Research on Ship Track Control in Bridge Area Based on Differential Evolution Algorithm 基于差分进化算法的桥梁区域船舶航迹控制研究

At present, the automatic navigation of ships in local marine environment has been realized. However, in order to achieve the goal of unmanned inland ships, the independent navigation of the ship should be carried out in the typical river section including the bridge area. This paper takes the Wuhan section of the Yangtze River as the research object of the bridge waterway. the track is restored based on the ship’s AIS information. Combined with the navigation rule of ships passing through the bridge, this paper analyzes the track belt characteristics of ship crossing bridge, and establishes a track segment scale model suitable for ships to navigate safely across the bridge. According to the actual situation of ship crossing the bridge, taking wind, current disturbance and shallow water effect into consideration, the mathematical model of MMG three-degree-of-freedom maneuvering motion of inland river ship is established. After setting up the track segment scale model and ship maneuvering motion model, the differential evolution algorithm is applied to ship track control. When simulating the track control of ship's upstream and downstream bridges, two groups of experiments are further divided into the hydrostatic environment and the external disturbance environment. The control effects under the hydrostatic environment and external disturbance are compared and analyzed. The results show that the differential evolution PID track controller can make the ship safely pass through the bridge area no matter it is going upstream or downstream. This study can be used as a supplement to the theoretical system of pre-control of ship-bridge collision to promote the development of navigation safety assurance technology in bridge area.

Prediction of Rationality for Ferry Crossing Behavior Based on Multi Hidden Markov Model 基于多重隐马尔可夫模型的渡口行为合理性预测

The crossing of a channel is a typical scenario for the ferries in the Yangtze River, which increases the navigation risk for both the ferry and the ships navigating in the channel. From the perspective of crossing behavior, this paper proposes a predictive method based on Hidden Markov Model (HMM) to analyze the dynamic process of crossing. The observation factors are established by analyzing expertise of captains of passenger ships and ferries. The state transfer matrix between safe crossing and unsafe crossing, together with the emission matrix between hidden states and observation, is proposed by using statistical data. The proposed method is applied to the real crossing scenario of a WUDU2HAO ferry in the Changzhou port of Yangtze River as a test. The result state that the proposed method for rationality prediction of crossing behaviors of ferries is reasonable.

Construction of Ping An Airport’s Total Risk Monitoring Indicator System 平安机场全面风险监测指标体系构建

In response to the construction concept of China's civil aviation to promote Ping An Airport 1, this study has established a set of data-driven full risk monitoring index system around the requirements of management on operational safety, airport security, firefighting safety and public security. It can guide the transformation of the industry's airports with management ideas and methods, using safety information as a tool to analyze and control various types of risks effectively, and make a transition from results management to process management, from regulatory compliance management to risk-based management, from passive management to active management, ultimately to achieve the safety objective.1Ping An Airport is an airport construction slogan put forward by civil aviation administration of China to ensure safety.

Construction of Causality Event Evolutionary Graph of Aviation Accident 航空事故因果事件演化图的构建

Previous research on causality analysis of civil aviation accident was mainly based on probability and statistics, lacking of the analysis based on the whole process of accident occurrence. The process and method of constructing the causality event evolutionary graph of aviation accidents was proposed, which can be used to causality analysis. The authors apply the approach to the dataset consisting of the world aviation safety accident investigation report. On the basis of effectively extraction of causal event pairs, causality chains for each accident was generated. And then, mapping it with the domain ontology to construct causality event evolutionary graph, which provides the data and method to civil aviation accident’s comprehensive analysis and scene reappearance.

Development and Comparison of Freight Distribution Models of Inland Water Transport along Yangtze River Economic Belt with Ship Visa Data 基于船舶签证数据的长江经济带内河运输货运量分布模型开发与比较

The Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB) serves as the main east-west axis of the economic development of China. Studying the characteristics of the Yangtze River on waterway freight transportation plays a significant role in propelling the development of the Yangtze River transport network and releasing the transport potential of the Yangtze River. In this study, the data of ship visa in 2010 were used to conduct the OD matrices of different freight types. Then, freight desire lines of the YREB were drawn in TransCAD according to the OD matrices acquired. In addition, the freight relations and characteristics of each port and three economic circles in the YREB were analyzed. After that, this paper applies the freight distribution models such as gravity distribution models and the intervening opportunity models to analyze the distribution of coal and its products, steel and nonferrous metals respectively. In particular, the impedance function of the gravity distribution model include the inverse power function, the exponential function and the gamma function, then their parameters were calibrated. Finally, the value of Average Trip Length (ATL) and Trip Length Frequency Distribution (TLFD) were measured and compared with the value calculated, then the results indicated that the gravity distribution model based on an inverse power function was higher than the Intervening Opportunity (IO) models in the coincidence ratio, and the freight distribution matches this in the reality.

