RECOGNIZING THE ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES: A COMMON OUTCOME OF AN ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET 认识创业机会:创业心态的共同结果

Entrepreneurship is important for economic growth in Indonesia. Entrepreneurial opportunities are essential to maintain a business. This study is intended to explore how business teams recognize entrepreneurial opportunities as a common outcome of their entrepreneurial mindsets. Specifically, this study explores how business teams express their ideas for introducing innovative products in a marketplace where entrepreneurial opportunities underlie those ideas. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach to achieve a comprehensive summarization. A few business teams had already enrolled in the entrepreneurship course. Each business team was asked to report how the business team recognized entrepreneurial opportunities. Content analysis was used to analyze the business team reports. The business team reports were coded into main categories, which the main categories were then analyzed using manifest analysis. The results showed that the business teams recognized the entrepreneurial opportunities underlying their business ideas. Business ideas have several characteristics. This study has implications, limitations, and suggestions for future studies.

THE EFFECT OF SCHOOL HEADS' LEADERSHIP STYLE ON LEARNERS' PERCEPTION OF SCHOOL CLIMATE 校长领导风格对学生学校氛围感知的影响

A positive school climate and excellent leadership are essential to promote holistic school administration and high-quality education. Research­ers wanted to find out how school leaders' leadership styles affect the percepti­on of students in a high-quality educational environment using a mixed-method research design. A total of 1018 people participated in this survey, including 907 students and 111 school officials from 24 different schools. The Multifac­tor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) was used to determine the most common le­adership style among school heads. The SCAI Secondary General Version was used to assess students' perceptions of the school climate level. Also, four school principals participated in one-on-one interviews on how their leader­ship styles changed during the pandemic. All aspects of school climate, in­clud­ing community relations, student interactions, learning and assessment, physi­cal appearance, discipline environment, attitude, and culture, had high levels of perceived school climate. Results show that transformational leadership, con­tingent reward, management by exception, and inspirational motivation are the most prevalent styles of leadership, while laissez-faire, idealized influence, and intellectual stimulation are the least prevalent. Only two out of forty-two (42) correlations between school atmosphere and leadership style were significant. Student interactions and idealized influence are also included in this cate­gory. School administrators and teachers need to understand the level of trans­formational leadership and the school climate to create the best school environ­ment, which will improve the quality of teaching and learning and, in the end, school performance.

THE ROLE OF JOB BURNOUT AND SOCIAL SUPPORT ON THE EFFECT OF JOB DEMAND TO EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE 工作倦怠与社会支持在工作需求对员工绩效影响中的作用

This study was conducted using the job demand-resource model to examine the effects of job demand, job burnout, and the role of social support as a measure of job resources in enhancing the influence of job demand on em­ployee performance. Through 131 responses from the questionnaire survey, this study uses the responses obtained from a state-owned banking agency in Ma­lang, Indonesia. Data analysis was performed using partial least square (PLS) with the WarpPLS.7.0 program and Sobel Test to verify the relationship bet­ween variables. The results of this study do not totally support the hy­po­thesis since employee performance can be directly influenced by the degree of job demand that employees experience but not by the degree of job burnout that banking employees experience. As opposed to that, a high job demand al­so has a direct impact on an employee's job burnout. Another significant fin­ding from this research is that social support has a role in enhancing the influence of job demands on employee performance, rather than mediating it. This research provides enlightenment for the banking industry regarding the impor­tance of paying attention to employees' social support. High job demand cau­ses a decrease in employee performance; with good social support, employees will be helped meet the job demand so that it does not impact the performance they are building. It is challenging to lessen how much job demand influences employee burnout. Banking institutions can work to provide social support while also attempting to alter employees' perceptions of their jobs' obligations. In order to successfully prevent job burnout syndrome in employees and re­du­ce negative effects brought on by job pressures, banking leaders should provi­de assistance and demonstrate excellent leadership. This strategy ought to considerably lessen job burnout and directly result in improved performance.

