In order to further improve the design of the airline disruption management computer-aided decision-making system. Based on the use of prospect theory to analyze passenger behavior choices, the paper uses time-band network and passenger transfer algorithm to establishes a two-objective integer programming model that minimizes airline recovery costs and passengers' psychological losses. Using actual data from a domestic airline for verification, the results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the quality of the flight recovery plan, and can provide a reference for the design of airline computer-aided decision-making system.

The survival of micro, small and medium-sized technology enterprises is highly dependent on innovation, while they also have strong innovation ability and development potential. Based on summarizing the existing research methods, this paper adopts the general, objective, and available indicators to quantify innovation and innovation performance. The RBF (Radial Basis Function) neural network is established with an average overall relative error of 1.271 through multiple pieces of training to analyze the selected sample data. The result shows that the proportion of researchers whose importance of normalization is 100.0 % and the cooperation orientation with normalization is 88.2 %, which significantly impacts innovation performance. The research of this paper provides scientific theoretical guidance for micro, small and medium-sized technology enterprises to rationally allocate innovation input factors and effectively improve their innovation performance.

In the era of intelligence and big data, the integration of economic development and information technology is becoming closer and closer, and the development of video websites is becoming more and more rapid. Firstly, the main factors affecting the innovation of Internet enterprises were analyzed by establishing a multiple regression model, followed by a case study approach, which mainly selected Bilibili, a typical enterprise of Internet video website, to analyze its corporate innovation. This paper analyzes the business system of Bilibili and studies the innovation of enterprise business model in three aspects: user group, profit model, and user stickiness. The study finds that: improving the incentive of training subjects; expanding the flexible charging space; enhancing participation awareness and retaining core users. Thus, it provides some reference and decision basis for other Internet video website enterprise managers to implement business model strategies.

In order to avoid the peak load of national power system and realize the peak shift and valley filling of power system, a cooling load forecasting method based on long short-term memory is proposed. Firstly, the multi-dimensional external information such as outdoor temperature, environmental humidity and wet bulb temperature are modeled. Then, long short-term memory is used to obtain the historical cooling load information, which can effectively predict the future cooling load demand. The experimental results show that the prediction accuracy of this method is significantly higher than that of manual prediction, and has good mobility. At present, this method has played a good application value in real scenes.

Traditional online trading platforms provide services with user data centrally stored on their servers, posing risks to user privacy and assets. On the contrary, cryptocurrencies based on blockchains avoid many problems of the centralized platforms. However, the intrinsic anonymity makes it difficult to trace the identities if someone defaults on a transaction. To address this issue, we proposed a blockchain trading prototype based on regulatable two-tier identities in our previous work. Users can make off-chain promises about transactions through an off-chain transaction confirmation protocol and appeal to the on-chain supervision contract for reimbursement if the proof of the default is provided to the contract. The model has both anonymity and regulatability but how the proof is constructed is not designed in the previous work. In this paper, we propose a logistics proof chain based on blockchains to log the delivery information of the goods. If the goods do not arrive as expected, customers can lodge appeals to the supervision contract with a proof chain created by this logistics proof blockchain. Blockchains, smart contracts and other technologies can ensure logistics information is completely logged, and the proof chain is correctly constructed.

Artificial intelligence is the leading and representative technology for the development of the digital economy. It is required to realize the self-reliance of high-level science and technology in China and the future's main battlefield of science and technology. Studying the coordination degree of artificial intelligence and human capital investment can understand the coupling and coordination relationship between them and provide direction for policy-making in the future. By constructing a comprehensive index and price system and using the coupling coordination degree model, this paper analyzes the coordinated development degree of artificial intelligence and human capital investment in China in recent 20 years. From the results, there is a positive interaction between artificial intelligence and human capital investment.

Today, omnichannel retailing has become the norm, while consumer experience has become the core of new retail. The omnichannel offline showroom improves market demand and reduces the online return rate by providing the ultimate experience service. In this study, we identify optimal pricing and experience service decisions as well as the effects of the showroom on demand and profitability when a single-online-channel retailer opens a showroom. Through numerical simulation and analysis, we find that, if the cost factor of an experience service effort reaches a certain threshold, then (1) opening the showroom channel will increase total demand and total profit and reduce online channel demand, and the reduced demand in the online channel will be transferred to the showroom channel; (2) after opening the showroom channel, joint optimization decisions that increase pricing and improve the experience service level can maximize total demand and total profit of the single-online-channel retailer.

In order to improve the efficiency of Generalized Exploiting Modification Direction (GEMD) image hiding and protect the private information from being leaked, an improved GEMD image hiding scheme based on the Chinese residual theorem is proposed. The main idea is to decompose the binary confidential information by the Chinese remainder theorem, and then combine the GEMD hiding algorithm to embed the decomposed confidential information into the carrier image to form a camouflaged image. The results of the experiments show that the improved GEMD hiding algorithm has significantly improved the embedding amount and PSNR value, and greatly enhanced its security performance.

In order to achieve the goal of dual-carbon, manufacturing companies promote green transformation actively by exploring low-carbon technologies and increasing innovational investments. According to the production characteristics of manufacturing enterprises, this paper selects a typical three-level supply chain system as the research object, and establishes a differential dynamic model of low-carbon technology innovation cooperation strategy. Then the low-carbon technology input level and income level of each member company under different cooperation strategies are deduced. Finally, MATLAB is used for simulation analysis. The results show that in non-cooperative situations, when system manufacturers adopt cost-sharing strategies, they play a positive incentive role for the entire supply chain system, which increasing a certain percentage of low-carbon technology innovation investment and even preceeds of equipment suppliers and component suppliers. The overall low-carbon innovation input level and benefits of the supply chain can be maximized when each member company in the supply chain system adopts cooperative strategy.

First of all, this paper has divided container transport mode into direct containers and transfer containers. Then according to different ship route recovery measures, it is analyzed the recovery scheme of direct container and transfer container. This paper has designed improved genetic algorithm which is embedded speed optimization algorithm for solving liner disruption management model. This paper solves the liner disruption management model using the relevant ship navigation schedule data from COSCO. Finally, this paper verifies the effectiveness of the liner disruption management model method and provides relevant reference to the liner company.
