PENGEMBANGAN DATA RECORD PASIEN DENGAN METODE JOINT APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT (Studi kasus KLINIK ALFIZA MEDIKA UTAMA)

Abstrak: Patient record data or patient data recording is something that exists in every health care facility, which contains records and documents about patient identity, examination, treatment, and actions given to patients which are then stored either in the form of physical documents or computerized, but on Patient data recording often experiences a problem that arises because there is no management of patient data records, causing multiple data records. Multiple data records become a problem point so that it becomes the basis for how to do a solution to multiple patient data records at the Alfiza Medika Utama Clinic. The purpose of the study was to design the development of patient data records using the joint application development method at the Alfiza Medika Utama clinic. This research was conducted using the JAD method because the data collection process involved users, managers and information technology specialists who jointly designed and developed it. The results of which can make it easier for the main Alfiza Medika clinic to record patient data so that there is no more duplicate data and make it easier in terms of services and patients in terms of registration.

Abstract :. Poor student assistance funds are assistance given to students from underprivileged families to be able to carry out learning activities at school. This assistance provides opportunities for students to pursue higher-level education.This program aims to enable students from underprivileged groups to continue their education at school. In addition, it also aims to reduce the number of students dropping out of school due to problems with education costs. The system used by the school still uses Microsoft Excel. In previous research, there was a system that implemented several methods to help the SMK UNTUNG SURAPATI school in determining the receipt of aid funds for poor students. To assist the SMK UNTUNG SURAPATI in selecting the recipients of funds for poor students, a web-based decision support system was created. The method used is the moora method (Multi – Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis). The moora method is implemented on the system to be built. The application of the moora method requires a weighting of each criterion.With the MOORA method, reports on aid funds for poor students that were previously standard and unstructured have turned into structured and directed so that the SMK UNTUNG SURAPATI schools that use this application can get a view to select students who are entitled to the assistance based on the highest score results.

IMPELEMTASI TEKNOLOGI 3D AUGMENTED REALITY UNTUK PEMETAAN GEDUNG SMK YADIKA BANGIL

Abstract: At this time the Covid-19 pandemic was hit Indonesia. This new normal condition is very influential on activities in the school world. One of them was during the Introduction to School Environment Introduction as we call (MPLS) which should have been done face-to-face to get to know the school more deeply, replaced by online, so that new students could not get to know more about the school building. So it takes a picture of the building in the form of 3-dimensional visual multimedia (3D) using Augmented Reality (AR) technology. Based of these problems, an Android - based application was made using AR (Augmented Reality) technology. With this application, users, especially new students, can find out more details about the locations or rooms on the Yadika Vocational High school via their smartphones.

Abstract : Rapid technological developments have resulted in the availability of more and more data and continues to grow. So that makes data management must be precise and the search algorithm used is very influential on data search. Data that is growing rapidly in very large quantities is often referred to as Big Data. Many use of Android-based ordering applications have implemented Big Data.The Sequential Search method performs a data search by comparing data one by one from a predetermined data set until the data is found, if the data is found, the search will end. The efficiency of the sequential search algorithm can be used to search for random or ordered data with a sequential search process.Making a PC By Custom Ordering Application on an Android-Based Using the Linaer Sequential Search Method is one step to make it easier for customers who want to buy a custom PC using the Android platform with a relatively short data search.

Implementasi Metode K-Nearest Neighbor dalam Mengklasifikasikan Kesegaran Ikan Kuro Menggunakan Citra 用图像对库洛鱼进行分类的最接近的方法实施