Because it is anticipated that small and medium-sized businesses will be able to move the economy during the COVID-19 pandemic significantly, they are essential to the economy's recovery. Small and Medium Enterprise must be equipped with the ability and knowledge to adopt technology so that the business is run with added value and can stimulate capital owners to flow their capital to business people so that it can provide a multiplier effect on the economy as a whole, especially in the city of Denpasar. In order to better understand TAM, this study looked at the direct and indirect results of perceived risk, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness on both user behavior and intention to use. The sample in this study was 200 SMEs affected by Covid-19 in Bali and used the SEM test with the help of the Stata analysis tool version 16. Intention to use is affected by ease of use and perceived risk. User behavior is affected by intent to utilize. The intention to utilize is not affected by the perceived utility. Perceived usefulness cannot mediate the impact of perceived ease of use on intention to use. Intention to use can mediate the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on usage behavior, while the intention to use cannot mediate the impact of perceived risk on usage behavior. The study's findings indicate that the accessibility of technology and the hazards associated with its use are important factors in influencing individuals' intentions to utilize technology. The ability of SMEs to progress in technology is crucial, and technology usability is crucial.

The issue of green business practices has become an exciting topic to study in recent years. To achieve the SDGs, applying Green Human Resour­ces Management in green business practices is an essential aspect because of its role as a key factor in the company's success. Given that the Food and Beve­rage industry is one of the industries with the most millennial generation em­ployees, the support for millennial teamwork on green business practices is ur­gent in this study, "Are millennials involved in green practices." This study aimed to measure Green Workplace Practices among millennial employees thro­ugh the relationship between green motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic) and gre­en culture in the F&B industry in Indonesia. Data collection was done thro­ugh a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 67 respondents process­ed using the purposive sampling method and structural equation modeling tech­nique based on partial least squares. This study revealed that green motiva­tion research can significantly influence green workplace practices and that green organizational culture plays a role in moderating the relationship betwe­en green motivation and green workplace practices. This research has signifi­cant implications for managers to see positive consequences when organizati­ons adopt green practices. When organizations agree to reconstruct a green culture, they are not only doing their moral responsibility to society and the en­vironment but investing in business sustainability in the future. The resear­cher realized there are limitations in the research, both in terms of time and qu­antity of data on millennial employees in the Food and Beverage industry that have not be­en fully explored optimally. Considering that there are not many studies on similar themes and research findings can be used as a founda­tion for future re­search.

Nowadays, the healthy lifestyle of modern society has increased. However, modern society still considers myths, rituals, and magic to improve their healthy lifestyle. This study aims to discover how myths, rituals, and magic, which are part of the consumer behavior culture, increase self-efficacy and healthy lifestyle behavior in modern society. This research used a qualitative approach based on consumer behavior and self-efficacy in the healthy lifestyle for breastfeeding mothers. In-depth interviews were conducted to determine the self-efficacy among eleven breastfeeding mothers in improving a healthy lifestyle. The coding process for all participants used NVivo to analyze the interviews' results. The interviews indicated that most informants still believe in myths, rituals, and magic about breastfeeding mothers. It indicates that Indonesians having a solid culture, still believe that myths, rituals, and magic could be considered in increasing self-efficacy and healthy lifestyle behavior. So, a healthy lifestyle is currently a significant concern in the community, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 has changed many routines in ways that no one could anticipate so that it can reduce the community's healthy lifestyle, especially for breastfeeding mothers. Indonesian, who currently live in the millennial era, still consider that culture as one of the considerations in improving healthy living behavior. Further research should consider how the sustainability of healthy lifestyle behavior is seen from social capital through knowledge mechanisms regarding current healthy environmental issues and consumer involvement in the environment. In addition, paying attention to ethics and ethnicity in society is crucial in discussing community culture, especially when considering consumers' healthy lifestyles.

This research was conducted on how the company's performance affected the company's satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine whether outsourcing and trust affect user company satisfaction through company performance as a mediation, whether it has a significant effect or not. The method used for this research was descriptive quantitative. The data were collected by spreading close questionnaires to Gracia Optima Incorporation Inc. and Bintang Prima Kemasindo Inc. as the clients of Putra Mentari Inc., an outsourcing company. In this study, PT Gracia Optima Masterpro and PT Bintang Prima Kemasindo are the populations, and samples were taken from 33 samples from both companies. This study used a saturated sampling technique using all the leaders and staff in both companies. The result showed that trust and good outsourcing given by Putra Mentari Inc. were the keys to getting the clients' satisfaction. It is hoped that the next research can break down the outsourcing variables and package them in more detail and specifically related to the work contract. Trust is one of the most influencing factors that outsourcing companies must maintain to keep the cooperation running for such a long period. It is also supported by good performance. This research could also function as a new insight into future research about the theories, trust, satisfaction, and performance in outsourcing practices.

