This paper adopts fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the general welfare and perception of functional activities of female tourism practitioners. As environmental problems become more and more serious, various industries in society are paying much more attention to the control of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions. Many related emission reduction policies have emerged as a response to the special time. The carbon allowance system is one of them; the proposal of the “double carbon goal” (Carbon peak, carbon neutrality) is also an important test for Chinese traditional energy companies, and has brought a series of development problems to them. As a major part of the social energy industry, in China, power industry emits half amount of carbon dioxide each year. Therefore, the carbon emissions of the power industry have received great attention. Because coal power generation has the characteristics of high pollution and high energy consumption, the emission reduction of coal power companies is also one of the main positions for the power industry to achieve the “double carbon goal”. The carbon allowance system has brought considerable challenges to the operation and development of thermal power companies. Thermal power companies must make full use of the market to optimize resource allocation and reduce operating costs. At the same time, they also need to transform the external pressure brought by the carbon allowance system into high-quality development, and actively seek the transformation of power generation emission reduction technology. Technical analysis has received much debate on its values in the financial industry in the past decades, partially due to its subjective nature of extracting and encoding patterns from the candlestick charts. Although financial professionals manually work with charting patterns during their daily trading activity, technical analysis using computer vision and deep learning models has emerged only recently. We propose a solution that addresses two research objectives of technical analysis: 1) predicting bullish/bearish; 2) predicting technical analysis patterns using computer vision techniques. We show that our approach provides a promising avenue to identify technical analysis patterns accurately, which may shed light on automating technical analysis in the financial industry.

With the rapid development of computer programming and Internet technology, automated trading accounts for an increasing proportion of the financial market. Many investors have also discovered that automated trading has the advantages of being systematic, accurate, timely, decentralized, disciplined, refined and probabilistic to win, and they have applied automated trading to capture market conditions. In many years of actual program trading, the author discovered an automatic trading system with a high return-to-risk ratio based on the model of adding positions following trend. Aiming at the problems of inappropriate decomposition of software testing requirements and inexperienced testers in the software testing process, the paper proposes a software implicit testing requirements excavation method based on failure modes. Failure modes are obtained by analyzing historical failure data with the fault tree analysis method, according to which the testing guidelines corresponding to them are established afterwards. Implicit test requirements are testing requirements that are not mentioned in the software development requirements document but have occurred in other software with similar testing requests. The extraction of implied testing requirements relies on matching the semantic similarity between the development requirements document and the testing guidelines. The testing requirements that are not described in the development requirements document are complemented by the testing guidelines. The excavation of implied testing requirements complements the testing outline formed by the original decomposition of testing requirements according to the development requirement document and reduces the probability of the same problem occurring in the software. The experimental results show that it provides sufficient support for the improvement of testing requirements in the test of software and guarantees the reliability and security of the software efficiently.

The traditional AI chips, including GPU chips, FPGA chips, and Low Power AI ASIC, are analyzed in this article. The main focus is on the cutting-edge technologies and designs in artificial intelligence based on these traditional AI chips in recent 10 years, especially the applications on neural networks and model trainings, such as Kubernets+Docker Container, S2N2 (an FPGA accelerator), FNSim (a simulator of flash), which have become hot areas of scientific research for several years and will be brought on stream widely by scientific and technical corporations in the industry.

Improving information transparency will help improve corporate governance and protect the interests of investors, alleviate information asymmetry between owners and operators, reduce transaction costs, thereby improve the efficiency of capital market operations, and promote effective allocation of resources. This paper uses the 2009–2019 data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies with internal control deficiencies, uses the Future Earnings Response Coefficient (FERC) to measure company information transparency, and studies the impact of internal control deficiencies on company information transparency, as well as this under different ownership properties. The study found that as the degree of internal control defects increased, FERC was weakened, indicating that internal control defects will reduce the transparency of company information, and this effect mainly exists in state-owned enterprises, and the performance is not obvious in non-state-owned enterprises. The above conclusion is still valid after controlling endogeneity. The analysis of the function path found that the increase in the degree of internal control defects will increase the degree of accrued earnings management, and reduce the disclosure tendency, frequency, precision and accuracy of management's voluntary performance forecasts, indicating that internal control defects will cause management to provide investors with Lower-quality accounting earnings or voluntary disclosure of less or less reliable private information, thereby reducing the company's information transparency. This paper mainly studies the optimal cost planning of production enterprises in supply chain management. The research on this problem can effectively reduce the risk of enterprises in the procurement process, enable enterprises to obtain the maximum benefits with the lowest cost, and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. First of all, the data are analyzed and preprocessed to extract three kinds of indicators: supply volume, stability and credit value, and then comprehensively evaluate the quality of suppliers from these three angles. Analytic hierarchy process is too much affected by subjective factors. Considering the combination of AHP analytic hierarchy process and preferential sequence diagram method to establish the optimal weighting model, the weights of each index are 13.043%, 21.739% and 65.217%, respectively. Finally, the comprehensive quality ranking of suppliers is obtained by the comprehensive evaluation method of rank sum ratio, and the top 50 suppliers are selected as the most important suppliers. Then, through the visual analysis of the total supply data of all suppliers, it is not difficult to find that there is a rule in the corresponding number of weeks in the past five years, which is periodic and seasonal. accordingly, the maximum value of weekly supply is used to represent the maximum supply level of suppliers, and the minimum number of suppliers is 127 by using the maximum matrix and 0–1 programming model. After describing the characteristics of the 127 suppliers, the objective function is changed to the 0–1 programming model with the lowest ordering price, and the 24-week ordering plan is obtained. Considering the transport capacity of the transporter and the one-to-one corresponding relationship between the supplier and the transporter each week, the maximum purchase quantity of type A, the minimum purchase quantity of category C and the lowest loss rate are selected as the objective function. The formulation of the plan revolves around the economy and risk of the order quantity, but in order to ensure the absolute guarantee of production demand, the risk is emphasized in the selection of suppliers and transporters, so the economy of the implementation effect is weakened.
