Abstract Background: Stress is a phenomenon that is often ignored in society because it is related to mental health. Academic stress is a subjective response to high academic demands and changes in the school environment. Objectve: These findings highlight the need for educational institutions to consider lesson timing to manage students' academic stress. Method: The research method used is quantitative descriptive. In data analysis, 40 students from one class were taken as samples using purposive sampling technique. The sample determined by the researcher was public and private high school students without gender restrictions. Result: The variable biology lesson hours has a significant correlation with students' academic stress levels, while gender does not have a significant correlation. The Kruskal Wallis test showed little difference in stress levels between biology lessons held in the morning or afternoon. Conclusion: Using the SEL approach can help educational institutions create learning environments that are more adaptive and responsive to students' needs in dealing with academic stress. Abstrak Latar Belakang: Stres merupakan fenomena yang sering diabaikan dalam masyarakat karena terkait dengan kesehatan mental. Stres akademik merupakan respons subjektif terhadap tuntutan akademik yang tinggi dan perubahan lingkungan sekolah. Tujuan: Temuan ini menyoroti perlunya institusi pendidikan mempertimbangkan pengaturan waktu pelajaran untuk mengelola stres akademik siswa. Method: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat stres akademik siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas pada pelajaran biologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam analisis data, 40 siswa dari satu kelas diambil sebagai sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang ditentukan oleh peneliti yaitu siswa SMA negeri dan swasta tanpa batasan jumlah gender. Hasil: Variabel jam pelajaran biologi memiliki korelasi signifikan dengan tingkat stres akademik siswa, sedangkan gender tidak memiliki korelasi signifikan. Uji Kruskal Wallis menunjukkan sedikit perbedaan dalam tingkat stres antara pelajaran biologi yang diadakan pada jam pagi atau siang. Simpulan: Penggunaan pendekatan SEL dapat membantu institusi pendidikan menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa dalam menghadapi stres akademik.

Abstract Background: Academic procrastination or delays in the academic field are caused by low self- efficacy wich results in a person’s inability to complete assignments. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the connection between nursing students' academic procrastination and self-efficacy. Method: This study utilized observational scientific plan with a cross sectional methodology. The proportionate stratified random sampling method was used for each class to select the 229 students who participated in this study as respondents.Questionnaire General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES) was used to measure self-efficacy, while Procrastination Assessment Student Scale (PASS) to measure academic procrastination in students. With a significance level of 0.05, the spearman-rank correlation test was used to analyze the data. Results : The findings revealed a p-value of 0,073. This demonstrates that nursing students at Jember University have no significant relationship between academic procrastination and self-efficacy. Conclusion : Further research is needed on other factors that can lead to academic procrastination behavior such as peers, the environment, and differences in views on assignments Abstrak Latar Balakang :Prokrastinasi akademik atau keterlambatan dalam bidang akademik disebabkan oleh rendahnya self efficacy yang mengakibatkan ketidakmampuan seseorang dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Tujuan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa keperawatan dan self-efficacy. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ilmiah observasional dengan metodologi cross sectional. Metode proportional stratified random sampling digunakan untuk setiap kelas untuk memilih 229 siswa yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini sebagai responden. Kuesioner General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES) digunakan untuk mengukur self-efficacy, sedangkan Procrastination Assessment Student Scale (PASS) untuk mengukur penundaan akademik pada siswa. Dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05, uji korelasi rank spearman digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil : Temuan mengungkapkan p-nilai 0,073. Abstract Background: Not a few students deliberately postponed their assignments. Academic procrastination often occurs in students because of the high workload. Self-efficacy is believed to influence procrastination. Objective: This research aims to determine the extent to which students' self-efficacy plays a role in their level of academic procrastination in carrying out lecture assignments. Method: Research uses descriptive quantitative methods with non-experimental research types, and result analysis using simple regression analysis. The subject used is a student of Psychology at the State University of Surabaya. Results: The results of this study showed that self-efficacy and procrastination have a negative relationship, which means that if self-efficacy is improved then procrastination in students is decreased and vice versa. Self-efficacy variables give an effective contribution of 23.2% to the procrastination variable which means self-efficacy is not the most crucial thing in affecting procrastination because there are still 76.8% other factors. Conclusion: To reduce procrastination, self-efficacy is required because the higher the self-efficacy of a person, the lower the tendency to procrastination. Abstrak Latar belakang: Tidak sedikit mahasiswa sengaja menunda tugas mereka. Prokrastinasi akademik sering terjadi pada mahasiswa karena beban kerja yang tinggi. Efikasi diri dipercaya mempengaruhi prokrastinasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan sejauh mana efikasi diri mahasiswa memainkan peran dalam tingkat prokrastinasi akademik mereka dalam melakukan tugas kuliah. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian non-eksperimental dan analisis hasil menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Subjek yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan prokrastinasi memiliki hubungan negatif, yang berarti bahwa jika efikasi diri ditingkatkan maka prokrastinasi pada mahasiswa berkurang dan begitupula sebaliknya. Variabel efikasi diri sendiri memberikan kontribusi efektif sebesar 23,2% untuk variabel prokrastinasi yang berarti efikasi diri sendiri bukanlah hal yang paling penting dalam mempengaruhi prokrastinasi karena masih ada 76,8% faktor lain. Kesimpulan: Untuk mengurangi prokrastinasi, efikasi diri diperlukan karena semakin tinggi efikasi diri seseorang, semakin rendah kecenderungan untuk prokrastinasi.

