PAPAYA LEAF POWDER EXTRACT (Carica papaya L.) TO CONTROL THE WHITEFLY (Bemisia tabaci Genn.) ON RED CHILI PLANTS (Capsicum annum L.) 木瓜叶粉提取物(Carica PAPAYA L.)控制白蝇(烟粉虱)关于红辣椒植物(Capsicum annum L.)

Bemisia tabaci Genn. is a pest of red chili plants. Bemisia tabaci Genn pest control is usually carried out using synthetic chemical insecticides, but inappropriate use will have a negative impact on the environment, so another alternative that is safer and more environmentally friendly is the use of insecticide papaya leaf powder extract. This study aimed to obtain a concentration of papaya leaf powder extract (Carica papaya L.) which is effective in controlling whitefly pests (Bemisia tabaci Genn.) on red chili (Capsicum annum L.). The research was at the Experimental Garden and Plant Pest Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University from Juni to August 2021. The experiment using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications so that 24 experimental units were obtained. The concentration of papaya leaf powder extract used as treatment was 0 g.l-1 water, 20 g.l-1 water, 40 g.l-1 water, 60 g.l-1 water, 80 g.l-1 water, dan 100 g.l-1 water. The results showed that the concentration of papaya leaf powder extract 60 g.l-1 water was an effective concentration in controlling B. tabaci pests because it was able to mortality B. tabaci pests by 85% with an initial time of death of 5.25 hours after application and a lethal time of 50 at 18.75 hours after application.Keywords: Bemisia tabaci Genn., Carica papaya L, and Capsicum annum L
烟粉虱属。是红辣椒植物的害虫。烟粉虱病虫害防治通常使用合成化学杀虫剂进行,但使用不当会对环境产生负面影响,因此另一种更安全、更环保的替代方法是使用杀虫剂番木瓜叶粉提取物。本研究旨在获得番木瓜叶粉提取物(Carica papaya L.)对红辣椒(Capsicum annum L.)上白蝇害虫(Bemisia tabaci Genn.)的有效防治浓度。该研究于2021年6月至8月在廖内大学农学院实验园和植物害虫实验室进行。试验采用完全随机设计(CRD), 6个处理,4个重复,共24个试验单元。处理木瓜叶粉提取物浓度分别为0 g.l-1水、20 g.l-1水、40 g.l-1水、60 g.l-1水、80 g.l-1水、100 g.l-1水。结果表明,番木瓜叶粉提取物60g .l-1水的浓度对烟粉虱的杀伤率为85%,初致死时间为5.25 h,致死时间为18.75 h。关键词:烟粉虱;番木瓜L和辣椒L

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) menggambarkan pola kemitraan peternak sapi perah,  kelompok tani, dan KSU “Andhini Luhur”; 2) mengetahui faktor pendorong dan penghambat terjadinya kemitraan; dan 3) menggambarkan kondisi perekonomian masyarakat peternak sapi perah Desa Jetak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Jetak, Kecamatan Getasan, Kabupaten Semarang pada bulan Agustus- September 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua kelompok tani, dan ketua KSU Andhini Luhur.  Key informant adalah anggota kelompok tani, dan pengurus KSU Andhini Luhur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola kemitraan yang terjadi antara peternak, kelompok tani dan koperasi Andhini Luhur adalah pola kemitraan subkontrak. Faktor pendorong terjadinya kemitraan adalah harga yang layak, akses permodalan yang mudah, pelatihan dalam beternak dan ketersediaan pakan berkualitas. Faktor penghambat terjadinya kemitraan adalah kesadaran akan kualitas yang masih kurang dan fluktuasi harga pakan. Kondisi perekonomian peternak setelah menjalin kemitraan memiliki dampak yang positif, dapat dilihat secara fisik dari adanya kendaraan bermotor, rumah tempat tinggal permanen atau semi permanen dan pendidikan anak-anak keluarga peternak yang rata-rata berkuliah atau minimal SMA.
本研究的目标是1)描述了奶牛场牧场主、农场组织和KSU“Andhini崇高”的合作模式;2)了解合作关系的驱动和障碍;描述耶塔克村奶牛场的经济状况。这项研究于2020年8月至9月在三宝垄的耶塔克村(Jetak)进行。这种研究是描述性质的。这项研究的参与者是tani集团主席,和KSU Andhini主席。Key informant是tani集团的成员,KSU Andhini崇高的管家。研究表明,农民、农民团体和Andhini合作社之间正在发生的伙伴关系模式是分包合作模式。合伙关系的驱动因素是价格合理、资金容易获得、饲养和高质量饲料的培训。阻碍合伙关系的因素是缺乏质量意识和饲料价格波动。在建立伙伴关系后,农民的经济状况产生了积极的影响,从汽车、永久或半永久住房的物理角度来看,以及平均上大学或高中的家庭儿童教育。

