Kurangnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal disebabkan karena guru tidak memanfaatkan model pembelajaran selama daring yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa melalui pembelajaran daring setelah di ajar menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VA SDN 36 Kendari yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada pembelajaran daring menggunakan aplikasi zoom dapat mengakomodasi kegiatan pembelajaran layaknya pada pembelajaran tatap muka dikelas. Banyaknya siswa pada masing-masing kategori kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika, yaitu 17,64% atau 3 orang siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, 29,41% atau sebanyak 5 orang siswa berada pada kategori sedang dan 52,94% atau 9 orang siswa berada pada ketegori rendah.

This study explores the effect of psychological capital (PsyCap) on teachers' organizational commitment, mediated by interpersonal communication. The research data was collected by the questionnaire: PsyCap, interpersonal communication, and organizational commitment in a Likert scale model through the survey methods toward 303 teachers of State Junior High School in Indonesia. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics and correlational. The results show that PsyCap affects teachers' organizational commitment through interpersonal communication. Thus, the teachers' organizational commitment can improve through PsyCap and interpersonal communication. This finding can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop better models of teachers' organizational commitment in various contexts in the future.

The purpose of this study was to test the validity and practicality of the REBT guidebook and to analyze the effectiveness of group counseling using the REBT approach. The type of research used is experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The instrument used in this research is the anxiety scale adopted from Max Hamilton, namely the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A) and interviews. The sample in this study amounted to 10 people who were divided into 2 groups, namely 5 control groups and 5 treatment groups. The data analysis technique used to test the effectiveness used the Man Whitney test formula, while the validity and practicality test of the manual used the ideal criterion formula. The results showed that the REBT guidebook was valid and practical to use in the field based on an assessment by 2 expert test persons. Based on the Man Whiteney test, the result (0.046 < 0.05) means that group counseling with the REBT approach is effective for overcoming anxiety after the flood disaster. The results of this study should be further developed to be able to overcome anxiety that is not only for flood disasters but other anxieties.

The issue of character education is one of the problems that need to be addressed in Indonesian education. In this study, researchers focused on the low implementation of the character and role of parents in improving the learning outcomes of Physical Education at middle school students. This study aims to analyze the relationship between character and learning outcomes of Physical Education at middle school students. The type of research used in this research is quantitative correlation research with a total sample of 30 students. The research instrument is a implementation character education at school. The results of the research are that there is no significant relationship between character and learning outcomes of Physical Education at Middle school students. Thus it can be seen that character values do not have an impact on improving learning outcomes in the Physical Education subject in Junior High School students, this is because the implementation of character in the physical education subject has not yet been implemented properly, so that it has an impact on student learning outcomes who are still below the limit value.

This research was single subject experimental design with quantitative study. The population were students in class X in Marketing at SMK N 1 Depok and had a negative self-concept. The purposive sampling were used. Data collection was done used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used Wilcoxon test with a significance level of 5%, and the result analysis showed improvement of students’ self concept score. This study aims to test the hypothesis of "effective discussion techniques in group guidance to help students’ career planning". This experimental research used the one group pretest – posttest model. A total of 10 participants were selected using purposive sampling based on certain considerations. The career planning instrument with 25 statement items was used to collect data from each participant. The validity and reliability of the instrument were ensured using the construct validity test with the supervisor. The study was conducted in 3 meetings, while the analysis was carried out using paired samples test. The average posttest score is greater than the pretest score and the results show that there is a significant difference in the attitude of students toward career planning before and after participating in group guidance with discussion techniques. Hence, it can be concluded that effective discussion techniques are effective to improve students’ attitude toward career planning.

The issue of religious moderation in Islamic counseling is part of the ethical and moral values of the counselor. Religious moderation education should be able to improve multicultural competence, especially in prospective Islamic counselors. This study aims to analyze whether religious moderation contributes to the development of multicultural counseling competence. The study used ex-post facto to examine the relationship between religious moderation and the multicultural counseling competence. The research was conducted through a survey using a google form to 30 students of Islamic Guidance and Counseling at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten and 30 students of guidance and counseling at the University of PGRI Palembang. The results showed that religious moderation contributes to the development of multicultural counseling competencies. Religious moderation supports the development of multicultural insight regarding differences in values and a person's perspective in religion.

Turnover is an enemy of the organization that needs to be avoided by every organization, including private school organizations. Hence, this study aims to examine the effect of quality of work-life (QWL) on teachers' turnover intention, mediated by organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), to overcome turnover intention among private school teachers. This research uses a quantitative approach. A questionnaire was collected the data through the survey methods for 224 teachers of an honorary private school in Indonesia. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics and correlational. The results indicated that QWL affects teachers' turnover intention through QWL. Therefore, the teachers' turnover intention can reduce by improving QWL and OCB. This finding can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop better models of teachers' turnover intention in various contexts in the future.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep diri negative anak dari orang tua yang bercerai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan konseling individual dengan pendekatan person centered untuk mengatasi konsep diri pada anak orang tua bercerai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan konsep diri terhadap siswa yang diberi layanan konseling individual dengan pendekatan person centered dalam mengatasi konsep diri anak dari orang tua bercerai. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan kedua subjek setelah pelaksanaan konseling. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling individual dengan pendekatan person centered efektif digunakan dalam dalam mengatasi konsep diri anak dari orang tua bercerai.
