Pengaruh Self Disclosure terhadap Kecemasan Menghadapi Pandemi Pada Dewasa Awal yang Pernah Terinfeksi Covid-19 针对感染新冠肺炎的早期成年人的流行病紧急情况的自我披露管理

Being anxious facing the Covid-19 pandemic is an individual response to environmental changes which is characterized by somatic and non-somatic symptoms. Anxiety is the most common symptom during the Covid-19 pandemic, so steps are needed to minimize it. This study aims to determine the effect of self-disclosure on anxiety facing the Covid-19 pandemic in early adulthood. This research was conducted on 310 respondents, namely early adults aged 18-40 years who had been infected with Covid-19 in Makassar City. This study uses an accidental sampling technique. This study uses a self-disclosure and anxiety scale to face the Covid-19 pandemic, the results of which are analyzed by using an ordinal regression test using SPSS application version 24. The results of the analysis show that Nagelkerke's score is 0.034, which means that self-disclosure contributes 3.4% to the variation. The significance value obtained is 0.002 (p<0.05), which means that self-disclosure can be a significant predictor of anxiety facing the Covid-19 pandemic Additional analysis conducted showed that there is no differences in self-disclosure based on gender, age, occupation, and education level. Likewise with the level of anxiety, that there is no significant difference based on gender, age, occupation, and level of education.The findings in this study have implications for the need for early adulthood to carry out self-disclosure so that anxiety can be minimized. Anxiety have a negative impact on an individual's mental health.Kecemasan menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 merupakan responindividu terhadap perubahan lingkungan yang ditandai dengangejala somatik dan non-somatik. Kecemasan menjadi gejalayang paling umum dirasakan selama pandemi Covid-19sehingga perlu adanya langkah untuk meminimalisir. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self disclosureterhadap kecemasan menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 pada dewasa awal. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 310responden, yaitu dewasa awal berusia 18-40 tahun yangpernah terinfeksi Covid-19 di Kota Makassar. Penelitian inimenggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Penelitian inimenggunakan skala self disclosure dan kecemasanmenghadapi pandemi Covid-19, yang hasilnya dianalisisdengan uji regresi ordinal menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi24. Hasil analisis menunjukkan skor Nagelkerke sebesar 0,034yang berarti bahwa self disclosure memberikan kontribusisebesar 3,4% variasi. Nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah0,002 (p<0,05) yang berarti bahwa self disclosure mampumenjadi prediktor yang signifikan terhadap kecemasanmenghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Analisis tambahan yangdilakukan menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan selfdisclosure berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, pekerjaan, dantingkat pendidikan. Pengaruh Resiliensi terhadap Job Insecurity Guru Musik saat Pandemi Covid-19 新冠肺炎大流行病中应对工作不安全的弹性构建者音乐教师

Pandemi Covid­19 telah memberikan dampak terhadap guru musik dimana terjadi penurunan jumlah murid yang menyebabkan guru musik merasakan job insecurity, peneliti melihat bahwa guru musik memiliki resiliensi yang dapat membantu untuk mengatasi job insecurity. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh resiliensi terhadap job insecurity guru musik di Pulau Jawa saat pandemi Covid­19. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non probability sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Connor Davidson Resilience Scale (Connor & Davidson, 2003) berjumlah 24 item dan Job Insecurity Scale (De Witte, 2000) berjumlah 4 item. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 102 guru musik di Pulau Jawa. Berdasarkan uji regresi, terdapat pengaruh resiliensi terhadap job insecurity adalah sebesar 35,9% (R2=­.375, b= ­.153, p= .00; p<.05). Sedangkan 63,5% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dengan demikian, hipotesis peneliti yaitu terdapat pengaruh resiliensi terhadap job insecurity pada guru musik saat pandemi Covid ­19 diterima.

