The purpose of this study was to develop and test the feasibility of a practical science process skills-based practical guide using 3D Pageflip Professional measurement material. This type of research is research and development with the ADDIE model. The instrument used was a material and media validation questionnaire and a student perception questionnaire. The data analysis technique in the form of suggestions from the validator was carried out descriptively qualitatively. The practicum guide that has been developed has an .exe format that can be run on a PC / laptop. This practicumm guide has been validated and declared valid with an average score of material experts of 3.9 which is categorized as very good and an average score of media experts of 3.4 which is classified as in the very good category. Furthermore, the score of the students' perceptions of the practicum guide was 3.5 which was in the very good category. The advantages contained in the practicum guide developed are that the language used is easy to understand, the video displayed is three-dimensional, there are complementary experiments that can be used for distance learning, easy to operate.

This research aims to produce a product in the form of interactive multimedia that will be used as one of the supporting media of learning for the training of railway infrastructure maintenance personnel namely upper flow electricity in Sofyan Hadi Railway Engineering Training Center. In this development research, the development model used refers to the R&D (Research and Development) method by thiagarajan developed 4D development models that have stages consisting of: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Products developed from this study have gone through formative evaluation stages including Expert Review, One to One, and large-scale trials.The results of the Expert Review from learning media experts get a score of 3.80 (Excellent).The material expert gets a value of 3.70 (Excellent). One to One trial results get 3.60 (Excellent) results. Large-scale trial results get 3.60 (Excellent) results. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Interactive Multimedia product for the Overhead Catenary Engineering Training is expressed very well.

This development research was carried out by following the Baker & Schutz development model, which consist of 1) Formulation, 2) Instructional Specification, 3) Item Tryout, 4) Product Development, 5) Product Tryout, 6) Product Revision, and 7) Operation Analysis. The product evaluation is done through Expert Review and Field Test. The expert review phase involves 1 subject matter expert and 1 media expert. The average score obtained from experts review is 3.7 which considered as very good. For field test, the pop up story book has tested on 15 students, The average score obtained at this phase is 88% which considered as good. So, it can be concluded, this development research has created an Animal Theme Pop Up Book which used for storytelling activities in Bougenville Play Group.

This development research aims to develop an appropriate training program about module writing which intended to the Instructors of BPSDM Jakarta in order to increase ones’ knowledge and competencies in module writing. The program development refers to the Instructional Development Model by M. Atwi Suparman. Basde on these models, research and developmenta has been through the stages of assess needs to identify instructional goal, conduct instructional analysis, analyze learners and contexts, write performance objectives, develop assessment instrument, develop instructional strategy, develop and select instructional, and design and conduct formative evaluation. This research also developed a book of training program for Instructors, training module, and presentation media, in order to assist the training process. The evaluation of the training program includes two phases which consist of expert review and one-to-one evaluation. The evaluation scores from expert review phase by Instructional Design Expert is 3.73 which considered as very good, also the scores from media expert for learning source module is 3.88 which considered as very good and for presentation media 3.17 which considered as very good either. The one-to-one evaluation phase involved 3 Instructors and the scores obtained is 3 which considered as good. Based on the results of evaluation, it can be concluded that this training program is appropriate to be implemented in order to increase the competencies of module writing for the Instructors of BPSDM DKI Jakarta.

This development research aims to produce a flipped classroom learning in the form of a RPKPS as a guideline for implementing flipped classroom learning in PDP courses at the State University of Jakarta in Educational Technology Program. This development research was carried out by following the Rapid Prototyping development model procedure, namely Assess Needs & Analyze Content 2) Set Objectives, 3) Construct Prototype, 4) Utilize Product, 5) Installation & Maintenance. Evaluation of this product development research is done through Expert Review. The step of expert review involved 1 subject expert and 2 learning design experts. The average value obtained from subject expert is 3,48 which means it’s very good, from learning design expert is 3,21 which means it’s good. The average value obtained from another learning design expert is 3,24 which means it’s good. From these results it can be concluded that the flipped classroom learning design for Learning and Design Perception Course is good rated.

Pengembangan instrumen mengadaptasi langkah-langkah yang dikemukakan oleh Jean Barbazette (2006) yakni Fourteen Key Elements inf Making Surveys. Instrumen yang dihasilkan adalah dua buah kuesioner yang dikemas secara online melalu google form. Instrumen yang dihasilkan diuji kelayakannya dengan analisis teoretis oleh para ahli dan analisis empiris dengan mengujicobakan instrumen pada responden. Ahli yang dilibatkan adalah ahli materi, ahli evaluasi, dan ahli bahasa. Uji coba instrumen dilakukan pada 48 orang tutor online FKIP UT. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan instrumen analisis knerja berupa kuesioner yang telah ditinjau oleh para ahli dengan kategori sangat sesuai. Setelah diuji coba dengan SPSS, seluruh butir instrumen dinilai valid dan reliabel dengan tingkat reliabilitas sebesar 0,922 dengan kategori sangat andal. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, instrumen dapat dikatakan layak untuk digunakan.

This study aims to describe the utilization of city tour on tour guiding subject in grade XI tourism program at SMK Negeri 57 Jakarta. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with case study approach and data collection techniques through questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation. The result of this study indicates that the teacher has taken advantage of city tour as a source of learning on tour guiding subject grade XI. Data obtained are described in percentage and narrative analysis. The utilization of city tour is described through the six steps of utilization model ASSURE which includes 1) Analyze learners, 2) Select objective, 3) Select method, media and materials, 4) Utilize media and materials, 5) Require learners’ participation, 6) Evaluate and revise.

This development research aims to produce a print media in the form of a guidebook to use of the Application “Resertifikasi Kompetensi KIPD”. This guidelines is meant to be used by employees Branch of PAPDI in Indonesia. This development research is referring to Rowntree’s model that consists of three major stages; planning; preparation of writing; writing and editing. The evaluation on this development research was conducted through expert review and one-to-one evaluation. The evaluation involving one subject matter expert, one media expert, and five users. The average value obtainded from the expert review by the subject matter expert was 3,46 overall excellent. The average value obtainded from the expert review by the media expert was 2,56 overall good. In one-to-one evaluation, obtained the average score 3,4 which signifies the overall guidance is excellent and can be used to guide the employees Branch of PAPDI to using the Application “Resertifikasi Kompetensi KIPD” correctly and precisely.

This study aims to find out the root cause of the decreasing human performance and provide the right interventions to solve the problem in project payment sub division at PT. Sedayu Utama. The research method used is descriptive analysis with qualitative approach, data is obtained through interview, questionnaire and observation. As the results of this study of root cause analysis, the inability to use electronic equipment, to accept constructive criticism due to high level of superiority and lack of initiative thinking are found. Meanwhile from equipment factor such as computer and scanner, it is found to be underutilized and from management factor, it is found that there’s a lack of commitment, competition, coordination and understanding of the company’s procedure, from motivation factor, it is found that there’s a lack of supervision, reward & punishment and lack of value inconsistent with mission. The solutions advised to solve these problems are coaching, knowledge management, sharing session, on the job training and reward & punishment.
