Pemberdayaan masyarakat Indonesia melalui pendidikan non-formal: Sebuah kajian pustaka

Dinda Alifatul Laila, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pendidikan non-formal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan cara menguraikan, merangkum dan mengkonstruk gagasan teori maupun hasil penelitian yang relevan. Data yang di-dapatkan bersumber dari kumpulan beberapa artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal ilmiah yang berstandar internasional dengan menggunakan kata kunci “Empowerment of Indonesia Society Through Non-formal Education”, dengan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan yang akan digunakan sebagai referensi untuk studi berdasarkan penemuan artikel pada basis data Scopus. Pada Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa, tingginya angka kemiskinan dan angka putus sekolah di Indonesia maka Pemberdayaan melalui pendidikan non-formal di gunakan sebagai solusi agar tiap masyarakat mempunyai kemampuan dan kredibilitas yang sama demi mensejahterakan dirinya juga negara. Dengan itu angka kemiskinan dan angka putus sekolah anak dapat menurun. Keberadaan pendidikan non-formal di harapkan mampu untuk memcahkan masalah yang ada di Indonesia terutama pada masalah ekonomi dan lapangan pekerjaan. Diharapkan pula kursus dan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan sebagai pendidikan non-formal di Indonesia dapat mencapai kompetensi dan sebagai pemanfaatan teknologi mengingat saat ini sudah berada pada era revolusi indutri 4.0 dimana persaingan akan semakin ketat.Empowerment of Indonesian society through non-formal education: A literature reviewAbstractThis study aims to see how community empowerment through non-formal education in Indonesia. This research reveals that seeing that there is a high poverty rate and dropout rate in Indonesia, empowerment through non-formal education is used as a solution so that every community has the same ability and credibility for the welfare of itself and the country. This will reduce the poverty rate and dropout rate for children. The existence of non-formal education is expected to be able to solve problems that exist in Indonesia, especially in economic problems and employment. It is also hoped that courses and training held as non-formal education in Indonesia can achieve competence and as the use of technology considering that we are currently in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 where the competition will be even tighter.

Persepsi mahasiswa pendidikan profesi guru dalam jabatan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran daring menggunakan LMS Space 在LMS空间中,教师专业教育学生对在线学习有效性的看法

Persepsi dari mahasiswa perlu dikaji dan dianalisis secara tepat sehingga dapat menjadi refleksi bagi Program Studi dalam mengukur keberhasilan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring berbasis LMS Space pada pelaksanaan Pendidikan Profesi Guru dalam jabatan tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Guru dalam jabatan terkait efektivitas pembelajaran daring menggunakan LMS Space di IAIN Pontianak. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Pendidikan Profesi Guru dalam jabatan tahun 2021. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan menghasilkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 154 orang. Jenis instrument yang digunakan adalah angket persepsi mahasiswa. Adapun penelitian ini mendapatkan gambaran terkait efektivitas pembelajaran daring di Program Studi Pendidikan Profesi Guru dalam jabatan. Efektivitas pembelajaran daring secara keseluruhan jika dirata-ratakan dari keempat nilai IKM setiap aspek berada pada nilai Interval Indeks Kinerja Mutu sebesar 3,43 yaitu memiliki makna kinerja unit pelayanan berada pada kategori “Sangat Baik” atau memiliki mutu pelayanan dengan nilai “A”.Perceptions of in-service teacher professional education students on the effectiveness of online learning using LMS Space AbstractPerceptions from students need to be studied and analyzed appropriately so that they can be a reflection for the Study Program in measuring success in implementing LMS Space-based online learning in the implementation of Teacher Professional Education in positions in 2021. This study aims to determine the perception of Teacher Professional Education students in positions related to the effectiveness of online learning using LMS Space at IAIN Pontianak. This research approach is quantitative research with a survey research type. The population in this study were all active students of the Teacher Professional Education Study Program in 2021. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique and produced a research sample of 154 people. The type of instrument used is a student perception questionnaire. This research provides an overview of the effectiveness of online learning in the Teacher Professional Education Study Program in positions. The effectiveness of online learning as a whole if averaged from the four IKM values, each aspect is at the Quality Performance Index Interval value of 3.43, which means that the performance of the service unit is in the "Very Good" category or has service quality with an "A" value.

