This article has established the choice indicator system of Forwarding agent of Third Party Logistics based on the qualification of forwarding agent, applying of Fuzzy AHM based on entropy weight on appraising forwarding agent of Third Party Logistics. Finally, the union concrete example carries on the empirical analysis.

The generalization and transplantation of Stewart theorem in three dimensional space Stewart定理在三维空间中的推广与移植

In this paper, we give two generalized theorem of Stewart theorem and give some examples to show how to use them in solving complicated competition problems. And then we extend the theorem to the 3-dim space and get the transplantation theorem.

Automatic Camshift tracking algorithm based on fuzzy inference background difference combining with twice searching 基于模糊推理背景差结合二次搜索的Camshift自动跟踪算法

In order to overcome the shortcoming that traditional Camshift needs artificial orientation during tracking, this paper proposes a new approach of Camshift tracking algorithm based on fuzzy inference background difference. In this paper, the object contour extracted by background difference rather than artificial selection, is used as initial search window so as to realize automatic Camshift tracking. Meanwhile, to avoid object divergence and object losing when the object moves too quickly, twice Camshift searching is combined with background difference to enlarge the search window automatically to ensure consistent targeting. Furthermore, this paper also introduces contour marking and multiple Camshift trackers to implement successful multi-object tracking. Methods mentioned above prove themselves efficient and automatic in tracking one or more moving fishes during the experiments.

A software skill self-training platform based on campus network 基于校园网的软件技能自学平台

Practical training of software skill is important for software talents who urgently required by services outsourcing industry. We build a self-training system based on campus network which can provide services to those students or teachers to train themselves at the free time. The system is integrated on whSaaS together with TrustIE and an enterprise background. The portal shows resources integration schema, and we also give system topology and deployment. With the advantage resources in college and universities, students can achieve the leap from theory to practice at a low cost. The system can provide sustainable and cost-effective software training for local IT enterprises when opening.

Fuzzy synthetic evaluation of atmospheric environment quality based on entropy weight 基于熵权的大气环境质量模糊综合评价

Considering the difficulties of calculation and the defects that the relationship among evaluation objects are ignored when using Fuzzy synthetic Evaluation Method to determine weights to the multi-factors, this paper put forward a new idea of determining weights to the Multi-objective evaluation factors useing information entropy. The differences of determining weights using Entropy method and the method of over standard with weight was compared in the weight calculation of evaluating indicators by using the fuzzy mathematics through using the atmosphere monitoring datas of 10 monitoring points in the city of Changchun. The results showed that when the evaluation involves a number of evaluation objects using this method was very convenient for fuzzy synthetic evaluation. Only one calculation was enough and it need not to calculate every monitoring point. This method predigested the fuzzy synthetic evaluation process greatly and the evaluation results were objective and reasonable.
针对模糊综合评价法在确定多因素权重时存在计算困难和忽略评价对象间关系的缺陷,提出了利用信息熵确定多目标评价因素权重的新思路。利用长春市10个监测点的大气监测数据,运用模糊数学方法,比较了熵权法和超权法在评价指标权重计算中的差异。结果表明,当评价涉及多个评价对象时,采用该方法进行模糊综合评价十分方便。只需计算一次就足够了,不需要计算每个监测点。该方法大大简化了模糊综合评价过程,评价结果客观合理。

Application of multimedia technology in the teaching of university physics is a certainly tendency, multimedia teaching as a new model is adopted by many teachers of university, which is beneficial supplement in the traditional teaching, but it usually appears some problems and imperfection, such as teaching contents,teaching rhythm,teaching methods. If gain satisfied teaching effect, we must realize the imperfection of multimedia technology in the teaching, then improve the imperfection by enhancing PowerPoint, controling the teaching rhythm, combining the model between traditional teaching and multimedia teaching.

Research on regional agricultural structure optimization based on grey situation decision model 基于灰色情境决策模型的区域农业结构优化研究

From the point of view of changing the economic growth mode, under the guidance of system theory “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts”, this paper sets up a grey situation decision model. By analyzing the general effect measure, countermeasures affect measures and event effect measures of output, we find that the whole-scale agriculture structure of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is reasonable. Parts of it need adjusting. Some beneficial conclusions were given in this paper.

Face recognition system to enhance E Health 人脸识别系统提升E健康

Biometrics serves to identify and authenticate individuals and is in many cases replacing current password systems. Its relevance is increasing in many areas of our daily lives, one of them being healthcare. The merits of biometrics to perform e-Health are discussed in this paper. We feel that the optical sensor (fingerprint, finger-vein, face, iris, and retina) using the videophone system is a promising biometrics system for e-Health, e.g. telemedicine. Face recognition is one of the most hot, potential and challengeable technologies, which is based on biometrics. As the most natural and friendly identification method, automatic face recognition has become the important part of the next generation computing technology. Utilize the symmetry of the face for face recognition, select average half-face for research. The consequence of this discovery may result in substantial savings in storage and computation time. We would like to apply the average-half-face to facial feature extraction methods using wavelets and PCA.

With the development and popularity of information technology, PPT (PowerPoint Teaching) has entered teaching at every level. However, as a tool and a form of media in teaching, which is not almighty, we should understand its function in teaching correctly. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages were discussed, the characteristics of PPT courseware were analyzed, and the improvement strategy was suggested. The results thought that only when the teachers possessed necessary teaching technique, recognized the superiority fully and grasped the using skills of PPT, paid great attention to the appraisal and the feedback in the teaching practice and adjusted the teaching progress and classroom implementation strategy in time according to the practice, the teaching effect could be better.
