Dimensi Religiusitas Agensi Pendidikan Politik Partai NasDem Jawa Timur 教育机构的宗教性维度

Religious discourse in political praxis always attracts the attention of many experts. Some of them consider that the use of religion represents more pragmatic interest of political parties for stimulating voters in general elections. This study argues that the use of religion in political praxis is not merely for the pragmatic purposes of the party, but also for the party’s idealistic goals. This is the reason that makes the implementation of political education important for integrating religious dimensions. NasDem Party of East Java is known for its concern in promoting its ideal image as a nationalist-religious party. In order to realize its image and political vision, NasDem carries religion-based politics in its political education. This article aims to study issues such as how religious dimensions are contained in political education and how the orientasions of the agency of political party are. This article found an important finding that there were two dimensions in the implementation of political education, namely the ritual-symbolic and substantive religious dimensions. The orientation of symbolic religious dimension is to strengthen the faith and the creation of nationality- religious intergated understanding, while the substantive dimension is oriented to shape a humanist-religious consciousness and God’s mandate in the political role.

Telaah Kritis terhadap Argumen Mayoritas Ulama tentang Nasab Anak Zina 对大多数神职人员关于吉娜之子Nasab的论点进行批判性研究

he lineage of the children of adultery as agreed by religious scholars (‘ulam?’) and Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) is ascribed to the mother, not the father. This is due to the unclarity of the marital bond between the woman and the man who conduct adultery, and due to the uncertainty of sperms that fertilize the ovum (egg cell) of a woman. Consequently, the children of adultery become exiled and marginalized in society, bearing mistakes of their ‘parents’. In fact, Islam has emphasized that every child born is essentially chaste. If the child born from adultery is ascribed to the mother, he/she does not have whatever rights from the father. Therefore, it is important to review the question regarding the lineage of the children of adultery, in order to determine the future of the children. Based on the literature research with critical analysis method, this article argues that the children of adultery remain to be biologically ascribed to the father together with their rights from the latter. The children born from adultery do not bear the mistakes of their ‘parents.’ In the contemporary era, to determine the children lineage can use such a tool as DNA test that is believed as accurate.

Kearifan Lokal Pesantren sebagai Bangunan Ideal Moderasi Islam Masyarakat Madura 当地抵达海报作为理想的建筑温和伊斯兰马杜拉协会

In many social studies, Madura is known as an archipelago with its various local wisdom, embodied in the socio-religious systems and structures of pesantren. Pesantren is a social system and structure that contains local values which have great influence especially on the formation of Islamic traditions among the Madurese community. This study employs a qualitative approach with a library method, combined with the perspective of the sociology of religion. Theoretically, this study is aimed to enrich the scholarship on social and religious studies, and practically to build Islamic culture that upholds the values of moderatism. The findings of this study contain an in-depth description of local wisdom values of pesantren in Madura, their role in, and influence on, the formation of Islamic moderatism among the Madurese community.

This article aims to discuss the relationship between Ahmad Lutfi Fathullah and digitalization of ?ad?th in Indonesia. The emergence of digitalization of ?ad?th in Indonesia can be associated with one of the leading scholars in the field of ?ad?th, namely Ahmad Lutfi Fathullah through the Center of ?ad?th Studies (PKH). The reason for the efforts of ?ad?th digitalization by Ahmad Lutfi Fathullah departed from the awareness to maintain the existence of ?ad?th studies in the modern era that demands the use of technological tools. The effort to digitalize the ?ad?th as the result of collaboration with the use of technology has now given birth to a variety of digital ?ad?th products, such as software, websites, android applications and ?ad?th visualization. The effort to digitalize the ?ad?th, one of which is undertaken by Ahmad Lutfi Fathullah at this time, has made the tradition of ?ad?th studies, especially in Indonesia experience a dynamic orientation and transformation of ?ad?th studies.

Konsep Kafir Perspektif Izzat Darwazah dan Implikasinya pada Realitas Kekinian Darwazah Izzat视角的异教概念及其对现实的影响

The word k?fir is always interesting to be interpreted. Basically, this word is used by the Qur’?n to mention the unbelievers of Allah and who are hostile to Muslims in the process of Islamic da’wah. But this article will describe the use of the word k?fir in the contemporary era. Is it still relevant to be mentioned for the unbeliever of Allah? Dose it has another interpretation term in real life and evident? To answer these questions, Izzat Darwazah’s view on k?fir in the Qur’?n, i.e., al-K?fir?n will be conducted as a model of interpretation. This article finds that the word k?fir, officially, cannot be removed from the Qur’?n and intellectual discourse. However, it will not be relevant to call the unbeliever as kafir. Yet, the common word used in the democratic era is non-Muslim. This word also will eliminate the barrier between Muslim and the unbeliever in a plural society; and as linguistic analysis, more compatible than k?fir which had metaphor meaning.