ANALISIS PERANCANGAN BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS (BMC) DI UD. KALI MENGAJI KECAMATAN CILONGOK KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Palm sugar is one commodity that has the potential to be developed. UD. Kali Mengaji is one of the B2B business units that produce palm sugar. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Business Model Canvas design from UD. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach that focuses on 9 elements of the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The results of this study indicate that the customer segment of UD. Kali Mengaji is a segmented market. Its value propositions include performance, brand, price, cost reduction, risk reduction, accessibility, and convenience/usability. The channels used are direct and indirect. Customer relationship by applying for personal assistance. The revenue stream are product sales, oven services, and warehouse rental services. Key resources include human resources, facilities, finance, and technology. Key activities are with suppliers of raw materials and production activities. Key partnerships are carried out with fostered farmers, craftsmen, collectors, and partner companies. The cost structure includes general and labor costs.

SOIL MACROFAUNA AND MESOFAUNA COMMUNITY ON AGRICULTURAL LAND IN PLIKEN VILLAGE, KEMBARAN DISTRICT, BANYUMAS REGENCY banyumas县kembaran区pliken村农田土壤大型和中型动物群落

Soil is a habitat for various types of fauna, especially macrofauna and soil mesofauna. In general, fertile soil can be found on land used for agricultural activities. The purpose of this study was to determine and reveal the community structure of soil macrofauna and mesofauna which includes individual count, diversity, and dominance as well as environmental quality on agricultural land in Pliken Village, Kembaran District, Banyumas Regency in 2021. The study was carried out in January-June 2021. by using survey method and purposive random sampling technique. Sampling of soil macrofauna and mesofauna was carried out in three locations, namely agricultural land in the west, north, and south of the village. Data sampling was carried out in the morning (07.00-09.00 am) and at night (19.00-21.00 am) 6 times with an interval of once a month. Soil macrofauna and meofuana that had been obtained were identified using the Taxonomy and Identification Key book. An Introduction to the Study of Insects and other references related to the identification of soil macrofauna During the study, 2717 soil macrofauna were found which belong to 15 Orders, 31 Families and 40 Species, while for soil mesofauna, 500 individuals were obtained which belong to 14 Orders, 18 Families. and 21 species.The highest individual count for soil macrofauna came from the Formicideae family (86.86%), while the highest individual count for soil mesofauna came from the Isotomideae family (27%). The index of soil macrofauna diversity on agricultural land in Pliken Village ranged from 0.997- 1,789 with an average of 1,287 which means the level of diversity is moderate, while the index Soil mesofauna diversity ranges from 1.13 to 2.15 with an average of 1.65 which means the level of diversity is moderate. Soil macrofauna dominance index is moderate with a range of 0.264 - 0.546 which indicates that there is still dominance by certain soil macrofauna, namely the Formicideae (ant) family, while the soil mesofauna dominance index ranges from 0.13 to 0.38 with an average of 0.23 which indicates the absence of a predominant species. MOTIVASI DAN KOMUNIKASI ANTAR PETANI ANGGOTA KELOMPOK PISANG DI D.I. YOGYAKARTA 日惹香蕉群农民之间的动机和沟通

