PENAMPILAN VEGETATIF DAN GENERATIF 10 GENOTIF GANDUM (Triticum aestivum L.) DENGAN VARIETAS KONTROL GURI-3 DI DATARAN MENENGAH, KELURAHAN BLOTONGAN, KECAMATAN SIDOREJO, KOTA SALATIGA, PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

Research on vegetative and generative appearance of 10 wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) genotives was conducted in June 2017 until September 2017 in Blotongan Area, District Sidorejo, Salatiga which has a height of ± 698 m above sea level. The purpose of this study was to determine and obtain the appearance of vegetative and generative 10 genotypes of wheat that grow well in the plains medium. This research is using the RAK and analysis of variance with test HSD 5%. The treatments were 10 genotypes, namely: FUNDACEP 30, Filin / 2 * 1PASTAR 11 QUAIU, WBLL * 2KURUKU, PRL / 2 * PASTOR, Pfau / MILAN / 3 / SKAUZ / KS9, KIRITATI / 4/2 / * SERI.1B * 2, TRCH * 2/3 /C80.I/3, SAAR / 2 / * WAXWING, GURI 3. The treatment is repeated 3 times. The results showed that there is a difference in the appearance of vegetative between genotives tested in terms of plant height and number of leaves. While the number of tillers, flowering age, and harvest age is no different. On the appearance of the generative found no difference between genotives in terms of the number of seeds per panicle, seed weight per m2, the middle row 4th seed weight, seed weight per panicle, and the weight of 1000 seeds. While the length of spikelet number of panicle and seed weight of 1 liter is not unlike real; Genotif that has levels of appearance of vegetative and generative in the Middle Plains is PRL/2 * PASTOR and TRCH * 2/3/C80. I/3 relatively better than the varieties of Guri-3 as control varieties; Factors temperature, drought, soil pH, and soil texture when testing are causing high stress, so that the appearance of Guri-3 as control varieties haven't been able to emulate the appearance according to the description of the varieties of Guri-3.

MODEL STRATEGI KOPERASI “NIRA SATRIA” DALAM MENDUKUNG AGROINDUSTRI GULA KRISTAL SKALA RUMAH TANGGA “尼拉骑士”的合作策略模型,支持家庭规模的制糖业

Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) Menganalisis faktor - faktor internal dan eksternal bagi kelembagaan Koperasi Nira Satria di Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas, (2) Merumuskan model strategi Koperasi Nira Satria dalam mendukung agroindustri  gula kristal skala rumah tangga di Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian berupa penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi dan wawancara secara mendalam dengan informan kunci yang dianggap mengetahui secara detail tentang faktor internal dan eksternal bagi kelembagaan Koperasi Nira Satria, selain itu guna mendapatkan informasi yang akurat dilakukan FGD (Focus Discusion Group). Lokasi penelitian ditetapkan secara sengaja (Purposive Sampling) di Kecamatan Cilongok. Sampel penelitian  mencakup responden pengrajin gula kristal sekaligus anggota koperasi sejumlah 20 pengrajin dan informan kunci meliputi Manager, Ketua dan Pengurus Koperasi Nira Satria ditambah PPL. Jenis data berupa data primer dan sekunder.  Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif sederhana.     Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil evaluasi faktor – faktor  internal menunjukkan nilai skor untuk kekuatan (Strengths) sebesar 1,925 dan skor kelemahan (Weaknesses) sebesar 0,805.  Dengan demikian  nilai skor pada sumbu horisontal (sumbu X) adalah : 1,925 – 0,805 = 1,120.  Sementara faktor eksternal skor untuk peluang (Opportunities) sebesar 1,620 dan jumlah skor untuk ancaman (Threaths) sebesar 0,533. Nilai skor  sumbu vertikal (sumbu Y) adalah sebesar 1,620 – 0,533 = 1,087. Dengan demikian strategi kelembagaan Koperasi Nira Satria pengajin gula kristal di Kecamatan Cilongok berada pada posisi kuadran I, sebagai Strategi Agresif yaitu strategi pengembangan kelembagaan Koperasi Nira Satria pengrajin gula kristal dilakukan dengan cara memaksimalkan potensi atau kekuatan yang dimiliki guna meraih peluang secara optimal yang dilakukan  dengan menciptakan hubungan yang kondusif, demokratis dan kekeluargaan antara pengrajin, manager beserta  pengurus koperasi guna mendukung  peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas produk gula kristal sehingga dapat memenuhi permintaan  pasar nasional dan internasional secara kontinue (S3,4 ; O1,2,3). Memaksimalkan semua unit usaha yang dikelola Koperasi Nira Satria supaya dapat berkembang pesat  dengan memanfaatkan teknologi SIM (S5 ; O6)

Murashige&Skoog-based medium Potatoes are one commodity that has the potential to be developed as a resource in the context of food diversification, farmers' income riser, non fossil export commodities and raw materials for processing industry. The objective of this research was to find out the effect of SP-36 fertilizer, KNO3 fertilizer, as well as the interaction between the two fertilizers on the growth of potato nodal culture on AB Mix media in vitro. The results of this study are expected to provide economical potato tissue culture media development. This research used factorial complete randomized design. The treatment were SP-36 concentration: 0 ppm; 50 ppm; 100 ppm; and 200 ppm, in combination with KNO3 concentration: 0 ppm; 100 ppm; 200 ppm; 400 ppm; and 600 ppm, The variables observed included number of leaves, leaf color, length of plantlets, fresh weight of plantlets and percentage of plantlets growth. Based on the results of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) F. Calculate < F. Table with the average success of plantlet growth between 87.5-100%. In addition, there are four types of leaf color produced, namely the color of yellowish green, pale green leaves, green, and dark green. Research showed that the interaction between SP-36 fertilizer and KNO3 fertilizer on AB Mix media had no significant effect on all observed variables.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi kinerja ekspor komoditas SIR 20 pada tahun 2010 hingga 2015 di pasar internasional dengan data triwulanan. Metode analisis trend digunakan untuk mengestimasi kinerja tersebut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan nilai ekspor SIR 20 cenderung mengalami penurunan dalam kurun tahun 2010 hingga 2015. Secara statistik nilai ekspor komoditas SIR 20 setiap triwulan cenderung mengalami trend yang menurun sebesar 67.418 ribu USD selama tahun 2010 hingga 2015.
本研究旨在调查2010年至2015年国际市场上20商品出口国的业绩。趋势分析方法被用来确定性能。结果表明,先生20的出口价值在2010年至2015年间有可能下降。从统计数据来看,每季度20美元的商品出口价值可能在2010年至2015年期间下降67,418.5万美元。