The re­search objective of the study is to analyze and confirm the influence of lea­dership styles, incentives, and organizational culture on agents' per­formance in social security acquisition. The information was gathered from 190 BPJS Ke­tenagakerjaan agents across 21 branch offices in the East Java re­gion. The r­esearch data obtained by filling out online questionnaires were then processed using a structural equation modeling (SEM) partial least squa­res (Smart PLS Ver­sion 4.0) approach. The findings show that there is an in­f­lu­ence of leader­ship style and incentives toward organizational culture on age­nts, and leader­ship style is more dominant than incentives toward or­ga­ni­za­tio­nal culture. Fur­thermore, the effect of the incentives variable and orga­ni­za­tio­nal culture vari­able on performance has a positive and significant effect. The leadership style variable, however, has a negative effect on performance. Or­ga­nizational cul­tu­re affects performance more than leadership style and in­cen­ti­ves. In addition, orga­nizational culture as an intervening variable fully me­di­ates the effect of the leadership style variable on performance. Fur­ther­mo­re, the organizational cul­ture variable can partially mediate the relationship bet­w­een incentives and per­formance. These findings are expected to provide di­rec­tion for organizati­ons to improve agents' performance by inspiring a sha­red vision, modeling the way, providing awards or recognition, and developing stan­dards of attitudes that clearly and measurably describe the organization's vi­­sion and mission. Further studies are needed in the same model applied to the national level of samples.

Recently, there has been an increase in public excitement for cu­li­na­ry experiences, including local cuisine exploration. The wide range of Indone­sian cultures significantly impacts the variety of local food variations, which must be maintained. However, Indonesian Gen Z (27.94% of the overall po­pu­lation) prefers food from other cultures to their own. So, this study examines the role of experiential value as an antecedent of Generation Z's attitude to lo­cal food and its influence on behavioral intentions. This research will exa­mi­ne the role of consumer attitude as a mediator in the relationship between va­lues on the behavioral intentions of Gen Z in Jakarta towards local food. The re­search was conducted using convenience sampling through a questionnaire by a cross-sectional survey. The data were obtained from 130 respondents and pro­cessed further with SmartPLS. The test results show that the experience va­lue of Gen Z has a positive and significant effect on consumers' behavior and behavioral intentions toward local food. Thus, Gen Z's behavior has a po­si­tive and significant impact on the behavioral intention of Gen Z toward local fo­od. Experiential value has a positive effect on the behavioral intention of Gen Z towards local food, mediated by consumer attitudes. This research pro­vi­des input for local food entrepreneurs about the importance of experiential va­lue through the dimensions of customers' return on investment, aesthetics, and cheerfulness. The experiential value positively influences Gen Z's attitude and behavioral intentions toward local food. For academics, this research can ex­pand and enrich research in the food industry, especially local food.

"User satisfaction" is always an important measure of a stakeholder's opinion of e-government and must cover the entire stakeholder experience. "Net benefits" are the most important success factor of implementation system information and can measure the balance of positive and negative impacts of the e-government like the SAKTI system. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, information quality, system quality, organizational support, and regulatory environment on user satisfaction and net benefits of SAKTI users. This quantitative study uses primary data in questionnaires distributed to respondents through google forms and interviews. The questionnaire used simple random sampling. The sample size in this study was 482. The data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS), namely SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The hypothesis test results show that system quality significantly and strongly impacts user satisfaction. Information quality has a large and strong impact on user satisfaction. Service quality has a large and strong impact on user satisfaction. Organizational support has a small and weak impact on user satisfaction. The regulatory environment has a large and strong impetus for user satisfaction. User satisfaction, influenced by service quality, information quality, system quality, organizational support, and the regulatory environment, strongly impacts the net On Stakeholders of the Regional Treasury Office in Riau Province. The research model can use to conduct surveys of user satisfaction on SAKTI or other e-government and evaluate the results.

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, information quality, system quality, organizational support, and regulatory environment on user satisfaction and net benefits of SAKTI users. This quantitative study uses primary data in questionnaires distributed to respondents through google forms and interviews. The questionnaire used simple random sampling. The sample size in this study was 482. The data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS), namely SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The hypothesis test results show that system quality significantly and strongly impacts user satisfaction. Information quality has a large and strong impact on user satisfaction.
