According to vehicle multi-source quality safety data information, the key quality safety factors for automobile defect risk assessment are extracted, the association relationship map is established, and the vehicle defect evaluation index system is systematically constructed. On the basis of the correlation and optimization of key quality safety factors and index systems, a multi-dimensional cluster of defective vehicle quality and safety information is established by utilizing big data technology and so forth. Based on the historical automobile defect data information, the clustering method has been employed and formed more than 4000 typical automobile defect cases, association analysis on multi-source quality safety data information is conducted and developed vehicle defect risk assessment system is designed which provides data and technical support for rapid warning of vehicle defect risk.

In order to perform target recognition under realistic conditions, it is necessary to extract local invariant features of a real scene. This paper proposes a novel local invariant feature extraction method for high dynamic range images. Firstly, based on the multi-exposure fusion HDR image calculation model, this paper introduces the perceptual model of human eye vision for scene irradiance, and establishes a complete theoretical model of HDR imaging and mapping. Then, this paper proposes a new LIFT extraction method, which performs LIFT detection on the scene reflection layer and LIFT description on the scene illumination layer. Finally, experiments have shown that this method can increase the number of correct matching of feature points of machine vision wide baseline images. The research results in this paper combine the invariant feature matching technology with the HDR image technology that can record the irradiance value of the real scene, thus expanding the application background of the image LIFT extraction technology.

In order to establish a more accurate superheated steam temperature (SST) characteristic model and realize intelligent predictive optimal control of SST, the prediction model of SST was established with external time delay extreme learning machine (TDELM) method using the historical operation data acquired from DCS of a 600MW subcritical coal-fired power unit. The fireworks algorithm (FWA) with adaptive inertia weight was adopted to optimize the ELM neural network parameters. By comparing the model prediction results with the traditional ELM model and FWAELM model, it is shown that the improved fireworks algorithm has faster convergence speed and higher search accuracy, and the SST characteristic model optimized by FWA has better accuracy and generalization ability.

Power grid operation is a very safe operation site, it is very important to be able to carry out related operations in accordance with the safe operation process, the existing traditional safe operation process, mainly in the traditional teaching mode or simulated real scene operation mode. In the links of management and training, operators lack intuitive experience and interaction, and they are not enough to show the serious consequences of illegal operation; As the head-mounted display becomes the most important interactive virtual reality display device, the 3d interactive display and the expressive force of the game engine are gradually improved, significantly improving participants’ sense of immersion. Virtual reality technology can be used to build a simulation teaching platform for authentic visual experience, authentic representation of work flow and convincing interactive feedback. Virtual reality technology is used to establish a practical environment for grid operation in the virtual three-dimensional space of the computer that integrates class a illegal operation events. Users participating in the learning practice can operate in the virtual space according to the process. In this paper, based on unity built-in HAPI unet and third-party plug-in VRTK, the complex interaction of large-scale training business process is realized. Through VRTK, steam VR interface, the handle button state is obtained and information is transmitted on multiple instances, so as to determine the transfer and pickup state of interactive objects.

With the rapid development of open source threat intelligence, researchers are sharing threat-related articles through blog articles or reports. The shared information, like IoC and threat action, can promote defense ability against the potential threats. However, with high columns of threat-related articles published, extracting threat-related information from unstructured context, especially threat action, has become a challenge. To overcome this problem, we present a method to extract threat action from threat-related articles. Firstly, topics are indexed with latent semantic indexing method. Next, with ATT&CK as taxonomy, semantic similarities are computed as classification features. Finally, a multi-label classification model extracts threat actions from threat-related articles. To evaluate our method, a labelled APT group-related dataset is collected and shared. The result shows, the maximum precision, recall ratio and F-1 measure for multi-label classification are 59.50%, 69.86% and 56.96%. Our method can help researcher understand network situation and make proactive defense measures against potential threats.

In order to ensure the effective convergence of data with the same semantics but different expressions when collaborative business data is aggregated, this paper studies the semantic consistency problem. Firstly, the word vector model based on word2vec is trained to obtain the data word vector, then the cosine similarity of the data word vector can be calculated. Then the clustering based on the cosine similarity is used to obtain the preliminary core word set. Finally, the final core word set is obtained through the rule-based correction. Experiments and analysis show that this method can effectively complete business requirements and achieve high accuracy

In order to evaluate risk and prevent accidents, a visualization system of accidents and risk in molten metal operations is proposed in this paper. Based on risk identification and analysis, the system characterizes the evolution process of hazards, and realizes dynamic visualization and risk evaluation of accidents through fluid simulation and three-dimensional (3D) visualization technology. And on the basis of many times of simulation and attempts, risk decisions that are technically feasible, economically reasonable and socially acceptable can be obtained. The system consists of four functional subsystems: production scene roaming subsystem, hazards evolution characterization subsystem, accident dynamic visualization subsystem, risk evaluation and decision-making subsystem. The system is applied to the production safety management of a steel plant. The results show that it can realize accident preview, playback and risk evaluation, and make appropriate risk decisions based on different acceptable levels of risk. It provides new ideas and methods for production safety management.

In order to simulate the crane motion load under wind and wave interference, the crane-load dynamics model is established by using the Lagrange equation and the inverse kinematics of the robot, and the numerical simulation is used to simulate the crane's trajectory. The Unity 3D is used to simulate the motion of the marine crane and the hanging object. The simulation results show that the ship crane suspension system exhibits chaotic motion under wind and wave disturbance, and the distribution range of the moving target in the three axial directions of the inertial coordinate system is about the same. To lay the foundation for the next step to establish a simulation training system for marine cranes.

The dynamic response of ultra-high voltage direct current (UHVDC) will significantly affect AC/DC power grids. Accurate simulation for control systems of UHVDC lays a solid foundation for bulk power systems stability analysis. Based on the latest UHVDC models with real control systems in PSD-BPA, this paper investigates dynamic behavior of UHVDC when AC voltage of the rectifier side oscillates quickly. The mechanism of AC overvoltage phenomenon caused by reactive power surplus is clearly explained. Impact factor analysis for AC voltage and control parameters is carried out. Optimization measures for UHVDC control parameters are proposed. Study cases for real UHVDC projects in northwest power grids verify that the proposed optimization measures can improve the dynamic response characteristics of UHVDC and mitigate the risk of wind generation tripping-off.