Hubungan antara Work Engagement dengan Turnover Intention pada Pekerja Generasi Milenial di Jabodetabek 贾博德塔贝克千禧一代工人工作敬业度与离职意愿的关系

This study aims to see the extent to which work involvement isinterrelated with turnover intention in millennial generationworkers in Jabodetabek. The method used in this research isquantitative. The data analysis technique used descriptiveanalysis to see the description of the respondents and Pearsoncorrelation analysis was used to see the relationship betweenthe two variables. The sample was taken based on certaincriteria, namely workers who were born in 1982 to 2002,worked in Greater Jakarta and had worked for at least oneyear. Sampling is non-random sampling, namely purposivesampling. A total of 214 millennial workers were collected asrespondents. The results of the study found that the data wasnormally distributed and avoided heteroscedasticity, but thedata was not linear, so bootstrapping had to be done. This studyconcludes that the higher the work engagement, the lower theturnover intention of millennial workers. Future researchshould limit the type of work to millennial workers in theJabodetabek area. Companies must determine differentstrategies in dealing with workers creating millennialgenerations in order to maintain the work involvement of theirworkers so as to reduce turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana work engagement saling berkaitan dengan turnover intention pada pekerja generasi milenial di Jabodetabek. Analisis korelasional dipakai untuk melihat hubungan kedua variabel. Sampel diambil berdasarkan kriteria tertentu yaitu pekerja yang lahir di tahun 1982 sampai 2002, bekerja di Jabodetabek dan sudah bekerja minimal selama  satu tahun. Pengambilan sampel bersifat non random sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Sebanyak 214 pekerja milenial dikumpulkan sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menemukan bawah data berdistribusi normal dan terhindar dari heteroskedastisitas namun data tidak linear sehingga harus dilakukan bootstrap. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi work engagement maka semakin rendah turnover intention yang dimiliki oleh pekerja milenial. Penelitian selanjutnya harus membatas jenis pekerjaan pada pekerja milenial di wilayah Jabodetabek. Perusahaan harus menetapkan strategi yang berbeda dalam menghadapi pekerja generasi milenial agar dapat mempertahankan  work engagement pekerjanya sehingga mengurangi turnover intention.

Profile Perceived Academic Stress pada Mahasiswa 感知学术压力帕达·马哈西瓦

Abstrack : Every human being has experienced a depressed condition commonly known as stress.  In psychology, stress is considered as a psychological symptom that afflicts all professions, including students.  This study aims to determine the profile of academic stress felt by students at the State University of Surabaya.  The research subjects in this study were students of the Faculty of Education, consisting of eight majors, totaling 487. The Perception of Academic Stress Scale (PASS) instrument from Bedewy and Gabriel (2015), was used after going through the adaptation process first.  Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine the frequency of each level of perceived academic stress.  Based on the results of the analysis showed that as many as 12 students or 2% of the population were in the category of very high academic stress;  as many as 136 students or 28% of the population are in the category of high academic stress;  as many as 239 students or 49% of the population are in the category of moderate academic stress;  as many as 80 students or 16% of the population are in the category of low academic stress;  and as many as 20 students or 4% of the population are in the category of very low academic stress.Setiap manusia pernah mengalami kondisi tertekan yang biasa disebut dengan stres. Dalam psikologi, stres dianggap sebagai gejala psikologi yang menimpa pada semua profesi, termasuk mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil stres akademik yang dirasakan pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, yang terdiri dari delapan jurusan, berjumlah 487. Instrumen Perception of Academic Stress Scale (PASS) dari Bedewy dan Gabriel (2015), digunakan setelah melalui proses adaptasi terlebih dahulu. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menentukan frekuensi setiap tingkat stres akademik yang dirasakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 12 siswa atau 2% dari populasi berada dalam kategori stres akademik yang sangat tinggi; sebanyak 136 siswa atau  28% dari populasi berada dalam kategori stres akademik yang tinggi; sebanyak 239 siswa atau 49% dari populasi berada dalam kategori stres akademik yang dirasakan sedang; sebanyak 80 siswa atau 16% dari populasi berada dalam kategori stres akademik yang rendah; dan sebanyak 20 siswa atau 4% dari populasi berada dalam kategori stres akademik yang sangat rendah.

