Keseimbangan energy-protein memeiliki peran penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi ikan dan meningkatkan performa pertumbuhan ikan. Limbah kulit ari kelapa memiliki potensi sebagai sumber lemak yang dapat digunakan sebagai suplemen pakan ikan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh minyak kulit ari kelapa terhadap laju pertumbuhan spesifik (SGR) dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup (SR) ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus). Empat pakan dengan tingkat sumber lemak yang berbeda yang diformulasikan dengan menambahkan minyak kulit ari kelapa pada pakan ikan komersial pada level 0%, 2%, 4%, dan 6% selama 35 hari. Laju pertumbuhan spesifik (SGR) tertinggi yang diamati pada ikan didapatkan pada ikan yang diberi minyak kelapa pada tingkat 2% dan 4% dibandingkan perlakuan yang lainnya (P 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minyak kelapa sebanyak 2% merupakan level yang direkomendasikan sebagai suplemen pada pakan ikan nila yang ditunjukan dengan laju pertumbuhan spesifik yang baik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh ekstrak pasak bumi terhadap proporsi jantanisasi ikan guppy dan menentukan kosentrasi ekstrak batang pasak bumi yang terbaik untuk menghasilkan ikan guppy jantan. Metode dilakukan menggunakan larva ikan guppy yang baru menetas berumur 5 hari. Pembuatan ekstrak pasak bumi dengan methode maserasi, pembuatan ekstrak dilakukan dengan merendam 500 gram serbuk ke dalam etanol (96%) sebanyak 3.2 liter diaduk dengan stirer selama 3 jam kemudian didiamkan selama 24 jam. Filtrat diuapkan dengan rotary evaporator dengan suhu 60°C sampai diperoleh ekstrak kental. Proses ekstraksi dilakukan kurang lebih sebanyak 1 kali. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 5 perlakuan 3 ulangan. Perendaman pasak bumi diberikan selama 24 jam dengan dosis berbeda, pemeliharaan setelah perendaman selama ±60 hari. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase ikan guppy jantan perlakuan berkisar antara 73,02%-96.80%, persentase ikan guppy betina berkisar antara 9,58%-24,84%, dan persentase ikan guppy interseks berkisar antara 0,00%-4,41%. Budidaya laut yang semakin pesat menyebabkan permasalahan limbah budidaya yang sulit dihadapi. Budidaya rumput laut dengan sistem IMTA yang memanfaatkan limbah budidaya ikan dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan rumput laut menjadi lebih baik. Salah satu jenis rumput laut yang banyak dibudidayakan adalah jenis Kappaphycus alvarezii. Penyerapan unsur hara oleh rumput laut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya yaitu jarak tanam penanaman. Pengaturan jarak tanam dalam budidaya rumput laut diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan produksi rumput laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisa jarak tanam dan posisi budidaya yang optimal untuk mengetahui penyerapan nitrogen dan pertumbuhan pada rumput laut Kappaphycus alvarezii. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 4 Perlakuan dan masing – masing perlakuan dilakukan 4 kali ulangan sehingga diperoleh 16 unit percobaan. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu jarak tanam 20 cm, jarak tanam 30 cm, jarak tanam 40 cm, dan jarak tanam 50 cm yang ditempatkan mengelilingi KJA berdasarkan arah mata angin yaitu utara, timur, selatan dan barat. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu nilai penyerapan nitrogen paling tinggi terdapat pada jarak tanam 30 cm dengan nilai rata – rata 2,88 μmol/g/day dan posisi selatan dengan nilai rata – rata 2,35 μmol/g/day. Nilai pertumbuhan bobot mutlak tertinggi terdapat pada jarak tanam 30 cm dengan nilai rata – rata 135,1925 g dan posisi selatan dengan nilai rata – rata 112, 527 g. Nilai laju pertumbuhan spesifik tertinggi terdapat pada jarak tanam 30 cm dengan nilai rata – rata 3,005 % dan posisi selatan dengan nilai rata – rata 2,5 %. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu jarak tanam dan posisi budidaya yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap penyerapan nitrogen, pertumbuhan bobot mutlak dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik rumput laut Kappaphycus alvarezii. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh lama waktu transportasi yang terbaik menggunakan sistem tertutup terhadap kelangsungan hidup benih ikan tengadak. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Basah (Wet lab) Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak yang terletak di Kecamatan Sungai Ambawang Kabupaten Kubu Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan suatu rancangan percobaan berupa Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu perlakuan A (Transportasi 10 jam), B (Transportasi 12 jam), C (Transportasi 14 jam), dan D (Transportasi 16 jam). Hasil dari pengamatan menunjukan Pesentase Kelangsungan Hidup terendah terdapat pada perlakuan transportasi 16 Jam (D) dengan nilai 94,67% sedangkan persentase Kelangsungan Hidup yang tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan transportasi 10 Jam (A) dengan nilai 99,33%. Penggunaan lama waktu transportasi benih ikan tengadak (Barbonymus Schwanenfeldii) masih dimungkinkan untuk digunakan transportasi selama 14 jam dengan tingkat kelangsungan hidup sebesar 96 % selama transportasi serta 97,19 % pasca transportasi. Kematian ikan terjadi karena adanya faktor ruang gerak ikan yang sempit sehingga dapat memberikan pengaruh tekanan pada ikan yang dapat mengakibatkan daya tahan tubuh menjadi menurun sehingga menimbulkan stres dan bahkan dapat menimbulkan kematian.

