Implementasi Pembelajaran Tematik pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kelas II MI As-Salam O’o Dompu

This study aims to explore in depth about the implementation, challenges and efforts of teachers to overcome various problems in thematic learning in Islamic primary school. This research uses descriptive research where sampling is done by purposive and snowball. The data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study describe that the implementation of thematic learning is guided by the lesson plans and refers to the theme as normal conditions. The problems faced in the application of thematic learning are factored in by factors of readiness and teacher understanding of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The teacher's efforts to overcome the various problems above are through regular discussions about thematic learning of the 2013 curriculum as well as exploring and understanding in detail about the important components in planning, implementing and evaluating as well as effectively utilizing the surrounding environment as a learning resource.

This study aims to analyze and examine the role of parents in responding to the development of technology for children. This research method uses a case study approach in Pakuniran Village, Pakuniran District, Probolinggo Regency. Collecting data used by means of surveys, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques were carried out using data collection, data editing, data presentation and conclusion of research results. The results of this study state that the role of parents in dealing with increasingly sophisticated technological developments is by: understanding all applications on gadgets, providing educational rewards, and providing intensive supervision and assistance. It was found that there is a need for intensive supervision and assistance from parents to reduce and prevent the negative impact of gadgets on children.

PEMIKIRAN HUKUM ISLAM BIDANG PERHAJIAN 未经测试的合法授权

The implementation of the pilgrimage in the mid-19th century experienced a significant increase. Various purposes and activities they do while in the holy land. Hajj is a means of communication between a servant and his Creator. This worship was first prescribed in the sixth year of the Hijrah. The word al-Hajj according to language means intentional. Therefore, according to the term Islamic shari'a, it means deliberately visiting the Ka'bah in Mecca to perform several series of acts of worship according to the pillars and conditions that have been determined by syara'. Hajj is the fifth pillar of Islam and the fourth point of worship, which is ordered after the three previous points of worship are prescribed, namely: prayer, fasting in Ramadan, and zakat. Hajj has many roles and many benefits. This study is examined by looking at the contribution of the Hajj in various social fields that occur after performing the worship for the people in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the Spiritual Educational learning model to jump-start children's spiritual intelligence. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with case study type. The research site is located in Sinar Harapan Kindergarten, Probolinggo City. Data collection techniques by means of interviews and in-depth observation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that the Spiritual Educational learning model applies several Islamic learning activities on a regular and structured basis to boost children's spiritual intelligence. The implication is that it takes a variety of activities and a fun approach to be able to jump-start children's spiritual intelligence.

In the era of modernization today, shaping society depends on social media. Not except for generation Z in their teens before adulthood, a period where this generation has a process searching for identity, including in the process of religion, the phenomenon of generation Z's present migration in Kediri viewed from the perspective of the Rational Choice Theory. In this study, researchers used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach by observing and interviewing the Z generation who following the present hijrah as many as 19 people, consisting of 6 men and 13 women. The result of research on the phenomenon of generation Z contemporary hijrah in Kediri City is behavioral and cultural changes without any influence of ideology as the examples of transnational ideology. It is popular that Generation Z has done since following the hijrah process follows the hijrah in the path of self-awareness. It changes the habitual attributes used in everyday life, such as how to wear clothes in stars. The hijrah carried out by Generation Z has nothing to do with things that lead to an interest in joining or choices in politics or political activities.

KONTEKSTUALISASI PEMAKNAAN HADITS PEMIMPIN PEREMPUAN 女性领袖的钝性圣训

There is no denying that what the hadith says is absolutely true. However, not all agree that the interpretation and meaning of a hadith is absolutely correct. One of the hadiths that is not denied the truth and not all agree on the interpretation of its meaning is the hadith about women's leadership. In this study, researchers will discuss the contextualization of the use of hadith about female leaders. By contextualizing what was the reason the Prophet issued a hadith statement forbidding women to become leaders. This study uses a library research method with a normative descriptive approach, describes the asababul wurud hadith and contextualizes the leadership and role of women in past and current government, then the legal conclusions are drawn. It is hoped that this research can contribute to strengthening the discourse on women's leadership, and at that time women are seen as having the same opportunities as men in terms of being elected as executive or legislative members.