Abstract Background: One of the reasons someone has psychological well-being the low one is celebrity worship behavior or what is commonly known as celebrity worship. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity worship on psychological well-being in early adult women K-pop lovers in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Method: This research uses a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 400 participants with the criteria being early adult female K-pop fans aged 18-25 who live in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data analysis were carried out using multiple regression techniques to determine the existence of an influence of celebrity worship on psychological well-being. Result: Celebrity worship influences psychological well-being. Variablecelebrity worship provides an effective contribution of 4.4% to psychological well-being. Dimensions of borderline-pathological tendency partially influence psychological well-being entertainment-social value and intense personal feelings do not affect psychological well-being. Conclusion: There is only one internal dimension of celebrity worship that influences the psychological well-being of K-pop-loving early adult women in DIY, and that is borderline-pathological tendency. Abstrak Latar belakang: Salah satu penyebab rendahnya kesejahteraan psikologis seseorang adalah karena perilaku pemujaan selebriti atau yang biasa disebut dengan celebrity worship. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh celebrity worship terhadap psychological well-being pada wanita dewasa awal pecinta K-pop di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 400 partisipan dengan kriteria wanita dewasa awal penggemar K-pop berusia 18-25 tahun yang tergabung berdomisili di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi berganda untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh celebrity worship terhadap psychological well-being. Hasil: Celebrity worship berpengaruh terhadap psycological well-being. Variabel celebrity worship memberikan sumbangan efektif sebanyak 4.4% terhadap psychological well-being. Dimensi borderline-pathological tendency secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being entertainment-social value dan intense-personal feeling tidak berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being. Kesimpulan: Hanya terdapat satu dimensi dalam celebrity worship berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being pada wanita dewasa awal pecinta K-pop di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, yaitu borderline-pathological tendency.

Abstract Background: Academic procrastination or delays in the academic field are caused by low self- efficacy wich results in a person’s inability to complete assignments. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the connection between nursing students' academic procrastination and self-efficacy. Method: This study utilized observational scientific plan with a cross sectional methodology. The proportionate stratified random sampling method was used for each class to select the 229 students who participated in this study as respondents.Questionnaire General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES) was used to measure self-efficacy, while Procrastination Assessment Student Scale (PASS) to measure academic procrastination in students. With a significance level of 0.05, the spearman-rank correlation test was used to analyze the data. Results : The findings revealed a p-value of 0,073. This demonstrates that nursing students at Jember University have no significant relationship between academic procrastination and self-efficacy. Conclusion : Further research is needed on other factors that can lead to academic procrastination behavior such as peers, the environment, and differences in views on assignments Abstrak Latar Balakang :Prokrastinasi akademik atau keterlambatan dalam bidang akademik disebabkan oleh rendahnya self efficacy yang mengakibatkan ketidakmampuan seseorang dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ilmiah observasional dengan metodologi cross sectional. Abstract Background: Women working is no longer a rare thing because of the era progresses. For a woman, it is very important to balance her life at work and at home because a balanced work life allows working women to maximize their potential, considering the importance of work life balance for working women. Objective: This research aims to determine work life balance in working women in terms of psychological well-being and family supportive supervision behavior. Method: The data collection method in this research uses three scales, namely the Work life balance scake, Psychological well being scale, and Family support supervision behaviors scale. Data analysis this research uses regression analysis. Results: The results show that psychological well being and family supportive supervision behaviors influence work life balance in women who work either together or separately for the two psychological well being and family supportive variables. Conclusion: The work life balance felt by working women occurs when working women feel psychological well being and family supportive supervision behaviors in the work and family environment. Abstrak Latar Belakang: Perempuan bekerja bukan lagi hal yang langka seiring dengan kemajuan jaman. Bagi seorang perempuan, sangat penting untuk menyeimbangkan kehidupannya di tempat kerja dan di rumah karena kehidupan kerja yang seimbang memungkinkan perempuan bekerja untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang dimilikinya, mengingat pentingnya keseimbangan kehidupan kerja bagi perempuan bekerja. