Academic stress is the pressure that is felt by individuals in achieving the expected goals. The phenomenon that occurs is that students are not so confident in their abilities that they cause academic stress in achieving their college goals. This study aims to obtain a picture of student self-efficacy and an overview of student academic stress in the guidance and counseling study program. Based on the results of the study found the coefficient of self-efficacy variables with student academic stress is said to be significant and negatively correlated. This research departs from the fact that many students feel pressured by many assignments at school, and this causes their stress symptoms to experience at school. Therefore the ability to solve problems (self-efficacy) is thought to be very important to deal with these problems. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and stress symptoms of elementary school students (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Private) in Solok City, West Sumatra. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a population of 354 students. However, only grades 4-6 were included in this study as a sample totaling 80 people. The sampling technique used is proportional to stratified soak sampling. The statistical model used in this study is the Pearson correlation. The results of this study prove the relationship between self- efficacy and stress symptoms of school students. {page:WordSection1;}

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui pengetahuan anak tentang agresi di sekolah SMP N 16 Kota Pontianak dengan metode ceramah maupun di SMP Nurul Islam dengan Konseling Kelompok menggunakan Media Kartu; 2. Mengetahuiseberapabesar pengaruh konselingkelompok dengan media kartuterhadap perubahanperilaku dan sikapanak. MetodePenelitianyangdigunakanadalah mixed-method.Data skor pengetahuan awal dan proses pembelajaran diperoleh melalui pretest dan post test menggunakan spss 16 untuk melihat signifikasi peningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang agresi dan melakukan observasi serta wawancara pada siswa untuk kemudian dideskriptipkan guna memperoleh informasi tentang perubahan perilaku dan sikap siswa. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa : 1. Metode konseling kelompok dengan media kartu dan metode ceramah sama-sama efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan anak tentang agresi di sekolah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung = -0,614 dengan p = 0,781; ternyata p> 0,05 yang berarti tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan; 2. Konselingkelompok dengan media kartu sangat berpengaruh terhadap perubahanperilaku dan sikapanak di SMP Nurul Islam. Dengan demikian konseling kelompok dengan media kartu lebih efektif untuk pencegahan perilaku agresi di sekolah.

Abstract: Patterns of Parental Attention to Interest in Children Learning Mathematics in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. This research is useful for students, teachers/parents, and future researchers. This type of research is Ex post facto research using a quantitative approach with the data collection instrument using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that: the pattern of attention carried out by parents to their children was categorized as very low, referring to the interpretation level. Students' interest in learning mathematics during the pandemic is in the very low category. The results showed that the pattern of parental attention during the Covid-19 pandemic on students' interest in learning mathematics showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the pattern of parental attention on students' interest in learning mathematics during the pandemic, as evidenced by the count value which showed that the pattern of attention parents have a strong relationship with.

The development of science and technology in the world of education today has dominated the development of other sciences. Science is the study of natural phenomena. These natural phenomena can occur at any time without being realized by humans. This study aims to determine the difference in concept mastery between students who are taught with an experiential learning approach and students who are taught using a conventional approach to class XI Science at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar in the 2020/2021 academic year, to determine the differences in conceptual mastery between students who have high and low initial knowledge in class XI science at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar in the academic year 2020/2021 and to determine the effect of the interaction between learning approaches and prior knowledge on the achievement of mastery of students' concepts in class XI science at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar in the academic year 2020/2021. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research (quasi-experimental), involving two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The variables of this study consisted of independent variables, moderator variables and dependent variables. The data analysis carried out is descriptive and inferential analysis to examine the proposed hypothesis. The conclusion of this study is that there are significant differences in concept mastery between students who are taught using an experiential learning approach (PBP), there are significant differences in conceptual mastery among students who have high prior knowledge and there is an interaction between the learning approach and prior knowledge of mastery of students' physics concepts.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pendidikan keluarga, riyadhah dan karakter, serta bagaimana hubungan dan dinamikan ketiga variabel tersebut dalam pembentukan karakter pengamal TQN pontren Suryalaya. Ada dua pijakan dalam mengoptimalkan pembentukan karakter pengamal TQN Pontren Suryalaya. yaitu : Pertama, Pendidikan keluarga merupakan landasan pertama dan utama yang harus dibangun oleh orang tua dalam keluarganya, terutama melalui ketauladanan dan pembiasaan. Kedua, riyadhah dalam Tarekat Qodiriyah Naqsyabandiyah merupakan ritual yang harus dilaksanakan secara kontinu dan sungguh-sungguh mulai dari talqin dzikir, pengamalan dzikir, khataman, kiamullail, manakiban dan ziarah. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix methode ( pendekatan kuantitatif dan penekatan kuaitatif dikolaborasikan sehingga menjadi model sempurna, dengan metode survey, content analysis, dan case study.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan beberapa hal, yaitu : (1). Pendidikan keluarga pengamal TQN secara umum baik, walaupun di era modern ini terdapat pergeseran nialai pendidikan keluarga terutama ketauladanan dan pembiasaan. (2). Riyadhah merupakan amaliah ritual pangamal TQN dilaksanakan dengan baik dan konsisten, walaupun beberapa ritual seperti manaqiban dan ziarah masih dilaksanakan oleh kalangan tertentu karena keterbatasan waktu, (3). Karakter pengamal TQN tergolong baik. (4). Pendidikan keluarga berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter pengamal TQN Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya. (5). Riyadhoh berhubungan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter pengamal TQN Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya . (6). Pendidikan keluarga dan riyadlah berhubungan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter pengamal TQN Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya. (7). Nilai-nilai karakter yang terdapat dalam ajaran TQN Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya, yang tidak terdapat dalam permen diknas yang 18, yaitu : (a). kesadaran diri, (b). pengenalan diri, (c). pengendaliah diri, (d). kesadaran akan adanya Allah yang maha segalanya, (e). kesadaran hati sebagai alat menghadap Allah, (f). rasa cinta kepada Allah, (g). rasa syukur kepada Allah, dan h. ikhlash dan istikomah.( 9). Ditemukan ada 2 Pola pendidikan keluarga yang baik dan tidak baik; Ada 4 pola riyadhoh, yaitu umum, Khusus, Khususul Khusus, dan Penugasan ; dan Ada 3 pola pendidikan pembentukan karakter, yaitu Pola Pendidikan Berkah, Pola Pendidikan Krisis dan Pola Pendidikan Taubat.

