This research paper demonstrates the results of a questionnaire containing a series of questions, conducted at the University of Southern California, on the educational quality via online forms during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research was conducted with students from the School of Engineering and the School of Cinematic Arts. The outcome of the survey demonstrates that almost all of college students are pleased with the university's measures during the pandemic. But, negative perspectives were also reported: such as the shortage of adequate infrastructure for students and the shortage of effective communication and interaction between teachers and students, inability to make practical applications, shortage of socialization, shortage of motivation to learn, less objective exams (e.g., potential for cheating), potential for physical and mental health deterioration, and potential for health deterioration (e.g., spending too much time on online platforms, developing another lifestyle. Therefore, the university administration must take effective and efficient measures to eliminate the impact on students in the upcoming academic year. The university administration must take effective measures to eliminate these negative issues in order to improve the performance of the online education process. Improving the performance of the online education process.

Entertainment and education consumption partly reflects people’s living standards. In order to study the influential factors of entertainment and education consumption of Chinese people in the second decade of the 21st century, this paper uses the data from 2010 to 2018 in China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) and the multiple linear regression analysis in econometrics to evaluate the impact of the increase of total household assets on the consumption of entertainment and education in China through Stata software. The results show that the increase in household assets promotes entertainment and education consumption. However, the promoting effect gradually decreased from 2010 to 2018. In addition, high housing price took in a large amount of family income and impeded the consumption of entertainment and education. The decline in people’s preference for entertainment and education consumption in recent years, to some extent, means a rise in living pressure and a decline in the quality of life in China.

Under the impact of the global outbreak of COVID-19, macroeconomic fluctuations have different degrees of effects on various industries. The outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic has caused another negative impact on the already weak global economy. This paper analyzes the changes of American agricultural industry to explore the impact of this basic industry based on Fama French five factor model. This study selects the data from 2019.5.1 to 2020.2.28 as the data before the COVID-19 and 2020.3.1 to 2020.12.31 as the data after the appearance of COVID-19 in the U.S. The significance of five factors and the change of beta in 10 months before and after the epidemic are compared by multiple linear regression. According to the results, the market factor MKT of the agricultural industry did not change much, which was still less than 1. The market value factor SMB of the agricultural industry has changed from significant to insignificant. As for t-Stat of HML factor changed from 0.61 to 3.88, which turned to be significant during COVID-19. Moreover, RMW and CMA stayed redundant. Based on the analysis, this paper aims to evaluate the stocks of American agricultural companies suitable for investment in the epidemic stage. These results shed light for a reference of industry analysis and stock investment during the epidemic period.

Digitalization is the way for manufacturing enterprises to achieve transformation and upgrading, and there is no unified standard for how to assess the level of digital development of manufacturing enterprises. Based on summarizing the existing research on the degree of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises, this paper proposes to include three major dimensions of business model change, technical capability change and organizational way way change to comprehensively measure the degree of digital transformation of enterprises, this paper proposes countermeasures to promote the development of digital transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises.

To measure the level of coordinated development of digital finance and regional economy, understand the development trend of digital finance and regional economy. Based on the synergistic effect of digital finance and regional economic development, the study selects the 4 order parameters of the regional digital finance subsystems reflecting the breadth of digital finance, the depth of digital finance, and the level of digitalization and 7 order parameters of the regional economic subsystems reflecting economic structure, total economic volume, and economic benefits. Thus, the study applies the order parameter method of system synergy measure to construct the synergy evaluation model of digital finance and regional economic development and adopt the model to Peking University Hewlett-Packard Financial Index and the coordinated development of the regional economy. As a result, the synergy of digital finance and regional economy in Beijing shows an M-shaped development trend of alternating increases and decreases. The overall level of synergy is at a low level.

Short video platforms available in the current market are no longer only a tool for entertainment, but also for the purpose of marketing. The study specifically focuses on first analyzing the status of Douyin in the industry. Based on knowledge acquired from academic readings and news articles about different product advertisements on Douyin, as well as practical experiments done on Douyin, the study analyzes both the deficits and advantages of launching advertisements on Douyin. Beyond those, the study brings up advice on how different advertisements should be launched on Douyin for the marketing industry.

In this paper, I will be seeking to introduce the history and the reasons of how and why the flawed border of the Middle East was created after World War I. After World War I, Britain and France as two major ally powers who had defeated Ottoman attempts to divide up the Ottoman post-war territories. As a result, this irrational border was a product of Britain and France tried to expand their influence in the Middle East, instead of the political desire of the local Arabs. To prove this conclusion, I analysed multiple historical primary sources, such the content of Sykes-Picot Agreement, McMahon Hussein Correspondence, U.S King Crane Commission, and Conference of San Remo, as supporting evidence. The McMahon Hussein Correspondence and the U.S. King Crane Commission embodied the Arab demand for an independent Arab state at the time. The development of technological innovation has a significant impact on economic growth. Based on China's data from 1990 to 2019, we study the impact of technological innovation on China's economic growth. To solve this problem, this paper adopts theoretical mechanism analysis and empirical model research. The theoretical analysis results show that the progress of technology will make a country's economy develop continuously. By building the OLS model and WLS model, we find that when the government's financial expenditure on science and technology innovation increases, it will greatly improve economic growth. This shows that a country's economic growth needs the promotion of technology and the strong support of the government, and financial support has the most significant effect on economic growth.

PDD's (hereinafter referred to as PDD) marketing strategies made the brand grow in a short amount of time. We used secondary sources investigation methods with our understanding of PDD's marketing. This paper is discovered through investigations and shows that the manifestation of PDD's marketing strategies is a huge product, cheap price, various promotions, and distribution marketing. Its feature trends are good reputation, qualify the consumers' needs, and work from third-fourth tier cities to first-second tier cities. The reason behind that is because PDD wants to be a trending ecommerce platform. The marketing of PDD sets a great example of building a trending brand for its colleagues.
