This study aims to describe stakeholder collaboration in flood disaster management in Labansari Village. The research method is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques, interview, observation, and documentation. Labansari Village is a village located in East Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency. Geographically, Labansari Village is a meeting point for 2 rivers, the Citarum River and Cibeet River. So that at the meeting point of the two rivers there is an increase in water level which makes the river overflow. This resulted in Labansari Village being flood, even though there was no rain in the village. This event often occurs every year. Therefore, people are used to floods. However, the frequent occurrence of floods does not increase public awareness. On this basis, there is a need for collaboration stakeholder, from the community, the government, to companies in efforts to deal with flood disaster. Labansari village community has become aware of flood disaster management through this collaboration. Then formed Tim Kerja Masyarakat Siaga Bencana (TKMSB). TKSMB has 6 functions, Tim Reaksi Cepat (TRC) & Informasi, Shelter, Logistik/Dapur Umum, Evakuasi, Medis, Keamanan. The existence of this collaboration has produced real results with the existence of an early warning system, vlllage regulations, and the role of TKMSB. Flood disasters that occur repeatedly can be minimized by collaboration stakeholders.
TKSMB有6个功能,Tim Reaksi Cepat (TRC) & Informasi, Shelter, logistics /Dapur Umum, Evakuasi, Medis, Keamanan。这种合作的存在产生了真正的成果,包括预警系统、村庄条例和TKMSB的作用。反复发生的洪水灾害可以通过利益相关者的合作最小化。

Introduction: Tambi Village is one of the villages in Kejajar District which has a high disaster vulnerability index, high landslide vulnerability, high disaster capacity index, and high landslide capacity with a relatively wide area (BPBD Wonosobo, 2018). Starting from concern about such conditions, one of the residents of Tambi Village moved to innovate in agriculture by planting coffee plants on barren land. Most community plants grow horticultural crops that cannot store water and cannot grow properly with the presence of protective plants in the vicinity, so they are prone to landslides during the rainy season. The main purpose of coffee cultivation is to preserve nature and increase the welfare of the community with the coffee yield. The purpose of the study: to determine the leadership/role of Mr. Romadhon as a local actor in developing and empowering the Tambi Village community. Methods: descriptive research with interviews and literature study conducted in Tambi Village, by determining the information provider by purposive or judgmental sampling. Research time 15 June 2022. Data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. Results: the role of local actors in community empowerment is very significant and their roles: (1) Initiate (initiator), (2) Provide motivation (motivator), (3) Coordinate (coordinator), (4) Make plans (planner), (5) Carry out facilitation (Facilitator), and (6) Conduct communication and relations (Communicator), (7) Provide education (Educator) and (8) As a deliberation (Negotiator). Conclusion: leadership/role of local actors in empowering the Tambi Village community as initiator, motivator, coordinator, planner, facilitator, communicator, educator, and negotiator.

Critical land has caused concern among many stakeholders because it can have serious impacts. This has become the main agenda in sustainable development carried out by development actors. One form of revitalization is carried out by improving soil structure by planting coffee which is initiated through collaboration between institutions and involving the local community. The study in this article uses a narrative review. The approach used is done by reviewing each article that develops from time to time and is considered possible and relevant as the basis for analysis. The data analysis used is a simplified approach. The steps taken in the simplified approach analysis are summarizing each piece of literature. Critical appraisal is carried out simultaneously to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the literature and to see the relationship between one literature and another. This study found that development actors consisting of facilitators, mediators, other change agents, and beneficiaries, both between the government and the community or the private sector and the community, have challenges as well as decisive roles in building the face of development from various interest perspectives. Capacity building either through education, training, or improving the communication channels used determines the effectiveness of cooperation in the perspective of development communication that affects the success of development programs.