Problematik Psikososial Match Commisioner Ketika Bertugas Pada Pertandingan Liga 1 Kompetisi Sepak Bola Indonesia 印尼足球甲级联赛任务分配时的心理社会比赛委员会问题

In a football match, the match commissioner has an important role, namely ensuring that the match can go according to plan or minimize the obstacles that are predicted to occur. This study aims to explore the psychosocial problems experienced by League 1 match commissioners when tasked with supervising matches. The method used is qualitative with a case study technique. The subject of this research is a match commissioner with the initials An. The data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques, while the process of testing the validity of the data was carried out through triangulation. The results showed that match commissioners experienced various problems which could be observed through the four domains of psychosocial resources, such as: personal control, optimism, social support, and coping strategies. The personal control domain explains that to control impulses it is necessary to be flexible, friendly, and alert. Meanwhile, the optimism domain emphasizes the belief that success is dynamic, and failure can still be changed. Furthermore, the social support domain is where the match commissioners have emotional and instrumental support from family, professional friends, and the society. Then, domain coping strategies in which in facing problems, the match commissioner chooses to think positively, followed by maturing plans, relying on regulations, and reporting to the PSSI committee.Dalam pertandingan sepakbola, match commisioner/komisi pertandingan memiliki peran yang penting yakni memastikan agar pertandingan dapat berjalan sesuai rencana atau meminimalisir kendala yang diprediksi akan terjadi. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan guna mengeksplorasi problematik psikososial yang dialami oleh match commisioner Liga 1 ketika bertugas mengawasi pertandingan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik case study. Subjek penelitian ini ialah seorang match commisioner berinisial An. Data dikumpulkan melalui in depth interview dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik, sedangkan proses uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa match commisioner mengalami berbagai problematika yang dapat ditinjau melalui empat domain pscyhosocial resources, seperti: personal control, optimism, social support, dan coping strategies. Domain personal control menjelaskan bahwa untuk mengendalikan impuls perlu untuk menjadi orang yang fleksibel, ramah, waspada. Sedangkan domain optimism menekankan keyakinan bahwasanya kesuksesan ialah dinamis, dan kegagalan masih dapat diubah. Selanjutnya, domain social support di mana match commisioner memiliki dukungan emosional dan instrumental baik itu dari keluarga, teman seprofesi, hingga masyarakat. Lalu, domain coping strategies di mana dalam menghadapi masalah, match commisioner memilih untuk berpikir positif, diikuti melakukan pematangan perencanaan, berpijak pada regulasi, hingga melaporkan ke komite PSSI.

Konflik Kerja Keluarga pada Tenaga Kesehatan Perempuan selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Covid-19大流行期间,妇女卫生工作者的家庭冲突

The COVID-19 pandemic has made health workers have anadditional task load as the vanguard of ef orts to fightCOVID-19. This causes female health workers to find itdif icult to fulfill their family duties properly because theyspend more time at work. This study aims to analyze the work-family conflict experienced by female health workers duringthe pandemic. This study used a qualitative phenomenologicalapproach in which data was collected through semi- structured interviews. The research participants were 5women who have dual roles as housewives and healthworkers. The research data were analyzed using thematictechniques. This study revealed that work-family role conflictoccurs in female health workers. This conflict has an impacton the participants' physical and psychological conditions. The implication of this research is that preventive ef orts arecarried out to fulfill work-family activities such as telling thehardship and asking for help from those closestPandemi covid-19 membuat tenaga kesehatan mendapatkan tambahan beban tugas sebagai garda depan upaya melawan Covid-19. Hal ini menyebabkan tenaga kesehatan perempuan mengalami kesulitan untuk memenuhi tugas-tugasnya keluarga dengan baik karena mereka lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu di tempat kerja. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis fenomenologi yang datanya dikumpulkan melalui wawancara. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik tematik. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa kurangnya waktu bersama dengan keluarga menyebabkan tenaga kesehatan merasa bersalah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu upaya preventif yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi kerja keluarga seperti bercerita dan meminta bantuan kepada orang-orang terdekat, berusaha mengatur waktu dengan baik serta lebih mendekatkan diri kepada Sang Pencipta.