Observasi keterampilan bertanya mahasiswa melalui implementasi Student Questioning Card (SQC) 学生通过学生问题卡(SQC)要求技能观察

Keterampilan bertanya merupakan indikator dari komunikasi. Kemampuan komunikasi merupakan salah satu tantangan di abad 21. Keterampilan bertanya juga dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa calon guru. Di Program Studi PGSD FKIP Universitas Mataram, kemampuan tersebut sulit dieksplorasi. Fasilitas pembelajaran yang selama ini diimplementasikan belum dapat menjangkau seluruh mahasiswa untuk bertanya selama perkuliahan tatap muka maupun pembelajaran daring. Terdapat banyak faktor penyebab. Beberapa di antaranya adalah: 1.) Mahasiswa malu bertanya; 2.) Tidak mendapat kesempatan bertanya pada sesi diskusi; dan 3.) Mahasiswa malas/tidak mau bertanya. Pada penelitian ini kami mengimplementasikan Student Questioning Card (SQC) sebagai tambahan fasilitas pembelajaran untuk mengeksplorasi kualitas pertanyaan mahasiswa selama perkuliahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan keterampilan bertanya mahasiswa melalui implementasi SQC. Samper terdiri dari 35 mahasiswa Program Studi PGSD FKIP Universitas Mataram yang dipilih secara random. Untuk mengoleksi pertanyaan, setiap mahasiswa menuliskan minimal 3 pertanyaan di SQC selama perkuliahan berlangsung. Kualitas pertanyaan dinilai dari aspek kesesuaian dengan topik makalah, struktur bahasa, dan tingkatan kognitif berdasarkan taksonomi Bloom hasil revisi. Kami menemukan bahwa kualitas pertanyaan mahasiswa berada pada kategori tidak baik di atas 61%. Proporsi HOTS pada kelompok pertanyaan benar sebesar 34.25%, dan LOTS sebesar 65.75 %. Untuk Proporsi HOTS pada kelompok pertanyaan kurang benar sebesar 22.38%, dan LOTS sebesar 77.62 %. Adapun pada kelompok pertanyaan yang salah HOTS sebesar 37.93%, dan LOTS sebesar 62.07 %.Observation of student asking skills through Student Questioning Card (SQC) implementationAbstractQuestioning skills are indicators of communication. There are many contributing factors. Some of them are: 1.) Students are embarrassed to ask questions; 2.) Do not get the opportunity to ask questions in the discussion session; and 3.) Students are lazy/don't want to ask questions. In this study, we implemented a Student Questioning Card (SQC) as an additional learning facility to explore the quality of student questions during lectures. This study aimed to describe students' questioning skills through the implementation of SQC. The sample consisted of 35 students of the PGSD FKIP Study Program, Universitas Mataram, selected randomly. Each student writes down at least three questions in SQC during the lecture to collect questions. The quality of the questions was assessed from the aspect of suitability to the paper's topi

Comptuer Based Instruction (CBI)-flipped classroom development in learning: The experts' validity 基于计算机的教学——翻转课堂在学习中的发展:专家的有效性

Technology has reached a level where it is time for genuine education reforms that increase student content attainment by teaching lessons relevant to the 4.0 industrial revolution. Generation Z students prefer to use technology in learning because, in the digitalization era, students raised on new media technology are impatient if they only fill out worksheets and listen to lectures. However, based on the observation, many students are bored of instructional media implemented in learning is not computer-based innovative and creative media. Therefore, the CBE-Flipped classroom is a computer-based learning media solution that is relevant to the development of learning in the 4.0 industrial revolution. After developing the CBE-Flipped Classroom, researchers need to know whether the CBE-flipped classroom is what is expected. Researchers also need a paradigm of whether they have developed a valid CBE-flipped classroom so that the CBE-flipped classroom can be applied effectively as an instructional media in the classroom during the learning process. So, this study aims at describing the expert validity of CBE-Flipped Classroom before implementing it in the learning process. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the media design has been valid in terms of didactic, construction, and technical aspects. While the results of material validation also indicated that the material on the media has been valid in terms of quality of content, learning, interaction, and appearance. It can be concluded that the CBE-Flipped Classroom can be applied effectively as an instructional media in the classroom during the learning process.