The research aims to describe the social development and behavior of autistic children and find ways to develop the social skills and behavior of autistic children during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method is qualitative research. The data ware collected using interviews, documentation studies, and observations on parents and special assistant teachers for children with autism spectrum disorders of primary and secondary school age. Check the validity of the data used source triangulation. The results showed that autistic children during this pandemic experienced a decline in behavioral, social, and communication aspects. The method that is considered effective in overcoming this is by using daily activities for the development of social skills and behavior. The components of these activities are 1). Creating communication using verbal and visual language. 2). Develop new routines by forming new habits. 3). Monitor the mental development and physical health of children. 4). The research method is qualitative research. The data ware collected using interviews, documentation studies, and observations on parents and special assistant teachers for children with autism spectrum disorders of primary and secondary school age. Check the validity of the data used source triangulation. The results showed that autistic children during this pandemic experienced a decline in behavioral, social, and communication aspects. The method that is considered effective in overcoming this is by using daily activities for the development of social skills and behavior. The components of these activities are 1). Creating communication using verbal and visual language. 2). Develop new routines by forming new habits. 3). Monitor the mental development and physical health of children. 4). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan pembelajaran daring di Kota Pontianak. Pelaksanaan model pembelajaran daring selama pandemi virus Covid-19 ini memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing. Pemerintah Kota Pontianak penerbitan surat edaran No 13/DIKDIKBUT/ Tahun 2020 Tentang Kebijakan Pendidikan Pada Masa Darurat Penyebaran Virus Corona (Covid-19) tahun yang dikeluarkan oleh Kota Pontianak dalam upaya pencegahan covid-19. Implementasi pembelajaran daring dirumah ini menggunakan media watshapp, google classroom atau zoom. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah model implementasi menurut George Edward III yaitu Komunikasi (communication), Sumber Daya (Resources), Disposisi (Disposition) dan Struktur Birokrasi (Bureucratic Structure). Hasil penelitian menjukkan bahwa Komunikasi yang terjadi di jajaran Pemerintah Kota Pontianak dan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pontianak sudah cukup baik, terlihat dalam penerbitan surat edaran yang dikeluarkan oleh Kota Pontianak dalam upaya pencegahan covid-19, selanjutnya di respon oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kota Pontianak dengan mengeluar-kan surat edaran perihal pencegahan covid-19 dengan meliburkan sementara kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah dan mengintruksikan untuk belajar di dalam rumah. Ada beberapa kendala yang dialami saat melaksanakan kebijakan pembelajaran daring, seperti keterbatasan akses jaringan internet dibeberapa wilayah di kota Pontianak, dengan adanya pembelajaran daring ini juga bisa memberatkan orang tua siswa karena harus mempunyai gadget beserta kuota internet untuk mengaksesnya. Ada beberapa Siswa yang kesulitan dalam mengakses materi yang diberikan secara onlinen karena tidak memiliki kuota.

This study investigates the effect of organizational justice on teachers' task performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Research data were collected from 220 teachers of Senior High Schools in Indonesia through questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed by path analysis supported by descriptive and correlational statistics. The results show that organizational justice significantly affects teachers' task performance, directly or indirectly, mediated by OCB. Thus, teachers' task performance can be improved through organizational justice and OCB. Furthermore, these findings can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop new, better, and comprehensive models of teachers' task performance in the future.
