This note studies the problem of stabilizing networked control systems (NCSs) over random time-delay channels. In order to reduce the negative influences of communication constraints including signal transmission delay, data packet dropout and quantization effect, a new method on the $H_infty$ controller design is presented. The proof techniques rely on Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality (LMI) tools. The simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

To meet the requirements of the tactical targets, in the progress of the missiles’ flight, we often give the related parameters a range to make the targets to extreme. In this paper, we use variable Calculus to learn about the variation of the deflection in missiles’ flight trajectory and the method that can make the missiles reach a certain height in the shortest time. Then with the help of the software—MATLAB, we can get the optimal solution to achieve interceptions and strikes basing on the optimal method in math. It is meaningful for the application of optimization theory in missiles’ control.

How to learn an over complete dictionary for sparse representations of image is an important topic in machine learning, sparse coding, blind source separation, etc. The so-called K-singular value decomposition (K-SVD) method [3] is powerful for this purpose, however, it is too time-consuming to apply. Recently, an adaptive orthogonal sparsifying transform (AOST) method has been developed to learn the dictionary that is faster. However, the corresponding coefficient matrix may not be as sparse as that of K-SVD. For solving this problem, in this paper, a non-orthogonal iterative match method is proposed to learn the dictionary. By using the approach of sequentially extracting columns of the stacked image blocks, the non-orthogonal atoms of the dictionary are learned adaptively, and the resultant coefficient matrix is sparser. Experiment results show that the proposed method can yield effective dictionaries and the resulting image representation is sparser than AOST.

An image compression algorithm of higher compression ratio based on SPHIT is proposed and simulated, with studying on the SPHIT algorithm and image compression algorithm. Firstly, the image data is divided into high frequency wavelet coefficients and low frequency wavelet coefficients, through the discrete wavelet transform. Secondly, the wavelet coefficients, which are processed and decomposed to several blocks, pass SPHIT coding, according to the compression ratio of image to adjust the SPHIT output coding stream. Finally, the original image is reconstructed by the SPHIT decoding algorithm and inverse wavelet transform. Simulating results show that a higher Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) in proposed algorithm than traditional SPHIT algorithm is obtained in the same compression ratio of the image.

The problems of large numbers of image data and concurrent client connection requests to the remote video server in C / S mode was resolved by using IOCP (I/O Completion Port) mechanism in image characteristic transmission. The multiple concurrent threads are managed and controlled by IOCP mechanism which makes the system achieve an efficient network performance. The image processing and transmission design and implementation process of the remote monitor server based on windows platform are given.

A virtual channel (VC) calculation algorithm for wormhole-switched on-chip networks is proposed. Traditionally, the virtual channels were allocated uniformly, which results in a waste of area and power. To remedy this situation, based on the queuing theory, we propose a router analytical model. Using this model, the proposed algorithm calculates the bandwidth usage at each router in the network according to the traffic characteristics of the target application, and adds VC only to the channels with the highest bandwidth usage. The simulation results show that the VC allocation result is more reasonable and higher total transmission rate can be achieved compared to the uniform VC allocation. For hotspot traffic, about 33.3% savings in buffering resources can be achieved using our algorithm, in the case of achieving similar performance levels.

Based on the structural complexity of command automation system, starting from command automation system itself and the relationship between system and its environment, survivability analysis of command automation system is divided into three sub-problems of system services, external environment and model construction to be analyzed respectively. Therefore, it simplifies the complexity of the problem. Based on the uncertainty of survivability assessment information of command automation system, Bayesian network is introduced into model construction. This paper demonstrates the model construction process of command automation system survivability assessment by an example. This method has a good operability. It can not only quantitatively calculate the survivability probability of command automation system, but can also identify the major environmental factors affecting the system and the weak links of the system by diagnostic reasoning.

This article summarizes research on a novel, two-direction impact acceleration switch. To sense the change of two direction impact acceleration, A MEMS impact acceleration switch with two sensitive directions was designed. In this design, four serpentine springs were used to fix and suspend the movable electrode (sensing mass). The motion of the sensing mass was investigated by theoretical analysis and finite element analysis (FEA). To investigate whether the serpentine springs’ intensity was enough, the switch of the 1500g threshold acceleration in y direction and the 800g threshold acceleration in x direction was designed, simulated with Covent or Ware respectively. The simulation showed that the threshold accelerations basically fulfill the expectancy. To ensure the unintentional vibration inputs would not drive the sensor mass to the fixed electrode, the mode of the switch was analyzed and its natural frequency and the corresponding mode shapes were obtained from the calculation.

The identification work of the aero-engine altitude test is influenced directly by the quality and accuracy of the pressure control of the intake and exhaust. In this paper, these aspects, including: the hardware structure, the software function, the digital PID engineering improvement method of the digital pressure regulation plat, and the GE90-70 based semi-physical simulation test bed construction are introduced in detail. Many advanced control techniques developed for intake and exhaust control system have been applied to the multi-type engine altitude simulation tests successfully, improved the simulation accuracy of the altitude and Mach number greatly, as well as the quality of the simulation.
