Study of the high-speed trains positioning system: European signaling system ERTMS / ETCS 高速列车定位系统的研究:欧洲信号系统ERTMS / ETCS

The signaling system ERTMS/ECTS (European Rail Traffic Management System/ European Train Control System) have been created in order to standardize the European railway signal. ERTMS/ETCS permits safe control of the European railway. Hence, the train detection systems must provide the signaling system with adequate information regarding the position and movement of trains. This paper describes a colored Petri nets model of the train movement and localization on a railway track equipped with the second level of the signaling system ERTM. This operation is difficult to model, because it depends on the onboard and trackside ERTMS sub-systems, which communicate with each other. Especially, Eurobalises implemented on the track and acting as position markers, and the odometer who estimates the train position.

Optimal RSOM-hub locations for Canadian Forces Northern operations 加拿大北方部队作战的最佳rsom枢纽位置

This paper presents an analysis of a Reception, Staging and Onward Movement hub (RSOM-hub) concept to support Canadian Forces Major Air Disaster (MAJAID) operations in the North and provides insights into the optimal RSOM-hub locations. RSOM-hubs are permanent or temporary staging bases for cross-loading between strategic and tactical lift during military deployment and sustainment operations. In this study, performance measures were formulated to assess the effectiveness and the responsiveness of different RSOM-hub options to support MAJAID deployments. A simulation-based optimization model was also developed to determine the optimal number and locations of hubs in the North. The model was considered in a multi-objective framework and solution trade-offs were determined through an exhaustive search methodology. An illustrative scenario was used to simulate deployment lift to various MAJAID locations in the North and assess the performance of different RSOM-hub options. Sensitivity analysis was conducted to examine the impact of different operational parameters on hub performance and optimal locations. The study indicated that the optimal number of RSOM-hubs for MAJAID operations in the North would be two, corresponding to Iqaluit and Yellowknife.

A multi Start adaptive Variable Neighborhood Search metaheuristic for the aircraft landing problem 飞机降落问题的多起点自适应变邻域搜索元启发式算法

In this paper, a variable neighborhood search metaheuristic is enriched with a multi start technique and an adaptive taboo memory: the SVNS metaheuristic. In the proposed SVNS method, the diversification phase is ameliorated by launching the VNS metaheuristic in multi start technique and by archiving each blocked solution in taboo memory with a three different shames. This taboo memory governs the selection move for the neighborhood. The selection is performed in the neighborhood of each current solution. The SVNS metaheuristic is used to optimize the multiple runways aircraft landing problem. Computational experiments in several problems collected from the literature, instances from OR-Library, demonstrate that the proposed SVNS metaheuristic reaches high-quality solutions using very few user-defined parameters: the Kruskal-Wallis statistic test is used to prove that.

Urban transport system in Czestochowa City 切斯托霍瓦市城市交通系统

Range of transport system in Poland has changed a lot during last years. Rapid growth of car quantity and small increase of road infrastructure are basic circumstances for seeking new solutions in transport system. New projects of transport system development are also effect of Poland's presence in the European Union. There are described assumptions and concepts of further transport system development for Czestochowa City. Survey of present transport problems and causes of system malfunction are shown. Finally transport system strategy for the City is presented.

A combined AHP-GP model for nurse scheduling 结合AHP-GP模型的护士调度

Scheduling emergency nurses is a complex task, which considers a large number of rules (often conflicting) related to various aspects such as limits on the number of consecutive work hours, number of day and night shifts that should be worked by each nurse, nurse staffing requirements according to seniority levels for the day and night shifts, restrictions on the number of consecutive day and night shifts assigned, vacation periods, weekend off requests, and fair distribution of responsibilities among the nurses. A goal programming (GP) model that accommodates both hard and soft constraints for a monthly planning horizon will proposed. The hard constraints should be adhered to strictly, whereas the soft constraints can be violated when necessary. In this study the relative importance values of the soft constraints have been computed by the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), which are used as coefficients of the deviations from the soft constraints in the objective function.

this paper analyses the importance of transportation and logistics among the determinants of foreign direct investment. Several works treated these investments and their significance for hosting economies. But the role of transport and logistics to attract the type of investment to the developing countries is not well studied. This work is initially based on the developing Mediterranean countries for the period of 2000–2009. Using panel data framework, the fixed effect model estimated a positive and significant coefficient for transport infrastructure and logistics function, implying that foreign direct investors are sensitive to transport and logistics.

Profitable Vehicle Routing Problem with Multiple Trips: Modeling and constructive heuristics 多行程可盈利车辆路径问题:建模与建设性启发式

In this paper, we study a new variant of the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) which combines two known variants: the Profitable VRP (PVRP) and the VRP with Multiple Trips (VRPMT). This problem may be called as (PVRPMT). The problem's objective is to maximize the sum of collected profit prior to the customers visit minus the transportation costs. This problem has a very practical interest especially for daily distribution schedules with a short course transportation network and a limited vehicle fleet. A discursive method for profit quantification is suggested so as to make it more realistic. A mixed integer programming formulation of the problem is proposed. In addition, two constructive heuristics and a set of benchmark instances which include small and large size data are provided. Finally, a computational study evaluates and compares the performance of the different proposed methods.

In this paper, we are interested to the problem of the production distribution planning in supply chain management while minimizing three costs simultaneously such as production setups, inventories and distribution. The complexity of this problem is known to be NP-hard. In order to solve this problem, we propose a bi-phase Variable Neighbourhood Search algorithm (VNS). The computational experiments, according to the instances of the literature, have shown the effectiveness of our proposed algorithm against the existing approaches.

Scheduling of lifting vehicles with time windows in an automated port container terminal 自动化港口集装箱码头带时间窗的起重车辆调度

A port container terminal is generally exploited with three types of equipments: Quay Cranes (QCs), vehicles and Yard Cranes (YCs). In this paper, we present a particular type of vehicles which is used at terminal of Normandy in Le Havre port in France. In this terminal, containers are transported from the marshalling yard to ship by the lifting vehicles (LV), capable of raising and of depositing a single container at various heights. This study discusses how to schedule LVs in loading or unloading operation by using information about pickup and delivery locations. Our goal is to organize the transfer of containers in order to minimize the total travel time of all LV, respecting the time window of every LV for a given number of containers. In order to solve this problem we propose a new modeling and a genetic algorithm adapted to the studied problem called “Genetic Algorithm for Loading or Unloading Operation GALUO”. We applied special types of crossover and mutation inspired from various data of our problem. GALUO is compared with a simulated annealing algorithm (SA) inspired from the same problem. Computational results on real instances show the good quality of the solutions obtained by the proposed method.

Diagnosis by the multimodel approach in the frequency domain 在频域用多模型方法进行诊断

The surveillance of the industrial systems is of a big importance to assure the productivity and the security. Several methods can lead to the location of the abnormalities which distort the system. Seen the complexity of the processes and their not linear characteristic in the industrial domain, the multimodel approach is recognized as advantageous because it represents the system sophisticated by a set models in the time. The methods of diagnosis with models were developed by observing the evolution of the system in the temporal domain. In this paper we proposed an extension of it in the frequency domain.
工业系统的监控对保证生产和安全具有重要意义。有几种方法可以定位扭曲系统的异常。考虑到工业领域中过程的复杂性及其非线性特性,多模型方法在一定时间内通过一组模型来表示系统的复杂性,具有一定的优势。通过在时域内观察系统的演化,建立了基于模型的诊断方法。本文提出了它在频域上的扩展。