Pada sektor perikanan, Labuhan Maringgai merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil rajungan di Indoneisa. Alat tangkap yang digunakan untuk menangkap rajungan adalah jaring insang dasar atau bottom gillnet. Hanging ratio yang berbeda pada pengoperasian alat tangkap bottom gillnet dianggap berpengaruh terhadap hasil tangkapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan respon hasil tangkapan rajungan (Portunus pelagicus) pada penggunaan hanging ratio yang berbeda-beda di perairan Kuala Penet Labuhan Maringgai dan mengetahui hanging ratio yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan hasil tangkapan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data hasil tangkapan bottom gillnet (kg/setting), ukuran mata jaring sebesar 3,5 inchi dengan hanging ratio yang berbeda-beda, yaitu 0,47; 0,49; 0,54; 0,57; 0,61; 0,63 (6 hanging ratio) dengan 4 kali setting. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Hasil dari analisis uji Anova terdapat perbedaan respon hasil tangkapan yang signifikan pada penggunaan keenam hanging ratio. Hanging ratio yang dapat mengoptimalkan hasil tangkapan adalah 0,49, dengan hasil tangkapan yang diperoleh sebesar 38,1 kg.

Abstract: Islamic education curriculum is an activity that includes philosophy (thoughts) various detailed student activity plans in the form of forms of educational material, suggestions for teaching and learning strategies and things that include activities aimed at achieving the desired goals with reference to values. Islamic teachings. The Islamic education curriculum must highlight religion and morals in its various purposes. The content and scope of the Islamic education curriculum is comprehensive which reflects the spirit of Islamic thought and teachings that are universal and reach all aspects of life, both intellectual, psychological, social and spiritual, having a relative balance in the environment. in its scientific content, both the Shari'a sciences, the science of reason and language and the arts, includes all the subject matter needed by students, both religious and worldly. The Islamic education curriculum must be based on religious, philosophical, social, and psychological foundations. The contents of the Islamic education curriculum are mostly in the form of religious sciences such as the knowledge of the Qur'an, Hadith, Fiqh and Sufism in addition to not forgetting the sciences of the world.

This article seeks to explain the strengthening of national values in the red and white flag honoring ceremony: the re-actualization of the concept of nationality based on mas}lah}ah. The purpose of the flag salute ceremony is to strengthen love for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and realize the common benefit of living together in a pluralistic and multicultural nation-state. Therefore, it is necessary to re-actualize the concept of nationality, especially with regard to respect for the flag based on mas}lah}ah. Furthermore, the concept of nationality in the view of Islam is compatible and does not need to be contradicted. Regarding the pros and cons of information on the article competition respecting the flag in the view of Islamic law, this must be addressed wisely and actually this competition is organized by BPIP in commemoration of santri day, so the right theme is about Islam and nationality. Respect for the flag is the nation's way of showing respect for the symbol of the State of Indonesia and love for the homeland. Regarding the respect for the flag which is reviewed with mas}lah}ah, then this is included in the realm of mas}lah}ah mursalah because there is no clear explanation in the scriptures or Hadith and this practice is included in the realm of d}aruriyat which was originally only the needs of religious people and the state. as well as being a nation on a secondary basis, but by implementing it, national unity and integrity will emerge, this shifts from h}a>jiyat to d}aruriyat. This study examines the practice of prohibiting inter-ethnic marriages in Nagari Malalo. An ethnographic approach will look at how Islamic law reviews the practice of prohibiting inter-ethnic marriages that occur, and what sanctions are applied to people who violate the prohibition. This type of research is a field research, where to obtain data from the problems studied, the authors conduct observations and in-depth interviews with credible sources determined purposively. The processing of the data obtained is done in a descriptive-qualitative way. As a result, the prohibition of marriage between different ethnic groups, consists of two classifications, namely; (1) prohibition of marriage between different tribes in one Koto and. (2) prohibition of marriage between different ethnic groups between Koto. Meanwhile, Islamic law has explained in detail who is prohibited from marrying. And the prohibition of marriage between different ethnic groups is not part of this provision. However, this does not mean that the prohibition against inter-ethnic marriage is contrary to the rules of syara'. Because the customary prohibition does not cancel the existence of the marriage and the legal consequences of marriage. In fact, the customary prohibition aims to strengthen the friendship within their people so that any problems encountered in the future can become a shared responsibility. Therefore, the custom can be said to be a good custom that needs to be preserved. By syara' it can be categorized as 'Urf Sahih or customary law and can be practiced.

The certification and management of waqf land was written based on the results of research in the field, namely in Kecamatan Gunang Omeh, Limapuluh Kota, West Sumatra. Bbased on the number of waqf lands used to support the public interest and welfare of the people, so the central function of waqf land in the area. All of the waqf lands should be recorded neatly and the archives can be found at the local Religious Affairs Office as a whole, in this case all the waqf lands should have been recorded and certified for better management, while things like that have not been realized as desired so that In the future, the waqf land will be more productive than the previous one and will no longer cause problems, both in terms of the person who gave the waqf and the Nazir as the manager of the waqf land. So that the management of waqf land is in accordance with the waqf pledge and the waqf land runs according to its function.
