DESIGN OF SAUCER AS A DRINKING TOOL FOR PARKINSON'S PATIENTS USING MORPHHOLOGICAL METHOD 用形态学方法设计帕金森病患者的饮用工具碟

Almost all humansuse glasses to make it easier for them to drink. No wonder there are so many glass products on the market with various designs. People with parkinson’s cannot use glasses properly, because they have movement disorders so that when they hold the glass, the water in it will spill. Seeing from the existing problems, it is necessary to design a saucer as a drinking aid. Which of course will make it easier for them to use glasses. In the design of the saucer using the morphological method. One of the methods commonly used in evaluating design concepts. The results of the selection process for the combination of components that make up this saucer, it can be concluded that from the selection process using the morphological method, the most appropriate saucer is to use concept 3 with score of 12,6, where the design is ranked 1.

Earned Value Method untuk Analisis Pengendalian Jadwal dan Biaya pada sebuah Proyek Konstruksi Pump House 为一个泵房建设项目的进度控制和成本分析提供价值模型

This study aims to analyze the schedule and cost control in a C2BM5a pump house construction. The research was conducted in an industrial waste treatment service provider located in Bogor. The research uses the earned value method which can integrate schedule and cost components into a single project evaluation unit. The analysis process is carried out by comparing the actual costs, planned costs, actual schedules, and planned schedules. Thus, the results obtained in the form of cost and schedule variance, as well as a performance index of schedule and cost. In addition, project completion projections are also carried out to find out how much time and cost it will take to complete the project based on the conditions in the reporting period. After calculating, it can be seen that the project has been delayed for 49 days or 7 weeks with a project completion cost of Rp. 295,191,763. The delay that occurs is due to a performance discrepancy at the vendor. Thus, the cost of completing the project due to delays is fully paid by the vendor.

Analisis Pengendalian Mutu pada Asam Lemak Bebas Minyak Kelapa Sawit Menggunakan Metode SQC 使用SQC方法对棕榈油无脂肪酸的质量控制分析

This case study was conducted on a company that produces palm oil and palm kernel (PKO). This observation aims to determine the parameters of free fatty acids in this company. Observe whether it is within the quality control limits based on Xbar and Rbar control charts. Then, investigate the cause of the increase in the quality of palm oil with the Free Fatty Acid (FFA) parameter. Based on the results of the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) quality control chart, the number of samples for free fatty acid levels, according to the control chart Xbar = 2.1375 and Rbar = 1.2308, there are some data that are out of the control limit UCL = 2.7323, CL = 2.1375 LCL = 1.5427 after modification of Xbar and Rbar control chart. The results of observations show that in interviews and in the field there are five factors that affect the quality of Crude Palm Oil (CPO). The factors themselves are raw materials, work environment, people, machines and work methods and techniques.

Menjaga kebersihan tangan merupakan salah satu kewajiban dalam mengantisipasi penyebaran virus Covid-19. Banyak produk sudah ditawarkan agar pengguna dapat mencuci tangan dengan aman dan nyaman, salah satunya produk wastafel. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah menentukan vendor yang menjadi alternatif terbaik dari 5 vendor yang ditawarkan  untuk pembuatan Wastafel Injak Portabel di Kabupaten Dairi dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).  Adapun kriteria yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam memilih vendor pembuatan produk tersebut adalah jarak dari vendor ke rumah (C1), jarak dari vendor ke toko peralatan (C2), waktu pengerjaan (C3), biaya (C4) dan jumlah tenaga kerja (C5) dengan bobot masing-masing adalah C1 dan C2 = 0.2667 ; C3 = 0.2 ; C4 dan C5 = 0.1333. Hasil perhitungan dengan metode WP dan Topsis  maka vendor ke 5 merupakan alternatif yang memiliki nilai preferensi tertinggi dibandingkan 4 vendor yang lain yaitu 0.2302 untuk metode WP dan 0.5004 dengan menggunakan metode Topsis.

Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Agrobisnis Pedesaaan ‘SAGARA MERENTE’ Dengan Menggunakan Value Engineering (VE) dan AHP-BCOR 通过价值技术价值和AHP-BCOR为农贸企业发展战略“SAGARA investte”

The Rural Agribusiness of "SAGARA MERENTE" is an agribusiness that implements an integrated agricultural system that integrates business units in the agriculture, fisheries, and farm sectors by empowering local communities. Management of the development of rural agribusiness "SAGARA MERENTE" currently does not provide added value optimally and proportionally, so that it has no significant effect on increasing the business and increasing welfare for managers and for the local community. This requires an analysis of the causes of the not yet optimal business using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), which identifies the real root cause of the failure of the rural agribusiness business, "SAGARA MERENTE." The research was conducted to obtain the best decision-making strategy from alternative choices of business development in increasing optimal added value using Value Engineering (VE) and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)-Benefit, Cost, Opportunity, and Risk (BCOR). The results obtained in this study show that the strategy used by the rural agribusiness 'SAGARA MERENTE' is a dynamic/aggressive strategy with the best choice for optimal decision making in business development, where the first is rooster farming, the second best is cultivation (catfish/parrot fish), the third best is livestock (cow/goat), the fourth best is trigona honey cultivation, and the fifth best is organic farming.

Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Roti Ganto Dengan Menggunakan Matriks Perumusan Strategi Dan Software Expert Choice

Usaha Roti Ganto merupakan salah satu UMKM di kota Dumai yang memproduksi roti isi. Berdasarkan kegiatan wawancara yang dilakukan, banyaknya persaingan usaha sejenis membuat usaha Roti Ganto menjadi kesulitan dalam meningkatkan pendapatannya, hal ini dibuktikan dengan jumlah pendapatan pada awal tahun 2021 di bulan Januari-Juni usaha Roti Ganto mengalami penurunan penjualan roti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha sesuai dengan kondisi internal dan eksternal usaha Roti Ganto. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT dan AHP. Dalam analisis SWOT terdapat beberapa matrik yaitu IFAS & EFAS, digunakan untuk mencari bobot skor, Matriks I-E, digunakan untuk mencari divisi sel perusahaan, dan Matriks SWOT untuk memformulasikan alternatif strategi. Penentuan bobot prioritas menggunakan AHP dengan bantuan software Expert Choice 11 untuk menggetahui alternatif strategi yang dihasilkan dari matrik SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh total skor IFAS sebesar 3,09 dan skor EFAS sebesar 3,02 yang dapat diartikan bahwa strategi yang harus diterapkan pada situasi ini adalah mendukung pertumbuhan agresif. Strategi yang paling berpengaruh berdasarkan analisa AHP yaitu melakukan promosi produk melalui media iklan fisik maupun online dengan nilai 0,66 dengan alternatif yang menjadi prioritas dalam mengembangkan usaha roti ganto adalah A2 yaitu penetrasi pasar dengan bobot tertinggi 0,41.

Berdasarkan kegiatan wawancara yang dilakukan, banyaknya persaingan usaha sejenis membuat usaha Roti Ganto menjadi kesulitan dalam meningkatkan pendapatannya, hal ini dibuktikan dengan jumlah pendapatan pada awal tahun 2021 di bulan Januari-Juni usaha Roti Ganto mengalami penurunan penjualan roti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha sesuai dengan kondisi internal dan eksternal usaha Roti Ganto. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT dan AHP. Dalam analisis SWOT terdapat beberapa matrik yaitu IFAS & EFAS, digunakan untuk mencari bobot skor, Matriks I-E, digunakan untuk mencari divisi sel perusahaan, dan Matriks SWOT untuk memformulasikan alternatif strategi. Penentuan bobot prioritas menggunakan AHP dengan bantuan software Expert Choice 11 untuk menggetahui alternatif strategi yang dihasilkan dari matrik SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh total skor IFAS sebesar 3,09 dan skor EFAS sebesar 3,02 yang dapat diartikan bahwa strategi yang harus diterapkan pada situasi ini adalah mendukung pertumbuhan agresif. RANCANGAN ERGONOMIS ALAT BANTU CUCI MOBIL