In Indonesia, banana is a horticulture commodity with the highest production number because it can be cultivated in various locations and does not depend on the season. Besides its high productivity, bananas are also very potential because they can be processed into various product. Unfortunately, the banana cultivation activity is vulnerable to some technical issues. In result, the productivity of banana might be loss. To be able to avoid losses, social approach towards the farmers is needed, not only come from the individual level but also requires cooperation among fellow banana farmers. This study was conducted to evaluate the motivation of the banana farmers and to analyze the communication among banana farmers in carrying out efforts to develop their banana cultivation. The method used were descriptive qualitative method and the data collected from the indepth interview to some banana farmer group leaders and producers of banana-processed food products in The Special Region of Yogyakarta. The results showed that the banana farmer keen to connect with many stakeholders related to their cultivation activities to help them develop their activities. The banana farm around their environment also encourages the farmers to develop tourism activity related to their cultivation activities. The farmers are able to maintain the good coordination and communication in developing the banana cultivation. All information is shared among all of the farmers, all group member can maintain their empathy and able to support each other. Therefore, they have a possitive communication and the responsibilities among them are equal.

Besides its high productivity, bananas are also very potential because they can be processed into various product. Unfortunately, the banana cultivation activity is vulnerable to some technical issues. In result, the productivity of banana might be loss. To be able to avoid losses, social approach towards the farmers is needed, not only come from the individual level but also requires cooperation among fellow banana farmers. This study was conducted to evaluate the motivation of the banana farmers and to analyze the communication among banana farmers in carrying out efforts to develop their banana cultivation. The method used were descriptive qualitative method and the data collected from the indepth interview to some banana farmer group leaders and producers of banana-processed food products in The Special Region of Yogyakarta. The results showed that the banana farmer keen to connect with many stakeholders related to their cultivation activities to help them develop their activities. The banana farm around their environment also encourages the farmers to develop tourism activity related to their cultivation activities. The farmers are able to maintain the good coordination and communication in developing the banana cultivation. All information is shared among all of the farmers, all group member can maintain their empathy and able to support each other. Tomato is a vegetable commodity that is needed on a large scale so its cultivation needs to be intensified. Tomato production is often constrained due to productivity and limited land, thereby reducing genetic potential and poor fertility. Therefore, intensification measures are needed in optimizing productivity and land limitations, especially the problem of urban farming. Tea dregs and cow dung become potential as well as alternatives in increasing soil fertility, especially for urban farmers who use urban land and yards for cultivation activities. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of a combination of tea dregs and cow dung at an efficient and effective dose on the increase in plant height, leaf surface area, root volume, dry weight of tomato plants. This research was conducted from February 2021 to June 2021 with a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with a BNJ 5% analysis model. The combination treatments used were tea dregs (A) and cow dung (S) with a dose level of A0 = 0 g/polybag; A1 = 10 g/ polybag; A2 = 20 g/ polybag; A3 = 30 g/ polybag; S0 = 0 g/ polybag; S1 = 29.7 g/ polybag; S2 = 44.5 g/ polybag; S3 = 74.2 g/polybag combined between types of materials and dose levels so that there are 16 factorial combinations that were repeated 3 times. The results of this study indicated that treatment of A1S3 was effective and efficient in increasing plant height gain, encouraging the formation of leaf surface area, increasing root growth, and producing tomato plant dry weight.

Efektivitas Penjarangan Buah Dan Pemberian Berbagai Dosis Pupuk Kalium Terhadap Mutu Buah Timun Apel (Cucumis sp.) 果实的有效性和对苹果黄瓜果实质量的钾化肥剂量。