Pembelajaran di era industri 4.0 menuntut siswa agar mampu memiliki ketrampilan berpikir kritis, kreatif, komunikatif, dan kolaboratif dalam perilaku hidup sehari-hari. Keempat kemampuan tersebut membutuhkan proses berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) yang menjadi bagian dari ketrampilan abad 21. Ketrampilan abad 21 ini membutuhkan adanya proses berlatih yang teratur dengan materi yang kontekstual. Pembelajaran yang mengajak siswa belajar dari kondisi real di lingkungan dan diajak untuk mampu menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bersifat library research dengan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengupas tentang pembelajaran etnosains dalam kaitannya untuk melatihkan ketrampilan berpikir tingkkat tinggi pada peserta didik. Hasil kajian literasi diperoleh bahwa etnosains sangat sesuai diterapkan di era revolusi industri 4.0 yang harus menghasilkan pembelajaran yang bermakna dan memfasilitasi siswa untuk mengkonstruksi pengetahuan mereka dengan tetap mengkaji budaya masyarakat yang bersifat ilmiah. Learning that invites students to learn from real conditions in the environment and is invited to be able to solve problems that occur. This research is library research with descriptive qualitative analysis method. The research stage begins with collecting relevant scientific articles based on the proximity of the topics published in the last ten years, which will then be studied and analyzed. The purpose of this study is to explore ethnoscience learning about practicing high-level thinking skills in students. The results of the literacy study show that ethnoscience is very suitable to be applied in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, which must produce meaningful learning and facilitate students to construct their knowledge while still studying the scientific culture of society. Ethnoscience can improve higher-order thinking skills to successfully face the progress of the world in the 21st century.

Keberhasilan dalam belajar sebagian besar ditunjang oleh minat baca. Dengan adanya minat membaca dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak positif seperti peningkatan pemahaman membaca (reading comprehension). Akan tetapi, pada kenyataannya masyarakat di Indonesia masih memiliki minat membaca yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reading interest terhadap reading comprehension. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka (library research). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa reading interest yang semakin tinggi, maka reading comprehension juga akan semakin meningkat.The role of reading interest in improving reading comprehension at the ministry of transportation's aviation vocational collegeAbstractSuccess in learning is largely supported by reading interests. Kesejahteraan siswa (student well-being) terkait dengan keadaan emosional yang berkelanjutan yang ditandai dengan suasana hati dan sikap positif, hubungan positif dengan siswa dan guru lain, ketahanan, optimisasi diri, dan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi dengan pengalaman belajar mereka di sekolah. Kesejahteraan siswa merupakan kompetensi yang bisa diajarkan melalui sebuah konsep, sehingga dapat memberikan pengalaman agar siswa memiliki kompetensi keterampilan sosial dan emosional. Salah satu konsep kesejahteraan siswa adalah konsep PROSPER. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan implementasi PROSPER terhadap kesejahteraan siswa dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yang berupa studi kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menelusuri secara online sumber-sumber berupa buku, makalah atau artikel, jurnal dan referensi literatur ilmiah melalui database Google Scholar dan ERIC Institute of Education Science. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan metode content analysis. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan implementasi PROSPER dalam menciptakan kesejahteraan siswa dimasa pandemi Covid-19 meliputi 1.) Inovasi guru dalam menggunakan multimedia online dalam pembelajaran daring; 2.) membangun komunikasi yang efektif dan persuasif kepada siswa; 3.) Mengaitkan materi pelajaran dengan kecakapan hidup terhadap Covid-19; dan 4.) Student welfare is a competency that can be taught through a concept so that it can provide an experience so that students have social and emotional skill competencies. One of the concepts of student welfare is the PROSPER concept. This study aims to explain the implementation of PROSPER on student welfare during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a type of research in the form of library research. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by searching online for sources in the form of books, papers or articles, journals, and scientific literature references through the Google Scholar and ERIC Institute of Education Science database. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of the study show that the implementation of PROSPER in creating student welfare during the covid-19 pandemic includes 1.) Teacher innovation in using online multimedia in online learning; 2.) Build effective and persuasive communication to students; 3.) Linking the subject matter with life skills against covid-19; and 4.) Always provide motivation and support to students.

Implementasi teori konstruktivisme dalam pembelajaran IPA melalui pemanfaatan bahan ajar elektronik 利用电子教学材料对科学学习的建构理论的实施