Permasalahan dan Upaya Pengembangan Kajian Islam Multidisipliner di Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Ampel Surabaya Pascasarjana国立伊斯兰大学多学科伊斯兰学校发展问题和努力

The transformation of IAIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya to UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya has an impact on changing the epistemology of science. The choice of twin towers as the paradigm needs to be translated to various levels of academic practice, so that the persons of academic community in UIN Sunan Ampel can understand and implement the paradigm. The studies in UIN Sunan Ampel also must be oriented to the paradigm. One of them is in Postgraduate Program, which seeks to develop inter, multi and trans-disciplinary Islamic studies at the level of PhD program. This study found that (1) most of the Stakeholders Postgraduate Program of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya have good understanding of inter and multidisciplinary Islamic studies; (2) the problems in implementing the inter and multidisciplinary Islamic studies are in four aspects: aspects of students, aspects of lecturers, aspects of curriculum, and aspects of carrying capacity and policies.

Menelisik Dinamika Radikalisme Gen Z Perempuan di Facebook Facebook上女性Z世代激进主义动态研究

Nowadays, the proliferation of radicalization among the so-called Generation Z in the online space shows an alarming phenomenon. This article is to explore how online media is used by a woman of generation Z, Nurdhania, to access ideological propaganda of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS). The questions are how was the propaganda embedded in Nurdhania’s mind? How big are the Nurdhania’s commitment, involvement, and struggle in supporting ISIS? To answer these questions, this research used the method of ethnography, through the internet, of blogs and social media that belong to Nurdhania, and conducted an interview with one of her relatives in Yogyakarta. This article argues that Nurdhania was exposed to the ideology of ISIS because of (1) her confusion with the uncertainty of the future; (2) a ‘moral panic’ she had experienced; and (3) the Islamic State highlighted as the most ideal state system.

This article is to explore how online media is used by a woman of generation Z, Nurdhania, to access ideological propaganda of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS). The questions are how was the propaganda embedded in Nurdhania’s mind? How big are the Nurdhania’s commitment, involvement, and struggle in supporting ISIS? To answer these questions, this research used the method of ethnography, through the internet, of blogs and social media that belong to Nurdhania, and conducted an interview with one of her relatives in Yogyakarta. Konstruksi Metodologi Fiqh al-Bukh?r? dan Kegagalan Pembentukan Mazhab Fiqh al-Bukh方法论建构?什么和Mazhab故障

The popularity of al-Bukh?r? as the expert of h}ad?th is indisputable; he reached his top figure; his name becomes a guarantee of his h}ad?th validity; besides, he is also well-known as the expert of Islamic law (faq?h). However, his expertise in Islamic law is often disregarded. In fact, the authority of al-Bukh?r? in Islamic law reaches its peak as an absolute mujtahid (mujtahid mut}}laq). This phenomenon raised some questions. Firstly, is al-Bukh?r? affiliated with one of the established Sunn? madhhabs? When a mujtahid has reached his absolute rank, he needs of his own fiqh methodology construct-ion, other than following another methodology. Secondly, does al-Bukh?r? have his own methodology? Frankly, an absolute mujtahid has an opportunity to establish his own madhhab ordained to his name. Thirdly, why is al-Bukh?r?’s madhhab unpopular among Sunn? maddhabs? This article found that al-Bukh?r? is not affiliated to certain madhhabs, then explored the methodology formation as well as other factors underlying the failure of formation of al-Bukh?r?’s madhhab.

Regulasi Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Produk Halal di Indonesia Perspektif Statute Approach 印度尼西亚官方许可许可下的清真产品保障规定

his research is focused on the regulation of implementing guarantee for halal products in Indonesia and crucial issues related to them. This research is normative juridical research using a statute approach. The conclusions of this study include; first, there are several crucial issues and topics relating to the implementation of guarantee of halal products in Indonesia, namely halal certification, mandatory and voluntary in halal certification, criminal provisions, and halal product guarantee management institutions. Second, the regulation of halal product guarantees when viewed from the Statute Approach can be analyzed using three legal principles: (1) lex superior derogat legi inferiori concludes that all rules for guaranteeing lower halal products are replaced by the higher ones; (2) lex specialis derogat legi generali confirms that the JPH Law is a specific regulation that regulates the guarantee of halal products; and (3) lex posterior derogat legi priori requires that the rules for guaranteeing halal products as contained in the JPH Law replace the guarantee rules for halal products that existed in the previous period.

Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah dan Pelestarian Akidah Ahl Sunnah wa al-Jam?‘ah di Indonesia

The development of Islam in Indonesia cannot be separated from the role and influence of Islamic organizations. Islamic organizations in this region are usually divided into two; traditionalist and modernist. One of the Islamic organizations labeled as traditionalists is Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah. Studies on Al Washliyah have been carried out, but the research on the role of Al Washliyah in developing the Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jam?‘ah school has not been carried out and is still neglected. This article aims to examine the role of the Al Washliyah organization in strengthening the Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jam?‘ah school in Indonesia. By combining library and field studies, this study found that Al Washliyah played an active role in developing the thought of the school through its institution called the Al Washliyah Fatwa Council, while the scholars of Al Washliyah had produced works in theology in line with framework of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jam?‘ah.
