The Impact of Inflation on Bank Risk: A Study of Islamic Banks 通货膨胀对银行风险的影响:以伊斯兰银行为例

Risk is the one thing that the financial system anticipates more than any other issue. In 2001, a failure in bank risk management occurred at Bank Imar in Turkey, which led to losses that reached around $7.2 billion due to shareholder corruption and coordinated criminality (Mukminin, 2018). The research objective is to investigate the extent to which inflation and business risk are related in Islamic banks operating in the 26 countries covered in the study. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the inflation proxy does not, in any meaningful sense, have a constructive effect on inflation. That is to say, the business risk in Islamic banks will not be affected in any way by any changes that take place in inflation, regardless of whether those changes result in a rise in value or a loss in value. The use of variable proxies will likely result in some limitations being imposed on this study, which will, in turn, have an effect on the conclusions of the research. In following research, macroeconomic indicators like gross domestic product (GDP) and exchange rates could potentially serve as test subjects for examination.

This study aims to examine gender segregation and type of work to measure the overall of segregation and the segregation of several population subgroups, namely education, age, wages, working hours, and area of residence. The approach that used is the measurement of segregation Multi-group that refers to (Alonso-Villar & del Río, 2010). Research finds that working women have relatively high contribution against the segregation of gender as a whole, in the case of the level of education shows female and male segregated by level of education. While it is for the subgroup (type of work) workers young and advanced age, workers with a group of wages high and workers part-time has contributed that high against segregation type of work as a whole

E-Commerce Implementation In An Effort To Consolidate The Competitiveness Of Small Industrial Businesses 实施电子商务,巩固小型工业企业竞争力

The technology brings changes in all aspects of life, including in business and trade. One of the technolog that are present in business and trade is e-commerce. E-commerce will provide benefits for uts users if it is used optimally, especially for small business. This study analyzes the impact of e-commerce implementation in efforts to consolidated competitiveness of small industries in ogan ilir regency. The data use is primer data used statistical analysis with comparative studies. The results of this research is MSMEs that e-commerce implementation in their business have a index higher competitiveness, greater amount of revenue and profit, as well as the total of more production or higher peoductivity from MSMEs that have not implamentation e-commerce in their business.

Influence of Social Media Marketing Strategies and Best Practices on E-Satisfaction And E-Loyalty 社交媒体营销策略和最佳实践对电子满意度和电子忠诚度的影响

This study investigated hotels' social media marketing strategies in Davao Region. Also, it determined the perceived effectiveness of the social media marketing used by the selected hotels' level of e-satisfaction of tourists using social media marketing by selected hotels. This study used a descriptive research design since it aimed to explain and interpret the findings gathered from the quantitative data. There were 455 respondents for the quantitative data and eight (8) respondents for the qualitative data. Instruments used in the study were an adapted survey questionnaire and an in-depth interview utilizing the research guide questions. The study participants were purposively selected, and the questionnaires were distributed equally. This study analyzed the statistical data using the Frequency, Weighted Median, Kruskal-Wallis, Spearman's Rank-Order Correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis. Data revealed that social media is one of the most cost-efficient digital marketing methods; Facebook is the most prevalent Social Networking Site (SNS) used by hotels and use third-party booking sites to support the hotel's revenue. Moreover, findings showed that selected hotels implemented a high level of effectiveness of social media, a high level of customers' e-satisfaction on social media, and a high level of e-loyalty of hotels' customers on social media marketing strategies by hotels. Thus, the result clarified that compared to social media marketing, e-satisfaction, as a factor in general, was influential in igniting e-loyalty. Lastly, three (3) best practices were identified from the participants: innovation, customer engagement, and accessibility.

Determinants of Firm Value: A Study on Islamic Banking in Indonesia 企业价值的决定因素:印尼伊斯兰银行的研究

This study attempts to measure the effect of Islamic corporate governance (ICG) and Islamic social responsibility (ISC) on firm value and to analyse the moderation role of profitability. Data from 12 Islamic commercial banks registered in Indonesia were taken from 2017 to 2021 and analyzed using a panel data regression approach with the GLS approach and model robustness testing using the robust least squares analysis method. The results of this study show a positive effect of ICG on firm value and a negative effect of ISC on firm value. The moderation results show that the interaction between profitability and ICG further strengthens the ICG effect on firm value. The results also reveal a negative effect of profitability on the effect of ISC on firm value. This paper discusses the implications of this research for the existing literature, practitioners, and policymakers.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of capital structure on Profitability with Liquidity as a moderating variable. The population of this research is transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2018. The research method in this study is a causal-comparative. Hypothesis testing using moderate regression. Based on the sampling technique purposive sampling researcher used 25 with amounts of 175 data. The results of this study show that the Capital Structure has a significant effect on profitability while on Liquidity, as moderation variables have no significant effect on the relationship of capital structure to profitability, which means Liquidity weakens in moderating the relationship of capital structure to Profitability.