Peran Kepemimpinan Autentik dan Person-Job Fit terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Generasi Z Z世代员工离职意愿下的真实领导力与人岗匹配作用

Human resources are an important element in the company to achieve the company's vision and mission. Companies must be able to pay attention to the needs of employees properly, otherwise employees will choose to leave the company or have turnover intentions. Generation z, which is the newest generation in the company today, has a tendency to want to leave work within three months. Preliminary studies show the results that the ratio of the turnover percentage of generation z employees is higher than employees other than generation z. This study aims to determine the relationship between authentic leadership and person-job fit with turnover intention in Generation Z employees. Employees who work under the direction of authentic leaders enjoy their work more and feel more satisfied with the atmosphere in their organization. In addition, the suitability of the employee's ability to the demands of the job also has an effect on employee turnover intention. The sample of this research is 93 employees of generation z structural sewing in a textile company. The study was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The research instruments used in this study were the turnover intention scale, the authentic leadership scale, and the person-job fit scale. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between authentic leadership and person-job fit with turnover intention (p<0.05), and partially showed that there was no relationship between authentic leadership and turnover intention (p>0.05). Then the next results showed a significant relationship between person-job fit and turnover intention (p <0.05). Perusahaan harus bisa memperhatikan kebutuhan karyawandengan baik, jika tidak karyawan akan memilih untukmeninggalkan perusahaan atau turnover intention. Generasi zyang menjadi angkatan terbaru di perusahaan saat ini,memiliki kecenderungan ingin meninggalkan pekerjaandalam waktu tiga bulan. Studi pendahuluan menunjukkanhasil bahwa perbandingan persentase turnover karyawangenerasi z lebih tinggi daripada karyawan selain generasi z.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antarakepemimpinan autentik dan person-job fit dengan turnoverintention pada karyawan generasi z. Sampel penelitian iniadalah 93 karyawan generasi z bagian struktural sewing disebuah perusahaan tekstil. Penelitian dianalisis menggunakanteknik analisis regresi berganda. Instrumen penelitian yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala turnoverintention, skala kepemimpinan autentik, dan skala person-jobfit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan signifikanantara kepemimpinan autentik dan person-job fit denganturnover intention (p<0,05), dan secara parsial menunjukanbahwa tidak ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan autentikdengan turnover intention (p>0,05). Kemudian hasilselanjutnya menunjukan hasil yang hubungan signifikanantara person-job fit dengan turnover intention (p<0,05).Kecocokan antara kemampuan karyawan dengan tuntutanpekerjaan membuat karyawan

