Aplikasi Metode Kano Berdasarkan Dimensi Service Quality Untuk Mengukur Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Hotel X 基于尺寸服务质量的独木舟方法应用程序,以衡量X酒店的客户满意度

Study Kasus Penelitian ini berada pada Hotel X, Hotel ini merupakan hotel yang memiliki fasilitas yang cukup memadai dibanding hotel kompetitor terdekatnya. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah jumlah pengunjung Hotel X selama tahun 2022 terjadinya penurunan cukup signifikan setiap bulannya dibanding dengan tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang kualitas pelayanan agar konsumen nyaman dan meningkat kepuasannya serta berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Metode yang digunakan Metode Kano, sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dan perancangan kualitas pelayanan menggunakan berdasarkan hasil pengolahan terhadap terdapat 10 pernyataan yang dijadikan indikator pengukuran pada dimensi service quality (Servqual). Tiga faktor yang perlu diperhatikan lagi yaitu atribut yang masuk dalam kategori Must Be adalah karyawan siap membantu konsumen bila mengalami kesulitan, untuk kategori One dimensional adalah terdapatnya ruangan yang sangat wangi hingga ruangan menjadi fresh, dan kategori attractive adalah kebersihan kamar yang sangat nyaman. Untuk atribut kebersihan kamar yang nyaman saran perbaikannya adalah karyawan harus lebih memperhatiakan lagi kebersihan dalam kamar agar lebih nyaman sehingga keinginan dan kepuasan konsumen terpenuhi.

Competition in the manufacturing industry is currently getting tougher due to rapid developments from time to time. The use of tools or machines as a supporting factor for the operation is something that cannot be separated in the industrial world. Therefore, engine performance is a factor that must be considered. Over time, machine performance will decline due to age, maintenance and minimal experience of human resources. In improving performance (effectiveness) to obtain productivity, researchers can calculate the level of performance effectiveness of manual and automatic (CNC) cutting machines. By measuring using the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) method. The steps in measuring the OEE method are carried out by taking into account Availability (A), Performance Efficiency (P) and Product Quality (R). Based on the advantages of OEE, further analysis of the calculation of Six big losses is carried out. Where the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value of the Cutting Automatice (CNC) machine is 73.24% while the manual cutting machine is 55.32%. Both machines have not met the ideal OEE performance value of 85%. While the results of the calculation of Six big losses obtained a large value and affect the effectiveness of the two machines to be minimized is the Breakdown loss factor, Setup and Adjustment Loss and Defect Loss Process. So that continuous and periodic improvements are needed to maintain the effectiveness of both machines and increase productivity. Keywords : Machine performance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Six Big Losses, productivity and automatic (CNC) and manual cutting machines.

Analisis True Customer Needs Produk Raja Menggunakan Model Kano Dan Quality Function Deployment Pada Umkm Tiu Ramata Di Kabupaten Sumbawa

Produk UMKM Tiu Ramata adalah minuman fungsional merek Raja sejak tahun 2020, dibuat dari ekstrak jahe dan kayu secang yang manfaatnya sangat banyak untuk kesehatan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM Tiu Ramata terkait teknologi, dan proses produksi serta manajemen keuangan.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1. Untuk menganalisis true customer needs dari atribut-atribut produk merek Raja, 2. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja produk merek Raja. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan model Kano dan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Buer Kabupaten Sumbawa dan responden penelitian sebanyak 100 responden yang terdiri dari konsumen dan produsen produk merek Raja.Hasil penelitian menyatakan true customer needs berturut-turut dari tingkat pertama; produk Raja cukup tersedia di pasaran (4,12), kemasan produk Raja menarik (3,85), desain produk Raja memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan (3,85), rasa produk Raja memberi manfaat pada tubuh (3,79), kemasan produk raja tercantum masa kadaluarsanya(2,97), desain dan kemasan produk sudah menarik (2,97). Hubungan tingkat kepentingan dan kepuasan konsumen dengan karakteristik respon teknis menunjukkan bahwa atribut pengemasan menggunakan alumunium foil (73,63) dan pelabelan menarik (56,32) merupakan dua atribut teknis yang sangat berpengaruh meningkatkan kinerja kualitas produk. Sedang nilai Raw Weight tertinggi (4,94) pada atribut produk Raja cukup tersedia di pasaran sehingga UMKM Tiu Ramata harus selalu berproduksi  secara terus menerus.