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana teori konstruktivisme diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran IPA melalui pemanfaatan bahan ajar elektronik berupa e-book multimedia interaktif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 32 peserta didik SMP, yang mengikuti mata pelajaran IPA pada materi “Kalor dan Perpindahannya”, tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu SMP Negeri di kota Yogyakarta. Teknik observasi dan perekaman video dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembelajaran di kelas saat menggunakan bahan ajar elektronik berupa e-book multimedia interaktif. Hasil observasi dan video dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teori konstruktivisme dapat diimplementasikan sebagai pendekatan untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran IPA. Pendekatan konstruktivis dapat digunakan dengan baik melalui pemanfaatan bahan ajar elektronik berupa e-book multimedia interaktif, untuk memfasilitasi peserta didik terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran dan memfasilitasi mereka untuk membangun pengetahuannya sendiri. Penggunaan bahan ajar elektronik dan LKPD juga dapat membantu peserta didik untuk terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan diskusi dalam kelompok kecil. Guru dalam proses pembelajaran lebih bertindak sebagai fasilitator, pembimbing, dan memberikan bantuan yang diperlukan peserta didik selama pembelajaran, sehingga jika dikaitkan dengan teori konstruktivisme, apa yang dilakukan guru, dikenal dengan Scaffolding. Adanya kegiatan diskusi yang dilakukan peserta didik dalam kelompoknya, menjadi salah satu ciri adanya penerapan teori konstruktivisme sosial. Ciri dari pembelajaran konstruktivisme lainnya yang terlihat dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik aktif membangun pengetahuannya sendiri dengan membaca materi ataupun mengamati gambar, animasi, dan video yang terdapat dalam bahan ajar elektronik.Implementation of constructivism theory in science learning through the utilization of electronic teaching materialsAbstractThis study aims to find out how constructivism theory is implemented in science learning through the use of electronic teaching materials in the form of interactive multimedia e-books. The results showed that constructivism theory could be implemented as an approach to integrate technology in science learning. Perencanaan pembangunan daerah melalui pendidikan: Sebuah kajian pustaka terstruktur

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tema yang paling dominan dalam pembahasan tentang perencanaan pembangunan daerah melalui pendidikan, kemudian mengetahui hubungan antara perencanaan pembangunan dan pendidikan. Selain itu penelitian ini untuk mencari topik yang berhubungan dengan penelitian perencanaan pembangunan daerah melalui pendidikan, dan mengetahui bagaimana jenis pemetaan yang dipakai dalam menjabarkan perencanaan pembangunan daerah melalui pendidikan, serta untuk mengetahui konsep yang digunakan dalam studi terkait perencanaan pembangunan daerah melalui pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kajian pustaka yang memuat beberapa uraian kajian literatur yang menjadi dasar dari gagasan dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang didasarkan pada lima pertanyaan yang kemudian dijadikan acuan kajian artikel-artikel dari data Scopus. Identifikasi artikel dilakukan dengan cara memasukan kata kunci “Regional Development Planning Through Education” pada website Scopus dengan durasi waktu artikel tidak kurang dari tahun 2020-2021. Artikel yang sesuai dengan topik pembahasan yang akan dibahas dalam tulisan ini akan menjadi literature review. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bagaimana pengelompokkan tema dalam perencanaan pembangunan daerah melalui pendidikan, tema mana yang dominan, dan author yang dominan.Regional development planning through education: A systematic literature reviewAbstractThis study aims to determine the most dominant theme in the discussion of regional development planning through education, then to determine the relationship between development planning and education. In addition, this research is to find topics related to regional development planning research through education, and to find out what types of mapping are used in describing regional development planning through education, and to find out the concepts used in studies related to regional development planning through education. This study uses a literature review research method which contains several descriptions of literature reviews that form the basis of ideas in solving problems based on five questions which are then used as a reference for reviewing articles from the Scopus data. Article identification is done by entering the keyword "Regional Development Planning Through Education" on the Scopus website with an article duration not less than 2020-2021. Articles that are in accordance with the topic of discussion that will be discussed in this paper will become a literature review. This study reveals how themes are grouped in regional development planning through education, which themes are dominant, and which authors are dominant.

The effect of instructional leadership on student’s active and learning outcomes 教学领导对学生主动性和学习成果的影响

Instructional leadership is strategically used to improve the quality of learning. This leadership style is leadership oriented to improve the quality of learning, instructional leadership policy becomes the parameters of the school in improving the quality of learners' learning outcomes. The purpose of the study was: knowing and analyzing the influence of instructional leadership models, improving learning activity on student learning outcomes. This research uses the quantitative research method. Data collection using research instruments by disseminating questionnaires using google form. The results of this study are: 1.) There is an influence of the instructional leadership model on improving the activeness of learners' learning; 2.) There is an influence of the instructional leadership model on learners' learning outcomes; and 3.) There is an influence of instructional leadership on improving the activeness of learning and learning outcomes of learners. It can be concluded that instructional leadership is effective in improving the quality of learning.
教学领导被策略性地用于提高学习质量。这种领导风格以提高学习质量为导向,教学领导政策成为学校提高学习者学习成果质量的参数。本研究的目的是:了解和分析教学领导模式,改善学习活动对学生学习成果的影响。本研究采用定量研究方法。使用研究工具收集数据,使用谷歌表格分发问卷。本研究的结果是:1.)教学领导模式对提高学习者学习积极性有影响;2)。教学领导模式对学习者的学习成果有影响;和3)。教学领导对提高学习者的学习积极性和学习效果有一定的影响。可以得出结论,教学领导在提高学习质量方面是有效的。
