Analysis and Research on Enterprise Financial Information Monitoring Model 企业财务信息监控模型的分析与研究

The financial status of a company is related to company managers and investors, and the government also needs to stabilize the economic market by formulating rules and regulations to stabilize the company as much as possible. Therefore, it is of great significance to construct an effective early warning of corporate financial crisis. In this paper, the financial data of enterprises that can reflect the market situation are collected. Meanwhile, the data are preliminarily selected, the missing values of the data are filled, and the feature selection of the data is carried out, which provides an excellent data set for the construction of the subsequent model. Moreover, in data filling part, according to previous studies on the missing value filling method, three methods with better filling effect are found by the mean square error which is used as the evaluation index to select the filling method that is more suitable for the data set in this paper, and the selected filling method is adopted to fill in missing values. In the data feature selection part, three methods, namely significance test, random forest, and Lasso, are used to select the feature variables that will eventually be included in the model. The method in this paper can find out the reason and perform adjustment in time, which will be of great significance to the company, creditors, investors and even the entire market.

The Analysis of E-commerce Data: Based on LoT Model 基于LoT模型的电子商务数据分析

Cross-border e-commerce provides a new channel for the development of foreign trade. However, in cross-border e-commerce trade, factors including language, culture, distance and others make the information asymmetry between buyers and sellers more prominent. And the transaction risk is more serious than other types of transactions. This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of sellers' default behavior and transaction data risk in cross-border e-commerce. Based on the theoretical model, the real transaction data of Amazon platform was used as the machine learning training set to derive the behavior function of buyers and sellers. Based on the complex adaptive system theory of simulation economics and agent swarm model. Also, this paper constructs an intelligent dynamic simulation system of cross-border e-commerce transaction risk under incomplete information situations and simulates the seller's default behavior. Finally the paper systematically analyzes the formation mechanism of multi-round cross-border e-commerce transaction risk under incomplete information situations by comparing the simulation results.

Rapid detection method of workshop staff based on deep learning 基于深度学习的车间人员快速检测方法

As the basic unit of production activities in the workshop, the staffs have subjective initiative and high degree of uncertainty. Thus, the management of human in workshop is important and difficult. Based on the urgent necessary of real production, an efficient method for detecting workshop staff was proposed. Compared with the existing 3-Stage CCNN and Adaptive Rec-network, the experiments proved that the proposed method has higher accuracy.

Construction of the Competency Model of the Chief Quality Officer—Based on the Iceberg Model 基于冰山模型的首席质量官胜任力模型构建

As the country's economic development shifts from “high speeding” to “high quality”, the chief quality officer is the core figure of advancing the country's high-quality development, and the study of his competence is also particularly important. First, through the ways of reviewing literature and interviewing experts to collect competency indicators of the chief quality officer, then code and count indicators, according to analysis the result of statistical dates, a competency scale of the chief quality officer is established. Take advantage of the analytical methods of independence, exploratory factor, reliability and validity and other mathematical statistical methods to analyze statistics, choose principal component analysis to calculate weights. According to the weight of each competency factor to rank, and eventually build a competency model of the chief quality officer, which contains 22 competency indicators in four dimensions: potential(0.304), professional skills (0.272), personal accomplishment (0.223) and knowledge achievement (0.201). Finally, based on the iceberg model, the competency model of the chief quality officer is divided into knowledge achievements and professional skills floating on the water, and personal qualities and potentials are under the water. The study hope provides reference for the selection, training and management of the chief quality officer to improve the overall quality of the chief quality officer, push the team construction of talents who are engaged in quality industry, and promote the high-quality development of various industries.

Research and Countermeasures on ESG Information Disclosure of Listed Enterprises in China Under the Background of Internet Technology 互联网技术背景下中国上市企业ESG信息披露研究与对策

In recent years, the rapid development of Internet technology has injected new vitality into the social economy. Digital economy is a new economic situation formed under the concept of sustainable development. In the context of the development of Internet technology, China puts forward the goal of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”, which aims to promote the sustainable development of society. ESG information disclosure can help promote the realization of corporate sustainable development goals. Internet technologies such as cloud computing, blockchain, and artificial intelligence have innovated in corporate infrastructure, operating environment, and service models to improve the quality of corporate ESG information disclosure. However, the level of attention and disclosure quality of ESG information disclosure by domestic companies needs to be improved. This article analyzes the problems of domestic listed companies in ESG information disclosure, and gives countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of corporate ESG information disclosure, so as to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.