PENENTUAN AWAL BULAN HIJRIAH PERSPEKTIF MAZHAB MALIKI

Abstract: As the month of Ramadan approaches, one of the discussions that will almost certainly become the subject of public discussion is about when to start the fasting month of Ramadan. Muslims seem to be divided in the discourse of the difference between reckoning and rukyah. The Imkanurrukyah method or the visibility of the hilal which is considered capable of being a mediating bridge between the two methods turns out to only apply in a few countries, not all countries are willing to accept these criteria. Countries that use the Maliki School as a reference for Islamic law in the North African region are one of the groups that are quite difficult to accept the criteria for the visibility of the new moon. This paper discusses the legal basis for the use of the rukyah method by the Maliki school and what its implications are for determining the beginning of the lunar month in people who follow this school. After conducting a study of various existing literatures, the argument that was built from the writing of this paper is that the Maliki School does not recognize the reckoning method as one of the methods in determining the beginning of the Hijri month. Furthermore, the monarchical political system adopted by most countries in the region is the reason why in the region there has never been a difference in determining the beginning and end of fasting even though globally their decisions are different from those of other countries and schools.Kata Kunci: Kalender Hijriah, Mazhab Maliki, Rukyah, Hilal.

A good educator is one who is not only concerned with fulfilling obligations to the institution but more importantly paying attention to and fostering the morals of his students. The highest dedication of an educator is not only seeing the success and high knowledge of his students but more than that, educators are considered perfect success if their students have good character and morals in the midst of society. This is one thing that cannot be denied, which is often overlooked and even forgotten by educators today, that a student is not only thirsty for IQ (Intelligence Quotients), but also needs guidance and assistance in managing EQ (Emotional Quotients) and SQ (Spirirtual Quotients). . This is where the author is interested in bringing up the process of character education in schools carried out by SMP Negeri 1 Mojoagung Jombang.

HUBUNGAN KEPERDATAAN ANAK DI LUAR NIKAH PERSPEKTIF SEJARAH SOSIAL HUKUM ISLAM 外部条件以一种社会的方式被具体化

In Indonesia, children out of wedlock are only related to their mothers. This can be seen in Article 46 UUP. No.1 of 1974 and Article 99 of the KHI. The rules are presumably still based on the classical fiqh understanding of the termination of the lineage of children out of wedlock. Then the Constitutional Court made a decision that the child also has a civil relationship with his biological father. From this problem, two questions arise. First, how is lineage in Islamic law?. Second, how is the civil relationship between children out of wedlock from the perspective of the Social History of Islamic Law? When viewed from the focus of the study, this article includes historical-analytical research. When viewed from the operational data collection studied, this research is a library research. Primary and secondary data were analyzed using descriptive analysis method, by processing the study of the social history of Islamic law to find the meaning of civil relations. The approach used is a historical approach, which describes social phenomena in the past then drawn to the present to become more relevant. There are two research results: first, Based on the analysis, nasab which has been sacred, by some people it turns out that along with the development of the nasab era turned out to still be a difference among scholars with social development. Second, in the perspective of the Social History of Islamic Law, the Constitutional Court's decision regarding the civil relationship of children out of wedlock means the rights that exist within the lineage itself.

This research was conducted to identify the implementation of online-based learning in making learning effective during the pandemic at SMK Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting some data in the form of information obtained from interviews with several predetermined informants, namely the principal, vice principal, teachers, and students at SMK Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. With the hope that this research intends to describe the effectiveness of this online learning in the pandemic period which is less than two years has stopped all sectors of life. Therefore this research was conducted. And also like the implementation of online learning at SMK Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo.
