IMPLEMENTASI KEWENANGAN PENJAMINAN MUTU INTERNAL PERGURUAN TINGGI KEDINASAN BIDANG PEMASYARAKATAN 内部内部内部内部实施内部内部内部

The implementation of quality higher education is obtained by implementing a higher education quality assurance system carried out through the determination, implementation, evaluation, control, and improvement of higher education standards. The purpose of the research is to examine the source of the internal quality assurance authority of the correctional higher education, and review the implementation of the internal quality assurance of the correctional higher education. Research methods are carried out by qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observations and literature studies, then data were analyzed qualitative descriptive. The results of the research can be concluded first, the source of authority for internal quality assurance in the field of correctional higher education is the Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number 62 of 2016 concerning the Higher Education Quality Assurance System and the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 27 of 2000 concerning the Statute of the Polytechnic of Correctional Sciences. The second, the implementation of the internal quality assurance authority in the field of correctional higher education is realized by the establishment of the Quality Assurance Unit organization, the preparation of internal quality assurance system documents, and the implementation of quality supervision.

Abstract Indonesia is a unique country, where differences and diversity can coexist within the framework of unity. However, diversity in Indonesia, especially in terms of belief, can also trigger disharmony conflicts in the form of cases of blasphemy. The case of Hadfana Fairus "The Kicker of Sesajen" is one example. Through a viral video circulating on social media, it shows him throwing and kicking offerings on Mount Semeru, Lumajang, East Java. Reflecting on these problems, the researcher is interested in studying more deeply about the implications of the case of "The Kicker of Sesajen" as a reflection of learning in order to maintain the quality of the existence of religious moderation. In this study, several formulations of the problem were formulated, namely related to the chronology of the case of "The Kicker of Sesajen", the urgency of religious moderation in Indonesia, and the last reflection of learning in the case of "The Kicker of Sesajen". Using this type of qualitative research with a case study approach, followed by the method of collecting data from literature or literature studies, as well as Miles and Huberman's interactive data analysis techniques, the results of this study indicate that religious moderation is quite urgent in a plural and multicultural Indonesia. On this basis, the case of "The Kicker of Sesajen" can provide a reflection of learning for religious people in maintaining the quality of the existence of religious moderation in Indonesia, both in terms of humanism, religiosity, and also the law. Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan di Indonesia: Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana Sekolah Dasar 提高印尼的教育质量:基础设施管理和基础设施管理

Sarana dan prasarana (Sarpras) di Pendidikan dasar hingga perguruan tinggi memiliki peran penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Peran serta kedudukan sarana dan prasarana sangat penting dalam menarik perhatian masyarakat agar sekolah memiliki peminat. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan sarana Prasarana Sekolah dalam Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan di Indonesia. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan jurnal perbandingan terkait Sarana dan Prasarana di bidang pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil review perpustakaan dari berbagai negara di dunia, penulis menemukan bahwa (1) untuk meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan diperlukan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung dan efisien, (2) pengelolaan dan memanfaatkan sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia disekolah sebagai tolak ukur dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan. Sehingga peran pemerintah dan sekolah sangat penting dalam kebijakan mengelola Sarpras.

EVALUASI EFEKTIFITAS PEMBELAJARAN HYBRID PADA INSTITUSI PENDIDIKAN INSTIKI DENGAN DISCREPANCY EVALUATION MODEL 用DISCREPANCY评估模型对INSTIKI教育机构的混合学习效率进行评估

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi evaluasi pada program efektifitas pembelajaran hybrid pada institusi INSTIKI Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif kualitatif menggunakan model Discrepancy Evaluation Method oleh Provus (1971) melalui 5 tahapan desain, instalasi, proses, produk, dan perbandingan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara Wakil Rektor 1 bagian pendidikan, empat dosen dan lima mahasiswa, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan penelitian, tujuan program pembelajaran hybrid tercapai. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa program efektifitas pembelajaran hybrid pada institusi INSTIKI Denpasar dinilai baik dengan deskripsi tahap desain, tahap instalasi, tahap di kampus memenuhi delapan puluh persen aspek milik pemerintah, tahap empat tujuan tercapai sehingga bernilai baik. Dalam tahap perbandingan dengan program lain, masing-masing program bermanfaat tetapi saling mendukung. Ditemukan empat kesenjangan dalam program yaitu belum terbiasanya dosen dalam pelaksanaan model pembelajaran Hybrid, banyaknya dosen yang belum terbiasa dengan procedure penggunaan LMS ELSA, tidak semua mahasiswa membaca informasi dan materi yang sudah di upload pada LMS ELSA, kurang aktifnya mahasiswa yang mengikuti pertemuan secara daring. Peneliti menyarankan untuk melanjutkan program ini dengan memperbaiki kekurangan yang belum jalan secara optimal

This study aims to implement an e-learning model with an e-portfolio approach in the Taxation subjects at the International Business Management Program Study, Business Administration Department, in an effort to improve students level of understanding. The implementation of e-learning is carried out with various methods and it is necessary to change the way of teaching in order to attract attention and make students interested in learning and liking the concepts of the subjects being taught. In the process, an assessment process is also needed as an assessment of student learning outcomes. One that is implemented is an assessment portfolio which is currently supported by increasingly sophisticated technological advances so that it is called an electronic portfolio or termed an e-portfolio. The benefits of this e-portfolio for students include learning effectively and responsibly, collaborative learning opportunities, allowing creating more network connections, getting used to being critical in solving problems/cases so that if we will be able to shape the character of students who are professional and competitive in accordance with vision and mission of Politeknik Negeri Bali. The population in this study were students in the International Business Management study program in the Business Administration Department of Politeknik Negeri Bali, who were taking a Taxation subjects. The method used in this research is Design Based Research (DBR). The results of the needs analysis obtained from the questionnaire to students are used as a reference in forming the design of this model. a model that is a framework in 4 (four) stages of a framework in 2 (two) online learning environments, namely: synchronous and asynchronous. Furthermore, the results of the implementation of the model on students showed an increase in student learning outcomes and understanding of taxation subjects with an increase in the average score of students from 71.58 to 88.11. This is also supported by the feedback given by students and validators after the model implementation process is implemented.

