Experimental Study and Functional Regime Analysis of an Electric Pump Unit With a Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor 三相异步电动机电泵装置的实验研究及功能状态分析

This article presents and analyses obtained experimental results for two basic functional regimes of an electric pump unit consisting of an external gear reversible motor/pump and a three phase asynchronous motor. The natural characteristics in the engine and generator mode of the asynchronous machine, as well as the pumping/motor regimes for the hydraulic machine have been simulated and examined at a specialized hydraulic rig. The basic quantitative ratios have been set out and important conclusions have been made in the established mode of operation of the pump unit.

Ultracapacitor Charging From a Source with Varying and Limited Power 从可变和有限功率源充电的超级电容器

The article explores a system for ultracapacitor charging from a source with varying and limited power (in this case photovoltaic module). The system is based on the Single Ended Primary Inductance Converter (SEPIC) and constant-power and voltage-limiting regulator. A scheme for computer simulation with PSIM program is presented, as well as the simulation results under different conditions.

Comparison Between Information Provided by Radar and AIS in The Integrated Vessel Traffic Systems 综合船舶交通系统中雷达与AIS信息的比较

The present paper contains comparison between the oncoming information from shore based radar and AIS in the integrated vessel traffic management and information system of Bulgaria (VTMIS). The experiments are based on using records of real traffic from the coverage area of the system. Comparison between positions, courses and speeds of moving and anchored targets provided by the radar and AIS subsystems respectively, are presented in this paper. The accuracy of both data is estimated and compared with the accuracy required by IALA.

Reduced Database for Voice Commands Recognition Using Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning 使用云技术、人工智能和深度学习的语音命令识别简化数据库

Voice commands recognition tasks used limited sets of words in comparison of universal speech recognition systems dedicated to work with the whole set of words of one or more that one natural languages. Today these universal speech recognition systems are usually based on cloud technologies, artificial intelligence and probably on neural networks with deep learning. The main drawback of using these universal speech recognition systems in tasks like voice commands recognition is the need of unnecessary search the limited set of words (a few words of voice commands) in the databases, containing very large set of words of a chosen natural language. Therefore, the proposition as the goal of this article is to combine the advantages of universal speech recognition systems using cloud technologies, artificial intelligence and neural networks with deep learning in voice commands recognition tasks, but creating and using the reduced database as an appropriate subset of the large speech recognition database existing as cloud databases.

Study of the Electrical Characteristics of Autotransformer Discrete Alternating Voltage Regulators with R-L Loads 带R-L负载的自变离散交流稳压器的电气特性研究

Autotransformer discrete alternating voltage regulators (ADAVR) are used for limitation of the supply voltage range and thus prevent the deterioration of the electrical energy quality. The paper is dedicated to the investigation of the processes in an ADAVR with R-L load. The study was conducted by the help of an automated computer program in the environment of MATLAB, allowing simulation of the processes in ADAVR at different switching ranges corresponding to different supply voltages. The results obtained for the regulator parameters (efficiency, input and output currents, output voltage, input and output active and reactive power) were verified experimentally with a prototype of ADAVR and a good correspondence with the data from the simulated processes was obtained.

Impedance Matching for an Inductive Harvesting Transducer 电感式采集传感器的阻抗匹配

This paper presents an inductive transducer coupled to an articulated device for harvesting applications. This device, taking advantage of the sway of the waves of the sea, produces a linear oscillating motion in a solenoid-magnet. Using some magnetic fundamentals, a model of the transducer is deduced. This model is then extended to a harvesting device made with three transducers. Different transducer prototypes, with different number of coil turns, wire gauge, and magnets, have been developed to optimize it. The energy harvested form the final transducer array is processed electronically to charge an autonomous system battery. To maximize the energy collected the principle of impedance matching is used. Thus, the output impedance of the transducer array must match the converter input impedance. A buck-boost hybrid converter (HBB) controlled to behave as a Loss Free Resistor is proposed as impedance adaptor circuit. After the theoretical analysis, several simulation and experimental results are given.

Power System Sectionalizing Optimization Using Genetic Algorithm 基于遗传算法的电力系统分段优化

This paper proposes the algorithm for searching the optimal configuration of the power network, taking into account short-circuit currents and losses, using the genetic algorithm. The proposed method allows finding the optimal configuration of the power network effectively, for a relatively small number of iterations (significantly less than with a full search of all options). The influence of the population size on the number of runs to calculate the mode and short-circuit currents is analyzed. Standard IEEE schemes were used as test schemes, with 14 nodes, 20 branches and 118 nodes, 186 branches. The modeling was performed in the MATLAB software environment and the package of procedures for calculating the Matpower 6.0 mode.

Research of the Magnetic Field Inside a Drum Separator With Permanent Magnets 永磁鼓式磁选机内部磁场的研究

The paper presents a study of the pattern of the magnetic field inside a drum separator with permanent magnets. The construction of the separator and the position of the permanent magnets are described, and data are obtained experimentally along the longitudinal and cross axis of the drum separator. Attention is paid to the characteristics of the used magnetic material and its properties. By computer modelling, a pattern is obtained of the magnetic field of the separator. A comparison is made between the obtained results and the conducted experiment. Analysis is made of the possibilities to improve the operating regime of the separator by using novel magnetic materials for permanent magnets.

Active Battery Balancing Via a Switched DC/DC Converter: Description and Performance Analysis 通过开关DC/DC转换器的有源电池平衡:描述和性能分析

This paper presents a new converter-based active balancing topology. This equalizer topology consists of a single non-isolated DC/DC converter and cell-to-cell power routing via controlled switches, which are operated as power multiplexers. The design and control strategy of the equalizer are explained. Its performance is assessed in simulation. The equalizer balances an imbalanced battery pack of five monobloc batteries, compensating the initial SOC deviations and keeping the pack balanced from then on. The influence of four battery parameters in SOC divergence is analyzed.

This equalizer topology consists of a single non-isolated DC/DC converter and cell-to-cell power routing via controlled switches, which are operated as power multiplexers. The design and control strategy of the equalizer are explained. Its performance is assessed in simulation. The equalizer balances an imbalanced battery pack of five monobloc batteries, compensating the initial SOC deviations and keeping the pack balanced from then on. The present paper discuses dependences between QR code size, distance, angle of view, type (printed/screen displayed), content of the code, and resolution of the scanning device. Experiments were made with change of each of the mentioned factors, the results were summarized. Factors such as luminance change and technical differences between scanning devices other than resolution are not included.