Kurofish (Eleutheronematetradactylum) is a type of fish that spreads throughout Indonesian waters, with different local names in each region. On the east coast of Sumatra it is known by the name of sukain fish while on the north coast of Java it is known as kuro fish. Freshness of fish is one of the benchmarks for consumers in choosing quality or good fish for consumption, because fresh fish is rich in protein and nutrients. Fish is also known to contain omega 3 fatty acids which are beneficial for brain growth, as well as calcium, vitamin D and phosphorus which are good for bones. However, the nutritional content contained in the fish may not be optimal anymore if it is consumed in a condition that is not fresh. Not only that, consumption of fish that is not fresh which leads to rotten conditions can make someone poisoned. Fish freshness checks can be done through microbiological and chemical analysis, but this method is less effective because it requires a lot of manpower, is quite expensive, and takes longer. For traders, the level of freshness of fish is determined in the traditional way, namely by observing, holding and smelling the smell of fish, sometimes there is also something that escapes observation so that there are still fish that are not fresh. To reduce these problems, the authors apply the K-Nearest Neighbor method in classifying the freshness of fish using images based on the color of the fish. By using the Kuro Fish type, using Matlab tools and in the results of the study using the K-Nearest Neighbor method with 40 training data and producing an accuracy of 100% and 16 test data with 7 correct data resulting in poor accuracy, which is 43 ,75%.

Advances in digital technology have made communication between humans faster and easier. On the other hand, a lot of personal information is available online through social media and services that do not have security measures in place to protect this information. Therefore, the communication system is very vulnerable and easily penetrated by intruder due to social engineering attacks. This attack aims to deceive individuals or companies by taking actions that benefit the attacker. The trick is to provide personal data such as PIN numbers, health records, and passwords. This attack phenomenon is one of the biggest challenges in maintaining the security of personal data because this attack model takes advantage of human nature which is easy to trust others. This paper provides an in-depth survey of high-success social engineering attacks, using a 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) model by examining user accounts, to detect and avoid attempted account fraud via SMS (Short Message System). Experimental results show that attack success can be reduced to 10% and aggressive intruders can be caught by 70% of users in forwarding user verification code.

Along with the development of time, expert systems make it easier for the public to diagnose a disease or damage. Reported from the statcounter.com page, Android users in Indonesia in 2020 reached 91.85%. This number can still increase considering the number of smartphone prices that are increasingly affordable and sophisticated. The number of android smartphones that are used will cause problems in the form of damage to android smartphones caused by factory errors or errors from the user himself. But in general, people do not know much about the right solution to overcome the damage and choose to buy a new cellphone. In this study, an expert system will be implemented to diagnose damage to an Android smartphone using a web-based forward chaining method to assist the public in diagnosing damage to their Android smartphone. The results of this expert system can be used as a reference in estimating the cost of damage to an android smartphone.

Thus, a good system must be able to provide timely information, with accurate and precise data in the processing process.Goods Distribution Information System Through Transporter at PT Super Famous Chicken departs from the company's vision, mission and goals. Namely to be a Goods Distribution Information System through a Transporter at PT Super Famous Chicken that has quality in providing services to the community. Various ways to improve the quality of goods distribution services have been taken, among others by applying the distribution data archiving method which will conduct further studies more efficiently, simplify the transaction data processing, improve the overall quality of resources, and improve the company's accreditation status.This information system will further simplify the processes mentioned above by utilizing data communication network information technology. So that the processing of existing data will be faster and more accurate, and eliminate duplication of data that arises between existing sections.

Abstract : With the technology in Indonesia, which is currently growing rapidly. In the past, the delivery of information was still using 2D images, now the media for delivering information can use 3D images so that the information provided is clearer and more effective. Many people prefer Android phones because they are easy to use and relatively inexpensive. The use of Augmented Reality on Android is to design applications by displaying various kinds of 3D animal images as learning media or tools that can support the teaching and learning process and increase the creativity of students by introducing names, sounds, and animal food with current technology. The learning process using Augmented Reality technology with the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method and Android-based Iterative Rapid Prototyping is an option that can be done by anyone, anywhere and anytime. This application is not only for teaching teachers but also by the general public and is easy to run.

The development of the Object Detection Application uses the waterfall method, in making the application using Android Studio with the Java programming language. By utilizing Canny Edge Operator Image Processing by optimizing the OpenCV Library, then using ML Kit to optimize object types
