This article aims to analyze how the interaction of Muslim women in SHAFINA Ummida. This study uses Standpoint Feminist Theory by Nancy CM Hartsock and Julia T. Wood In a descriptive qualitative research. This research concludes that The SHAFINA contributes to enhace knowledge for Muslim women at Jogokariyan village. Muslim womens learn about Islamic values life during adolescence and married life. Ummida Jogokariyan Mosque gives Muslim women wider participation and enhaces the role of Muslim women in the Jogokariyan environment.

Research about women’s leadership in East Nusa Tenggara Province is interesting considering the complexity of the socio-cultural life of the local community. In addition to the existence of a culture that placing women as second-class citizens such as giving belis, in general people’s lives in poverty. Poor economic context is intertwined with border area tensions and the existence of a customary power. In the midst of this situation, in Fatuba’a Village, Belu Regency, the Women’s Village Head was elected. Using qualitative research methods, with two data collection techniques namely in-depth interviews and document studies, this research concludes three things, first, that the female Village Head in Fatuba’a got the position because of social capital in the form of adat influence and support from warga baru in patron-clientalistic relationships. Second, during the leadership of the female village head, policies that facilitate the improvement of women’s quality of life emerged, such as the belis arrangement. A number of advances have also emerged, such as improving the quality of health services for mothers, babies and toddlers which have an impact on reducing stunting rates. Besides women, Emiliana also accommodates the needs of other minority groups, namely warga baru. Third, the leadership of the female Village Head is relatively lacks of political dynamics, because the village head has strong support from the largest ethnic group as well as from warga baru.

Women are the group that receives double impacts than men in disaster situations, including the Covid-19 pandemic. On the other hand, women have bigger potentials to participate in the implementation of the Covid-19 pandemic disaster management. This article explores women's resilience initiatives in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic disaster situation. This study used a descriptive narrative method to explain the initiative of the women community assisted by LRC-KJHAM in Central Java, Indonesia. The results showed that the women's community through the feminist participatory action (FPA) took the initiative and adaptive activities during the Covid-19 pandemic, including through education consist online discussions, counseling and campaigns and promote economic empowerment such as online markets, MSMEs, health protocol equipment, women's planting movements). In this article, Feminists Participatory Action means the collection of some actions which is based on the data collected by vulnerable women and following by distributing some actions as part of their social assistance, such as through the provision of temporary shelters for women victims of domestic violence during the pandemic.

Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana bisnis kreatif perempuan sebelum dan selama pandemi dengan membandingkan fase 2018 dan fase 2020. Duapuluh wirausaha kreatif perempuan telah diwawancarai ditahun 2018 dan kembali diwawancarai ditahun 2020 untuk melihat bagaimanakah kelangsungan bisnis kreatif tersebut. Hampir separuh dari partisipan telah menghentikan bisnis kreatifnya dengan alasan ‘burnout’ atau kelelahan dengan tugas-tugas domestik yang semakin berat saat pandemi, terutama yang berkaitan dengan pengasuhan dan pendidikan anak-anak. Partisipan lain yang masih bertahan menyatakan bahwa omsetnya menurun drastis dengan perkecualian tiga partisipan yang didukung penuh oleh partner rumah tangganya. Riset ini membuktikan dua hal, pertama, ketimpangan dalam pembagian tugas-tugas domestik masih menjadi penghalang terbesar terhadap akses perempuan dalam dunia usaha dan karir profesional. Kedua, masih minimnya usaha-usaha pemerintah maupun insentif yang responsif terhadap gender membuktikan bahwa industri kreatif masih menjadi industri yang masih jauh dari kata sempurna dalam hal pengarusutamaan gender. Beberapa laporan menunjukkan setidaknya membutuhkan waktu enam tahun atau lebih untuk kembali meraih kemajuan-kemajuan pengarusutamaan gender yang telah direnggut selama pandemi.

ABSTRAK Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam tulisan ini yaitu mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis peran mama-mama papalele dalam rekonsiliasi Haria-Porto melalui aktivitas ekonomi lokal. Peran mama-mama melalui aktivitas ekonomi lokal yakni papalele mampu untuk menciptakan rekonsiliasi bagi Haria-Porto. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu pengumpulan data yang dapat memberikan gambaran terhadap obyek yang hendak diteliti. Pendekatan yang dipakai yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Pendekatan ini dilakukan agar penulis dapat mengamati secara langsung transaksi jual-beli yang terjadi di pasar Haria-Porto dan mendapat gambaran mengenai peran mama-mama papalele dalam proses rekonsiliasi. Peran mama-mama papalele ini juga dapat menjadi suatu upaya bagi rekonsiliasi Haria-Porto. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis adalah melalui peran mama-mama papalele dalam melakukan aktivitas ekonomi lokal ketika konflik terjadi, dapat menciptakan dan membangun rekonsiliasi bagi Haria-Porto. Mama-mama’s functions through time economic activity, namely, papalele can make peace between Haria-Porto communities. Data collection is used as a research method to comprehend the object in the research. Besides, a qualitative approach combined with observation and interview method is utilized in this. It is done to directly observe the buying and selling transaction that occurs in the Haria-Porto market and have rough information regarding the role of mama-mama papalele in reconciliation’s process of Haria-Porto. This project concludes that the role of mama-mama papalele is doing a local economic activity during the conflict can promote reconciliation between Haria-Porto.

