The digital pre-operative planning of total hip replacements 全髋关节置换术的数字化术前计划

Over the past few years, an increasing appreciation of the usefulness of digital technology has emerged among various professions. This is also the pre-operative planning of interventions for lumbar joints (especially reimplantation of total hip and hip). Pre-operative planning is realized with caliper, protractor, plastic templates and x-ray images. The measurement is time consuming with many errors. This paper presents current applications of computer technology in the field of surgery and pre-operative planning of total hip implantation. The new deceloped CoXaM software offers simple solution of the problems by using the digital x-ray images and handmade plastic templates. The developed software combines the digital x-ray images with the digital templates for planning implantation and reimplatation interventions of hip joints.

Man-machine communication via CFNN-based hand sign models 基于cfnn手势模型的人机交流

Recently, the usage of smart environments has become popular, in order to make everyday living more comfortable and to improve the quality of live of humans. In this paper, a hand posture and gesture modeling and recognition system is introduced, which can be used as an interface to make possible communication with the Intelligent Space by simple hand gestures. The system transforms preprocessed data of the detected hand into a feature model by using fuzzy neural networks and based on this model determines the actual hand posture applying fuzzy inference. Finally, from the sequence of detected hand postures, the system can recognize the hand gesture of the user.

Detection of driving space using Vanishing point estimation 利用消失点估计检测驾驶空间

This paper presents an in-vehicle monocular road detection system. The system acquires color images in the input and uses image processing techniques to boost robustness of this algorithm that it is possible to improve it's autonomy and "intelligence" in segmentation of driving space in different road scenes. The road detection algorithm consists of two main steps: vanishing point estimation and road detection. The main idea of driving space detection is based on successful vanishing point estimation. This algorithm was tested under different traffic scenarios (e.g., simply structured highway, complex urban street, varying illumination conditions).

Process development based on model mining and experiment design techniques 基于模型挖掘和实验设计技术的流程开发

Modern product and process development tools must meet wide-range of requirements. Minimizing the number of experiments while maximizing of the amount of information generated is only one aspect. Time restrictions and constraints imposed by the technology as well as specific customer demands are imperative boundary conditions which must be considered when planning an experiment. Furthermore, the experiment must yield reliable information regarding the feasibility of a project as early as possible. Commercial tools for statistical design of experiments alone cannot meet these requirements at an acceptable cost-benefit ratio. That is why the key of the proposed approach is to integrate the existing methods, models and information sources to explore useful knowledge. To explore and transfer all the useful knowledge needed to operate and optimize products, technologies and the business processes, the research of the applicant aimed the development of a novel methodology to integrate heterogeneous information sources and heterogeneous models. The proposed methodology can be referred as model mining, since it is based on the extraction and transformation of information not only from historical process data but also from different type of process models. The introduction of this novel concept requires the development of new algorithms and tools for model analysis, reduction and information integration. For this purpose fuzzy systems based modeling, clustering and visualization algorithms have been developed. To handle complex and contradictory goals a novel approach has been worked out based on visualization an interactive evolutionary algorithms. The aim of this paper is to provide an overview of these approaches.

The methodics of medical thermography in the diagnostics of the human body musculoskeletal system 医学热成像在人体肌肉骨骼系统诊断中的方法

Medical thermography is a powerful tool for the study of surface temperature of the human body. It is non-invasive, non-radiation, painless and non-contact imaging technique with numerous medical applications including musculoskeletal system, its disorders and injuries. Often it is useful to cross-reference the resulting thermograms with visual images of the body; either to see which part of the musculoskeletal system is affected by a certain disease or injury or to judge the efficacy of the treatment. Presented paper deals with application of the thermal imaging to measure lower extremities surface temperature distribution in 20 healthy individuals. The aim was to asses the proper technical way of the measurement.

Computing of related concepts in a context 上下文中相关概念的计算

Word sense disambiguation is an opened issue in the text mining and natural language processing for some time. Automatic acquisition of all distinct senses for polysemy words is still a big problem in the computer science. This paper discusses an approach to generate related words for an input word in some context. The context is used for the filtering of the related words for their distinct sense subsets. This approach is based on the associative learning of concepts and can be a step forward to the word sense disambiguation problem solving.

The quality of decision-making is always dependent on the quality and quantity of information about issues, which is available to the person making a decision about them and on the suitable classification methods enabling the best alternative selected from the set of all available solutions. The contribution deals with the PROMETHEE method (preference ranking organization method of enrichment evaluation method) which enables the ranking of alternatives. With this method is possible to put in order a set of alternatives based on their preferences from the best to the least quality.

This paper describes a way to control a school shelf interpolator model. The control system is based on a hierarchical distributed architecture, widely used in variety of industries, to control and monitor distributed equipment. The main goal is to describe single levels of the system hierarchy and communication bindings between them to show basic principles and main advantages of using a distributed control system in operation of controlling a technological process.

Petri nets are a well known formalism for modeling and verification of different kinds of systems. Today's time-critical systems require wide and precise modeling capabilities. For this reason different extension of Petri nets have been proposed, such as Time and Timed Petri nets, Stochastic Petri nets or Time Basic nets. In this paper we will focus our attention to Time Basic Nets, because they have a bigger modeling power then Time Petri nets and can be verified more easily then Stochastic Petri nets.

The modified method of the actuator faults estimator design for the continuous-time linear MIMO systems is treated in this paper. Based on the sliding mode state estimator the problem addressed is indicated as the approach giving necessary and sufficient condition for design. Lyapunov inequality implying two linear matrix inequalities from are outlined to posses a stabile solution for the optimal parameters in the prescribed estimator structure. A system model based example is presented to illustrate the properties of the proposed design method.
