on Nigerians’ migration in the 21stCentury emphasizes the acceleration and geo-spatial diversification of Nigerians from their home country to other African Countries, Europe, Asia and North America portraying a South-North Migration. Nigeria, like other Africa countries, is often seen and regarded as a country entangled with the problem of mass migration and displacement resulting from poverty, violent conflict, bad governance, insurgency and the dilapidating environmental condition. This perception, to an extent, may likely be untrue when theoretically informed researchis conducted on the pattern of migration in Nigeria. Contradicting the common ideological spread, the pattern of internal and international migration in Nigeria solely does not rest on poverty, conflict and environmental factors, but driven by a prospect for development and social transformation to increase Nigerians’ capability to contribute towards their country’s sustainable development and as such sustain future migration aspiration of the people. This paper x-rays, from a sociological perspective, the pattern, trends and determinant of migration in Nigeria. Relying majorly on secondary information sources, relevant literature on Africa Migration, with Nigeria in mind, were reviewed and criticized bringing out the overlapping knowledge gap in the literature. The review process specifically focused on varied migration process in terms of the scale, patternand reasons for migration. The precise operational model that justifies the pattern of migration in Nigeria was reviewed and applied to the varied factors responsible for migration. The paper reveals that the diversification of migration streams, changingcause of migration, the predominance of certain categories of migration such as brain-drain all had significant consequence on Nigeria’s sustainable development. The paper concluded that in as much as we want internal and international migration tobe discouraged; the responsibility is laid on government to meet the trans-migration demands ofNigerians.

Unemployment is an issue in most of the countries, both developing and developed. Students spend their available life, money, and efforts in education for getting a good job. However, when they finish their education, they spend much time looking for a job and sometimes stay unemployed. It is believed that one of the best solutions for this problem is to start a privet business. Thus, this study embarked to study the factors that affect UTHM students’ entrepreneur intention. It followed the quantitative method and collected the data via online and hard questionnaires. The data then was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0. Four main variables were studied in this research namely, attitude, perceived behavior control, need for achievement, and family background. The findings of this study showed that all the variables were correlated with entrepreneurial intention. Moreover, the study also showed that all factorshave a significant impact on entrepreneurial intention, except for the family background which was found to have no significant impact.

The accounting component of human capital has not yet been fully adopted and implemented in corporate financial reporting of corporate organizations. Determining the impact of human resource accounting on turnover, earnings per share, and capital employed of corporate performance of the listed businesses in the Nigerian stock exchange is the goal of the current study. The results of the study demonstrate that (I) human resource accounting significantly influences business turnover, (ii) human resource accounting significantly influences earnings per share, and (iii) human resource accounting significantly influences return on capital employed. In conclusion, the financial reports would be more useful for making decisions if human resources were included as an asset rather than reported in the traditional manner. Therefore, the study suggests that the listed firms adopt a culture of valuing and disclosing education, training, and ongoing retraining of their human resources to enhance performance.

Social intelligence is becoming more important in the workplace as it helps people to be aware of their interactions which creates a harmonious working environment. As such, human resource officers are starting to prioritise this element as one of the criteria that they seek in a candidate during an interview. This paper is a systematic literature review on the current criteria that human resource officers look for during job interviews and their perceptions of graduates’ values in relation to social intelligence. This systematic literature review employed the four procedures by Gessler & Siemmer (2020) to clearly review previous literature. Thereview has highlighted that human resource officers have shifted their emphasis fromacademic performance to social intelligence when interviewing candidates during a job interview. However, graduates seem to have difficulties in showcasing social intelligence. Thus, further investigation is required in relation to how graduates perceive social intelligence and how they demonstrate social intelligence, either in oral or written communication.Apart from that, the review has also highlighted the inconsistencies in requirements between private and public sectors, as well as the size of the company. Thus, further investigation is needed to investigate these inconsistencies.

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is an essential area that concerns the protection, health, and safety, including the welfare of people or workers in any type of employment. This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing the workers' awareness of OSH and the level of OSH awareness among the workers in a manufacturing company in northern Malaysia. The questionnaire was distributed to 60 employees manually and collected within one week.
