The Madrasah principal's strategy is the most decisive factor in the success of maximizing teaching and learning processes at Madrasah. This research was motivated by the difficulties of Madrasah Jauharussa'adah in carrying out learning processes during the Covid-19 pandemic to describe the Madrasah principal’s strategies to maximize teaching and learning process during such. This research adopted a qualitative approach. The consideration of taking this research object was because the researcher wanted to reveal that not a few educational units were confused in carrying out learning processes during the pandemic COVID-19. Meanwhile, the object under study was in the countryside. Data collection processes were carried out by interviews, observations, and documentations. The subjects of this study were the Madrasah principal and the teacher council. The data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings showed that the first Madrasah principal’s strategy to maximize teaching and learning processes at Madrasah Jauharussa'adah during the covid-19 pandemic was using a module system. The second strategy was the application of a small-group technique. The module system was implemented in a face-to-face mode. The duration of learning was set to only took 25 minutes.

This study aims to determine the relationship between creativity and students' career choices. The 2015 survey found a discrepancy between education and work 53, 33%, a discrepancy between job qualifications and educational background 60.52%. Another fact is that 63% of Indonesians work not according to their field of knowledge. Quantitative research method nal correlation design. The object is 453 students in Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and consists of 278 women and 175 men. Data collection techniques with instruments. Statistical data analysis of JASP version 0.16. The results, found that women's career choices were 24, 10%, 15, 11%, and 60, 80% included in the good, bad, and neutral categories. Men, 29, 71%, 12, 57%, and 57, 71% career choices with good, bad, and neutral categories. Women's creativity, 22, 66%, 21, 22% and 56, 11% in good, bad, and neutral categories. Men, 26, 85%, 21, 71%, and 51, 42% in good, bad, and neutral categories. Another finding is that career choice and creativity are highly correlated (p<0.001) with the variable creativity of career choice variation of 11.56 %.

Association is very important to explore and find identity for teenagers, but the association is also vulnerable to mental threats in the form of insecurity that is troubling the future of teenagers. With this research, it is hoped that it can overcome or at least minimize the impact of youth insecurity due to association, so that the prospective youth of the nation's golden generation can avoid prolonged mental illness. Based on the background of this writing, the research problem formulation is obtained, namely: 1) How much influence does social interaction have on adolescent insecurity? This study was designed with the aim of explaining and answering the questions in the focus of the research above with the emphasis, namely: 1) Knowing the magnitude of the influence of association on the emergence of a sense of insecurity in adolescents. 2) Mention and explain the pattern of causes of insecurity in the association. With this research, researchers can find out in depth about the correlation between association and insecurity in adolescents.

Female college students face several daily hassles along with their responsibility as a student especially during learning from home policy. The purpose of this study was to explore the role of self-compassion as a protective factor against emotion regulation difficulties and self-criticism among female students with consideration of their daily hassle. The correlative investigation model was employed in this study. The study sample was 870 female university students aged 17 to 24 years old. The correlation analysis indicated that daily hassle was positively correlated with emotion regulation difficulties and self-criticism. On the hand, emotion regulation difficulties, self-criticism, and daily hassle are negatively correlated with self-compassion. The path analysis indicated that increased daily hassle was directly associated with lower self-compassion, which in turn was associated with higher emotion regulation difficulties and self-criticism. Self-compassion was found to have a direct link to emotion regulation difficulties and self-criticism. Cultivation of self-compassion may have benefits for female college students to cope with their daily hassles.

This study aims to (1) describe student learning behavior and student self-regulated learning while studying from home, (2) analyze the relationship between self-regulated learning and student learning behavior while studying from home. This research is a descriptive correlational survey research. The research subjects were 2,867 junior high school students in Indonesia, Grades 7, 8 and 9 were selected by cluster random sampling. Data was collected online using google form. The research instrument uses a learning behavior scale and a self-regulated learning scale developed by the researcher and the instrument validation process has been carried out. Data were analyzed descriptively and correlationally using the JASP (Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program) program. Based on the results of the study (1) 1353 (47%) students have good learning behavior while studying from home and 1387 (48%) students have moderate levels of self-regulated learning while studying from home, (2) There is a correlation between learning behavior and self regulated learning.