Design of small usv power system based on hybrid storage of wind and light storage 基于风能和光能混合存储的小型无人动力系统设计

Small crafts play an important role in marine development, and the development of power propulsion technology determines the operational performance of the aircraft. Aiming at the special requirements of small aircraft function, structure and operating environment, based on the analysis of the operation characteristics and influencing factors of small aircraft, the general design flow of power propulsion system construction is proposed, and the marine clearing navigation is carried out with a certain design. As an example, the design verification of the power propulsion system is carried out, and the relevant conclusions can provide a reference for the construction of the small aircraft propulsion system.

Statistical Analysis of Ship Collision Accidents in the Yangtze River 长江船舶碰撞事故统计分析

The collision accident of ship is the most numerous and most influential type of traffic accident on water. At present, maritime traffic safety management and research focus on emergency response and lack of in-depth exploration of accident occurrence law. Based on the data of traffic accidents on the Yangtze River main line between 2006 and 2014 from the Yangtze River maritime bureau and Jiangsu maritime bureau, the basic characteristics and laws of accident occurrence are studied. The hidden factors, development trend, and possible consequences are analyzed. In addition, it gives some suggestions for the prevention and improvement of the safe navigation. This result can provide technical support for safety supervision of maritime traffic and navigation decision-making of vessels.
船舶碰撞事故是水上交通事故中数量最多、影响最大的一类。目前,海上交通安全管理和研究主要集中在应急响应上,缺乏对事故发生规律的深入探索。以长江海事局和江苏省海事局2006 - 2014年长江干线交通事故数据为基础,研究了事故发生的基本特征和规律。分析了其潜在因素、发展趋势及可能产生的后果。并对船舶安全航行的预防和改进提出了建议。研究结果可为海上交通安全监管和船舶航行决策提供技术支持。

The Causality Analysis between Transportation and Regional Development in City-level China 中国城市交通与区域发展的因果关系分析

The causality between transportation and regional development has been subject to heated debates. The existing studies investigating the causality between transportation and regional development tend to utilize panel data but assume homogeneity across individuals. This paper aims to handle the problem of panel heterogeneity embedded in Granger causality between transportation and regional development in urban China. We use a panel made up of 216 city districts in China from 1994 to 2013. The homogeneous (non)causality is firstly tested in the panel data model and then heterogeneous (non)causality is further examined if the first test fails. Homogeneous causality can only be observed in coastal region while heterogeneous non-causality dominates in central, western and northeastern China. The results demonstrate 45% of bidirectional causality, 37% of unidirectional causality running from regional development to transportation, 10% of no causality and 8% of unidirectional causality from transportation to regional development in China.

Optimization of Combined Horizontal and Vertical Curves Design of Mountain Road Based on Vehicle-Road Coordination Model 基于车路协调模型的山地公路横、纵组合曲线优化设计

Through the analysis of driving stability of the vehicle on combined horizontal and vertical curves (CHVC), the safety model based on vehicle-road coordination was established with the critical state of accident as the limited condition. The influence of various factors on the design parameters such as the minimum radius and the maximum slope length were discussed. The safety model showed that the minimum radius of CHVC was proportional to the driving speed and road gradient, but inversely proportional to the value of the superelevation and crosswise affixing coefficient. Besides, the maximum slope length of CHVC was proportional to the road rolling resistance coefficient and slip ratio, but it was inversely proportional to driving speed, road gradient, and vehicle type. Furthermore, the maximum slope length was less affected by the superelevation. In addition, in order to improve the safety level of mountainous roads, this paper discussed the threshold value of the design index of CHVC considering the actual operating speed of the vehicle.

Method to Comprehensively Evaluate Road Network Traffic Conditions during Freeway Reconstruction and Extension 高速公路改扩建过程中路网交通状况综合评价方法

A method to comprehensively evaluate the traffic operational status during the reconstruction and extension of an freeway network is proposed. This approach guarantees the traffic capacity during freeway reconstruction and extension and aims to optimize the traffic flow of a regional road network. The method is based on the status quo of the road network traffic flow, the feasibility of the road network diversion, and the rationality of the traffic organization of the key nodes. The various indexes of the road network that are affected by the reconstruction and extension are analyzed by considering the Shenshan Expressway as an example. The capacity model for an expressway reconstruction and extension project is established by considering the constraints of the regional road network, such as the road service level. The influence of the reconstruction and extension on the traffic capacity for the control nodes of the expressway is analyzed using the VISSIM software. The results show that the reconstruction and extension project negatively impacts the traffic operation status of the entire road network where the construction section is located. Using the proposed comprehensive evaluation method to determine the traffic operation status of the road network allows the feasibility of the bottleneck sections and the associated diversion schemes to be analyzed. This effectively alleviates the traffic pressure from the reconstruction and expansion sections through optimal use of the existing road resources.
