Creating a Sustainable Future Research Question: In the research, with the help of selected articles, we asked a research question, how to create and upgrade a sustainable future in organisation Purpose: Teoretical presentation of the EFQM Bussines Excellence Model and self-assessment emphasis on Creating sustainable future of importance for leaders of organisations and presentation of environmental, social and economic effects. Method: In the research, we used a qualitative method based on analythical study. We collected litherature, articles, and information and reviewed and analyzed them. Results: The research found that creating a sustainable future requires an equal emphasis on the social, enviroment and economy, and the key is the support of top management, which leads to the business excellence of the organization. Organization: Research and study of various articles gives us information about the inportance of leaders in the organization and strategic orientation towards a sustainable future. Society: The organization is the one that can do the most for the social environment and its competitive and economic advantage through its activities for a sustainable future. Originality: The research includes three factors that, with the help of leaders and stakeholders, lead to a sustainable future. Raziskovalno vprasanje (RV): Kaksno vlogo in kako mocan vpliv ima zaupanje v soigralce in zaupanje v trenerja na kohezivnost sportnegatima? Namen: Namen je prispevati k teoriji menedžmenta cloveskih virov s pojasnjevanjem odnosov med zaznavo kakovosti MCV, zaupanjem v sodelavce in nadrejenega ter timsko kohezivnostjov sportu. Na temelju teorijeje razvit model, njegova veljavnost pa preverjena v praksi. Metode: Model je bil testiran na podatkih, zbranih pri 559 kosarkarjih iz 73 klubov, in sicer z modeliranjem strukturnih enacb.Uporabljen je tudi Sobelov test ucinka posredovanja. Rezultati: Zaupanje sportnikov v trenerja in v soigralce neposredno pozitivno vpliva na raven kohezivnosti tima. Percepcija kakovosti MCV mocno neposredno pozitivno vpliva na zaupanje v trenerja, ne pa tudi neposredno na kohezivnost ali na zaupanje v soigralce. Kljub temu se pozitiven ucinek percepcije MCV posredno preliva preko zaupanja sportnikov v trenerja na njihovozaupanje v soigralce, posredno pa tudi povecuje stopnjo kohezivnosti tima. Organizacija: Studija ponuja novo lestvico za merjenje percepcije kakovosti MCV.Opozarja trenerje na nujnost zavedanja pomembnosti zaupanja, ki ga uživajo med sportniki, saj je to generator tako zaupanja med samimi sportniki kot tudi kohezivnosti. Družba: Studija poudarja pomen medosebnih odnosov in pojasnjuje, kako ljudje svoje zaupanje pretvarjamo v obcutek boljse povezanosti s sodelavci. Originalnost: Nova lestvica za merjenje percepcije kakovosti dela z ljudmi pri delu.Prva raziskava odnosa kakovosti MCV, dveh timskih relacij zaupanja in kohezivnosti sportne ekipe. Omejitve/nadaljnje raziskovanje: Uporaba subjektivnih podatkov in njihovo zbiranje v samo eni casovni tocki. Priporocamo nadaljnje raziskave med sportnimi klubi skozi daljse casovno obdobje, v razlicnih okoljih in v razlicnih sportnih panogah.

: Risk of Skin Changes and Sun Protection Research Question (RQ): What are the professionally identified risks of skin changes and what impact does the sun have? Purpose: To present malignant and non-malignant skin changes and risk factors that cause and/or accelerate the occurrence of malignant skin changes, while describing the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation and the protection against these effects. Method: Professional and scientific literature was studied for the purpose of the research. When searching for resources, we used electronic databases that are accessible to employees at the University of Ljubljana. We restricted our research to professional-scientific peer-reviewed resources with full text that were not older than 10 years. Results: Numerous studies have suggested that excessive sun exposure can be a dangerous activity, which can lead to malignant skin changes. The additional adverse effects of ultraviolet radiation are certainly aided by global climate changes and the resulting depletion of the ozone layer. Despite the known adverse effects, the research has also highlighted the beneficial effects of ultraviolet radiation on human health and well-being. Organization: Healthcare providers will gain structured insights into the risks of skin changes associated with ultraviolet radiation and, at the same time, learn about its beneficial effects on human health and well-being. Society: The sun is extremely important for maintaining life on our planet. Exposure to sun should be done prudently and only at certain times of the day. It is important for society to know both, the harmful and beneficial effects of the sun. Originality: A number of general studies have already been conducted on the research topic. Our research study structurally describes the malignant and non-malignant skin changes and the effect of ultraviolet radiation on their formation. Limitations / further research: We recommend conducting an in-depth research on the awareness of the professional and general population on the effects of ultraviolet radiation.

Research Question (RQ): Is there any statistically significant difference between secondary school students, attending different year classes, in terms of well-being, communication and classroom relationships by incorporating emotional intelligence into everyday situations? Purpose: The purpose of the research was to conduct an analysis among secondary school students of one of the secondary schools and to establish their experience of emotional intelligence. Students had the opportunity to be educated about emotional intelligence during preventive workshops over the past month. Method: For the purpose of the research, we conducted a quantitative analysis among randomly selected secondary school students who participated in the research voluntarily. Results: Based on all the obtained results, we concluded that students in higher year classes were more emotionally intelligent, which contributed to better communication with each other, better relationship and well-being in the classroom. Society: The research considered the perception of emotional intelligence among young people as an opportunity for conducting potential preventive workshops, lectures and exercises both preventively and with the inclusion of content in the regular curriculum. Organization: Through a systematic review of the research and a review of the scientific literature in the field of emotional intelligence and adolescence, we concluded that secondary school students were familiar with this type of content and would like to include it in the study content. Limitations / further research: The research among secondary school students of one school cannot be generalized to the entire population of secondary school students. The study also lacked year 4 students, which were represented in the minority, since Novo mesto School Center has predominantly vocational education programs, which constitute of only three years of education. Further research will follow among secondary school teachers, namely on their knowledge and use of emotional intelligence in teaching.