Preliminary studies show the results that the ratio of the turnover percentage of generation z employees is higher than employees other than generation z. This study aims to determine the relationship between authentic leadership and person-job fit with turnover intention in Generation Z employees. Employees who work under the direction of authentic leaders enjoy their work more and feel more satisfied with the atmosphere in their organization. In addition, the suitability of the employee's ability to the demands of the job also has an effect on employee turnover intention. The sample of this research is 93 employees of generation z structural sewing in a textile company. The study was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The research instruments used in this study were the turnover intention scale, the authentic leadership scale, and the person-job fit scale. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between authentic leadership and person-job fit with turnover intention (p<0.05), and partially showed that there was no relationship between authentic leadership and turnover intention (p>0.05). Then the next results showed a significant relationship between person-job fit and turnover intention (p <0.05).\u0000 \u0000Perusahaan harus bisa memperhatikan kebutuhan karyawandengan baik, jika tidak karyawan akan memilih untukmeninggalkan perusahaan atau turnover intention. Studi pendahuluan menunjukkanhasil bahwa perbandingan persentase turnover karyawangenerasi z lebih tinggi daripada karyawan selain generasi z.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antarakepemimpinan autentik dan person-job fit dengan turnoverintention pada karyawan generasi z. Sampel penelitian iniadalah 93 karyawan generasi z bagian struktural sewing disebuah perusahaan tekstil. Penelitian dianalisis menggunakanteknik analisis regresi berganda. Instrumen penelitian yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala turnoverintention, skala kepemimpinan autentik, dan skala person-jobfit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan signifikanantara kepemimpinan autentik dan person-job fit denganturnover intention (p<0,05), dan secara parsial menunjukanbahwa tidak ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan autentikdengan turnover intention (p>0,05). Abstract: Online learning has an impact on students learning process, one of which is mathematics achievement. Mathematics is identical to a difficult subject because the many formulas, calculation, and requires good logical thinking. Some studies mention the impact of academic achievement during pandemic has decreased, but several other studies have also shown an increase in academic achievement during pandemic. The existence of inconsistencies in previous studies, make researcher want to examine more deeply related to academic achievement in terms of students’ self-efficacy during pandemic, The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and student achievement in SMA X. The research subjects used were the entire population of class XI students at SMA X with totaling 158 students. The method used is a correlational quantitative method. The measuring instrument used in this study use an adaptation of Gaumer and Noonan (2018) self-efficacy scale, namely the the Self-Efficacy Formative Questionnaire, while the academic achievement variable is measured using the student’s math score index of class XI students in the even semester of 2020/21 school year. The data analysis technique used in this study used pearson correlation SPSS 25.0 for windows with a correlation result of 0.342 (r>0.05) and a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05). The result of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and academic achievement with a weak degree of relationship. Self-efficacy also has an important role as a variable that can increase academic achievement, especially during the pandemic by using online learning methods. Abstrak: Pembelajaran daring memberikan dampak terhadap proses belajar siswa, salah satunya prestasi belajar matematika. Matematika identik dengan pelajaran yang sulit karena banyaknya rumus, hitungan, serta membutuhkan logika berpikir yang cakap. Beberapa penelitian menyebutkan dampak prestasi belajar selama masa pandemi mengalami penurunan, namun beberapa penelitian lain juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan prestasi belajar selama pandemi. Adanya inkonsistensi dalam penelitian terdahulu membuat peneliti ini ingin meneliti lebih dalam terkait prestasi belajar siswa ditinjau dari self-efficacy siswa selama masa pandemi. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-efficacy dengan prestasi belajar pada siswa di SMA X. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi siswa kelas XI di SMA X sejumlah 158 siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif korelasional. Abstract: First years college students often face with problem of self-adjustment on campus, one of the factors that affects student self-adjustment is his own environment. This study aims to examine the relationship between sense of community and self-adjustment in first year college student in West Papua Sorong city. The method used in this study is a correlational quantitative method with total 125 participants from various university in Sorong city. The data analysis technique used in this study is Spearman Rank Correlation. The results showed a significant positive relationship (p=0.001 and r=0.605) between sense of community and self-adjustment in first years college student from west Papua Sorong city. The result of this study expected to be referenced for new students and university of how important sense of community.Abstrak: Mahasiswa yang baru memasuki tahun pertama sering mengalami masalah penyesuaian diri di kampus, salah satu faktor yang dapat memengaruhi penyesuaian diri adalah lingkungan kampus mahasiswa tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara sense of community dan penyesuaian diri pada mahasiswa tahun pertama di Papua Barat kota Sorong. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 125 mahasiswa baru dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di kota Sorong. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Spearman Rank Correlation. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan positif yang cukup signifikan (p=0,001 dan r=0,605) antara sense of community dan penyesuaian diri pada mahasiswa baru di kota Sorong Papua Barat. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi terhadap mahasiswa baru dan perguruan tinggi mengenai pentingnya sense of community pada mahasiswa.

Kualitas Persahabatan dan Harga Diri Mahasiswa Muslim 穆斯林学生的友谊品质和自尊

 Abstract: Self-esteem is a basic human need for normal and healthy development in the process of life. One of the factors forming self-esteem is the friendship quality. Friends are cognitive and affective resources that can strengthen individual self-esteem. This study aims to empirically examine the role of friendship quality on self-esteem. The research participants were 100 Muslim students. The measuring instrument used is Friendship Quality Scale and Self-Esteem Scale. This study employs quantitative approach with linear regression analysis techniques. The results shows that the friendship quality plays a role in affecting the level of self-esteem at Muslim students (F = 5.093, R = 0.22, p <0.05). That means that the higher of friendship quality, the higher the level of self-esteem at Muslim students.Abstrak: Harga diri merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia untuk berkembang normal dan sehat dalam proses kehidupan. Salah satu faktor pembentuk harga diri yaitu kualitas persahabatan. Teman merupakan sumber daya kognitif dan afektif yang dapat memperkuat harga diri individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris peranan kualitas persahabatan terhadap harga diri. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 100 mahasiswa muslim. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Skala Kualitas Persahabatan dan Skala Harga Diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas persahabatan berperan dalam mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya harga diri pada mahasiswa muslim (F= 5.093, R= 0.22, p<0.05). Semakin tinggi kualitas persahabat maka semakin tinggi pula harga diri pada mahasiswa muslim.
