The aim of this paper is to propose a framework analysis of urban bus transport service quality in Moroccan context. This framework is based on the principle of combining the user and the service managers, delegating authority and transport operator, vision and consists of three modules. Namely: Definition, evaluation and management of service quality. This paper will be carried out as follows: first, we will discuss the context of bus transport services in Morocco's cities. Next, we will present a review on studies that analyze service quality by combining the user and operator approach within a single framework analysis. Finally, we will present in details the elements that constitute the suggested framework.

Nowadays, the optimization of the product and its production process has become a primordial issue. The software dedicated to product engineering (CFAO, PLM and those dedicated to production control (ERP, MES allow to achieve this objective. The development process of new products is a key factor for the success of the manufacturing companies. PLM allows us to optimize this process. It shares the product data within the different levels of the CIM Pyramid. For this reason, the current PLM software include intelligent agents which automate the development of the product. However, the management of product knowledge and the access to the information dispersed at different levels of the production's information system is difficult. Several approaches have been proposed to ensure these functions. In this paper, we propose a new approach, based on the ontology, the Semantic Web and the concept of agent, to automate the development of a new product. To validate this approach, a case study for the implementation of a PLM module within the informatic system dedicated to the control of a flexible cell machining is presented in the last part of this paper.

The mobility management of human resources under constrains within multi-sites enterprise such as the redeployment and the recruitment can be considered as a complex assignment. The presented approach in this paper describes an expert system to optimize this constrained mobility of Human Resources by identifying the employees can be reassigned or recruited able to contribute positively in increasing of the productivity and ratability within multi-sites enterprise. This expert system is based on the developed models and the proposed algorithm of resolution of these models. The output of this system is to generate the matrix of redeployment (cyclic mobility) and the matrix of recruitment witch realizing the objectives fixed by the decision makers.

This article aims at studying the unprecedented case of physical and informational production flow management in the field of aeronautics. Given volumetry issues and the diversity associated with a large number of references, flow management efficiency remains one of the major problems for that industry. In this paper, our goal consists in analyzing the functioning of a pull flow management system controlled by a digitized synchronous sequencer. As a case study, we intend to focus on the specific case of JPR Hutchinson Company. The latter — which belongs to Total — offers, with its digitized synchronous sequencer, new perspectives in the optimization of flow management. Our analysis will show how the digitized synchronous sequencer helps the company's logisticians to combine the processing in real time of informational flows and the control of physical ones, throughout the production line from the supply of material to the collection of finished products.

In this paper, we propose a hybrid genetic algorithm to solve assembly line balancing problem type E. There are two objectives to be achieved: Maximizing line efficiency balancing the workstation simultaneously. The model provide more realistic situation of assembly line balancing problem with station restriction and zoning constraints. The genetic algorithm may lack the capability of exploring the solution space effectively, so we aim to provide its exploring capability by sequentially hybridizing the well known assignment rules heuristics with genetic algorithm.

This paper proposes a conceptual model of the Urban Freight Transport (UFT) system to represent and especially to explain the structure of the UFT as well as the connections between its functions. Its practical scope is to provide a formality support for the development of decision-making tools in order to identify the principles of actions to develop and improve the UFT system. This work is split mainly into two parts. The first is concerned with the theoretical articulation carried out on the basis of a set of tools that allowed us to make our model emerge and to formulate hypotheses derived mostly from theoretical analyzes. The second part of this work includes the empirical study to test and validate our model in the field. To achieve this task, we adopted the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis, which allows us to evaluate the veracity of the causal links in our model. As a result, we conducted a survey of UFT officials and users in the city of Fez. We used a hypothetical-deductive approach based on a complementary methodology between the qualitative analysis and the support of the quantitative analysis.

Bat Algorithm (BA) is a new bio-inspired meta-heuristic based on the echolocation behavior of microbats when searching for their prey in nature. Since its first implementation in 2010, BA has been used to solve a broad range of continuous optimization problems. In this paper, we present a new hybrid algorithm that executes a discrete version of the bat algorithm in combination with the Large Neighborhood Search (LNS) framework to solve the well-known Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW). Our proposed algorithm, named BA-LNS aims at enhancing the performance of the discrete BA using the destroy and repair paradigm of the LNS, allowing the bat to discover a large part of the solution space. To justify that our proposal is a promising approximation algorithm, we tested its performance on 56 instances of Solomon's benchmark and compared the convergence with the best-known solutions in the literature. Computational results indicate that our proposed approach has a satisfactory performance in solving VRPTW instances.

Human Resource Management (HRM) has taken recently a big importance, it is an approach to managing human resource that supports long-term business goals, it tries to enhance the management of Human Resource (HR) to a strategic level through human capital. HRM is a dynamic discipline highly linked with people behaviour, which interact freely without anyone's guidance. In order to analyze this system Multi-Agent Modeling is a kind of environment that simulates this free interaction between Human Resource and let the system evolve automatically. This analysis named bottom-up starts from the focus on the characteristics of each agent. The purpose of this paper is to shed light on the main concepts used in the strategic human resource management, which will give a focus on HRM regarding its strategic role and contribution to the performance of the organization. The paper presents also a proposed framework of agent-based modeling of civilian employees which will allow us to predict the evolution and the effect of policies on the HR system.

This paper introduces a new method based on constraint programming (CP) and genetic algorithm (GA) for solving dynamic scheduling problems. The proposed approach allows us to handle scheduling problems with large sizes (i.e. search spaces are too large). Our idea is to break up the search space into disjoined sub-spaces by the genetic algorithm. To each individual of the population is associated a sub-space. Each sub-space is represented by a sub-CSP which is easier to solve than the original scheduling problem. Our first experimentations are addressed to the Endoscopy Unit scheduling in dynamic way.