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keseimbangan kehidupan kerja pada wanita bekerja ditinjau dari kesejahteraan psikologis dan perilaku supervisi suportif keluarga. Metode: Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga skala, yaitu skala Work life balance, skala Psychological wellbeing, dan skala Family support supervision behaviors. Abstract Background: Tourism-related UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) have the potential to stimulate local economies. UMKM with innovative ideas for tourist attractions can be of benefit to both individuals and the community. Thus, tourism awareness is the key factor in promoting innovative work behavior among UMKM actors. Objective: This study aims to investigate the impact of tourism awareness on innovative work behavior. Method: This study employs a causality quantitative approach with the population of the study consisting of UMKM actors in the beach tourism of Tlangoh, Bangkalan. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling. The instruments used were the tourism awareness scale and the innovative work behavior scale. Results: The findings suggest a strong relationship between tourism and innovative work behavior among UMKM actors at Tlangoh Beach. The tourism awareness variable contributed 39.5% to innovative work behavior, while the remaining 60.5% was influenced by other factors. Conclusion: The study reveals that the UMKM actors need to cultivate and implement tourism awareness on innovative work practices to maintain their business growth and sustainability in the future. Abstrak Latar Belakang: UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) yang berhubungan dengan pariwisata mempunyai potensi untuk merangsang perekonomian daerah. UMKM dengan ide inovasi tempat wisata dapat memberikan manfaat baik bagi individu maupun masyarakat. Dengan demikian, kesadaran pariwisata menjadi faktor kunci dalam mendorong perilaku kerja inovatif di kalangan pelaku UMKM. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kesadaran pariwisata terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas dengan populasi penelitian terdiri dari para pelaku UMKM wisata pantai Tlangoh, Bangkalan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala kesadaran wisata dan skala perilaku kerja inovatif. Hasil: Temuan menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara pariwisata dan perilaku kerja inovatif di kalangan pelaku UMKM di Pantai Tlangoh. Variabel kesadaran berwisata memberikan kontribusi sebesar 39,5% terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Abstract Background: One of the reasons someone has psychological well-being the low one is celebrity worship behavior or what is commonly known as celebrity worship. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity worship on psychological well-being in early adult women K-pop lovers in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Method: This research uses a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 400 participants with the criteria being early adult female K-pop fans aged 18-25 who live in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data analysis were carried out using multiple regression techniques to determine the existence of an influence of celebrity worship on psychological well-being. Result: Celebrity worship influences psychological well-being. Variablecelebrity worship provides an effective contribution of 4.4% to psychological well-being. Dimensions of borderline-pathological tendency partially influence psychological well-being entertainment-social value and intense personal feelings do not affect psychological well-being. Conclusion: There is only one internal dimension of celebrity worship that influences the psychological well-being of K-pop-loving early adult women in DIY, and that is borderline-pathological tendency. Abstrak Latar belakang: Salah satu penyebab rendahnya kesejahteraan psikologis seseorang adalah karena perilaku pemujaan selebriti atau yang biasa disebut dengan celebrity worship. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh celebrity worship terhadap psychological well-being pada wanita dewasa awal pecinta K-pop di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 400 partisipan dengan kriteria wanita dewasa awal penggemar K-pop berusia 18-25 tahun yang tergabung berdomisili di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi berganda untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh celebrity worship terhadap psychological well-being. Hasil: Celebrity worship berpengaruh terhadap psycological well-being. Variabel celebrity worship memberikan sumbangan efektif sebanyak 4.4% terhadap psychological well-being. Dimensi borderline-pathological tendency secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being entertainment-social value dan intense-personal feeling tidak berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being. Kesimpulan: Hanya terdapat satu dimensi dalam celebrity worship berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being pada wanita dewasa awal pecinta K-pop di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, yaitu borderline-pathological tendency.

