The Influence of Income, Education, Consumption and Islamic Corporate Governance on Muzakki's Decision 收入、教育、消费和伊斯兰公司治理对Muzakki决策的影响

Muzakki's decision could have an important role in terms of knowing people’s preferences or tendencies in terms of whether to prefer to pay zakat in formal institutions such as BAZNAS, LAZ, Dompet Dhuafa. or prefer to directly give to mustahiq. This study    has limitations in terms of focusing only on analyzing the influence of variable   income, education, consumption, and Islamic corporate governance. This research focuses on analyzing the influence of income, education, consumption, Islamic good corporate on muzakki decisions in choosing where to pay zakat in Palembang city.  The study data uses secondary and primary data, secondary data to determine the number of populations and samples obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS).  This research variable is obtained by directly interviewing and using questionnaires as their intrusion in data collection.   Analytical tools are used in analyzing using binary logistic regression.  finding from this study shows that income is the deciding factor in the decision to choose where to pay zakat. While based on the results of partially variable tests showed that income, and Islamic Corporate Governance had a positive and significant effect on the decision of the place to pay zakat. While consumption has a negative and significant influence on the decision of choosing place to pay zakat. Overall variables independent (income, education, consumption, Islamic corporate governance) is able to explain the dependent variable (decision to pay zakat) of 83%. The remaining 17 percent was explained by variables outside the model or by other variables that were not studied.

The Role Of Social Media Marketing Activities In Increasing Brand Loyalty 社会化媒体营销活动在提高品牌忠诚度中的作用

The purpose of this study was to analyze the positive influence of social media marketing activities on brand loyalty both directly and through the mediating role of community engagement and brand engagement. The sample taken is with the criteria of individuals who have purchased fashion products on social media in the last 1 year. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 211 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that social media marketing activities do not have a direct (positive) influence on brand loyalty, but social media marketing activities have a positive influence on brand loyalty through the mediating role of community involvement and brand involvement.
本研究的目的是通过社区参与和品牌参与的中介作用,分析社交媒体营销活动对品牌忠诚度的直接和正向影响。选取的样本以过去一年内在社交媒体上购买时尚产品的个人为标准。本研究使用的原始数据是通过对211名受访者进行问卷调查获得的。采用结构方程模型(SEM)对数据进行分析。本研究结果表明,社会化媒体营销活动对品牌忠诚没有直接(正向)影响,但社会化媒体营销活动通过社区参与和品牌参与的中介作用对品牌忠诚产生正向影响。

Lifestyle Dan Trust Pengaruhnya Terhadap Keputusan Pemesanan Taxi Online

Along by the development of information technology have been stimulated change of customers behavior and this encourages the development of virtual transaction service platforms. Nowadays, customer habits that are formed from lifestyle and encouragement of trust in digital transactions cause people to prefer to transact using online applications, especially in using online taxi services. In addition to being simple, safe, and practical, the selling prices offered are more competitive prefer to offered by conventional companies. Gojek Indonesia is one of Super Apps that famous in Indonesia with sub-brand GoCar. The research was purposed of analyzing the lifestyle and trust of customers and their relationship on decisions to use online taxi services by case study on users of Gojek (GoCar). The research method used is a quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that lifestyle and trust significantly affect the decision to order taxi online on Gojek (GoCar). Thus encouraging an increase in the value of online taxi booking decisions and the higher the value of lifestyle and trust, the higher the decision. Ordering taxi services online.

This Article examines the”effect”of store atmosphere”& price”fairness to word of mouth that is mediated by customer satisfaction.”The sample being”use in this study are”210 respondents who have bought and visited coffee shops at least 2 times in the last one year. The”survey”was”conducted“by”filling”out”an”online”questionnaire with google form. The”testing”is”conducted by”Structural”Equation”Model (SEM).”The”findings”of this”study are : (1) store atmosphere”has a positive..effect on customer..satisfaction, (2) price fairness has”a positive”effect on customer”satisfaction, (3) customer satisfaction has a”positive effect”on customer loyalty, (4) customer satisfaction has a positive effect on word of mouth, (5) customer loyalty has a positive effect on word”of mouth, and (6) customer satisfaction”has a”positive effect on word”of mouth mediated by customer”loyalty.

Meningkatkan Keterlibatan Perempuan Dalam Pengembangan UMKM Berbasis Pengetahuan Khas Perempuan Kota Kendari 增加女性参与肯达里市妇女典型的基于知识的UMKM发展

This study aims to increase Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) involving women with particular knowledge. The population of this study was MSMEs in Kendari city, especially fashions, crafts, and culinary industries. The samples were collected by using the purposive sampling technique. The software used to analyze the data is WarpPLS 5.0. The outcome of this study showed that these female entrepreneurs emphasized the owner’s equity for initial capital. Both married and unmarried female entrepreneurs obtain family support to run their businesses. In addition, the self-independence that these women have is outstanding, particularly toward MSME development, in order that a woman should not rely on someone else to help their family financially and can generate jobs. Furthermore, women’s involvement in MSME development is excellent because women deserve to fully manage finance, do business, and have a side job at the same time.

