The COVID-19 pandemic has caused problems in learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an in Indonesia. One of the issues is how to keep the accuracy of reading the Qur'an related to lip movements and makharij letters which should be held through talaqqi (face-to-face) method but now it is conducted in virtual learning. This paper aims to analyze the innovation of tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative data taken from observations and in-depth interviews. The research involves students, educators, and school principals. The data are analyzed using the triangulation technique based on a phenomenological mindset. The results show that (1) the learning of Al-Qur'an tahfidz during the pandemic is conducted online using supporting media technology that can accommodate, integrate, and unify the management of Al-Qur'an tahfidz learning; (2) Al-Qur'an tahfidz learning innovation can solve the existing problems by paying attention more to lip and tongue movements and sounds that the students produce, and; (3) Al-Qur'an tahfidz learning innovation has positive implications for the student's knowledge and skill competencies with satisfactory results. Their good outcomes may also be much better with the improvement of their attitudes in learning. This research suggests further research by developing a virtual tahfidz learning method to provide other alternatives to the tahfidz learning method during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The educational institution, both formal and informal, is aimed at highly competent graduates. One of the tools for quality improvement is the creation of an assessment model. This research identifies and analyses the model of assessment carried out by the certification bodies, namely the TATO model. The research used bibliography and qualitative research models in which qualitative data was obtained through group discussion forums within the competence certification body and the course and training directorate, while the documents were obtained and analysed under the rubric of each competence certification body. The result shows that the TATO model could provide more comprehensive skills for participants in the field of skills. The model could also provide a better understanding for the assessors of the score participants during the test. The result of the model-based competency test would be openness, fairness, measurable and objective. This result could be a great assessment model to maintain the quality of the company and would give confidence to businesses and industries that use staff graduated from training and training institutions. The model would enhance the use of non-formal graduates to meet their human resources needs for technical positions

Statistical techniques use confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS4 to test hypotheses. The test revealed a significant increase in the overall score of the trainees and skills. The specific score for the X2 table value was 149.334 compared to the calculated X2 value of 944.501, so the form of this model can be said to be FIT because X2 count X2 table. Furthermore, the value of Adjusted R Square gives a more substantial picture than R Square in assessing the ability of an exogenous construct to explain endogenous constructs, namely BFT_0.788, DEK_0.815, FP_0.636 and IA_0.725. Furthermore, the path coefficient values in this study are FP_ - IA_0.852, IA_ - BFT_0.324, IA_ - DEK_0.525, SKM_ - BFT_ 0.605, SKM_ - DEK_0.423 and SKM_- FP_0.798. From these tests, only BFT and DEK were seen to be less than 0.5. The results show that process knowledge management affects several observational variables, namely organizational knowledge, information management affects the nautical ability, process knowledge management involves Fishing basic techniques, Diversity of ecological expertise, maritime learning through mediators, Information management, and organizational knowledge. Therefore, the application of computer-based SECI knowledge management in this study is said to be significant.","PeriodicalId":31118,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Nonformal Education","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42106383","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to analyze the capacity of agricultural instructors in developing cyber extension media, which consists of the characteristics of cyber extension media, cyber extension media design, characteristics of self-help extension workers, and the capacity of self-help agricultural extension workers, as well as analyzing the factors that affect the ability of extension workers in developing cyber media. This research uses quantitative research through a survey method. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and inferentially using Structural Equation Models. Correlational prescriptive results explored about 108 informants. The results of SEM modelling show a direct and indirect effect on the ability of independent agricultural instructors to develop CE media. So it can be said that there is an influence of media characteristics, media design, characteristics of self-help extension workers, and the capacity of self-help agricultural instructors on agricultural instructors' performance. The correlation test results have a significant relationship between the utilization of Cyber Extension by agricultural extension workers and the capability of agricultural extension workers to have an excellent significant value.
