Integrated public transport development for two connected urban areas 两个相连城区的综合公共交通发展

In Indonesia, especially in its intra urban areas or in between two urban areas, there are some problems of disparity, ineffective and inefficient mobility and degradation of environment. It becomes worst due to the decaying of its mass public transports. That is why this research will focus on improving public transports for two connected urban areas, Jakarta-Bandung. In its existing condition, there are several kinds of public transports, such as train, shuttle service, and private car. Each transport mode has a unique system and characteristic. Each passenger will choose their mode when it meets his or her criteria. In fact, the mode has not been chosen proportionally. There are a conflict between railway mode and toll way mode. The result is the decaying of train service. Thus the research has to concentrate more deeply in the development of railway transport. Moreover, this research will explore user characteristics and their preferences, and develop mode choice model with multinomial logit model. For advance research, we can use ISIL (Information System of Integrated Logistics). It is a concept that can provide an answer to this problem. The objective of ISIL is to contribute to integration at the conceptual level of all technical data related to a product throughout its life cycle. The concept used is the “Extended Enterprise”. We give guidance for applying the concept ISIL in the field that interests us here.

Interoperability modeling methods for embedded devices in vehicles 车辆嵌入式设备的互操作性建模方法

Modeling aims to reduce the time to design and to manufacture. This is especially true for real-time applications. Transportation is one of the most constrained areas for these applications. Thus, any designed system must be modeled and verified in order to prevent troubles and dysfunctionings. In addition, in the transportation area, a lot of embedded devices are used. Then efficient communications are badly required and will ensure the end-to-end interoperability. Therefore, it reduces the waste of hardware and software resources underused. This paper presents a concept of an interoperability channel between embedded devices. This channel named C2A “Connect to All” is modeled using two complimentary tools: UPPAAL and SDL. The objective is not only to check the validity of our new proposed concept (using simulation and properties verification), but also to compare the use of these two approaches in order to help any future user of these formalisms to make judicious choices according to their applications.

With the increasing emphasis on supply chain vulnerability, managing risks in supply chains has emerged as an important topic in supply chain management. In this context, analyzing and understanding an appropriate supply chain risks management are now attracting much attention. This paper presents a simulation method of supply chain risks management. The study begins by identifying and assessing the risks in the supply chain by a Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) technique and proposes a simulation method to analyze the proposed scenarios according to risks exposure levels. The proposed methodology is illustrated by a real case study in the drugstore of the teaching hospital Habib Bourguiba Sfax.

Today, and in particular in the field of public transportation, Personalized Information Systems (PIS) are increasingly developing. In fact, many efforts were made towards user modelling, design methods and tools for HCI generation. But, the evaluation of such systems is often neglected. To fill up this lack, it is necessary to envisage new evaluation methods taking into account the personalization quality. This method is based on multi-agents approach. This evaluation approach has been validated by applying them to evaluate PIS in transport field.

A risk control method in the hospital environment 医院环境中的风险控制方法

Conventional process conception emphasizes the performance and economic considerations. However, risk control is left behind. In many contexts, risk management in process making is of great importance. Such is the case in the healthcare world where risk is very important. In this paper, we propose a risk control method in the hospital environment called RQFD (Reliable Quality Function Deployment). It purports to understand and prevent risks to reduce their outbreak. Its main contribution is to present a combined analysis of risks, reliability and security highlighting the complementary points between the fields of quality and those of security. A real case study is achieved in the dialysis service using the proposed method.

Analysis of inventory management in small business auto parts 小型企业汽车零部件库存管理分析

The objective of this study was to analyze the production process and supply control in order to identify possible gaps and develop a method for managing supplies. The relevance of this research is on the benefits that can obtain by identifying the problems of supply control. The research method used was the case study, which was grounded on tripod semi-structured interviews, on-site observation, and document analysis. This methodology was very suitable because it can be analyzed and cross checked. The possibility of implementation of the proposal obtained from the theoretical framework, that together with the complementary actions suggested here, offers the opportunity to make the process more productive and profitable. This work allowed one to observe the weaknesses in managing the supply chain and at what points to work should be improved. It allowed to use some scientific models in the company object of study in order to improve supply management.

In this paper, a new approach for interactive system evaluation is presented. It is based on the ergonomic guidelines integration within Graphical User Interface (GUI) controls. These controls provide assistance to the evaluator for the interfaces design according to a set of ergonomic guidelines. The controls use is proposed for both the evaluators and the developers. The proposed approach is based on the fact that when creating a graphical component (when adding it to the interface), it inspects a set of ergonomic criteria and verifies the GUI compliance with these criteria. The advantage of the suggested proposal consists essentially on its easiness to provide ergonomic guidelines validation when designing a GUI. To validate our approach, we propose in this paper, an application on a transport network supervision system and more particularly to an Information Assistance System for passenger.

An intelligent framework for the cooperation in the extended enterprise environment 扩展企业环境下的智能协作框架

The important evolution of the economic context, and of the enterprises environment, these last decades, became increasingly complex and unforeseeable. The globalization of market as well as the customer's demand have become increasingly important, hence the inability of firms to meet the inherent needs of the client with acceptable production costs. The changes of the TIC (communication and information Technologies) and their democratization, have strongly influenced the companies organization, hence the need for having strategies of co-operation between firms. The enterprise tends, by necessity, towards partnership. The concept of extended enterprise generalizes this concept of extended enterprise: system interacting with its environment of under treating, suppliers, customers, administrations. In this article, we propose Framework of intelligent co-operation within the framework of the extended enterprise by adopting the technology of multi-agent systems and of the semantic Web service.

The globalization of market as well as the customer's demand have become increasingly important, hence the inability of firms to meet the inherent needs of the client with acceptable production costs. The changes of the TIC (communication and information Technologies) and their democratization, have strongly influenced the companies organization, hence the need for having strategies of co-operation between firms. The enterprise tends, by necessity, towards partnership. The concept of extended enterprise generalizes this concept of extended enterprise: system interacting with its environment of under treating, suppliers, customers, administrations. This paper provides an numerical scheme for a bi-class model composed by private vehicles and buses. The classes interact as non-cooperative equilibrium and the numerical scheme for the classes densities and velocities is based on the cell transmission model.

Modeling and simulation of hospital supply chain: State of the art and research perspectives 医院供应链的建模与仿真:现状与研究展望

following the multiple mutations that exist in the health sector and the limited growth of the budget it became imperative to optimize the flow of materials and patients. Logistic is required due to its dual and its overall vision. Currently, we no longer speak about short supply but the supply chain. Modeling and simulation is a technique used to understand the behavior of systems including supply chains. Modeling and simulation in hospital area have tackled many researches. In this contribution we tray to present a review of some works witch address the use of modeling and simulation in hospital supply chain management. The aim is to choice an appropriate approach to apply in our futures research. It is necessary to note that the essential subject of our research is the improvement of performance hospital logistic.
