Development of human through the formation of akhlakamong undergraduates play an important role in the life and civilization of a nation. The emphasis on akhlak aspects in higher education is essential to produce graduates with a balance between needs of duniawiand ukhrawi. Teaching and learning that focus on academic achievement alone is not enough to be relied upon in producing holistic graduates with knowledge, identity and practice good manners. This paper aims to identify the factors of moral degradation among students in the selected Public Universities. This study is based on quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires. A total of 1110 questionnaires were distributed randomly in four universities which are representing by zone. The northern zone is represented by Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), the east zone by Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT), central zone by the University of Malaya (UM) and the south zone by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). The findings show that the environment is becoming a major factor that encourages students to engage with moral problems.

The global Milky Stork population has undergone a rapid population decline with a current estimated population of 5500 individuals remaining worldwide. In Malaysia, Milky Stork populations have declined more than 90% over the last 20 years and less than fiveindividuals being observed recently in Pulau Kelumpang and Pulau Trong, the last known Milky Stork habitats in the Matang Forest Reserve. GIS application is used to analyse the habitat selection of Milky Stork in the study area. 16 different stations havebeen choosing in this research and a three-parameter has been set which is land use, vegetation and food availability. From the results, the highest density of Milky Stork that can be found is at Pulau Gula and the lowest density of Milky Stork is at Pulau Kelumpang which is only 1 individual who was spotted. The result from this study also shows these birds are most likely to be found in the disturbed area especially aquaculture activity. This aquaculture activity has provided them with easy access to the food source. Research finding has shown that since the captive breeding birds program implemented by the Department of wildlife and National Park (DWNP), they are most likely has lost their ability to foraging food in the wild. Some of the staff in the DWNP Pulau Gula branch said that when it was rainy days, this bird will come to their building asking for food. The results also show that environmental factor like vegetation, food and climate does not have any effects on the density of Milky Stork. This situation is very contrary to previous studies that show these birds can get their food natural habitat.

Trauma experiences or post-traumatic disorders prove to be an uprising phenomenon faced by people around the globe. This paper examines the language of trauma studies in two textbooks authored by a prominent trauma analysis expert who has been in the field for more than 20 years. This paper posits that the study or content analysis of trauma narratives discourse textbooks could contribute to self-efficacy beliefs especially in communication management. Using the corpus-based approach, essential keywords, and a word list of the essential language of trauma headwords are identified. Thus, with the 209 identified headwords, the development of the new word list specifically to trauma narratives discourse has been facilitated. The production of the word list of the language of trauma is aimed to assist disaster risk management researchers and authorities in identifying the ‘sensitive’ traumatic keywords to be or not to be narrated to the affected people in community-based studies. Thus, this study entails insightful concepts to the creation of a trauma narrative essential word because of its meaningful application. In conclusion, the article presents the keywords found to be associated closely with trauma narrative textbooks insights and proposes a coping alternative to the community or academia from a linguistics and communication management point of view.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) framework integration is an important and foundational business process preparation and knowledgesharing process. The ERP framework has in the past decade been regarded as a vital enabler for organisational performance and functions as an integral feature in today's diverse and competitive market climate. It normally needs considerable feedback in terms of commitment, time, and resources to incorporate an ERP method.In recent research, numerous contributing factors to the ERP's performance or failure were more specifically demonstrated; still, only the ERP's contributions in developed countries were illuminated. Moreover, many developing countries are interested in ERP deployment in their organizations.As Microsoft Dynamics 365 has not been thoroughly researched to date, this study seeks to penetrate an unexplored territory for Malaysia by concentrating on Malaysia-specific results. The importance of this analysis is a detailed review of the spectrum of Microsoft Dynamics 365 operations in supply chain management. Additionally, this analysis aims to help specific sectors and enterprises further grasp the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution. A reasonable amount of evidence would be supplied that addresses the feasibility, usefulness, and practicality of Microsoft Dynamics 365.This research aimed to discover variables that impact ERP users in an ERP environment, with the intention of gaining a more detailed understanding of the end-user ERP output through a qualitative case study. It is important to recognise all of the influences on the stakeholders in the ERP management and in this study, the Microsoft Dynamic 365 (D365) was the target system. The study utilized a qualitative research framework that combines computational techniques and mathematical estimation for data collection and interpretation. The ERP data obtained are the data required for answering the study questions.The findings of this study show the importance of stakeholders and ERP Framework as well as ERP system such as D365 in promoting individual ERP successes. The researcher also looked at the views of stakeholders on the impact of system quality. This relationship was investigated from the viewpoints of the end-users, stakeholders. Understanding the relative value of the information system factors places an emphasis on the vital performance factors perceived by end consumers by organisations and suppliers. Ingeneral, the conclusion from the analysis is that the management of the supply chain in extended companies should not expect too much of an ERP system as eventually still needs various customizationwithin certain industries.This study has helped to reduce the discrepancy in the theory of stakeholders regarding the criteria for the selection of systems and methods for bread production in Malaysia, although some of the criteria and methods provided for in the theories might not be prominent in th

Researchers agree that innovation is one of the competitive business strategies to ensure sustainability of local small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in the global market. However, the level of innovative work behavior (IWB) among Malaysia’s SMEs is not encouraging. Studies have claimed that emotional intelligence as one of the precursors of innovative workbehavior. Emotional intelligence (EQ) enables employees to disseminate and implement innovative ideas more effectively as they have the abilities to understand and manage their own emotion and others. Thus, this study aimed to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and its respective dimensions with innovative work behavior among employees working in food and beverage (F&B) medium sized enterprises. The research is quantitative research questionnaires as data collection method. A total of 400 questionnaires were collected from F&B medium sized enterprises’ employees located at Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Perak, and Penang via quota sampling. Descriptive analysis confirmed that the level of IWB is moderate in line with previous studies. EQ explained 25.7% variance in IWB with self-management has the strongest influence. This finding implies that selection and hiring of employees should consider the use of EQ for testing.

This finding implies that selection and hiring of employees should consider the use of EQ for testing.","PeriodicalId":30344,"journal":{"name":"Journal of TechnoSocial","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44828929","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In 2015/2016 saw the country hit by El Niño which caused drought and drought all over the country. This El Nino incident caused a decrease in the amount of rainfall due to the movement of trade air currents. Many studies have been conducted on the effects of El Niño on temperature and rainfall. However, there is a discrepancy in the findings. The study area of Sarawak experienced different natural disasters in February 2016, namely floods in South Sarawak and drought in North Sarawak. To understand this incident, researchers use rain data from remote sensing technology through Global precipitation Measurement (GPM) to provide rainfall distribution data during El Niño 2016 events. The first step to calculate the total of rainfall in a month from GPM data for gain the pattern amount rainfall during 2015/2016. The results of this study found that El Nino events caused a decrease of 20-30% during El Niño events even during the occurrence of the northeast monsoon. However, the effect of El Nino on the amount of rainwater distribution depends on the position of a district in Sarawak. The results of this study successfully show that the northern areas of Sarawak are much affected during El Nino which is important to those responsible in providing infrastructure to reduce the impact of El Niño, especially to the agricultural sector.
