This study aims to develop mathematical teaching materials on the subject of multiplication and find out their feasibility and practicality. This research is based on the lack of students' understanding of multiplication material and the lack of references other than worksheets or textbooks used by teachers. The renewal of this teaching material is the presence of a QR code in each chapter that can connect students to videos created by researchers and uploaded on YouTube. This study uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate). Based on the five stages, the development of You-MathBook teaching materials resulted in a percentage of eligibility from three validators of 90.9%, a practical percentage of 84.1% and effectiveness calculated with a Gain Test of 0.35 indicating an increase in student learning outcomes in the 'medium' category. Based on these results You-MathBook teaching materials are declared feasible, practical and effective to increase understanding of the concept of multiplication in fifth (V) grade students of Darul Huda Islamic Elementary School in Semarang.

This study aims to describe the image of principal's leadership patterns in the formation of character values in elementary schools. The research design used a case study research at the Elementary School 07 Sintang, the Islamic Elementary School Sintang, and Elementary School Suluh Harapan Sintang. The subjects of the research used the area sampling method because of consideration of the special characteristics of the schools with reference schools, state Islamic schools and private Catholic schools. Data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. The selection of research subjects using the purposive sampling method. The subjects of these researches were 33 people consisting of three principals and 30 teachers. Data validity is done through the triangulation process. The results showed that the dominant leadership patterns in the three schools tended to be dominant in the instructional leader pattern. For the process of forming the students’ character to be more optimized, the principal must do a combination of leadership patterns. Transformative leadership patterns and cultural leadership must be cultivated in strengthening character by innovating strategic programs according to the conditions and abilities of the school. This research aimed to find out the validity and effectiveness of pleace o’clock media as the developed products and to find out students’ achievement test. The development procedures used Borg and Gall model which had been modified into 8 stages. The subjects of this study were 23 of fifth grade (V) students of SDN 4 Jenggik. Data collection techniques used in this study were validation sheets, achievement test, and students’ response questionnaire. The results from expert validators, or from media experts obtained 55 scores, then the average scores were 4.23 which were indicated as "excellent". Meanwhile, material experts obtained 37 scores, then the average scores were 3.36 and indicated as "sufficient". The results of students’ response questionnaire obtained 268 scores or reached 89.76%. Hence, based on the conversion table, the score was indicated as "good" category. Meanwhile, the learning achievement test with the total number of 23 students, where 21 students had completed, with the percentage of completeness was 91, 30%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the o’clock pleace media on fractions was effective in the learning process in fifth (V) grade students of SDN 4 Jenggik.
