Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana sebuah pembelajaran demokratis yang ideal dapat dikembangkan dengan mempertimbangkan penggunaan metode yang relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Jenis riset yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif yaitu riset yang didasarkan pada upaya mengonstruksi pandangan terhadap objek penelitian secara rinci, dibentuk dengan menggunakan kata-kata, gambaran yang bersifat holistic dan kompleks. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik yaitu penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk menggali dan menemukan data yang mengandung makna yang mendalam, serta menelaah masalah yang ada pada saat ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode studi pustaka, yaitu dengan memilah sumber-sumber referensi dan literature ilmiah yang terkait dengan teori-teori pendidikan dan pembelajaran demokratis, pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, serta perkembangan teknologi pendidikan di era revolosi industri 4.0. Data-data yang telah ditemukan kemudian dikaji dan dianalisis untuk kemudian disajikan dalam tulisan yang sistematis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan demokratis di era pendidikan 4.0 ini membutuhkan peran guru yang mampu menyesuaikan dirinya dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di bidang pembelajaran. Abstract This study aims to examine how ideal democratic learning can be developed by considering the use of methods that are relevant to the development of information and communication technology. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar terhadap berpikir kreatif pada pembelajaran tematik integrative siswa kelas IV SD. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN Warureja 01 dan SDN Warureja 02 Kabupaten Tegal. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi, lembar validasi ahli dan lembar tes berpikir kreatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-eksperiment dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Uji normalitas dilakukan dengan metode Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan uji homogenitas data menggunakan Box’M test. Data dianalisis dengan pengujian hipotesis yaitu uji beda rata-rata univariat menggunakan independent sample t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar berpengaruh terhadap berpikir kreatif dengan nilai signifikansi 0,037< 0.05. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjabarkan dan menentukan hubungan atau pengaruh rasa ingin tahu terhadap hasil belajar IPA di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Penelitian yang dilaksanakan merupakan penelitian statistik deskriptif dengan metode campuran yaitu metode kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik di sekolah menengah pertama kelas VII. Penggambilan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan soal tes pilihan ganda. Instrumen yang digunakan merupakan angket rasa ingin tahu sementara soal tes yang diberikan kepada peserta didik merupakan soal pilihan ganda untuk kelas VII pada pokok bahasan besaran dan pengukuran. Analisis data menggunakan bantuan software SPSS untuk mengolah data. Uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah uji korelasi nonparametrik Kendall’s Tau hal ini karena data terdistribusi normal namun tidak linear. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis data yang didapat peneliti hasilnya tidak terdapat hubungan antara rasa ingin tahu terhadap hasil belajar siswa sekolah menengah pertama pada pokok bahasan besaran dan pengukuran. Tidak ada korelasi antara kedua variabel yang diteliti dibuktikan setelah uji korelasi diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,101 yang artinya lebih besar dari 0,05. Abstract This research was carried out with the aim of describing and determining the relationship or influence of curiosity on science learning outcomes at the junior high school level. The research carried out is descriptive statistical research with mixed methods namely qualitative methods and quantitative methods. The study population was students in VII grade junior high school. Retrieving data using questionnaire instruments and multiple-choice test questions. The instrument used was a curiosity questionnaire while the test questions given to students were multiple-choice questions for class VII on the subject of magnitude and measurement. Data analysis uses the help of SPSS software to process data. The test used in this study is the nonparametric correlation test Kendall’s Tau this is because the data is normally distributed but not linear. Based on the research and data analysis obtained by the researcher, the result is that there is no relationship between curiosity towards the results of junior high school student learning on the subject of magnitude and measurement. There is no correlation between the two variables studied proved after the correlation test obtained a significance value of 0.101, which means greater than 0.05.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendidikan humanis-religius secara reflektif dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik library research (penelitian pustaka). Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pemaparan suatu pemikiran, pendapat para ahli (Ki Hajar Dewantara dan Prof. Abdurrahman Mas’ud, Ph.D.) atau fenomena yang ada dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Hasilnya menyebutkan bahwa pendidikan humanis-religius akan terus relevan dengan berbagai perubahan zaman, terutama dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0. Hal ini dikarenakan pendidikan humanis-religius merupakan dasar pondasi dalam kehidupan setiap insan untuk menjadikannya manusia yang berkarakter baik, tidak hanya untuk dirinya sendiri tetapi juga mampu bersikap humanis terhadap sesama dengan landasan agama. Sikap humanis dan religius akan dibutuhkan pada setiap masa oleh manusia, oleh karenanya melalui pendidikan humanis-religius akan ada keseimbangan antara kemajuan intelektual untuk sosial kemasyarakatan, sehingga dapat menghasilkan generasi-generasi yang berkarakter kuat secara humanis dan religius dengan segala potensi yang dimilikinya dan diorientasikan untuk kemashlahatan umat untuk meraih kebahagiaan bagi kehidupan Abstract This research aims to examine reflective humanist-religious education in the face of the industrial revolution era 4.0. Data collected by library research techniques (library research). The collected data is then analyzed qualitatively using a descriptive approach. Data analysis is carried out through the presentation of thought, opinion of experts (Ki Hajar Dewantara and Prof. Abdurrahman Mas'ud, Ph.D.) or phenomena that exist in people's lives. The results state that humanist-religious education will continue to be relevant to the changing times, especially in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0. This is because humanist-religious education is the basic foundation in the life of every human being to make him a human with good character not only for himself but also able to be humane towards others with a religious foundation. Humanist and religious attitudes will be needed at all times by humans. Therefore, through humanist-religious education, there will be a balance between intellectual progress for social society so that it can produce generations of people who have strong human and religious characteristics with all the potential they have and are oriented to the benefit of the people to achieve happiness for life . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1.) Mengetahui kontribusi komunikasi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; 2.) Mengetahui kontribusi keterampilan manajemen konflik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; dan 3.) Mengetahui kontribusi komunikasi dan keterampilan manajemen konflik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Mlati, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis expost-facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Mlati, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta pada tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi komunikasi dan keterampilan manajemen konflik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Mlati, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kontribusi komunikasi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 64,9%, kontribusi keterampilan manajemen konflik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 80,6%, dan kontribusi komunikasi dan keterampilan manajemen konflik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 85,8%. Knowing the contribution of communication and conflict management skills by the headmaster to the performance of teachers in Primary Schools in Mlati District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study uses a post-facto type with a quantitative approach. The study population was all teachers at the Primary School in Mlati District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta in the academic year 2017/2018. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using simple regression and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a contribution of communication and conflict management skills made by the principal to the performance of elementary school teachers in the Mlati District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The contribution of communication made by the headmaster to teacher performance was 64.9%, the contribution of conflict management skills made by the headmaster to teacher performance was 80.6%, and the contribution of communication and conflict management skills made by the headmaster to performance the teacher is 85.8%.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan membilang pada anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Pembina Utara Payakumbuh yang disebabkan oleh media yang digunakan kurang menarik bagi anak. Penelitian bertujuan untuk membantu anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membilang melalui permainan puzzle, karena permainan puzzle adalah permainan yang menarik bagi anak dan dapat melatih kemampuan anak dalam membilang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pre-eksperimental. Desain penelitian yaitu dengan tipe one group pretest-postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa TK yang berada di TK Pembina Utara Payakumbuh yang mana sampel penelitian ini adalah kelompok B2 TK Pembina Utara Payakumbuh yang terdiri dari 16 orang anak. Pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu kelompok B2 sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini yang berjumlah 16 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes berupa lembar kemampuan membilang anak, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji statistik (uji-t). Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di TK pembina Utara Payakumbuh, secara deskriptif terjadi peningkatan kemampuan membilang setelah menerapkan permainan puzzle, dengan kategori kemampuan sedang (N-gain = 0,59). Selanjutnya secara inferensial di peroleh thitung = 4,03 dan ttabel = 2,95. Dengan demikian thitung> ttabel, berarti terdapat peningkatan kemampuan membilang anak setelah menerapkan permainan puzzle. The research aims to help children improve their ability to say through puzzle games, because puzzle games are games that are interesting for children and can train children’s abilities in numeracy. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of pre-experimental research. The research design is by type one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were kindergarten students who were in the North Pembakumbuh Kindergarten Kindergarten where the sample of this study was a group of B2 North Kindergarten Payakumbuh consisting of 16 children. The sampling is by using purposive sampling technique, namely group B2 as a sample in this study which amounted to 16 people. The research instrument used was a test in the form of a child ability ability sheet, and hypothesis testing with a statistical test (t-test). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan karakter semangat kebangsaan siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif kuantitatif jenis korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dan soal yang dibagikan kepada siswa dengan sampel 35 orang yaitu siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. Dengan populasi seluruh siswa SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS untuk melakukan uji asumsi ( normalitas dan linearitas) dan membuat hipotesis melalui uji korelasional. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi didapatkan nilai Pearson correlation 0,027 < 0,05 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak atau terdapat hubungan antara karakter semangat kebangsaan dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. This type of research is a quantitative research using a correlational quantitative type associative method. Karakter adalah fondasi bangsa yang sangat penting dan perlu ditanamkan sejak dini kepada anak-anak. Namun, proses pendidikan masih belum ber-hasil membangun manusia Indonesia yang berkarakter, dan hasil belajar merupakan sesuatu yang didapatkan melalui proses belajar, baik didapatkan di sekolah, lingkungan sosial maupun di keluarga. Kami melakukan pene-litian terhadap siswa Sekolah Mengah Pertama, tentang apakah karakter siswa mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian survey menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi yaitu uji normalitas dan linieritas, dan uji hipotesis yaitu uji korelasi atau statistik parametrik. subjek dalam pene-litian ini adalah siswa SMPN 5 Muaro Jambi. hasil dari penelitian ini Ter-dapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan semua variabel bebas X (angket sikap toleransi siswa) terhadap variabel terikat Y (hasil belajar siswa) baik pada kelas VIII-C maupun pada kelas VIII-D yang dibuktikan dengan uji statistik parametrik atau uji korelasi pearson dimana nilai sig < 0,05. Pekerjaan galian tanah akan menimbulkan deformasi lateral, proses dewatering akan menimbulkan perbedaan elevasi muka air tanah antara area galian dan area luar galian sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis deformasi lateral dan dewatering pada pekerjaan basement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deformasi lateral diaphragm wall dan nilai safety factor akibat pekerjaan galian dengan menggunakan prorgam Plaxis 2D dengan model mohr couloumb dan hasilnya dibandingkan dengan pembacaan inclinometer, mengetahui debit air pada area galian, jumlah sumur dewatering dan sumpit, besar gaya uplift pada dasar area galian, dan nilai rembesan pada dasar dinding penahan tanah menggunakan program SEEP/W. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa deformasi lateral diaphragm wall akibat pekerjaan galian dengan menggunakan program Plaxis 2D yaitu 16,44 mm dan hasil pembacaan inclinometer yaitu 16,34 mm, dari dua hasil tersebut didapat persentase error sebesar 0,7%. Nilai safety factor pekerjaan galian dengan Plaxis 2D dan perhitungan manual berturut-turut sebesar 2,89; 2,9 untuk tahap pertama, 2,08; 2,23 untuk tahap kedua, dan 1,69; 1,9 untuk tahap ketiga. Pada analisis dewatering didapatkan debit total pada area galian yang harus dipompa yaitu 720 lt/menit dengan jumlah sumur dewatering 5 buah, dan debit sumpit yaitu 456 lt/menit dengan jumlah sumur sumpit 5 buah. Gaya uplift yang terjadi pada bangunan sebesar 35167,9 ton. Hasil analisis seepage dengan menggunakan program SEEP/W didapatkan debit rembesan sebesar 0,00034 m/sec dan hasil analisis dengan perhitungan manual didapatkan debit rembesan sebesar 0,00035 m/sec, dari dua hasil tersebut didapatkan presentase error sebesar 2,8% debit rembesan dari program SEEP/W.

Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa deformasi lateral diaphragm wall akibat pekerjaan galian dengan menggunakan program Plaxis 2D yaitu 16,44 mm dan hasil pembacaan inclinometer yaitu 16,34 mm, dari dua hasil tersebut didapat persentase error sebesar 0,7%. Nilai safety factor pekerjaan galian dengan Plaxis 2D dan perhitungan manual berturut-turut sebesar 2,89; 2,9 untuk tahap pertama, 2,08; 2,23 untuk tahap kedua, dan 1,69; 1,9 untuk tahap ketiga. Pada analisis dewatering didapatkan debit total pada area galian yang harus dipompa yaitu 720 lt/menit dengan jumlah sumur dewatering 5 buah, dan debit sumpit yaitu 456 lt/menit dengan jumlah sumur sumpit 5 buah. Gaya uplift yang terjadi pada bangunan sebesar 35167,9 ton. In the design of earthquake resistant building structures, site response analysis is performed for the proposed dormitory building of LPMP Sumbar. In this research, earthquake wave propagation analysis from bedrock to surface layer (Site Response Analysis/ SRA) was conducted. SRA is based on probabilistic seismic hazard analysis (PSHA) previously conducted and refers to the uniform hazard spectra for 10% probabilisty of exceedence in 50 years (475 years return period) or 2% probabilisty of exceedence in 50 years (2475 years return period). The prediction of the structure response is determined by selecting the ground motion that matches several spectral targets and the ground motion is then used as input in dynamic analysis. The required data are soil stratification and shear wave velocity parameters obtained from empirical correlation to drilling result data and N-SPT test. Ground motion synthetic bedrock used for earthquake wave propagation is obtained from previous research that adopted the Conditional Mean Spectrum (CMS)statistical approach so that the ground motion produced on the surface matches the prediction of actual structural response problem. SRA is based on the theory of single-dimensional wave propagation in time domain using Non-linear Earthquake Response Analysis/NERA program. The results of this analysis are shown in the form of historical time acceleration graph, peak base acceleration (PBA), amplification factor and response spectra on the surface for the return period of 475 years and 2475 years. These data are used as inputs for the determination of earthquake load on buildings in dynamic structure analysis.