Aktivitas mencuci mobil yang dilakukan oleh operator ternyata dapat mengakibatkan musculoskeletal disorders terutama pada punggung dan pinggang. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan langsung di lokasi pencucian pada salah satu unit usaha di Jakarta. pengumpulan data mengambil postur tubuh operator saat bekerja selanjutnya diukur tingkat risiko ergonomi dengan menggunakan metode REBA. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh skor awal 8 termasuk risiko tinggi dan memerlukan tindakan segera. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dirancang alat bantu pencucian mobil berdasarkan data antropometri operator. Berdasarkan analisa ergonomi diperoleh skor akhir menjadi 3 dengan tingkat risiko rendah sesuai target perancangan alat bantu. Car washing activities carried out by operators can actually cause musculoskeletal disorders, especially in the back and waist. Field research was carried out directly at the washing location in one of the business units in Jakarta. data collection takes the operator's posture while working and then measures the level of ergonomic risk using the REBA method. The results of this study obtained an initial score of 8 including high risk and requiring immediate action. To overcome this problem, a car wash tool was designed based on the operator's anthropometric data. Based on the ergonomics analysis, the final score became 3 with a low risk level according to the design target of the tool.

Application of SPC and FMEA Methods to Reduce the Level of Hollow Product Defects SPC和FMEA方法在降低空心产品缺陷水平中的应用

PT. Surya Baja Pipa Indonesia (SBPI) is a manufacturing company that produces hollow and pipe from rolled iron plate. The production data showed that during January up to October 2021 there were still defects products with the percentage greater than 5%, the specified tolerance limit for defects. In order to maintain quality and increase production efficiency, PT. SBPI strives to reduce the defect rate. This study aims to reduce the level of defect by using Statistical Process Control methods and the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method to analyze the level of the worst defects by finding the highest damage value Risk Priority Number (RPN). Histogram showed that the biggest defect occurs in welding (7,51%). Analysis using Fishbone diagram found that the welding defect mostly occur due to human factor/workers, machines, methods, materials, and the environment. The result of FMEA method analysis showed machine setting had the highest RPN and became the first priority to solve. It happened because there is no SOP yet that contains definite engine parameters, such as engine speed and voltage. Based on these results, this study suggests companies to prepare SOPs to be a guide for operators at work.

Human error merupakan terjadinya kesalahan atau kegagalan dalam menyelesaikan suatu tugas pekerjaan sehingga menimbulkan gangguan terhadap jadwal operasi atau mengakibatkan kerusakan benda dan peralatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode identifikasi human error meliputi SHERPA dan HEART. kemudian, kajian ini melakukan perancangan layout sign system visual yang akan diletakan di lokasi human error terbesar. Perancangan layout ini menggunakan standar safety sign yaitu BS-ISO 3864:2011. BS-ISO 3864:2011 menetapkan standar internasional untuk tanda dan tanda keselamatan di tempat kerja dan fasilitas umum. Human error yang terjadi adalah operator memiliki alur kerja yang tidak searah sehingga alur kerja operator bolak-balik/berputar-putar, operator tidak memperhatikan bentuk batu yang diambil sehingga ukuran batu menjadi berbeda-beda, melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap ketebalan rumput yang diambil, jika tebal maka tanah bagian bawah rumput dapat di bersihkan terlebih dahulu. Implikasi pada kajian ini Apabila manusia dapat menjaga keselamatannya  maka bahaya sebenarnya dapat di hindari oleh manusia dengan cara yang lebih waspada terhadap apapun yang ada di sekitar mereka sebelum bahaya itu terjadi. Human error merupakan terjadinya kesalahan atau kegagalan dalam menyelesaikan suatu tugas pekerjaan sehingga menimbulkan gangguan terhadap jadwal operasi atau mengakibatkan kerusakan benda dan peralatan.