Mendorong Green Entrepreneurial Intention Melalui Green Economy dan Green Entrepreneurial Orientation 门多洞绿色创业意向美拉瑞绿色经济丹绿色创业取向

Aligning with the achievement of the sustainable development goals (SDGs) agenda in 2030 and the G-20 presidency in Indonesia, a study was conducted on entrepreneurship learning in higher education. The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between green economy, green entrepreneurial orientation and green entrepreneurial intention among university students. Educational institutions as stakeholders are responsible for organizing entrepreneurship learning that is in line with global community commitments in dealing with climate change and achieving sustainable prosperity. The study involved 175 business school students in Jakarta using convenience sampling. The results show the direct effect of green economy and green entrepreneurial orientation on green entrepreneurial intention and the formation of a mediating effect through green entrepreneurial orientation. The significance of the three variables forms the green triangle model so that it can be considered as a basis for learning mechanisms for eco-friendly entrepreneurship. Efforts to foster student interest are formed through green entrepreneurial orientation so that this construct is important in building environmentally-oriented entrepreneurship. Stakeholder collaboration is needed in implementing green entrepreneurship as pathway in an achieving SDGs agenda and dealing with climate change.

Strategi Bisnis Dalam Menentukan Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Properti Di Indonesia 决定印尼房地产公司财务业绩的商业战略

The purpose of this research is to look at the effects of business risk (DOL), growth strategy (SG) and capital structure (DER) on the performance of manufacturing companies in the property sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a population of 28 property sub-sector companies that are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2020 and a sample of 22 companies where the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the Eviews 9 program. The results show that partially capital structure (DER) has no effect on company performance, business risk variable (DOL) has a positive and significant effect on company performance and for strategy variables growth (SG) partially has a positive and significant effect on company performance. Simultaneously business risk (DOL), growth strategy (SG) and capital structure (DER) have a positive and significant effect on company performance in the 2016-2020 period.
本研究的目的是研究商业风险(DOL),增长战略(SG)和资本结构(DER)对2016-2020年在印度尼西亚证券交易所上市的房地产子行业制造公司业绩的影响。本研究采用定量方法,选取了2016年至2020年期间仍在印度尼西亚证券交易所上市的28家房地产细分行业公司,并选取了22家公司作为样本,其中抽样技术采用有目的抽样。使用的数据分析技术是在Eviews 9程序的帮助下进行面板数据回归分析。结果表明,部分资本结构(DER)对公司绩效没有影响,经营风险变量(DOL)对公司绩效有正向显著影响,部分战略变量成长性(SG)对公司绩效有正向显著影响。同时,业务风险(DOL)、成长战略(SG)和资本结构(DER)对2016-2020年期间公司绩效有显著的正向影响。

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of  work motivation, leadership, and work environment on employee performance in PT Mayora Indah Tbk employees in the HR&GA (Human Resource & General Affairs) division  and will then be mentioned with HR&GA information. The research conducted is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. This study used hypot hesis testing method. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with  SPSS software. The data in the study was collected from 117 employees of PT Mayora Indah Tbk in the HR&GA division using the census method. Based on the results of the study showing that there is no positive influence of work motivation on employee performance,there is no positive influence of leadership on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effecton employee performance.
本研究旨在测试和分析PT Mayora Indah Tbk人力资源与综合事务部员工的工作动机、领导和工作环境对员工绩效的影响,并将其与人力资源与综合事务部的信息一起提及。本研究采用发放问卷的定量研究方法。本研究采用假设检验方法。采用SPSS软件进行多元回归分析进行假设检验。本研究的数据是采用人口普查的方法,从PT Mayora Indah Tbk公司人力资源与资源部门的117名员工中收集的。研究结果表明,工作动机对员工绩效不存在正向影响,领导对员工绩效不存在正向影响,工作环境对员工绩效存在正向显著影响。

Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran zakat kelapa sawit dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Jorong Langgam Saiyo Nagari Kinali Kecamatan Kinali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran zakat kelapa sawit dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, cara menghitung zakat kelapa sawit, dan cara pendistribusian zakat kelapa sawit di Jorong Langgam Saiyo Nagari Kinali Kecamatan Kinali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa zakat kelapa sawit memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Jorong Langgam Saiyo.Kata Kunci: Zakat, Kelapa Sawit, Penyaluran

KEBIJAKAN MONETER INDEPENDEN MENURUT IBNU KHALDUN DAN RELEVANSINYA TERHADAP STABILITAS EKONOMI INDONESIA 伊本·赫勒顿的独立货币政策及其对印尼经济稳定的相关性

Sebagai pemegang kekuasaan tertinggi, pemerintah tentu memiliki serangkaian strategi dalam merancang dan mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Kebijakan dan metode pengembangan yang diterapkan bertujuan untuk mengatur dan memaksimalkan perekonomian Negara.  Peran pemerintah dalam perekonomian Negara direalisasikan melalui kebijakan pengeluaran uang dan menjaga kestabilan nilai tukar uang. Oleh karena itu, kestabilan nilai tukar sangat penting dalam mencapai stabilitas harga dan sistem keuangan. Menurut Ibnu Khaldun, pemerintah dapat menjadikan emas dan perak sebagai standar dari nilai uang dan standar moneter, sehingga akan konsisten dalam menentukan harga uang. Ibnu Khaldun menegaskan, apabila sistem ekonomi di suatu Negara baik dan berusaha menjaga stabilitas keuangan, maka akan berdampak pada eksistensi dan perkembangan dari Negara tersebut. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Moneter, Ekonomi Islam, Ibnu Khaldun.