Minimnya pengetahuan para petani membuat kurangnya ketertarikan petani dalam bercocok tanam Timun Apel manjadikan rendahnya produksi tanaman Timun Apel. Padahal prospek penjualan Timun Apel bisa berpeluang besar dalam dunia perbisnisan hortikultur buah. Pupuk KCl diperlukan oleh tanaman untuk memenuhi kebutuhan unsur hara Kalium (K). Penjarangan pada tanaman timun apel bertujuan agar hasil fotosintesis yang dihasilkan tanaman terkonsentrasi untuk pembentukan dan pertumbuhan buah sehingga bisa tumbuh besar dan cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil kualitas mutu buah per tanaman yang paling efektif dan dosis pupuk kalium yang optimal tehadap tanaman timun apel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok faktorial.  Terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu faktor penjarangan dan faktor pemupukan dengan taraf perlakuan 4 faktor penjarangan serta 3 faktor pemupukan dan 3 kali ulangan. Dimana penjarangan buah A0 (Tanpa penjarang), A1(1 buah), A2(3 buah),  A3 (5 buah) dan dosis Pupuk kalium B1(175 kg/ha), A2(225 kg/ha) dan B3 (275 kg/ha). Pada hasil percobaan didapatkan interaksi antara perlakuan penjarangan dan  dosis pupuk kalium terhadap kekerasan buah dan terdapat pengaruh mandiri dari perlakuan penjarangan buah terbaik pada perlakuan A1dan dosis pupuk terbaik pada B3pada parameter bobot buah, diameter buah, kemanisan buah dan A1dan dosis pupuk terbaik pada B2pada parameter ketebalan buah, buah dapat dimakan dan tidak berbeda nyata pada parameter total asam titasi. Terdapat Interaksi antara penjarangan dan dosis pupuk kalum terhadap kekerasan buah. Perlakuan A1penjarangan 1 buah dan perlakuan B3 pupuk terbaik 275 kg per hektar.

Respon Pertumbuhan Kultur Tunas Nodus Kentang (Solanum tuberosum) Pada Penambahan Berbagai Konsentrasi Asam Fulvat 马铃薯芽芽(Solanum tuberosum)对加入各种酸性酸浓度的培养反应

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi asam humat dan asam fulvat yang berpengaruh paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kultur tunas nodus kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.). Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor perlakuan yaitu konsentrasi asam fulvat. Konsentrasi asam fulvat terdapat 11 taraf, (50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000) mg.L-1, Variabel yang diamati adalah panjang eksplan, panjang ruas batang, jumlah daun, penampakan daun, berat basah dan kering eksplan, berat basah dan kering akar dan kandungan klorofil. Perlakuan asam fulvat berpengaruh nyata pada semua variabel kecuali panjang ruas batang dan jumlah daun. Pemberian asam fulvat akan efektif pada konsentrasi rendah dimana konsentrasi 50 mg.L-1 mendapatkan hasil paling baik pada hampir semua variabel.

This study aims to determine the processing process of chocolate bars in PT XYZ Kendari City - Southeast Sulawesi. The data was collected using observation, interviews, and documentation and then analyzed using qualitative and descriptive approaches. The results showed that the chocolate processing process at PT XYZ Kendari City begins with the post-harvest stage then the next stage is the processing of cocoa paste and chocolate bars and then the cocoa processing process, namely filtering cocoa beans, peeling the cocoa shells using the NSS (Nib Shell Separator), grinding nib into a coarse paste using a stone mill, grinding coarse paste into a fine paste using a ball mill 30, then mixing the chocolate dough in a mixer, mashed chocolate dough using a mini ball mill, molding chocolate using a tempering machine, freezing chocolate into the freezer, and chocolate bar packaging.

The agriculture sector is one of the leading sectors that plays an important role in supporting the county’s economy. However, the main problems in the agricultural sector today are the decline in land area and quality of human resources, limited fasilities such as farmer capital, equipment and technology support and agricultural institutions. The aims of this study was to determine the role of farmer groups and farmer members in the application of tecnological innovations in farming. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using a likert scale to analyze the role of groups and members of farmers. Members and administrator’s group were used as our research sample. The results showed that the roles of farmer groups were grouped into three categories, they were very instrumental in providing services, playing a role in the field of business, and palying a role in assiting agricultural technology innovation. Meanwhile, the role of members in the application of agricultural technology is quite instrumental.

The research method used is descriptive qualitative using a likert scale to analyze the role of groups and members of farmers. Members and administrator’s group were used as our research sample. The results showed that the roles of farmer groups were grouped into three categories, they were very instrumental in providing services, playing a role in the field of business, and palying a role in assiting agricultural technology innovation.