A SUCCESSION PLANNING MODEL FOR ACADEMIC HEADS 学术带头人的继任计划模型

This study identified the practices, issues and concerns, and key elements of a succession planning model for academic heads for the five private sectarian schools in the Philippines. It was conducted in school year 2018-2019, and participated by fifty-eight (58) religious administrators and lay academic heads and teachers Using the key features of participatory method, workshops, focus group discussion, and interviews were conducted for data gathering. The results showed that the practices in the selection and appointment of academic heads were administration’s preference, and criteria for selection and appointment of academic heads. From these practices, the issues and concerns that emerged were objectivity of decision, professional growth, spirituality and culture, and motivation. The elements of succession planning which are vision-mission, spirituality and culture, institutional policies, processes, and procedures, and professional growth were identified based on the practices, and issues and concerns. From these data, the succession planning model for academic heads was developed. The steps in the succession planning are understand the school organizational culture, build a shared vision, set and implement policies and leadership standards, provide personal and moral development programs, provide leadership development programs, and select and appoint academic heads. All policies and programs of the succession planning model must be anchored on the vision-mission of the schools. The faith and spiritual development programs (for private sectarian schools) or the personal and moral development programs (non-sectarian and public schools) are important in the preparation and appointment of future academic heads.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus fenomenologi dengan pendekatan kualitatif cross-sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan pada Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Katolik Swasta untuk mewujudkan dosen dan tenaga kependidikan yang profesional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk mewujudkan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang profesional dilakukan dengan membuat perencanaan rekrutmen SDM berdasarkan assessment kebutuhan dan menentukan prioritas rekrutmen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Sedangkan upaya peningkatan mutu perguruan tinggi dilakukan dengan memfasilitasi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan untuk melakukan studi lanjut baik pada perguruan tinggi nasional dan internasional, memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan diri sesuai dengan profesi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan pada tingkat lokal dan nasional, serta memfasilitasi pendidik (dosen) melaksanakan penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM).

Higher education as one of the places where education is held is expected to always maintain its quality and quality. To see the quality or quality of higher education management can be assessed from two indicators, namely the fulfillment of quality standards and the achievement of customer satisfaction. Universities must be able to manage their service quality system and administration because if not, the trust of higher education users will decrease as well as the quality of students as one of the university's users, so that student satisfaction measurements need to be carried out regularly to be input and improvement for the university. Student satisfaction survey was conducted on aspects of academic and non-academic services at UIN Walisongo Semarang. Academic and academic service aspects are each measured by 8 indicators. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with service quality after participating in the learning process at UIN Walisongo Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach and survey methods. The population of this survey is all students of UIN Walisongo Semarang. The results of the assessment of the student satisfaction index on academic services are as follows: the highest satisfaction is on the online guardianship indicator with an index of 2.99 and the lowest satisfaction is on the online lecture system (E-learning) indicator with an index of 2.27. Meanwhile, the results of the satisfaction index assessment on non-academic services are as follows: the highest indicators are; Religious guidance services for students (3.01), while the lowest index is; Career guidance and job information services (Walisongo Career Center) (2.69). All satisfaction results show high satisfaction criteria.

Shifting learning patterns during the early 2020 to the end of 2021, where face-to-face learning patterns in the classroom are used as online lectures from their respective homes. Starting from the level of kindergarten to college because of the case of the Covid-19 virus which was designated by the WHO as a pandemic. This is what underlies every country to make policies to reduce activities outside the home, such as offices and educational institutions. Especially in the field of education, this raises pros and cons among the community, especially for those who live in the middle to lower economic class, the costs they incur also increase to buy their children an Android phone, not to mention internet packages, so they have to teach children while taking care of household chores. , children are not disciplined because they play more outside the house, there is very little interaction at school with teachers even though this is very important to build the social spirit of students. With this condition, the perception of society, especially parents, prefers face-to-face schools because of the higher quality of knowledge gained than online.

This study aims to describe an implementation of learning that has been carried out in elementary schools in Purwasari 2 West Java Province since 2020 has implemented a google classroom application as a learning innovation for student learning activities. This case becomes a phenomenon because google classroom is very supportive. After all, the teacher can provide learning material on the page that has been prepared and functioning to collect student assignments. This is followed by using learning variations such as video call applications, zoom meetings, and quizizz. Although it can be concluded that google class learning is carried out in a good category in Purwasari 2 elementary school to send student task media, making it easier for teacher archiving if needed. However, schools face obstacles, namely the impact of saturation for teachers and students and internet quota assistance. There needs to be a more frequent training program to become a place for teachers to develop the ability to use technology in learning supported by supporting facilities and infrastructure, such as the application of google classroom. On the other hand, there is a need for further socialization for parents to accompany children to learn online through the google classroom application.