Hasil: Celebrity worship berpengaruh terhadap psycological well-being. Variabel celebrity worship memberikan sumbangan efektif sebanyak 4.4% terhadap psychological well-being. Dimensi borderline-pathological tendency secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being entertainment-social value dan intense-personal feeling tidak berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being. Abstract Background: The mixing of 3 generations (x, millennial / y and z) in the world of work raises differences in the picture of work ethos and attachment. The company has a strategy of creating superior employees. Millennial employees show a desire to be appreciated, maximize work time and prioritize mental health, so that employees can still work in happy conditions and not depressed. Objective: This research shows the importance of happiness and work meaning felt by millennial employees to increase work engagement to the global competition. Method: Systematic literature review by identifying, assessing, and synthesizing literature search results through Google Scholar, Scopus, Research Gate, and Garuda. Results: 12 literature studies show that the work attachment of millennial generation employees is at a moderate level and is still below the work attachment of previous generations. Conclusion: Companies can provide work comfort and opportunities to be actively involved in work so that a sense of meaning arises for the work done to increase employee engagement in the company. Abstrak Latar Belakang: Percampuran 3 golongan generasi (x, milenial/y dan z) di dunia kerja menunculkan perbedaan gambaran etos dan keterikatan kerja. Perusahaan memiliki strategi menciptakan karyawan unggul. Karyawan milenial menunjukkan keinginan untuk dihargai, memaksimalkan waktu kerja dan mengutamakan kesehatan mental, sehingga karyawan tetap bisa bekerja dalam kondisi bahagia dan tidak tertekan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini mengetahui pentingnya kebahagiaan dan kebermaknaan kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan milenial terhadap peningkatan keterikatan kerja pada persaingan global. Metode: yang digunakan adalah Systematic literatur review dengan mengidentifikasi, menilai dan menyintesiskan hasil penelusuran kepustakaan melalui google scholar, Scopus, research gate dan garuda. Hasil: 12 studi kepustakaan menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan kerja yang dimiliki para karyawan generasi milenial berada di taraf sedang dan masih di bawah keterikatan kerja yang dimiliki para generasi sebelumnya. Simpulan: Perusahaan dapat memberikan kenyamanan kerja dan kesempatan untuk terlibat aktif dalam bekerja sehingga muncul rasa bermakna atas pekerjaan yang dilakukan sehingga dapat meningkatkan keterikatan kerja karyawan di perusahaan.

Abstract Background: Not a few students deliberately postponed their assignments. Academic procrastination often occurs in students because of the high workload. Self-efficacy is believed to influence procrastination. Objective: This research aims to determine the extent to which students' self-efficacy plays a role in their level of academic procrastination in carrying out lecture assignments. Method: Research uses descriptive quantitative methods with non-experimental research types, and result analysis using simple regression analysis. The subject used is a student of Psychology at the State University of Surabaya. Results: The results of this study showed that self-efficacy and procrastination have a negative relationship, which means that if self-efficacy is improved then procrastination in students is decreased and vice versa. Self-efficacy variables give an effective contribution of 23.2% to the procrastination variable which means self-efficacy is not the most crucial thing in affecting procrastination because there are still 76.8% other factors. Conclusion: To reduce procrastination, self-efficacy is required because the higher the self-efficacy of a person, the lower the tendency to procrastination. Abstrak Latar belakang: Tidak sedikit mahasiswa sengaja menunda tugas mereka. Prokrastinasi akademik sering terjadi pada mahasiswa karena beban kerja yang tinggi. Efikasi diri dipercaya mempengaruhi prokrastinasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan sejauh mana efikasi diri mahasiswa memainkan peran dalam tingkat prokrastinasi akademik mereka dalam melakukan tugas kuliah. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian non-eksperimental dan analisis hasil menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Subjek yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan prokrastinasi memiliki hubungan negatif, yang berarti bahwa jika efikasi diri ditingkatkan maka prokrastinasi pada mahasiswa berkurang dan begitupula sebaliknya. Variabel efikasi diri sendiri memberikan kontribusi efektif sebesar 23,2% untuk variabel prokrastinasi yang berarti efikasi diri sendiri bukanlah hal yang paling penting dalam mempengaruhi prokrastinasi karena masih ada 76,8% faktor lain. Kesimpulan: Untuk mengurangi prokrastinasi, efikasi diri diperlukan karena semakin tinggi efikasi diri seseorang, semakin rendah kecenderungan untuk prokrastinasi.