Chinese liquor is a conventional fermented alcoholic beverage that plays an important role in East Asian traditional culture. Each person who lives in or wants to come to East Asia is familiar with Kweichow Moutai. Moreover, not only the adults know it, but also the small children do not feel strange with the brand of Kweichow Moutai, although they may not know what it is. There are so many different brands for liquor, why is the Kweichow Moutai so famous as the Chinese national liquor. This will raise questions, why Kweichow Moutai can reach such a height, both price and status, which has become the theme of research. Digging the reason why Kweichow Moutai can be successful can help other companies to learn experience from Kweichow Moutai so that they can improve themself. In order to explore this problem, this article analyzes the whole economical environment of China, the company's financial data and the decision made by Kweichow Moutai using Microsoft's PowerBI tool to perform a visual analysis of data. Data for this research were selected from the Tushare website. liquor as a special industry which has high level requirements for the process and resources makes each company have a chance to have their own special aspect to attract the customers. With the shock of the whole liquor industry around 2013 year, the veteran company Wuliangye lost control of the liquor industry due to their exposed problems. At the same time, Kweichow Moutai focuses on several main famous products and keeps them at a luxury level. The healthy financial data and clear decisions make Kweichow Moutai become Chinese national liquor.

In the era of the Internet and the digital economy, the prospect of online recruitment is broad. Small and medium-sized enterprises are constantly expanding due to the influence of policies. They have greater demand and mobility for talents and higher requirements for the effectiveness of online recruitment. The efficient network recruitment model has become one of the long-term developments of enterprises. Based on this, based on the actual situation of enterprises, this paper takes Fujian Uni-President Tinplate Co., Ltd. as an example to collect the current information that affects the effectiveness of online recruitment. Through the research methods of statistics and semantic analysis, this paper analyses and innovates from the aspects of online recruitment methods, online recruitment processes, and online recruitment data processing. Thus establish a more systematic, functional network recruitment mode. These suggestions are expected to a provide references for Small and medium-sized enterprises to implement online recruitment.

Small and medium-sized enterprises are constantly expanding due to the influence of policies. They have greater demand and mobility for talents and higher requirements for the effectiveness of online recruitment. The efficient network recruitment model has become one of the long-term developments of enterprises. Based on this, based on the actual situation of enterprises, this paper takes Fujian Uni-President Tinplate Co., Ltd. as an example to collect the current information that affects the effectiveness of online recruitment. Through the research methods of statistics and semantic analysis, this paper analyses and innovates from the aspects of online recruitment methods, online recruitment processes, and online recruitment data processing. Thus establish a more systematic, functional network recruitment mode. Medical Analysis of Social Media Data Based on Spark and Machine Learning in China 基于Spark和机器学习的中国社交媒体数据医学分析

Social media embracing a huge amount of real-time data of all kinds plays an important role in data analysis in the era of big data. Knowledge between medical workers and ordinary people can be popularized and exchanged via social media. At the same time, the collection and utilization of medical data on social media can effectively grasp the public health situation and provide better help to improve people's health status. From the perspective of medical care and health, this paper uses Weibo, the largest public social media in China, to obtain data for analysis. The study was developed under the Spark framework, using naive Bayes, random forest and two different feature extraction methods to clean, pre-process and classify data. Furthermore, the accuracy rate and F1 Score were used to evaluate the model, to find the most appropriate method. The result of this research shows that the data obtained from Weibo within certain age groups has a good reference value in the public awareness and current situation, and are good for grasping the trend of diseases.
社交媒体承载着海量的各类实时数据,在大数据时代的数据分析中发挥着重要作用。医务人员和普通民众之间的知识可以通过社交媒体进行普及和交流。同时,在社交媒体上收集和利用医疗数据,可以有效地掌握公共卫生状况,为改善人们的健康状况提供更好的帮助。本文从医疗健康的角度出发,利用中国最大的公共社交媒体微博获取数据进行分析。本研究在Spark框架下进行,使用朴素贝叶斯、随机森林和两种不同的特征提取方法对数据进行清洗、预处理和分类。并利用准确率和F1评分对模型进行评价,寻找最合适的方法。本研究结果表明,通过微博获取的特定年龄段人群的数据对公众认知和现状有很好的参考价值,有利于掌握疾病的趋势。

DaDDNet: A Dynamic-aware Dual-discriminators Network for Generating Adversarial Patches DaDDNet:一种动态感知的双鉴别器网络,用于生成对抗补丁

Generating adversarial patches aims to deceive the classifier with generated samples in the real world. Although many current methods have made advances, the realistic and attack capability are still challenging issues. We propose a dynamic-aware dual-discriminators Network (DaDDNet) for generating adversarial patches, which is composed of a generator and dual-discriminators $D_{alpha}$ and $D_{gamma}$. The dual-discriminators improve the global authenticity and local aggressiveness of the adversarial patches. To alleviate the phenomenon of overfitting, a dynamic-aware strategy is assigned during the training process. Considering the DaDDNet's effectiveness, 10-fold cross-validation experiments are carried out on seven classifiers in four datasets. The results show that our DaDDNet on 23/28 groups of experiments leads to a decreased recall rate, which is better than the conventional GANs. Furthermore, our method accelerates the convergence rate and the training method is more stable by observing the training loss function.

Research on initial trust mechanism of structural equation model based on data 基于数据的结构方程模型初始信任机制研究

Based on the data research, this paper constructs and verifies the initial trust research model based on structural equation. Firstly, the influencing factors of initial trust are analyzed and verified by analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are provided to enhance the path of initial trust.