Factors Affecting Purchase Intention on Roasted Coffee Beans (Study Case: Caracal Coffee Roasters) 影响焙烤咖啡豆购买意愿的因素(研究案例:Caracal Coffee Roasters)

This research investigates the effect of product attributes, brand awareness, advertising, sales promotion, and Word of mouth on coffee products' purchase intention. In this case, the coffee products used are Caracal coffee roasters. This research conducted preliminary interviews and a questionnaire for gathering the data. Then, the data is analyzed using narrative analysis for the data from the interview and SEM (structural equation modeling) for the data from the questionnaire. Based on the results of the interviews, most of the respondents agree that Price, Origin, Post-harvest process and Tasting notes are the essential attributes of coffee beans for consumers. Based on the SEM analysis, all five variables, except advertising, significantly influence the Caracal coffee roasters products. Future studies should pursue more variables, especially digital marketing factors and influencers done massively in this era.

Auditor Choices in Family Companies 家族企业的审计师选择

This study aims to empirically examine the comparison of auditor choice and audit fees in family firms, as well as to test more comprehensively how the characteristics of family firms will influence the choice of auditors and audit fees in family firms. The purposive sampling results of this study show that the number of sample companies in this study is 133 non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2021, with a total of 931 observations. The results of the logistic regression analysis of the auditor's choice model in this study indicate that family firms tend to be less choosing a high-quality auditor (auditor of KAP BIG4) and the presence of a CEO who is descended from the founder's family company is negatively related to the appointment of an auditor for KAP BIG4. In addition, the percentage of family ownership, the presence of the founder CEO of the family company and the presence of a professional CEO of the family company are not related to the appointment of KAP BIG4 auditors. The results of ordinary least square regression analysis using the robust standard error estimation method on the audit fee model show that family firms and the percentage of family members in top management are negatively related to audit fees, while the percentage of family ownership and the percentage of family members on the board of commissioners is not related to audit fees.

Mapping the Problems in Village Financial Management (VFM) 农村财务管理中存在的问题

Planning is the first stage in Village Financial Management (VFM). Identifying people’s problems is vital in VFM. This study investigates the problems in VFM, especially identifying issues based on sector, sub-sectors, and activities. The subject is 52 Heads of Village Planners. Subjects ask to write the problems in the village. The data is analyzed by comparing the issues and entering them into appropriate sectors. This study shows the Village Development Implementation has significant education, health, and residential issues. Village Community Empowerment’s main issues are the Agriculture and Livestock Sub-Sector. Village Government Implementation has potential problems related to civil registration, statistics, population archives, governance, planning, finance, and reporting. The Disaster Management, Emergency, and Urgent Sectors have problems, including limited social funds and direct cash assistance distribution. Finally, the Village Community Development has the most issue consisting of family welfare development programs, fostering youth organization, and lack of training in cultural groups.

Survival Strategy of Traditional Small Retail in Competition with Modern Large Retail 传统小型零售业与现代大型零售业竞争中的生存策略

This study aims to understand how traditional small retail businesses in Italy compete with large modern retailbusinesses. I conducted direct observation for 145 hours in three regions in Italy—Pescara, Chieti, and the factory area—and then conducted a thematic analysis of their survival strategy. I find that the main factor that determines the sustainability of tabaccai is the support of the local government, which is strengthened by the local society and the ability of the owners to adapt to the environment. These empirical findings provide a new recommendation for traditional small retail businesses in developed countries on how to survive amid the growth of large modern retail businesses.
本研究旨在了解意大利传统小型零售企业如何与大型现代零售企业竞争。我在意大利的三个地区——佩斯卡拉、基耶蒂和工厂区域进行了145小时的直接观察,然后对他们的生存策略进行了专题分析。我发现决定烟叶可持续发展的主要因素是当地政府的支持,而当地社会的支持和业主适应环境的能力加强了烟叶的支持。这些实证研究结果为发达国家传统小型零售企业如何在大型现代零售企业的成长中生存提供了新的建议。
