International marketing carried out by the company is to reach the target market abroad. International marketing can be done in various ways, one of which is internet marketing. MSMEs as business unit have also done internet marketing, including MSMEs or batik shops at the Trusmi batik center, Cirebon. The purpose of this study was to determine whether internet marketing carried out by the batik shops at the Trusmi batik center could reach overseas markets. The number of samples in this study were 20 batik shops with batik showroom types. In practice, internet marketing is carried out by batik shops using websites and social media. Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp are social media used by all batik shops at the Trusmi batik center. The results showed that internet marketing has been able to reach overseas markets with the purchase of batik products by customers from abroad. Purchases of batik products are made through direct purchases at the Trusmi batik center and also through online media. Sales results from purchases by customers from abroad can be said to be quite large before the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The ban on foreign tourists from entering Indonesia has contributed to the decline in sales of batik products made by the Trusmi batik center by buyers from abroad.

This study uses a proxy assessment of environmental performance by PROPER-participating firms. The research focuses on an Indonesia Stock Exchange-traded company that will be evaluated as part of the PROPER program between 2019 and 2022. The study found that environmental performance was positively related to return on asset (ROA) and that it was not able to mediate the relationship between the board of commissioners and financial performance. Institutional ownership factors had no effect on environmental performance.

Good Corporate Governance is important for companies to overcome financial difficulties. This study intends to analyze good corporate governance and its influence on predicting the condition of companies in financial distress. Good corporate governance is proxied by institutional ownership, managerial ownership, directors, the board of commissioners, and the audit committee. By using logistic regression for 21 manufacturing companies from 2015 to 2019, it was found that the board of directors and audit committee had a negative effect on financial distress. The board of commissioners has a positive effect on financial distress. The other variables, namely institutional and managerial ownership, have no effect on financial distress. To avoid financial distress in manufacturing companies, it is necessary to have a large board of directors and an audit committee, but not a board of commissioners. The fewer the boards of commissioners, the easier it will be for companies to control financial conditions to avoid financial distress.

Brand identity needs to have a resonance with customers, the right price and marketing strategy can make customers try to buy or become loyal customers. This study analyzes the factors that influence customer decisions in purchasing products by adopting variables in marketing: brand identity, price, and word of mouth, and then analyzes whether they have some significant effect to put on purchasing decisions. The research of data was obtained from customers of Mixue products who are domiciled in the Bandung area. The results of data processing through the PLS-SEM application show that price and brand identity have a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, while word of mouth has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. This shows that currently the word of mouth marketing strategy is more effective in getting customers or buyers.

The main objective of this study is to find out the direct and indirect effects of e-service quality and rates on repurchase intention with customer trust as the mediation. The research sample consisted of 250 respondents collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data processing software employed is SPSS and LISREL 8.8 for the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The research sample consisted of 250 respondents, collected by distributing questionnaires online. Additionally, e-service quality together with rates also have a significant and positive effect on repurchase intention, both with or without the mediating role of customer trust. Furthermore, customer trust also has a significant and positive influence on repurchase intention. Therefore, if a courier service company aims to enhance repurchase intention, it needs to improve the quality of electronic services provided and offer competitive rates to customers. This will foster trust and boost the likelihood of repeat purchases.