Tujuan Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) yang ke-5 yaitu tentang isu gender, meliputi peran perempuan terhadap isu politik dan ekonomi. Pada sektor ekonomi, perempuan memiliki peran dalam bidang pertanian, namun masih banyak dijumpai ketidaksetaraan dan keadilan pemberdayaan gender. Sehingga diperlukan program pemberdayaan perempuan berwawasan gender yang dapat mempersempit kesenjangan dan ketidakadilan gender dalam bidang pertanian subsektor tanaman pangan padi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kondisi sosial ekonomi perempuan tani padi, menanalisis peran perempuan tani padi berdasarkan Model Harvard, dan merumuskan strategi pemberdayaan perempuan tani padi. Metode penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive yaitu di Desa Karangcangkring, Kecamatan Dukun, Kabupaten Gresik. Responden yang digunakan adalah 30 sampel dari populasi perempuan tani padi di Desa Karangcangkring sebanyak 64 orang dengan metode simple random sampling . Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam dan kuisioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan pertama adalah deskriptif kualitatif, tujuan kedua adalah analisis gender Model Harvard, dan tujuan ketiga adalah analsis SWOT

Culture is the result of the construction of society through ideas and norms, which are reciprocal with public social life. Plural community life certainly creates its own challenges because it is vulnerable to conflict. This paper’s aim is to determine the differences in gender roles in Reog art and the valuescontained in. Gender differences in their identities and roles both naturally and as result of social construction often arise conflicts within them. One feels as a passive and subordinating, while other as an active and dominating. This dichotomy of roles, traits, and positions between men and women born by the concept of gender causes its own stereotypes, so that misunderstandings and conflicts arise between one and another. The art of Reog Ponorogo essentially internalizes the values of peace as an effort to cultivate spirit of peace and mutual tolerance. The value of peace education is displayed through understanding diversity of men and womens’ identities and roles.

Plural community life certainly creates its own challenges because it is vulnerable to conflict. This paper’s aim is to determine the differences in gender roles in Reog art and the valuescontained in. Gender differences in their identities and roles both naturally and as result of social construction often arise conflicts within them. One feels as a passive and subordinating, while other as an active and dominating. This dichotomy of roles, traits, and positions between men and women born by the concept of gender causes its own stereotypes, so that misunderstandings and conflicts arise between one and another. The art of Reog Ponorogo essentially internalizes the values of peace as an effort to cultivate spirit of peace and mutual tolerance. ABSTRAK Fenomena yang umum terjadi di kalangan pelaku pernikahan dini adalah rapuhnya bangunan perkawinan akibat kurang siapnya mereka untuk menjalani kehidupan berkeluarga. Namun di Desa Jetis Kecamatan Karangrayung Kabupaten Grobogan ditemukan sejumlah pasangan pernikahan dini yang perkawinannya tetap bertahan. Penggunaan jenis pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1). Perempuan Muslim memandang bahwa kehidupan perkawinan dini yang dibangun sangat sulit baik secara psikologi maupun ekonomi. Namun demikian perempuan di desa itu memiliki inisiatif untuk mempertahankan perkawinannya; 2). Upaya yang dilakukan oleh perempuan adalah dengan mencoba mengatasi persoalan ekonomi, yaitu dengan cara hidup sederhana, kerja keras, menabung dan berwirausaha; 3). Alasan perempuan melakukan berbagai upaya karena motif agama supaya mereka mampu bertahan dalam kondisi krisis atau kesulitan, supaya mampu bangkit kembali dalam mempertahankan ekonomi keluarga, sehingga tercapai hidup sejahtera dan mulia. Kata Kunci: Perempuan, Ketahanan Ekonomi, Perkawinan Dini, Grobogan ABSTRACT MOSLEM WOMEN AND THE ECONOMIC RESISTANCE OF THE FAMILY: Early Marriage Case Study in Jetis Village, Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency A common phenomenon among perpetrators of early marriages is the fragility of the marriage structure due to their lack of readiness to lead family life. This doesnot happen in Jetis village. Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency. Applying qualitative research, with the technique of data collecting observation, interview and document review, this study resulted that ; 1). Moslem women view that early married life is very difficult both psychologically and economically. However, women in the village have the initiative to maintain their marriage; 2). efforts made by women are trying to solve economic problems, namely by living a simple life, working hard, saving and doing entrepreneurship; 3). The reason women make various efforts is because of religious motives so that they are able to survive in a crisis or difficulty, so that they are able to rise again in maintaining the family economy, so that a prosperous and noble life can be achieved. The study of literacy always becomes the main issue in education, because this skill is a benchmark for the progress and development of a nation. Indonesia is a large country with a large area, however with its wide area it turns out to be an obstacle in terms of equalizing education in Indonesia. In fact, some rural villages have not had adequate access to education and it causes the paradigm about education among rural villages is less open. Moreover, Indonesia is a country which majority of the population are Muslims, so the literacy skills improvement program which is being pursued should have an Islamic value. . Unfortunately, there have not been many reviews about increasing literacy skills based on Islamic education. Therefore, it needs an effort that can develop literacy skills for children especially for the nation's next generation. The fostering of villages youth organizations through the Islamic Reading Center (IRC) which aims to increase children's literacy is a literacy collaborative (LC) program starting from rural villages’ level, local government and central government which involves youth organization from the rural villages’ level, sub-district, regency, education and culture agency, social agency, regional and national libraries, and the directorate general of Islamic education of religious ministry of Republic of Indonesia. The Islamic reading center provides Islamic books and media that can be managed by the youth organizations in a rural village. So, through Islamic reading centers and literacy activities, it can increase literacy skills in rural villages which need more attention in education.
