The quality of education is closely related to whether or not the national education objectives are achieved. Therefore, education is said to be good if it meets the national standards of education. The fulfillment of national standards of education, the minimum standard of education, is the initial requirement for improving the quality of education. Many schools do not meet national standards of education, including standards of skills and competencies, because teachers and educational personnel do not have adequate facilities and infrastructure. This article aims to explain the evaluation of quality assurance of education in improving the quality of education in elementary schools. This study uses qualitative methods. Data retrieval is done through interviews and documentation. The interview speaker took the object of the principal and the class teacher in the school. While related documentation taken from photos, evidence of school administration. The results obtained from this study that in the internal quality assurance system in schools have been good in its implementation because all processes have a clear basis and are consulted in the school forum. Several determining factors of success in the implementation of the internal quality assurance system are effective principal leadership, commitment and consistency of stakeholders, accountability, transparency and integrity.

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has succeeded making education directed online (on the network). Online learning is as run as over time, raises several obstacles in the process of implementation. Reflecting on this, this study chose schools in the Denpasar city as a sample to identify obstacles during the online implementation. In this study, several problems were also formulated, namely related to the stage of implementing online learning in the Denpasar city during the pandemic, various obstacles faced, along with efforts to overcome them. The method used in this research was qualitative research types, with primary and secondary data sources. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling techniques. The data collection methods used was using observation techniques, interviews, document recording, and literature studies, and analysing the data using Miles and Huberman. The results of this study shown that, some of the obstacles faced during online learning are obstacles in terms of cellphones, quotas and networks, as well as the delivery and receipt of subject matter. The efforts have been done were providing learning package books, giving assignments through offline, maximizing internet quota distribution and establishing more intensive communication and flexibility teaching schedules. Through this research, it is hoped that it will be able to maintain the learning quality of Hinduism eduation and Budi Pekerti (Character) because all obstacles are known and faced.

Teachers do not only have a role as educators. However, through the driving teacher program, teachers also have a role as agents of change in realizing independent learning in a school climate. The driving teacher must be able to adapt in dealing with various situations that occur in the world of education. The role of the driving teacher in learning Hindu religious education is very strategic and important to improve the quality of learning. In learning Hindu religious education, the driving teacher must be able to shape the character of students with noble character in accordance with local wisdom. The role of the driving teacher in improving the quality of learning for Hindu religious education includes (1) the role of the driving teacher as a leader and facilitator in learning, (2) the role of the driving teacher in encouraging the growth and development of holistic learning, (3) the role of the driving teacher in becoming a trainer for other teachers. , (4) The role of the driving teacher as a swallower and motivator and (5) The role of the driving teacher in collaborating and agents of educational transformation. The role of the teacher will not be replaced by technology, even though various learning resources exist in today's digital technology. Ruwatan Desa offerings are a hereditary tradition in Javanese culture, especially in Kumendung Muncar Village, Banyuwangi, which is held once a year in the month of Sura (Javanese calendar) around August of the Gregorian calendar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran interaktif untuk membantu mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Makassar dalam memahami materi algoritma dan pemrograman dasar khususnya pada situasi saat ini yang sedang dilanda pandemic covid-19 yang megharuskan pembelajaran dilakukan secara online. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Untuk mendapatkan modul yang valid dan efektif, maka dilakukan pengujian validitas terhadap instrumen penelitian serta pengujian validitas terhadap modul yang dikembangkan. Modul yang telah dikembangkan kemudian dinilai oleh subjek penelitian untuk menentukan keefktifannya.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa MOBELIN dinyatakan memenuhi kevalidan dan keefektifan. Hasil ini diperoleh setelah dilakukan uji validitas oleh para ahli yang terdiri dari validasi instrumen pada keseluruhan aspek berada pada kategori valid yakni 3,32. Sementara itu, MOBELIN dikatakan efektif digunakan berdasarkan penilaian mahasiswa yang terdiri dari beberapa aspek yaitu pada aspek materi dengan skor 3,48 dengan kategori baik, aspek efektifitas dengan skor 3,41 pada kategori baik, aspek tampilan dengan skor 3,56 dengan kategori sangat baik, aspek kemudahan dalam mengakses dengan skor 3,60 dengan kategori sangat baik dan aspek keoptimalan dalam pembelajaran dengan skor 3,36 dengan kategori baik sehingga rata-rata skor secara keseluruhan adalah 3,45 dengan kategori baik. This qualitative research study used narrative approach to retell the narratives of twelve (12) high school teachers on the processes, challenges, and solutions of student assessment. The investigation identifies that teachers assess the students by utilizing modules and other activities as alternatives of face-to-face instruction and assessment, using rubrics and providing feedbacks, utilizing online platforms, and involving parents. The participants also encountered challenges such as academic dishonesty, students’ attitude towards learning tasks, and lack of ICT resources. These are solved by communicating with parents, feedbacking, and alternatives means of distributing learning tasks. The findings provide insights specifically for teachers who struggle in assessing student learning in the New Normal Setup and who aim to use distance learning even in the post-pandemic class setting; and contribute inputs to quality assurance in education, considering the pandemic-impacted educational landscape.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melaporkan hasil analisis kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan perkuliahan daring atau Belajar dari Rumah (BDH) di STKIP Al Hikmah Surabaya di semester genap tahun akademik 2019/2020. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 33 dosen dari 5 program studi yang ada di STKIP Al Hikmah Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner monitoring dan evaluasi perkuliahan daring harian yang wajib diisi oleh seluruh dosen seusai mengampu mata kuliah. Hasil penelitian ini dikategorikan dalam 5 aspek besar yaitu: 1) aplikasi perkuliahan daring yang paling sering digunakan dosen, 2) aktifitas perkuliahan daring yang paling sering dilaksanakan dosen, 3) persentase tingkat pengumpulan tugas terstruktur/ portofolio, 4) tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan daring, 5) hambatan/tantangan yang paling sering dihadapi dosen dalam pembelajaran daring. Perkembangan sains dan teknologi tidak bertentangan di dalam agama Hindu dan bahkan Hindu sendiri mengajarkan sains. Sains dan teknologi di dalam Hindu pengertiannya lebih luas dibandingkan sains dan teknologi saat ini. Hindu memandang bahwa hal-hal yang membuat manusia nyaman di dunia ini adalah teknologi yang bersifat material. Sementara itu manusia tetap tidak mampu meraih kebahagiaan tertinggi. Hindu lebih menekankan pada sains dan teknologi ini, yakni upaya untuk meraih kebahagiaan abadi. Guna meraih kebahagiaan sejati, orang harus mempelajari dan mempraktikkan berbagai teknik yang diajarkan sehingga akhirnya mengalami kebahagiaan itu sendiri. SDM Hindu yang hendak dikembangkan adalah SDM yang memang expert di bidang sains dan teknologi objektif, tetapi juga mampu menjalankan teknologi bhatin yang diajarkan. SDM Hindu diharapkan mampu melahirkan kesejahteraan dunia dan kemudian terbebas dari segala bentuk kesengsaraan.