Most religious groups only focus on religious activities and do not touch on other aspects of life. JSN Cengkir Gading in addition to carrying out the function of the "dakwah" of Islam to its congregation also conducts community development programs with the concept of “ekonomi kerakyatan”. So it is interesting to see whether religious-based groups are effective in the implementation of community empowerment. This paper uses descriptive qualitative methods to facilitate the writer in exploring this social phenomenon, then it will be described descriptively by providing a detailed picture and explanation so that the results are presented easy to understand. In the context of JSN Cengkir Gading empowerment is carried out by utilizing the potential of the region possessed and carried out in accordance with Islamic guidelines. The correlation between efforts to increase religiosity through religious activities, and productivity through the empowerment program has directly improved the economy of the community so that the empowerment of religious group-based communities in JSN Cengkir Gading is considered effective.

Forests in Wonosobo Regency play a role in maintaining ecological balance. The problem that often occurs is the decline in forest function. Various human activities are carried out to change the ecological function of forests into economic land use. One of the environmental conservation efforts is through religious character education. This was done by one of the opinion leaders in Tambi Village, Kejajar District, Wonosobo Regency. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the role of religious communication in efforts to revitalize the environment in a community empowerment process. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a character study approach. As a mission to revitalize the environment, an agent of change takes an approach with a religious context. This process was carried out using a pilot model method by the opinion leader Mr. RM, which started in a small community, namely the Agro Mulyo group. Starting from social change based on Islamic values. The role of religious communication in environmental revitalization in community empowerment: 1) communication as a medium of da'wah; and 2) communication as the basis for friendly interaction (strengthening ukhuwah). The principles of religious communication are: 1) oriented towards the physical and spiritual well-being of the community; and 2) religion-based empowerment is an effort to do social engineering. This paper concludes that religious communication can save itself and its citizens from environmental damage to achieve a balanced happiness between the world and the hereafter.

Dieng Plateau is a protected area whose main function is to protect the preservation of the function of natural resources, artificial resources, as well as cultural and historical values of the nation. Forest damage in the Dieng Plateau has reached 50 to 60%. The conversion of forest functions to land for seasonal crops, especially potatoes has damaged the forest function area as a protected forest. The problem that is still the biggest challenge in efforts to restore Dieng as a protected area is the rehabilitation of critical land in community-owned land areas. Widespread land degradation occurs due to potato cultivation activities, the impact is that during the rainy season landslides occur in many residential points and along roads, floods that occur due to disruption of watersheds by landslides, and drought during the dry season. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with purposive selection of research locations. The research location is in Tambi Village, Wonosobo Regency, which is a conservation area through coffee cultivation. Observations and in-depth interviews were conducted. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment in Tambi Village is an important factor in efforts to revitalize the critical slopes of Dieng. This revitalization effort has been carried out by Bapak Romadhon for the last 12 years together with the surrounding community by planting coffee plants. Behind the success that has been achieved, there are many influencing factors, both external and internal. Many coffee farmers feel the benefits of growing coffee. The community began to realize that the activities they were doing so far were damaging the environment. Community empowerment and participation is a very important step for the recovery of critical slopes due to exploitation activities.

The slopes of Mount Tambi turned green again after the efforts to revitalize critical lands carried out by LMDH Argo Mulyo through the development of Tambi coffee agroforestry were successfully initiated from 2010 to 2022. The success of revitalizing critical land in Gunung Tambi certainly did not just happen, because Mount Tambi is a community's living space. has been used for years as a place of livelihood for farming communities who use a seasonal farming system, an agricultural system that is known to be environmentally unfriendly. However, the Tambi coffee agroforestry development model offered by LMDH Argo Mulyo can be a model in utilizing social forestry as a solution to overcome the existing environmental problems. This study reviews the role of stakeholders in efforts to revitalize critical land through the development of Tambi coffee agroforestry using the rapid rural appraisal (RRA) research method. This study conducted an analysis of stakeholder engagement to review the role of stakeholders in the development of tambi coffee agroforestry involving civil society groups, government and the private sector. The success of the development of Tambi coffee agroforestry is evidenced by the increasing social impact in the form of the number of members increasing to 190 people, the economic impact that increases the income of coffee farmers to Rp 35 million per harvest and the environmental impact by increasing the area managed into agroforestry covering an area of 66 hectares.
