Marriage has always been being one of the important events that occur in every human life cycle. The number of marriages is running high from a year to year basis. In Indonesia there are 1,8 million marriages occur each year in 2015-2017. It is nearly impossible during the Covid-19 pandemic invasion to carry a regular marriage event like ever before. The Government restricts crowd-gathering activities, such as the wedding party, to tackle the Covid-19 outbreaks. It causes people who want to get married quite worried, delay, or even cancel the wedding party. Technology plays a significant role in developing innovation. Online wedding receptions are the solution. Wemary is a startup engaged in a marriage that offers innovative integrated wedding services such as online reception. These research aims are to develop and modify Wemary’s business model through the business model canvas approximation. A qualitative method was used in this study. Data are collected from an interview with CV Putra Nugraha Wedding, the survey with twenty-five potential customers, and literacy assessments. This study indicates the Wemary service was exciting and worth a try, but for some elderly, Wemary service seems uncommon. This research uses primary data obtained from the analysis of two different kinds of questionnaires and interviews. This study develops the business.

The Legislative General Election System with the Most Open Candidate and Voting List System has led to tighter competition among candidates. This competition occurs not only between candidates from different parties in a particular electoral district; but also competition between candidates in the same party. This phenomenon causes all candidates for the legislature to compete to get as many votes as possible. In order to reach out to voters, candidates need intermediaries to introduce themselves. On the other hand, voters as the owner of voting right also need media to get information and get to know more about the legislative candidates they will vote in the voting later. The atmosphere of the political system like this causes opportunities for brokers to emerge. The vote brokers are intermediaries between the candidates and voters. This article will discuss six types of vote brokers and their activities as intermediaries for candidates with voters in the period leading up to the general election. Keyword: Legislative candidate, broker, voters, vote engine

Public services in the reform era are encouraged to be free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism. One of them is to encourage implementers not to accept gratuities from the public related to their work in public service activities. Local regulations on public services are thus essential, and public servants are prohibited from receiving gratuities. Research on anti-gratification commitments in this local regulation was carried out in five local regulation texts in five regencies Banyumas, Banjarnegara, Cilacap, Kebumen, and Purbalingga. This study used qualitative research methods based on secondary data and data analysis techniques using content analysis. This study indicates Banyumas and Cilacap explicitly forbid executors from accepting gratuities or asking for fees from the public. This result shows that anti-gratification still needs to campaign mainly to the bureaucracy. A weak commitment to fight gratuity will affect the spirit of reform in the public sector.

Omnibus law, which later in the form of legislation is expected to be simple, integrated, harmonious and not contradictory. This idea is a legal "fast road" effort to address Indonesia's "hyper legislation" and overlapping legislation. As for the urgency of omnibus law to create quality jobs; boost investment; and improve the welfare of workers. This research study method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through library documentation, newspapers and magazines. Omnibus Law is an early instrument that provides certainty and convenience for the business sector. That certainty and convenience is for not only large entrepreneurs, but also micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) therefore called Omnibus Law Cipta Kerja. Omnibus law is made one of them by considering the performance of investments in the past that have been colored by investment. The investment was triggered by overlapping regulations as well as sectorial egos between ministries, governors, regents or mayors. To that end, there is no other way that there should be innovation and a system that supports the government slashing all regulations that impede investment. Omnibus law is still required input from various parties and socialization in order to have similar perceptions considering omnibus law is a new policy in Indonesia.
