Rural economic development requires quick and appropriate action to maximise existing resources in the village through an entrepreneurial movement. One solution is to build a Tourism Village, which will increase the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) around the area. Therefore, it is very important for MSMEs to have good financial management in order to improve their business performance. This study aims to identify and evaluate the level of effectiveness of financial management in MSMEs in Kampung Ketupat, Jalan Mangkupalas, Kelurahan Mesjid, Samarinda Seberang, Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. The method used in this research is qualitative through observation and interviews with key informants in Kampung Ketupat. The results showed that the financial management of MSMEs in Kampung Ketupat is based on a system of capital assistance, joint venture and profit sharing through PKK. This system is said to be effective because it fulfils the Empowerment index, which is an index that assesses the level of empowerment of MSMEs. The Empowerment Index provides a broad view of the effectiveness of MSME empowerment and can be used as a reference to determine steps to strengthen MSME performance, especially in terms of financial planning, implementation, and control. Therefore, good financial management in MSMEs will provide great benefits for the performance and sustainability of MSMEs in Kampung Ketupat. This research contributes to the scientific world, especially regarding the study of financial management of MSMEs in Kampung Ketupat on Jalan Mangkupalas, Mesjid Village, Samarinda Seberang, Samarinda City, East Kalimantan.

Gender disparities still exist in the business world, yet things are slowly starting to change. Other than that, women have historically faced greater obstacles than men when it comes to achieving success in the business world. Women are becoming leaders in industries and achieving top positions in companies. This paper describes the result of need analysis of women's capacity development strategy among the actors of the community-based creative economy in tourism business. This qualitative approach used observation, interviews with focused group discussion activities, and document analysis as a method to collect data. It was carried out involving 25 women creative economy actors as informants. Business pattern dynamization emerged as one of the strategies to cope with socio-economic issues due to the pandemic, which was done by developing businesses in an agricultural field, fulfilling household needs, online ready-made garments, and opening a business at the beach. The community serves as a social capital that helps creative economy actors in this study overcome hindrances, such as high-interest loans, price war, and unhealthy competition. Hence, these women embody the qualities of resilience, determination, and grit. They prove that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible.

As a student teacher candidate, the ability to communicate is a vital competency to be mastered. One of the best ways to share is how students and teacher candidates use technology. Advances in information and communication technology make digital literacy ability as significant as other abilities that exist in every individual human being. This study attempted to establish a link between self-concept and emotional intelligence and digital literacy abilities. This study uses the correlation method, with data collection carried out through a survey with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire for elementary school teacher education students at universities in West Java using the proportional random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination, namely for self-concept with literacy ability, the correlation coefficient value is 0.563. This means a positive and significant relationship exists between self-concept and digital literacy ability, while emotional intelligence with digital literacy ability has a correlation coefficient of 0.651. This means a positive and meaningful relationship exists between emotional intelligence and digital literacy ability. The coefficient of determination of 0.433 means that the magnitude of the relationship between self-concept, emotional intelligence, and digital literacy ability is 43.3%. And the calculated F value is 103.730 from the Ftable value of 3.04. This research suggests that student-teacher candidates can develop self-concept and must be able to control emotional intelligence to improve digital literacy as a support in the learning process and to improve academic achievement
